        커뮤니케이션 풍토가 팀 발언 행동을 통해 팀 몰입에 미치는 영향 : 자원 보존 이론을 중심으로

        This paper identified communication climates as a team process positively influenced to team commitment at the team level drawing on Conservation Of Resources (COR) theory. The authors also hypothesized that team voice behavior had a mediating effect on the relationship between communication climates and team commitment. The research was conducted with multi-source survey data which were taken from 27 firms, 135 teams and 529 employees in South Korea with two data collection sessions at a six weeks interval to verify each hypothesis. The aggregation approach was used to analyze the data at the team level using hierarchical regression analysis. The result of this study revealed that communication climates was positively associated with team commitment. Additionally , team voice behaviour mediated the relationship between communication climates and team commitment. This study applied COR theory to examine the effect of communication climates on team commitment via team voice behavior. This study integrates the motivational aspect of organizational resources such as team voice behavior and communication climates by examining its role in the relationship with team commitment. This study also suggests practical implications to manage commitment for team members effectively by shedding light on organizational resources as motivating factors as well as fostering organizational culture. 팀 프로세스의 일부로서 커뮤니케이션은 팀 구성원들 사이에서 유대감을 형성하고 정보를 공유하는 중요한수단이자 조직의 기능을 실행하도록 하고 목표를 달성하는데 근본적인 역할을 하는 조직 자원이다. 본 연구에서는 자원 보존 이론에 의거하여 커뮤니케이션 풍토가 팀 몰입에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 선행 변수이며, 나아가 팀 발언행동이 커뮤니케이션 풍토와 팀 몰입의 관계를 매개하는 변인이라는 가설을 세워 연구를 진행하였다. 이의 검증을 위해 다양한 업종의 팀을 대상으로 6주간의 시차를 두고 1, 2차에 나누어 설문을 실시하였으며, 국내 중소/중견 기업을 포함한 135개 팀, 539명의 팀원이 응답한 설문을 팀 단위로 분석하였다. 가설 검증결과, 커뮤니케이션 풍토는 팀 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 팀 발언행동은 커뮤니케이션풍토의 모든 하위 차원과 팀 몰입의 관계를 부분 매개 혹은 완전 매개 하는 변수라는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 커뮤니케이션 풍토와 팀 발언행동, 팀 몰입간의 관계에 대한 가설을 자원 보존 이론으로 설명함으로써 조직내 커뮤니케이션 풍토에 대한 이론적 토대를 넓히는 데 기여하는 것은 물론, 경영자나 조직의 부서장들로 하여금 효과적으로 몰입되어 있는 팀을 운영하기 위해 조직 내에서 발휘할 수 있는 다양한 기업 문화적 토양을 조성하는 데 실무적인 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

        보편적 돌봄권 확보를 위한 현행 육아휴직제도 개선방안

        우리나라는 모성보호와 일 ․ 가정 양립관련 법률을 제․개정함으로써 많은 제도를 새로이 도입하고 개선해왔다. 그러나 이러한 제도도입과 개선에도 불구하고 일하는 부모가 제도를 제대로 사용하지 못하고 있어 부모 모두의 돌봄권과 노동권을 성평등하게 확보하기에는 현행 일․가정양립제도 전반의 실효성이 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제인식을 토대로 현행 우리나라 육아휴직 제도를 중심으로 보편적인 돌봄권 확보, 즉 가정 내 돌봄노동의 성평등한 분배를 위한 입법개선방안을 구체적으로 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 북구유럽(스웨덴, 아이슬란드)을 중심으로 이미 도입되어 시행되고 있는 ‘부모휴가 할당제’가 여성과 남성간의 동등한 돌봄노동 분배에 미친 영향을 검토한다. 이를 통해 현행 우리나라 육아휴직제도의 문제점을 짚어내고 보편적 돌봄권을 현실화하기 위한 육아휴직 제도 개선방안으로 1) 육아휴직 부모할당기간 도입, 2) 육아휴직 급여 수준 인상을 위한 급여체계 변경을 제안한다. In this article, I study on parental leave’s reform for Universal care rights. Although our current work-family balance system have marked improvements through enactment and amendment of laws related to maternity and work-family balance, working parents cannot use these systems well and only married women with children use them in spite of gender-neutral provision. Also they suffer from time-conflict on account of the rigidity of working time and conditions. To solve these problems, this article placed parental leave policy at its analytic center. I proposed alternative model about current parental leave to ensure equal participation of working parents in childcare. This model will introduce parent-quota formula in the existing parental leave system. And to use parental leave easily, I suggest raising benefit for parental leave.

        공과대학 학생 인성지수 도구 개발을 위한 기초 연구

        The purpose of this study was to develop the character index instrument for engineering college students. For this, literature review and survey were used. The survey was conducted with 275 engineering college students in D university. Finally, draft of character index instrument for engineering college students was developed with 10 factors and 47 questions. Based on the results, the investigation of engineering college students' needs is necessary to conduct for developing character education programs. And it is necessary to research validity of the draft of character index instrument for engineering college students. It is necessary to develop various convergence subjects by experiencing the character substantially for engineering college students.

        공과대학 학생들을 위한 인턴십 및 현장실습 사전교육 프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop a pre-training program of engineering college students for maximizing the effectiveness of internship or field training. To pursue this goal, literature review was conducted for data collection about college and corporate pre-training program for internship or field training and pre-training program(draft) was proposed. A questionnaire survey was conducted with engineering professors, students and graduates to identify the needs for pre-training program(draft) for internship or field training. Based on the results, the contents of pre-training program for internship or field training were composed of basic liberal arts, basic competency, real information related with corporation or job, and information exchange network. And key consideration for operating the pre-training program for internship or field training were proposed with the management department, regulation for the obligatory participation, meaningful organizing content, feedback of needs.

        PPARg Agonist and Angiotensin II Receptor Antagonist Ameliorate Renal Tubulointerstitial Fibrosis

        The peroxisome proliferator activated receptor (PPAR)g agonist is used as antidiabetic agent with antihyperglycemic and antihyperinsulinemic actions. Beyond these actions, antifibrotic effects have been reported. We examined antifibrotic effects of PPARg agonist and interaction with angiotensin receptor antagonist in the unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) model. After UUO, mice were divided to four groups:no treatment (CONT), pioglitazone treatment, L158809 treatment, and L158809+pioglitazone treatment. On day 14, CONT mice showed severe fibrosis and all treated mice showed decreased fibrosis. The immunohistochmistry of PAI-1, F4/80 and p-Smad2 demonstrated that their expressions were increased in CONT group and decreased in the all treated groups compared to CONT. PAI-1 and p-Smad2 determined from Western blotting, among treated groups, was decreased compared to CONT group. The expression of TGF-b1 from real time RT PCR showed markedly increased in the CONT group and decreased in all treated groups compared to CONT. These data suggest the pioglitazone inhibited tubulointerstitial fibrosis, however, the synergism between pioglitazone and L158809 is not clear. Considering decreased expression of PAI-1 and TGF-b/Smad2 in the treated groups, PAI-1 and TGF-b are likely linked to the decreased renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis. According to these results,the PPARg agonist might be used in the treatment of renal fibrotic disease.

        Mitochondrial Homeostasis Molecules: Regulation by a Trio of Recessive Parkinson’s Disease Genes

        Mitochondria are small organelles that produce the majority of cellular energy as ATP. Mitochondrial dysfunction has beenimplicated in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease (PD), and rare familial forms of PD provide valuable insight into thepathogenic mechanism underlying mitochondrial impairment, even though the majority of PD cases are sporadic. The regulationof mitochondria is crucial for the maintenance of energy-demanding neuronal functions in the brain. Mitochondrial biogenesis andmitophagic degradation are the major regulatory pathways that preserve optimal mitochondrial content, structure and function. In this mini-review, we provide an overview of the mitochondrial quality control mechanisms, emphasizing regulatory moleculesin mitophagy and biogenesis that specifically interact with the protein products of three major recessive familial PD genes, PINK1,Parkin and DJ-1.

        A comparative study of combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances and clear aligners in patients with periodontitis

        Purpose: With the increasing prevalence of orthodontic treatment in adults, clear alignertreatments are becoming more popular. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect oforthodontic treatment on periodontal tissue and to compare orthodontic treatment withfixed appliances (FA) to clear aligner treatment (CAT) in periodontitis patients. Methods: A total of 35 patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in the Departmentof Periodontology were included in this study. After periodontal treatment with meticulousoral hygiene education, patients underwent treatment with FA or CAT, and this study analyzedpatient outcomes depending on the treatment strategy. Clinical parameters were assessedat baseline and after orthodontic treatment, and the duration of treatment wascompared between these two groups. Results: The overall plaque index, the gingival index, and probing depth improved afterorthodontic treatment (P<0.01). The overall bone level also improved (P=0.045). However,the bone level changes in the FA and CAT groups were not significantly different. Significantdifferences were found between the FA and CAT groups in probing depth, change inprobing depth, and duration of treatment (P<0.05). However, no significant differenceswere found between the FA and CAT groups regarding the plaque index, changes in theplaque index, the gingival index, changes in the gingival index, or changes in the alveolarbone level. The percentage of females in the CAT group (88%) was significantly greaterthan in the FA group (37%) (P<0.01). Conclusions: After orthodontic treatment, clinical parameters were improved in the FA andCAT groups with meticulous oral hygiene education and plaque control. Regarding plaqueindex and gingival index, no significant differences were found between these two groups. We suggest that combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment can improve patients’periodontal health irrespective of orthodontic techniques.

        Effect of anti-rheumatic agents on periodontal parameters and biomarkers of inflammation: a systematic review and meta-analysis

        Purpose: Anti-rheumatic agents target common molecular pathways of inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and periodontitis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relative effect of anti-rheumatic agents on the levels of inflammatory biomarkers and periodontal inflammation in RA patients with periodontitis. Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted of studies comparing periodontal parameters of inflammation, such as bleeding on probing, and biomarkers of inflammation in RA patients with periodontitis and healthy adults with and without periodontitis. The search included the electronic databases MEDLINE, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, and Google Scholar, inclusive through October 2011, with no language restrictions. Hand searches were conducted of the bibliographies of related journals and systematic reviews. Observational and interventional studies assessing the effects of antirheumatic therapy qualified for inclusion. Two reviewers performed independent data extraction and risk-of-bias assessment. Of the 187 identified publications, 13 studies fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Results: When compared to healthy adults without periodontitis, RA subjects were found to have significantly higher levels of bleeding on probing and limited evidence of higher levels of interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in gingival crevicular fluid and saliva. No consistent differences were found in periodontal parameters and inflammatory biomarkers between RA subjects and adults with periodontitis. Studies evaluating the effect of anti-TNF-α therapy in RA subjects with periodontitis have yielded inconsistent results. Conclusions: There are limited data, however, to suggest that anti-TNF-α agents can reduce local production of inflammatory cytokines and periodontal inflammation in RA patients with periodontitis.
