한국 노인의 정신 건강과 구강 건강 문제의 연관성에 관한 융합 요인

본 연구는 노인의 정신 건강과 구강 건강 문제와의 관련성을 알아보고자 국민건강영양조사 제7기 3차(2018) 원시자료를 이용하여 65세 이상 노인 753명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 복합표본분석을 시행하였다. 씹기 불편감 문제는 스트레스 인지 와 우울증 정도가 증가함에 따라 오즈비가 증가하였다(p<0.05). 말하기 불편감 문제는 정신 건강 상담을 받은 그룹에서 오즈비가 증가하였다(p<0.05). 본 연구결과 노인의 정신 건강과 구강 건강 문제는 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인의 정신 건강 관리와 구강 건강 문제 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발을 통하여 삶의 질 향상이 필요하리라 사료된다. To investigate the relationship between mental health and oral health problems in the elderly, this study was conducted using raw data from the 7th 3rd(2018) National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, targeting 753 elderly people aged 65 and over. For data analysis, complex sample analysis was performed using IBM SPSS 22.0 program. In the case of chewing problem, the odds ratio increased in the group with high stress perception and depression(p<0.05). In the case of speaking problem, the odds ratio increased in the group that received mental health counseling(p<0.05). As a result of this study, it was found that there is a relationship between mental health and oral health problems in the elderly. Therefore, it is thought that it is necessary to improve the quality of life through the development of programs to improve the mental health of the elderly and oral health problems.

18세기 후반 산업혁명의 기술혁신과 더불어 사회, 경제 등 일대 변혁이 시작되었다. 변혁과 함께 지식의 중요성이 인식되었고 그로인해 교육과 훈련, 학습 등을 중심으로 하는 사회로 발전하게 되었다. 하지만 단점과 장점 등을 보완 수정해야 했으며, 그 필요성에 따라 일터학습에 대한 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 질적 연구가 주를 이루고 양적 연구의 사례는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 질적 연구 또한 대기업, 중소기업을 대상으로 연구되고 있으며 소상공인을 대상으로 하는 연구는 전무한 상태이다. 따라서 연구자는 일터학습이 직무만족을 매개로 서비스품질과 경영성과에 미치는 여향을 소상공인을 대상으로 실증분석을 하고자 한다. With the technological innovation of the industrial revolution in the late 18th century, major revolutions such as society and economy began. With the transformation, the importance of knowledge was recognized, which led to the development of a society centered on education, training and learning. However, the shortcomings and advantages had to be supplemented and corrected, and research on work learning was conducted according to the necessity. However, qualitative research is dominant and there are few cases of quantitative research. Qualitative research is also being conducted on large companies and SMEs. Therefore, the researcher wants to empirically analyze the effect of workplace learning on service quality and management performance through job satisfaction.

구강알레르기증후군

Oral allergy syndrome (OAS) is an IgE-mediated allergy caused by cross-reacting antigenic determinants in pollens and various fruits, vegetables, and nuts which are known as the most common food allergy in adults. Cross-reactive antigenic proteins include pathogenesis-related-10 protein, profilin, cross-reactive carbohydrate determinant and lipid transfer protein. The prevalence of OAS has been reported at up to 70% of birch pollen allergy. A nationwide multicenter study in our country has recently reported that the prevalence of OAS in Korea is 41.7% of pollen allergy. Typical symptoms of OAS are tingling, itching sense and edema of lips, mouth, and throat immediately after ingestion of raw fruits, vegetables, or nuts. These can progress to systemic symptoms including anaphylaxis. The diagnosis can be made by typical clinical history in patients with pollen allergy. Skin prick test using fresh fruits extracts can be helpful in confirming sensitization to foods, which has better sensitivity than commercial skin prick test or serum specific IgE test. Treatment of OAS is to avoid causative foods. Self-injectable epinephrine should be considered in the case of anaphylaxis. Allergen-specific immunotherapy to pollens has also been tried. 현재 대부분의 액티브 네트워크에서 액티브 노드로 전송된 패킷은 프로그램 코드와 데이터를 동시에 가지고 있으며, 기존 네트웍 방식에서의 저장(store)-전송(forward) 형태와는 달리 저장(store)-연산(compute)-전송(forward) 방식으로 패킷 처리를 한다. 이 과정에서 패킷에 악성 코드가 추가되거나 실제 데이터가 변경되는 경우에는 데이터의 무결성을 보장할 수 없다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 액티브 노드에 들어오는 패킷과 그 노드에서 처리가 이루어진 후 나가는 패킷을 비교하여 악의적이거나 악의적이지는 않지만 실수로 인한 패킷의 오류를 방어함으로서 액티브 노드의 QoS를 향상시켜주는 방식을 제안한다.

교사의 변환적 지도력과 학생의 수업 참여의 관계

본 연구는 학교 현장에서 일어나고 있는 교실 붕괴 현상을 개선하고 학습공동체흘 실현하기 위하여 교사의 변환적 지도력과 학생의 수업 참여의 관계를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교사의 변환적 지도력은 학생의 수업 참여와 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 변환적 지도력의 하위요인 중학생을 배려하는 전문적 덕목은 학생의 수업 참여에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 변환적 지도력의 하위요인들 중전 문적 덕목 요인 외에도 전문적 능력, 비전제시, 권한부여 요인도 학생의 수업 참여에 대해 모 두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 셋째, 학생의 수업 참여에 영향을 미치는 변환적 지도력의 요인을 지도력이 높은 교사와 낮은 교사를 비교하여 살펴 본 결과에서도, 지도력이 높은 교사는 지도력이 낮은 교사보다 학생을 배려하는 전문적 덕목을 수업에서 더욱 잘 발휘 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다 결론적으로, 본 연구는 교실 붕괴현상을 개선하고 학생들의 적극 적이고 진정한 의미의 수업 참여가 이루어지는 학습공동체를 실현하기 위해서 교사의 변환적 지도력이 발휘되어야 한다는 것을 밝혀 주고 있다. This study begins with the assumption that teacher's transformational leadership can create learning community through the engagement of junior and high school students in the classroom activities, and also aims at analyzing the relationship between school teacher's transformational leadership and students' participation in the learning community. The results of this study are as follows. First, teacher's transformational leadership has a comparably higher correlation with students' engagement with classroom activities. Second, by using teacher's transformational leadership as an independent variable and this study analyzed all students classroom participation levels, Teacher's transformational leadership influenced almost all levels of students' engagement with classroom activities. Especially, professional virtue, the ethics of caring was affecting level three participation the most where students experience becoming a member of the community. Third, by selecting 13 teachers among 22, who fell in the respective category of 25% of high and low, this study compared teachers who are performing transformational leadership highly and those who are performing transformational leadership low. And their influences to the student participation are also analyzed. As higher the professional virtue higher the engagement rate, teachers with higher transformational leadership perform virtue of caring for students highly compared to teachers with lower transformational leadership. Therefore, it also indicates that school should be a place for caring students The caring of students is the most important factor for teacher's transformational leadership. In a summary, if teacher's transformational leadership is carried out, students will not be fallen into the where school collapse can occur, and will promote students' active participation and cooperation between classmates, and will let them experience a feeling of belonging to the community in the classroom There tore, ill order to bring about the learning community, teacher's transformational leadership must be performed.
