한국 노인의 정신 건강과 구강 건강 문제의 연관성에 관한 융합 요인

본 연구는 노인의 정신 건강과 구강 건강 문제와의 관련성을 알아보고자 국민건강영양조사 제7기 3차(2018) 원시자료를 이용하여 65세 이상 노인 753명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 복합표본분석을 시행하였다. 씹기 불편감 문제는 스트레스 인지 와 우울증 정도가 증가함에 따라 오즈비가 증가하였다(p<0.05). 말하기 불편감 문제는 정신 건강 상담을 받은 그룹에서 오즈비가 증가하였다(p<0.05). 본 연구결과 노인의 정신 건강과 구강 건강 문제는 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인의 정신 건강 관리와 구강 건강 문제 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발을 통하여 삶의 질 향상이 필요하리라 사료된다.
신입생 ICT 리터러시 역량진단을 통한 소프트웨어 기초교육 방안 모색

이 연구는 대학 신입생을 대상으로 ICT 리터러시 진단 결과를 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 대학 교양 소프트웨어 교육과정에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 수행된 연구이다. 자료 수집은 대전 소재 M대학교의 2021년, 2022년, 2023년 신입생 3,488명을 대상으로 하였으며, ICT 관련 선행학습에 따른 성적 비교, 전공계열별 성적 차이 분석, ICT 리터러시 역량별 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 3년간 전체 응답자 3488명 중 940명(27.05%)이 ICT 관련 프로그램의 경험이 있다고 응답하였으며, ICT관련 학습 경험 비율이 높은 공과대학, 사범대학, 미술디자인대학은 ICT 리터러시 역량진단 평균점수가 높게 나타났다. 반면에 학습 경험비율이 낮은 음악대학, 테크노과학대학은 평균점수가 낮게 나타나 ICT관련 선행 학습 경험은 ICT 리터러시 역량 점수와의 높은 연관성을 보였다. 영역별로 정답률을 비교한 결과, 접근영역과 윤리영역의 정답률은 다른 영역에 비해 높게 나타났으나, 관리영역과 공유영역은 다소 낮은 정답률을 보였다. 이러한 결과는 컴퓨팅 사용환경이 PC에서 모바일로 옮겨가면서 데이터 저장, 소프트웨어의 사용 및 개발 환경 등이 클라우드 컴퓨팅 중심으로 변화하고 있기 때문으로 분석된다. 또한 연구 결과를 통해 도출된 시사점으로는 소프트웨어 기초교육에서 블록 코딩 언어의 활용 가능성, 파이썬 언어에 대한 사회적 관심과 수요증가를 반영하여 기초 및 심화 교육과정 필요성, 컴퓨터 사용환경 변화에 따른 자원관리 방법에 대한 교육 필요성 등이다. This study was conducted to analyze the results of ICT literacy diagnosis for college freshmen and derive implications for college liberal arts software curriculum based on this. Data collection targeted 3,488 new students at M University in Daejeon in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and compared grades based on ICT-related prior learning, analyzed diff erences in grades by major, and analyzed differences in ICT literacy capabilities. As a result of the study, 940 (27.05%) out of 3,488 respondents over the past three years responded that they had experience in ICT-related programs. The average score of the ICT literacy competency diagnosis of students in the college of engineering, college of education, and college of art and design, who had a high proportion of ICT-related learning experience, was high. While the average score of students at the college of music and college of technoscience, who had a low proportion of ICT-related learning experience, was low. In other words, ICT-related prior learning experience showed a high correlation with ICT literacy competency scores. As a result of comparing the percentage of correct answers by area, the percentage of correct answers in the access and ethics areas was higher than that of other areas, but the percentage of correct answers in the management and sharing areas was somewhat lower. These results are believed to be due to the fact that as the computing environment is moving from PC to mobile, data storage, software use, and development environments are changing to focus on cloud computing. In addition, implications derived from the research results include the possibility of using block coding language in basic software education, the need for basic and advanced curriculum reflecting the increase of social interest and demand for the Python language, and resource management methods according to changes in the computer use environment.

The purpose of this study was to examine the oral health behavior and knowledge of middle schoolers in an attempt to facilitate the selection of what to teach about oral health. The subjects in this study were 315 students at three different middle schools located in the city of Gunsan. After a self-administered survey was conducted by using structured questionnaires in collaboration with their homeroom teachers, the answer sheets from 315 students were gathered. And the answer sheets from 302 students were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program except 13 incomplete ones. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. By gender and grade, the middle school boys(51.3%) outnumbered the middle school girls(48.7%), and the seventh, eighty and ninth graders respectively accounted for 31.5, 32.8 and 35.8 percent. 2. As to the parts of the mouth they brushed, the largest number of the seventh graders(31.6%) and ninth graders(56.5%) brushed their teeth and tongue. The largest group of the eighth graders(39.4%) brushed their teeth, tongue and gums, and the gaps between them and the others were statistically significant. 3. In regard to toothbrushing frequency, the ninth graders did that 2.62 times, which was the largest frequency, but the gap between them and the others was not statistically significant. The seventh graders got a mean of 2.95 and 3.48 on oral health behavior and knowledge respectively, and the eighth graders got 2.73 and 3.42 respectively. The ninth graders got 2.70 and 3.07. Thus, the seventh graders scored statistically significantly better than the eighth and ninth graders(p<0.01, p<0.05). As for oral health knowledge by gender, the boys and girls got 3.17 and 3.47 respectively. The latter scored significantly higher than the former(p<0.05). 4. Concerning school oral health education experiences, the rates of the seventh, eighth and ninth graders who had ever received that education stood at 69.5, 50.6 and 50.5 percent respectively, and those students significantly outnumbered the others who hadn`t(p<0.01). As to the necessity of school oral health education, they considered it necessary to receive that education from professionals irrespective of grade, but the gap between them and the others was statistically insignificant. Regarding an intention of receiving school oral health education, those who were willing to take that education statistically significantly outnumbered the others who weren`t(p<0.05). The rates of the former students in their seventh, eighth and ninth grades respectively stood at 71.6, 53.6 and 63.0 percent. 5. As for the relationship of their oral health behavior scores to toothbrushing frequency, there was a statistically significant correlation between the two(r=0.227, p<0.001). And the oral health knowledge scores had a statistically significant correlation to toothbrushing frequency (r=0.116, p<0.05) and oral health behavior scores(r=0.358, p<0.001). Therefore, it could be said that higher oral health knowledge scores led to higher oral health behavior scores and more toothbrushing frequency.
