상용치료원 유형과 만성질환자의 건강 관련 삶의 질: 환자중심 의사소통의 매개효과를 중심으로

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the ability of patient-centered communication to mediate the relationship between having a usual source of care and health-related quality of life in patients with chronic disease. Methods: We conducted a mediation regression analysis for 3,050 patients with chronic illnesses identified in the 2018 Korea Health Panel Survey. The research model was designed based on the PROCESS Macro model 4 by Hayes and analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 program. Results: These results demonstrate a positive indirect mediating effect of patient-centered communication on the relationship between a clinic-level customary healthcare provider and health-related quality of care among patients with chronic illness. Conclusion: These study findings support the development of programs to strengthen patient-centered communication among doctors and support the provision of patients with chronic illnesses with customary healthcare providers.
자기표현훈련이 여고생이 자아존중감 및 대인관계에 미치는 효과

The present study investigated the effects of self-expression training program on girls' high school students' self-esteem and peer relations. The research hypotheses tested in this study are as follows : (Ⅰ) After self-expression training, students' self-esteem will be improved. (Ⅰa) Students' self-esteem regarding friends will be improved : (Ⅰb) students' self-esteem regarding their own ability will be improved : (Ⅰc) students' self-esteem regarding family will be improved. (Ⅱ) After self-expression training. students' peer relations will be improved. The subjects were a total of 79 girls' high school students including 39 of an experimental group and 40 of a control group. SPSS statistical package(t-test and ANOVA) was used to analyze the data. The major finding were as follows : (1) The hypothesis (Ⅰ) was partly accepted at the level of p<.05, showing some meaningful differences between two groups. (2) The hypothesis (Ⅰa) and (Ⅰb) was not accepted(p>.05). but the hypothesis (Ⅰc) was partly accepted(p<.05). (3) The hypothesis (Ⅱ) was not accepted(p>.05). The implication of the study is that teachers, considering a variety of positive effects of self-expression on the students' self-esteem, are required to develop some creative self-expression programs toward contributing to the formation and improvement of students' personality in the context of educational process. It also indicates that well-designed self-expression training will greatly help students to cope with such problems as bullying, extreme selfishness, and emotional disorders.
