        건물 빛환경 성능개선을 위한 건물외피의 IT 적용 동향 분석 연구

        The energy needed to create pleasant environments in buildings continues to increase in use. Concerns about this issue have grown and the issue is now closely intertwined with the threat posed by global climate change. In particular, building envelopes have low thermal insulation performance. They are significant parts that determine the energy performance of buildings, so the demand for related research and technology development continues to increase. With Industry 4.0, IT technologies are evolving through convergence between many fields. In this respect, there is a need to review the IT technologies applicable to building envelopes. Therefore, this study analyzed the trends of previous works on building envelope technologies integrating IT technologies to save building energy and improve user comfort. This was to suggest directions for further research related to applying IT technologies to building envelopes. Among journal articles published since 2010, those with the keywords IT, comfort, energy saving, and building envelope were selected and analyzed. The main findings are as follows. 1) There is a lack of research on developing building envelopes integrating IT technologies compared to other academic fields in Korea. 2) Most IT technologies applied to building envelopes were also relatively passive, mainly limited to opening and closing envelope modules by collecting information on the external environment. These technologies have limits in providing optimal environments for occupants. 3) Most papers on building envelopes integrating IT technologies in Korea do not consider economic feasibility and maintenance, which may be a factor that hinders continuous technology development. These findings indicate the need to upgrade and enhance building envelopes by developing and reviewing IT technologies applicable to them. 최근 에너지 사용량은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이러한 에너지 사용량은 세계적으로 심각한 기후 문제와 맞물려 있어 심각한 문제로 부각되고 있다. 특히 열손실이 높은 건물외피에 관한 연구와 관련 기술개발의 수요는 지속적으로 증가하는 추세이다. 4차 산업혁명에 의한 IT는 분야 간 융복합을 통하여 성장하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 건물외피에 적용가능한 IT에 대한 검토는 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 건물 빛환경 성능개선을 위한 IT가 접목된 건물외피 기술에 대한 동향의 분석을 목적으로, 선행연구들의 경향 분석을 통하여 건물외피의 IT 적용관련 연구의 방향성 제시를 하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 2010년부터 출판된 학술지논문을 대상으로 IT, 쾌적도, 에너지 저감 그리고 건물외피를 키워드 대상으로 하는 논문을 선별하여 그 동향을 분석하였다. 이에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) IT 적용 건물외피 기술개발 연구는 국내에 한하여 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 2) 선행연구를 기반으로 실내공간에 의하여 제어되는 IT은 적극적으로 반영되는 반면, 외부환경정보에 의하여 제어되는 IT는 소극적으로 반영되어 제시되고 있다. 이를 통하여 건물에너지 저감 및 실내공간의 쾌적도 개선에 대해서는 제한적인 연구결과가 나타난다. 3) 국내에서 이루어진 IT 적용 건물외피 기술개발 논문들은 경제성 및 유지관리에 대한 부분은 미고려되고 있어 지속적인 기술개발을 저하시키는 요인으로 사료된다. 이러한 측면에서 건물외피에 IT가 적극적으로 적용하여 기술개발 및 이에 대한 검토를 진행함으로써 건물외피 분야의 고도화 및 첨단화를 달성해야 할 것이다.

        어린이박물관의 공간구성 및 위계 분석 기초 연구

        (Background and Purpose) As the Korean government is expanding its cultural infrastructure and services, such as museums and art galleries in various region, the number of museums has increased in recent years. Among them, children’s museums have unique characteristics, and over the last few years, their demand continues to rise because of the limitations of public education. The demand for research on children’s museums is also increasing as they specifically target children. However, most studies limit their analyses to the status of such museums, and research on other aspects has been insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to establish primary data for designing children’s museums in the future by analyzing their spatial configuration and hierarchy. (Method) The spatial hierarchies of national and public children’s museums were analyzed by circulation using j-graphs and spatial syntax. Through this process, the characteristics of the floor plan of children’s museums were derived, and the accessibility and user recognition of each spatial component were analyzed. Among the national or general public museums, the museums that are above-average size (approximately 4,500 ㎡) opened after 2000. (Results) This study obtained the following results. 1) Children’s museums generally have a high proportion of common areas, which indicates that they are in significant locations in terms of the traffic flow. 2) The J-graph of children’s museums generally showed a ring-type space with strong social functions. Although this structure is suitable for nurturing the social skills of children, shallow ring-types with low spatial depth were considered more appropriate for children with low spatial awareness. 3) Convex spaces with high connectivity are important positions in the circulation or traffic flow. As such, common areas and experience centers with high numerical values in children’s museums occupy major positions in the traffic flow, which shows that experiential elements are significant design factors that also facilitate social communication. 4) The common areas and experience centers of children’s museums were highly recognized, accessible, and connected. Accordingly, when designing future museums, education opportunities, children’s experiences , and the role of common areas are key factors that should be considered. (Conclusions) This study contributes to the literature by conducting spatial hierarchy analyses according to the spatial configuration and circulation structure of children’s museums to derive accessibility and user recognition data for each spatial component in the museums, thereby constructed primary data that is useable in many fields. However, this study’s method was limited by analyzing only the floor plan and structure without observing how people visit and tour museums. Therefore, further studies should apply various methods to build on the findings for improving museum design.

        관람객의 박물관 관람방식에 따른 선호도 분석 기초연구

        The demand and need for museums continued to grow in the 20th century, but many cultural facilities have been temporarily suspended and closed due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, many museums have diversified online using digital environments. However, while there has been rapid growth of online museums based on non-face-to-face formats, many have limitations and problems in performing the original functions of museums and improving visitor satisfaction. Therefore, this study analyzed the satisfaction and preference of visitors by contrasting in-person and non-face-to-face museum experiences to establish fundamental data for implementing non-face-to-face online museum services. Surveys were conducted on visitors with in-person and non-face-to-face exhibition experiences to analyze their preference for each method. The main findings are as follows. 1) As a result of surveying visitors with only in-person experiences, there was a significantly better retention rate of knowledge due to new information being provided according to changes in their intellectual level and surrounding environment. 2) In the case of visitors with only non-face-to-face experiences, their intention to revisit was low due to difficulties in using the format and collecting information. 3) In the case of visitors with both experiences, it was found more meaningful to induce users to gain in-person museum experiences rather than conveying information through non-face-to-face experiences. This study is significant in that it can establish basic data for future museum planning. 20세기에 접어들면서 박물관에 대한 수요와 필요성은 지속적으로 증가하고 있으나, 최근 펜데믹 사태로 인하여 문화시설들은 운영을 잠정 중단하였다. 이후 많은 박물관들은 디지털 환경을 활용하여 온라인 방식으로 다변화되고 있다. 그러나 온라인 기반 박물관의 비대면 관람이 급속도로 양산되는 반면, 온라인 기반 비대면 방식의 전시는 본래의 기본적인 박물관 기능뿐 아니라 관람객들의 만족도를 향상시키는데 제한적인 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 박물관의 대면 및 비대면 방식의 관람에 의한 관람객의 만족도 및 선호를 분석하며, 이후 비대면 방식의 온라인 환경의 박물관 구현을 위한 기초자료 구축을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 박물관 대면 및 비대면 관람방식에 의거한 선호도를 분석하기 위하여 박물관의 대면과 비대면 방식으로 관람을 마친 관람객을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 이에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 1) 대면 관람만을 진행한 관람자를 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과는 관람자의 지적 수준 및 주변 환경의 변화로 인하여 새로운 정보를 제공하기 때문에 재방문율이 존재하는 것으로 분석된다. 2) 비대면으로 관람을 진행한 응답자의 경우는 조작 및 정보 수집에 대하여 어려움을 호소하며 재방문에 대한 의지가 낮게 나타나고 있다. 3) 대면 및 비대면 관람을 모두 경험한 응답자의 경우는 비대면 관람 방식에 의한 정보전달의 기능보다 대면 관람으로 이용자를 유도한다는 점이 더 유의미한 것으로 사료된다.

        해외 주요국가의 의류 원산지 인증제도 연구

        As “Made in Korea” has high branding power in the fashion industry, domestic clothing manufacturers also need to consider branding the country of origin. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to reconsider the need for a domestic certification system and suggest a direction by analyzing apparel origin certification systems operating overseas. The results of this study could be used for planning certification standards and operating methods suitable for regional characteristics and industrial environments when establishing a certification system for clothing produced in Korea. The case study subjects were Japan’s J∞Quality, USA’s Made in New York, Italy’s 100% Made in Italy, and France’s Origin France Guarantee has been classified as certification criteria related to the country of origin include items related to the production process rate in the region and the production area for each production process/stream. Manufacturing technology and design are used for quality standards, safety, hygiene compliance, production facilities, and quality control and are applied to working environment standards. The certification system selects and operates standards according to each country's industrial environment, certification subject, and purpose. Therefore, when designing a domestic apparel certification system, a feasible promotion plan should be established that considers the current state of the domestic industry, which will serve as a driving force for the growth of the apparel manufacturing industry and an opportunity to increase the trust of global fashion consumers.
