        대학생의 성격유형별 스트레스 대처방식이 학업소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - MBTI 성격유형을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 대학생들에게 MBTI성격유형검사를 실시하여 성격유형별 스트레스 대처방식이 학업소진에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 연구하였다. 연구결과 성격유형은 스트레스 대처방식 및 학업소진과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 나타내고 있다. 스트레스 대처방식 중 문제중심적 스트레스 대처방식은 EP, IJ성격유형에서 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 소망적사고 및 정서중심적 스트레스 대처방식은 EP성격유형에서 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상담자는 스트레스를 받은 내담자가 안정적인 상태에서 긍정적인 상상이나 기도 등을 통해 스트레스를 대처해 나갈 수 있도록 유도할 필요가 있다. The present study, college students was carried out to examine the MBTI personality types, Personality Types, how to cope with stress academic burnout Influence was studied. Study shows that personality type is closely related to the stress-coping strategy of personality type and Academic burnout. Among the strategies, problem-based way has a negative effect on EP and IJ personality types. On the other hand wishful-thinking and emotional-focused way have a positive effect on EP type. Thus, the therapist need to induce stressed client to deal with stress through positive imagination or prayer in stable condition.

        일부 중학생의 구강보건행동과 지식에 관한 조사연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the oral health behavior and knowledge of middle schoolers in an attempt to facilitate the selection of what to teach about oral health. Methods : The subjects in this study were 315 students at three different middle schools located in the city of Gunsan. After a self-administered survey was conducted by using structured questionnaires in collaboration with their homeroom teachers, the answer sheets from 315 students were gathered. And the answer sheets from 302 students were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program except 13 incomplete ones. The findings of the study were as follows: Results : 1. By gender and grade, the middle school boys(51.3%) outnumbered the middle school girls(48.7%), and the seventh, eighty and ninth graders respectively accounted for 31.5, 32.8 and 35.8 percent. 2. As to the parts of the mouth they brushed, the largest number of the seventh graders(31.6%) and ninth graders(56.5%) brushed their teeth and tongue. The largest group of the eighth graders(39.4%) brushed their teeth, tongue and gums, and the gaps between them and the others were statistically significant. 3. In regard to toothbrushing frequency, the ninth graders did that 2.62 times, which was the largest frequency, but the gap between them and the others was not statistically significant. 4. Concerning school oral health education experiences, the rates of the seventh, eighth and ninth graders who had ever received that education stood at 69.5, 50.6 and 50.5 percent respectively, and those students significantly outnumbered the others who hadn`t(p<0.01). 5. As for the relationship of their oral health behavior scores to toothbrushing frequency, there was a statistically significant correlation between the two(r=0.227, p<0.001). And the oral health knowledge scores had a statistically significant correlation to toothbrushing frequency (r=0.116, p<0.05) and oral health behavior scores(r=0.358, p<0.001). Conclusions : It is concluded that proactive oral health education must be made through diverse programs and systems. Also, regular oral examination and active oral health program for preventing dental caries and periodontal disease should be proliferated in order to evaluate achievement and effectiveness and maintain oral health care.

        음식섭취행동이 식습관 및 구강건강의 주관적 평가에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the eating behavior of patients in a bid to facilitate the improvement of their eating behavior, as eating behavior seemed to affect oral health and dietary habits. Methods : The subjects in this study were 235 patients who visited the dental hygiene practice lab at C college in South Jeonla Province. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed with the statistical package SPSS 12.0. Results : 1. When their self-awareness of dietary habits and oral health was checked in consideration of eating behavior, those who thought they had very good dietary habits and were in good oral health had meals three times a day. Their eating time was very irregular, and they took 15 to 20 minutes to eat. Their overeating frequency was three or four times a week, and their frequency of eating between meals was once or twice a week. 2. On the contrary, the daily eating frequency of the patients who found themselves to have very bad dietary habits and to be in bad oral health was not fixed, and their eating time was neither regular nor irregular. They spent less than 10 minutes having a meal, and their overeating frequency was once or twice a week. Their frequency of having a snack was three or four times a week, and as for food preference, they had a liking for meat. 3. The patients considered themselves to be in better health when they had balanced meals and good eating behavior, namely good dietary habits. And they rated their own dietary habits higher when they were in a good oral state, had no experiences to feel pain in the mouth and didn`t receive any dental treatment, namely when they were in good oral health. Conclusions : This study attempted to investigate the influence of eating behavior on oral health awareness. Another limitation of this study is that the geographic scope was just confined to an urban community in South Jeonla Province without checking any possible regional gaps. However, it`s quite evident that eating behavior exerts an influence on oral health awareness, and it seems worth doing to examine a larger number of subjects by utilizing objective oral health guidelines.         치과 무면허 불법시술 경험 패턴 연구

        본 연구는 치과 무면허 불법시술을 받은 사람들의 특성 및 패턴을 파악하고자 하였다. 2006년 국민구강건강 실태조사 자료를 이용하였다. 본 연구 대상자는 4,543명으로 치과 무면허 불법시술 경험 유무에 따라 그룹을 나누었 다. 치과 무면허 불법시술 패턴을 기 분석에서 살아남은 변수로 조사하였다. 패턴 분석은 CHAID로 하였다. 연령은 68세 이상에 해당하는 사람들은 39%가 치과 무면허 불법시술 경험을 한 것으로 나타났으나, 33세 이하는 3%가 치과 무면허 불법시술을 경험을 한 것으로 나타났다. 연령이 55 또는 68세이면서 여성인 경우 45%가 치과 무면허 불법시 술 경험을 한 것으로 나타났으나, 남성은 32%가 치과 무면허 불법시술을 경험을 한 것으로 나타났다. 최근 들어 건 강에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 시점에서 의료비 등으로 인한 심적 부담도 많이 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 올바르지 못한 무면허 불법시술자에게 의술을 받고 부작용을 초래하는 경우가 종종 발생하고 있는 시점에서 무면허 불법시술에 노출될 위험이 높은 그룹의 특성 및 패턴을 사전에 파악하여 올바른 교육과 홍보를 통하여 건강을 효과 적이고 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다. In this study, the patterns of people who get dental services from unqualified dental practitioners were identified by using "2006 National Dental Health Investigation". There were 4,543 people in total and the group was divided into two groups - those who had experience of receiving dental services from unqualified practitioners and of those who had not. The most pattern model was CHAID. It was patterned that 39% of those who are more than 68 years would experience such unqualified dental service, and it was found that 3% of those who are less than 33 years experienced such a service. It was found that 45% of those who are 55 or 68 years and woman would experience such unqualified dental service, and 32% of those who are 55 or 68 years and man experienced such a service. With the increase in health awareness, the burden of medical bills is also rising. However, cases of unqualified dental treatments that could cause extremely dangerous symptoms are also rising recently. Therefore it is most important to anticipate those groups who are most exposed to unqualified dental services, and educate them with appropriate information and publicise about the danger.

        치위생학과 학생들의 서비스 러닝 학습경험에 대한 질적 사례연구

        Objectives: This study introduces the service running professor-learning method operated by S University. In addition, this study also analyzed the views of learning experience through the service running participation process for students of the dental hygiene department who participated in the program and prepare basic data necessary for the spread and quality improvement of various service running education in the dental hygiene industry. Methods: This study was conducted to introduce the service running education program operated by the University Education Innovation Institute of S University in Asan, Chungcheongnam-do, and to analyze the views on the service running learning experience of five students in the department of dental hygiene who participated in the service running activities. Results: Through service learning, learners were highly aware that positive learning attitudes such as teamwork, problem-solving skills, major skills, and communication skills could be strengthened. Conclusions: Service learning provides an environment for students of dental hygiene department to provide various experiences, and in particular, it can give learners a chance to develop a wide range of necessary humanities and majors. Also, we could confirm that it is a very desirable and practical teaching method that gives learners a positive experience.
