        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 천문동(天門冬)이 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 처방(處方)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        This study was investigated to make sure the range of Radix Asparagi treatment. the nature of disease. the pathology and the dosage of it in Dongeuybogam. The consequences were as follows: 1. The Radix Asparagi is used in 11 fields of treatment such as exhaustion, tussis and phlegm. blood diseases. etc 2. The Radix Asparagi is primarily used in the treatment of heart and lung disease, weak and infirm. and controlling hydrate and fever as well as tussis and phlegm. 3. The Radix Asparagi is used for nature of disease which of transmitting between sap and fever. cardiac disease caused by stress. floating fever. debility of blood, malfunction of heart and kidney. and deficiency of vitality. 4. The Radix Asparagi is used in a range of $2g{\sim}16g$ per dose with 4g being the typical dose for most treatments. 5. The Radix Asparagi is used as a fundamental prescription with several herb remedies for the pathology. The Radix Asparagi has been used to moisten the dryness and to keep the balance among fever of heart, lung, and kidney. According to the results. I suggest to use Radix Asparagi in a various pathogenic fields. The Radix Asparagi is able to use to improve not only fatigue. but also diabetes, cataract, and debility of blood.

        ($H_2O_2$와 ascorbic acid가 사람 치주인대섬유모세포의 TIMP-2, Type 1 collagen, PDLs22 발현에 끼치는 효과

        Reactive oxygen species (ROS) have been implicated in the pathogenesis of various diseases. And vitamin C has shown a protective effect for the tissues. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of $H_2O_2$ and ascorbic acid on matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP: TIMP-1, TIMP-2), Type 1 collagen, fibronectin, and PDLs22 level in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts (hPDLF) via reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). hPDLF was obtained from a healthy periodontium and cultured in Dulbecco's modified Eagles's medium plus 10% fetal bone serum. The concentration of ascorbic acid in hPDLF was $50{\mu}g/ml$, and that of $H_2O_2$ in hPDLF was 0.03% and 0.00003%. Ascorbic acid only, $H_2O_2$ only and mixture of ascorbic acid and $H_2O_2$ were applied with hPDLF for 1-, 3-, and 30-min. respectively. The gene expression of MMP-1-, TIMP-1-, TIMP-2-, Type 1 collagen-, fibronectin-, and PDLs22-mRNA in hPDLF was analysed via RT-PCR. The results were as follows; 1. hPDLF in response to 30-min. incubation with 0.03% $H_2O_2$ did not show any gene expression. 2. In all the experimental groups, the gene expression of fibronectin mRNA showed the decreased tendency compared to control. 3. In all the experimental groups, the gene expression of TIMP-1 mRNA showed the tendency similar to control. 4. hPDLF in response to 30-min. incubation with 0.03% $H_2O_2$ and ascorbic acid increased mRNA induction for MMP-1. 5. In all the experimental groups, hPDLF increased mRNA induction for PDLs22, collagen type 1, and TIMP-2 compared to control. Within the limited experiments, $H_2O_2$ and ascorbic acid increased mRNA induction for PDLs22, collagen type 1, TIMP-2 in hPDLF. More research will be needed in order to confirm the relative importance of the different roles of ROS and antioxidants in hPDLF from a periodontal regeneration or repair standpoint.

        기수지역 선박평형수의 염소 생성 효율에 미치는 전기화학 처리의 영향

        Indirect oxidation using chlorine species oxidizing agents is often effective in wastewater treatment using an electrochemical oxidation process. When chlorine ions are contained in the wastewater, oxidizing agents of various chlorine species are produced during electrolysis. In a ballast water management system, it is also used to treat ballast water by electrolyzing seawater to produce a chlorine species oxidizer. However, ballast water in the brackish zone and some wastewater has a low chlorine ion concentration. Therefore, it is necessary to study the chlorine generation current efficiency at various chlorine concentration conditions. In this study, the chlorine generating current efficiency of a boron-doped diamond(BDD) electrode and insoluble electrodes are compared with various chloride ion concentrations. The results of this study show that the current efficiency of the BDD electrode is better than that of the insoluble electrodes. The chlorine generation current efficiency is better in the order of BDD, MMO(mixed metal oxide), $Ti/RuO_2$, and $Ti/IrO_2$ electrodes. In particular, when the concentration of sodium chloride is 10 g/L or less, the current efficiency of the BDD electrode is excellent.

        아르곤 가스의 주입이 붕소 도핑 다이아몬드 전극의 특성에 미치는 효과

        A boron-doped diamond(BDD) electrode is attractive for many electrochemical applications due to its distinctive properties: an extremely wide potential window in aqueous and non-aqueous electrolytes, a very low and stable background current and a high resistance to surface fouling. An Ar gas mixture of $H_2$, $CH_4$ and trimethylboron (TMB, 0.1 % $C_3H_9B$ in $H_2$) is used in a hot filament chemical vapor deposition(HFCVD) reactor. The effect of argon addition on quality, structure and electrochemical property is investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and cyclic voltammetry(CV). In this study, BDD electrodes are manufactured using different $Ar/CH_4$ ratios ($Ar/CH_4$ = 0, 1, 2 and 4). The results of this study show that the diamond grain size decreases with increasing $Ar/CH_4$ ratios. On the other hand, the samples with an $Ar/CH_4$ ratio above 5 fail to produce a BDD electrode. In addition, the BDD electrodes manufactured by introducing different $Ar/CH_4$ ratios result in the most inclined to (111) preferential growth when the $Ar/CH_4$ ratio is 2. It is also noted that the electrochemical properties of the BDD electrode improve with the process of adding argon.

        폐수처리용 붕소 도핑 다이아몬드 전극의 수명에 미치는 제조공정 변수의 영향

        Boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrode has an extremely wide potential window in aqueous and non-aqueous electrolytes, very low and stable background current and high resistance to surface fouling due to weak adsorption. These features endow the BDD electrode with potentially wide electrochemical applications, in such areas as wastewater treatment, electrosynthesis and electrochemical sensors. In this study, the characteristics of the BDD electrode were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and evaluated by accelerated life test. The effects of manufacturing conditions on the BDD electrode were determined and remedies for negative effects were noted in order to improve the electrode lifetime in wastewater treatment. The lifetime of the BDD electrode was influenced by manufacturing conditions, such as surface roughness, seeding method and rate of introduction of gases into the reaction chamber. The results of this study showed that BDD electrodes manufactured using sanding media of different sizes resulted in the most effective electrode lifetime when the particle size of alumina used was from $75{\sim}106{\mu}m$ (#150). Ultrasonic treatment was found to be more effective than polishing treatment in the test of seeding processes. In addition to this, BDD electrodes manufactured by introducing gases at different rates resulted in the most effective electrode lifetime when the introduced gas had a composition of hydrogen gas 94.5 vol.% carbon source gas 1.6 vol.% and boron source gas 3.9 vol.%.

        금 증착 적외선 반사판의 반사율 및 수명에 미치는 제조공정 변수의 영향

        Infrared(IR) heating has many advantages, such as energy efficiency, reduced heating time, cleanliness, equipment compactness, high drying rate and easy automation. These features of IR heating provide widely industrial applications, such as surface heat treatment in semiconductor fabrication, thermoforming of polymers, drying and disinfection of food products, heating to metal forging, and drying of wet materials. In this study, the characteristics of a protected gold mirror were examined by spectrophotometer and the lifetime of the coating layers were evaluated by a cross-cutting method and salt spray test. The effects of manufacturing conditions on the protected gold mirror were seen and remedies for these effects were noted in order to improve the properties of the protected gold mirror in the drying process. The reflectance and lifetime of the protected gold mirror was influenced by manufacturing conditions, such as surface roughness and forming conditions of the anti-oxide layer, the adhesion layer, the reflecting layer and the protection layer. The results of this study showed that the protected gold mirror manufactured using a buffing method for pre-treatment resulted in the most effective reflectance. In addition, $Al_2O_3$ coating on an Al substrate as an anti-oxide layer was more effective than the anodizing process in the test of reflectance. Furthermore, the protected gold mirror manufactured by layers forming of various materials resulted in the most effective reflectance and lifetime when coated with $Al_2O_3$ as the anti-oxide layer, coated Cr as the adhesion layer, and coated $MgF_2$ as the protection layer.

        Minimally invasive cardiac surgery including robotic technique has become increasingly popular over the last decade. The advantages of such technique include improved cosmesis and healing, and reduced stress response, hospital and intensive care unit stay, and transfusion requirements. Robot-assisted cardiac surgery requires prolonged one-lung ventilation to optimize exposure. Remote-access perfusion requires appropriate positioning of multiple catheters to establish cardiopulmonary bypass. Carbon dioxide insufflation into the thorax can cause hemodynamic instability and carbon dioxide embolism. Limited exposure of the heart may pose difficulties with management of arrhythmia, hemostasis, myocardial protection and de-airing at the end of surgery. Limited access due to robot manipulator would make rapid intervention for cardiopulmonary resuscitation difficult or impossible. This case report describes robot-asssisted atrial septal defect repair and discusses the anesthetic issues associated with minimally invasive cardiac surgery including robotic cardiac surgery.         호텔,관광산업 분야 정부지원 대학생 해외인턴쉽 사업의 효과 및 개선에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 정부가 지원하는 대학생 해외인턴쉽 프로그램의 호텔관광 분야에 참가한 학생들의 설문 조사를 분석하여 프로그램의 효과와 문제점을 살펴보고, 인턴쉽이 보다 효율적으로 운영될 수 있도록 하기 위해서 활성화를 위한 개선 사항을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 조사 결과 해외인턴쉽 사업은 실용적인 언어능력향상, 전공 관련 실무 습득, 글로벌 마인드 증진, 학업에 매진하도록 하는 동기부여, 자신감 고취, 해외교류 활성화, 및 국내외 취업 기회 부여 등의 측면에서 효과적인 것으로 조사되었다. 참가 학생들의 설문 결과 개선 사항으로 예산 증액, 프로그램 기간 조정, 현지 문화체험 등의 대학 자율성 부여, 인턴쉽 국가 다양화, 전공에 따른 어학 기준 차별화, 인턴쉽 정보 교류의 통로 마련 등을 제시하였다. 대학생 해외인턴쉽 사업은 졸업 후호텔관광 산업분야에 취업하려는 학생들에게 직무관련 능력을 준비시키고 전문성과 경쟁력 있는 호텔관광 분야 전문직무능력개발을 위해 더욱 활성화되어 많은 학생들이 참여하도록 장려되어야 한다.

        정책유형에 따른 정책 네트워크 구조 비교분석

        본 연구에서는 정책 네트워크와 정책 간의 관계를 보다 설득력 있게 설명하고 정책 네트워크 연구의 일반화를 도모하기 위해서는 정책의 유형과 정책 네트워크의 구조를 논리적으로 매칭하는 작업이 요구된다는 인식 하에 정책유형에 따라 정책 네트워크의 구조에 차이가 나타날 것이라는 명제를 도출하였다. 정책의 유형은 강제의 수단과 제공된 편익의 불가분성 두 가지 기준을 통해 분배정책, 재분배정책, 경제적 규제정책, 사회적 규제정책으로 분류하고자 하였고, 각각을 대표하는 사례로서 두뇌한국 21, 종합부동산세, IMT-2000서비스 규제, GMO 안전성 규제를 선정하였다. 한편 정책 네트워크의 구조는 범위, 권력구조, 관계패턴을 통해 살펴보고자 하였으며, 정책유형과 정책 네트워크 간의 관계를 검토하기 위해서 네트워크 분석(SNA)을 사용하였다. 네 가지 사례에 대한 네트워크 분석의 결과, 정책유형별로 네트워크의 범위, 권력구조, 관계패턴에 일정한 패턴으로 차이가 나타나고 있음이 드러났다. This study deduce the premise that policy network structure will appear different depending on policy types to explain relation between policy network and policy types persuasively and advance the generalization of policy network research. Policies can be classified by two dimensions 'types of coercion' and 'types of goods' , and eventually into (1) 'distribution policy', (2) 'redistribution policy', (3) 'economic regulation policy' and (4) 'social regulation policy'. For individual review of these policy types, Brain Korea 21 case was selected on distribution policy, comprehensive real estate holding tax case on redistribution policy, MIT-2000 mobile telecommunication business selection case on economic regulation policy, and GMO safety regulation case on social regulation policy. In the meantime, the issue of defining policy network was reviewed through four elements, range, power structure, and relations pattern that existing policy network researchers commonly proposed. In particular, for more objective comparison of network structure, network analysis was applied. In summary, the above analysis can reach such conclusion that the range, power structure, and relation pattern of policy network may vary systematically depending on distribution policy, redistribution policy, economic regulation policy and social regulation policy.
