Effects of aging treatment on the microstructural evolution of a rapidly solidified Al-Li-Cu alloy were investigated by diffcerential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). It was found that the precipitation sequence was : supersaturated solid solution α`→metastable δ`+stable precipitate T₁→stable precipitates δ+T₁. Two exothermic and two endothermic peaks are detected by DSC analysis. The two exothermic and endothermic peaks corresponded to δ` and δ+T₁ precipitation and dissolution reactions respectively. The enthalpy of δ` precipitation decreased with increasing of aging temperature and time until the finishing point of precipitation. The activation energy for precipitation of δ` was measured as 80KJ/㏖ and the energy for dissolution was 93KJ/㏖. These values are higher than those of Al-Li binary alloy. Peak hardness value (Hv 170) was obtained at 210℃ for 1hr aging treatment which coincided with finishing point of δ` precipitation.

열분석 방법에 의한 급냉응고 Al-Li-Zr 합금의 시효거동 연구

급냉응고된 Al-3.51wt%Li-0.34wt%Zr 합금의 시효거동을 시차주사열량계(DSC)에 의한 열분석 방법으로 조사하였다. DSC에 의한 비열측정 결과 $\delta$’의 석출에 의한 발열반응과 $\delta$, $\beta$ 및 복합석출상의 석출에 의한 발열반응을 확인하였으며 $\delta$’ 및 $\delta$의 재고용에 의한 2개의 흡열반응을 확인하였다. 7$0^{\circ}C$ 저온시효시 $\delta$’의 석출에 의한 발열반응 이전에 흡열반응이 나타났으며 이것은 $\delta$’ 석출 이전에 $\delta$’ 전구생성물이 형성되었음을 의미한다. DSC 곡선상에 나타난 발열과 흡열곡선을 해석하여 얻은 $\delta$’상 석출과 재고용의 활성화에너지값은 각각 83KJ/mol과 98KJ/mol로서 Al-Li 2원계 및 Al-Li-Mg에 비해 높은 값을 나타내엇으며, 시효에 의한 강화가 일어나 DSC에 의한 비열변화 조사결과 나타난 $\delta$’상 석출 완료 시효조건점 (21$0^{\circ}C$, 1시간)에서 최고경도값(Hv 160)을 나타내었다.

차세대 리소그래피 기술인 극자외선(EUV : Extreme Ultraviolet) 빛샘 연구의 기초단계로써, 동축타입의 전극구조가 설치된 다이오드 챔버를 통해 Ar 플라스마를 생성하였으며, 방출 분광기술(emission spectroscopy)를 이용하여 방출된 가시광선 영역의 빛을 조사하였다. 장치의 입력 전압을 0.5kV씩 변화를 주어 $2\sim3.5kV$까지 인가를 했으며 이극챔버의 최적 압력인 330mTorr 일 때 각 전압에 따른 방출 분광선 데이터를 얻었다. 이때 Ar I과 Ar II 방출선을 관측하였으며 국소적인 열적평형 (LTE ; Local Thermodynamic Equilibrium) 상태의 가정 하에 볼츠만 도표(Boltzmann plot)와 사하(Saha) 방정식을 이용해 Ar I 및 Ar II의 전자온도와 이온 밀도를 각각 계산하였다. 각 입력전압에 대해 이온밀도는 Ar I과 Ar II에서 각각 $\sim10^{15}/cc$ 및 $\sim10^{13}/cc$의 값으로 계산되었다. We have generated the argon plasma in the diode chamber based on the established coaxial electrode type and investigated the emitted visible light for emission spectroscopy. We applied various voltages $2\sim3.5kV$ to the device by 0.5kV, and obtained the emission spectrum data for the focused plasma in the diode chamber on the argon pressure of 330 mTorr. The Ar I and Ar II emission line are observed. The electron temperature and ion density have been measured by the Boltzmann plot and Saha equation from assumption of local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE) The Ar I and Ar II ion densities have been calculated to be $\sim10^{15}/cc\;and\;~10^{13}/cc$, respectively, from Saha equation.

완화의료 전문인들의 일터영성(workplace spirituality)이 말기환자 돌봄수행에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 일터영성(공동체 의식, 일의 의미)과 돌봄수행(정서적, 사회적, 영적) 그리고 소진 간의 관계를 규명하고, 일터영성이 돌봄수행에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 소진의 조절효과를 파악하는 것이다. 설문조사는 전국 68개 완화의료 전문기관의 의사, 간호사, 사회복지사, 성직자를 대상으로 하였으며, 총 114부를 SPSS Statistics 21로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 일터영성의 하위요인 중에서 공동체의식은 심리적 돌봄에 영향을 미치고, 일의의미는 사회적 돌봄과 영적 돌봄에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소진은 돌봄수행에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않지만 소진의 독립적 영향력을 측정한 사후분석에서 사회적 돌봄과 영적 돌봄에 미미한 정도의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 소진은 일터영성이 돌봄수행에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 조절효과가 없는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점, 제한점 및 추후 연구과제에 대하여 논의하였다. This study aims to examine the direct effects of two workplace spirituality dimensions, community at work and meaning in work, and burnout on three caring dimensions, emotional, social and spiritual care, for terminally ill people. It also seeks to examine the moderating effect of burnout in the relationship between two workplace spirituality dimensions and three caring dimensions. For these purposes, data were collected from 114 interdisciplinary team members, doctors, nurses, social workers and pastors, working in 68 palliative care in nationwide by questionnaires. The study results indicated that community at work has a positive effect on emotional care, and that meaning in work has a positive effect on social and spiritual care. The results also provided that burnout does not impact on three caring dimensions and has no moderating effect in the relationship between two workplace spirituality dimensions and three caring dimensions. In the findings, managers or leaders from palliative care should consider the potentially positive influence of workplace spirituality on caring for terminally ill people and can improve practitioners` performance with any interventions to increase workplace spirituality. The limitations of this study and recommendations for the future research were discussed.

품새 선수의 완벽주의 성향과 자신감의 관계에서 그릿의 병렬다중매개효과

이 연구는 품새 선수를 대상으로 완벽주의 성향과 스포츠 자신감의 관계에서 그릿의 병렬다중매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대한체육회에 등록되어 있는 품새 선수 276명을 대상으로 인터넷 플렛폼(Google)을 통한 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 23.0 프로그램의 PROCESS Macro for SPSS을 통해 병렬다중매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 품새 선수의 완벽주의 성향의 하위요인 중 사회부과는 스포츠 자신감에 부적(-)인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 품새 선수의 완벽주의 성향의 하위요인 모두 그릿의 노력 지속성과 흥미 일관성에 정적(+)인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 품새 선수의 그릿의 하위요인 노력 지속성은 스포츠 자신감에 정적(+)인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 품새 선수의 그릿의 하위요인 노력 지속성은 완벽주의 성향과 스포츠 자신감의 관계에서 매개한다. 품새 경기는 선수의 완벽한 동작 구현하는 정확도와 완급 조절을 통한 표현력을 바탕으로 평가가 이루지기 때문에 그 어느 종목보다 완벽한 동작 및 기술 구현이 필요하다. 본 연구 결과를 종합해보면, 품새 선수들이 추구하는 완벽함은 완벽주의 성향으로 나타나게 되는데, 그 평가 기준의 설정에 따라 자신감을 하락시키는 악영향을 미치게 되는 것이다. 하지만 품새 선수의 완벽주의 성향과 스포츠 자신감의 관계에서 그릿의 노력 지속성을 통해 스포츠 자신감을 향상시킬 수 있다. 품새 선수의 심리적 요인에 대한 구조적 관계 규명은 그들을 이해하기 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이며, 이를 바탕으로 효율적인 선수 육성과 경기력 향상에 이바지 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the parallel multiple mediating effect of grit on the relationship between perfectionism and sports confidence in Poomsae players. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted through the Internet platform (Google) for 276 Poomsae players registered with the Korea Sports Association, and parallel multiple mediating effects were analyzed through PROCESS Macro for SPSS of the SPSS 23.0 program. The main research results are as follows. First, The sub-factors social imposition of perfectionism has a negative (-) effect on sports confidence. Second, all of the sub-factors of perfectionism had a positive (+) effect on all of the sub-factors of grit. Third, The sub-factor persistence of effort of a grit has a positive (+) effect on sports confidence. Fourth, The sub-factor persistence of effort of a grit was mediated in the relationship between perfectionism and sports confidence. The Poomsae competition requires perfect movement and skill implementation more than any other event because the evaluation is made based on the accuracy of the player's perfect movement and expressiveness through slow-fast control. Summarizing the results of this study, The perfect that Poomsae players pursue is expressed in the tendency to perfectionism, and depending on the setting of the evaluation criteria, it will have a negative effect to confidence. However, in the relationship between a poomsae player's perfectionism and sports confidence, it is possible to improve sports confidence through persistence of effort. Investigating the structural relationship of psychological factors of Poomsae players will be used as basic data to understand them, and based on this, it will contribute to efficient player development and improvement of performance.
