        BTCA 로 방추가공한 면직물의 수착 성질 및 물리적 성질의 연구

        Cotton fabrics were treated with BTCA, which is used to improve the wrinkle recovery property of cotton fabrics. BTCA, with varying its concentrations, was treated on cotton fabrics by pad dry-cure technique. BTCA contents in treated cotton fabrics were determined by the weight gain and the FT-IR spectrometer. The effects on the sorption and physical properties of BTCA treated fabrics were investigated. IR spectra showed that ester-crosslinks were produced in BTCA treated cotton fabrics. And as increasing the concentration of BTCA, ester-crosslinks are increased in amorphous regions of fabrics. Moisture regain and water imbibition of treated fabrics were reduced. But, they were increased over a certain concentration. Dye sorptions also were reduced, but they were similar over 6% BTCA. When BTCA was treated on cotton fabrics, DP rating and wrinkle recovery angle were improved. On the other hand, strength retentions of treated fabrics were lower than untreated fabrics. Stiffness was increased.

        예비교사들의 교육적 경험에 관한 탐구 - 자서전적 방법을 적용하여 -

        Now that reflective teacher education is stressed as an alternative of technological approach to teacher education, teachers should make s self-reflection and have a self-understanding. The purpose of this study was to inform and expand the reflective abilities of pre-service teachers while the pre-service teachers engaged in autobiographical writing. In facilitating the efforts of pre-service teachers to make sense of their external experiences, we encouraged them to internalize those experiences through their autobiographies. The writings were analyzed the connections between life histories and how pre-service teachers think about teaching, teacher role identity and their practices in the classroom. The findings were meaning of experiences with parents, experiences with teachers and school experiences. Especially most of pre-service teachers were greatly influenced by their experiences with teachers. Family and early childhood experiences significantly affected pre-service teachers' teacher role identity. Finally, We must give pre-service teachers a basis for acknowledging and understanding the history of their previously unexamined, tacit beliefs. And we must structure opportunities for pre-service teachers to develop alternatives. 본 연구는 기술공학적 교사교육의 대안으로 반성적 교사교육이 강조되고 있는 시점에서 우리나라 예비교사들이 과거 자신의 삶을 성찰적으로 돌아보고 미래의 교사로서의 모습을 구체화하는 과정을 통하여 자신의 삶 전반과 교육적 경험 속에서 아동으로서, 학생으로서, 예비교사로서 어떤 경험을 해왔으며 그것이 장차 교사로서 교육에 대한 자신의 관점과 신념에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 탐색하는 것에 목적을 두고 실행되었다. 이에, 연구방법이자 교수방법으로 자서전적 방법을 활용하여 예비교사들을 대상으로 자서전적 글쓰기를 진행하였고 자서전을 통해 나타난 경험의 특징을 탐구하였다. 그 결과, 예비교사들은 과거의 의미 있는 교육적 경험으로서 부모와의 경험, 교사와의 경험, 학교에서 경험했던 특별한 사건들을 기억했고 이는 자신이 생각하는 교사의 역할 모델로 반영되고 있음을 발견하게 되었다. 지속적인 자기성찰을 통해 자신의 역할과 행위를 인식하고 재구성해나가는 교사의 삶은 예비교사 교육과정에서부터 시작되어야 한다. 또한 그런 측면에서 본 연구는 하나의 대안적 가치를 갖는다고 판단되며 이를 토대로 예비교사 교육과정에서 보다 실제적이고 다양한 시도가 후속되기를 기대한다.

        Expression of the serotonin 1A receptor in the horse brain

        Background: Serotonin receptors can be divided into seven different families with various subtypes. The serotonin 1A (5-HT1A) receptor is one of the most abundant subtypes in animal brains. The expression of 5-HT1A receptors in the brain has been reported in various animals but has not been studied in horses. The 5-HT1A receptor functions related to emotions and behaviors, thus it is important to understand the functional effects and distribution of 5-HT1A receptors in horses to better understand horse behavior and its associated mechanism. Methods: Brain samples from seven different regions, which were the frontal, central, and posterior cerebral cortices, cerebellar cortex and medulla, thalamus, and hypothalamus, were collected from six horses. Western blot analysis was performed to validate the cross-reactivity of rabbit anti-5-HT1A receptor antibody in horse samples. Immunofluorescence was performed to evaluate the localization of 5-HT1A receptors in the brains. Results: The protein bands of 5-HT1A receptor appeared at approximately 50 kDa in the frontal, central, and posterior cerebral cortices, cerebellar cortex, thalamus, and hypothalamus. In contrast, no band was observed in the cerebellar medulla. Immunofluorescence analysis showed that the cytoplasm of neurons in the cerebral cortices, thalamus, and hypothalamus were immunostained for 5-HT1A receptors. In the cerebellar cortex, 5-HT1A was localized in the cytoplasm of Purkinje cells. Conclusions: In conclusion, the study suggests that 5-HT and 5-HT1A receptor systems may play important roles in the central nervous system of horses, based on the widespread distribution of the receptors in the horse brain.

        日本語学習者と成人日本語母語話者による条件表現使用傾向に関する調査― 固まりの形式と意味的要素に着目して ―

        本研究の目的はL2学習者と成人日本語母語話者を対象として、文完成テストを行い、条件表現の習得の特徴と固まりの形式․意味的な要因との関係を検証することである。そのため、発話データからの傾向を仮説として提示し、L2学習者と日本語母語話者の使用傾向を明らかにした。その結果、以下の3点が検証された。まず、(ⅰ) 中級以上のL2学習者の条件表現の習得には特定の固まりの形式が存在している、(ⅱ) 中級以上のL2学習者の条件表現の習得においては「仮定性の有無」による条件表現の選択に差がある、(ⅲ) 中級以上のL2学習者と日本語母語話者の固まりの形式の使用には差がなく、「仮定性の有無」による意味的な面においての使用傾向に差があることが明らかになった。本研究での日本語学習者の発話データ、調査による検証による傾向から考えると、日本語学習者は意味用法の細かな分類からの影響だけではなく、固まりのような形式的な使用にも影響されていることが分かった。更に、本研究は学習者の発話に注目することで、従来までは外されていた部分に焦点を置き、それが鍵となり、L2学習者の条件表現の習得の特徴を明らかにすることが出来た。本研究で条件表現の習得に関する全ての疑問点を明らかにすることは出来ないが、条件表現の習得に新たな要因の働きを提示出来たと考えられる。

      • Far Ultraviolet Observations of the Spica Nebula and the Interaction Zone

        We report the results of our analysis of far ultraviolet (FUV) observations made for the broad region around the ${\alpha}$ Vir (Spica) including the interaction zone of the Loop I and the Local Bubble. We employed the datasets of the GALEX and the FIMS, which made observations at similar FUV wavelengths. First, we noted that the GALEX image was enhanced in the southern region where the interaction zone exists. We attribute this enhanced FUV emission to dust scattering of the stellar photons, mostly from the background field stars with small contributions from the central star Spica. While the region is optically thin in general, the FUV intensity did not correlate well with the dust extinction level, indicating that the local radiation field has significant fluctuations. On the other hand, the GALEX FUV intensity well with the $H{\alpha}$ intensity as well as the dust extinction level in the northern part. In fact, the neutral hydrogen column density correlated very well with the dust extinction level throughout the whole region in consideration. The relationship between the neutral hydrogen column density and the color excess was estimated to be ${\sim}7{\times}10^{21}atoms\;cm^{-2}$, which is a little higher than the previous observations made for a diffuse interstellar medium. The spectral analyses of the FIMS observations showed the enhanced C IV emission throughout the whole region, indicating that the C IV emission arises by the interaction of the hot gases with the shell boundaries. A simple model showed that a large portion of the C IV emission comes from the Loop I side of the interaction zone, compared to the Local Bubble side. The FIMS spectrum also showed indications of the molecular hydrogen fluorescence lines for the interaction zone.
