        CARE(CAse REport) 지침에 의거한 척추신경추나의학회지 증례보고의 질 평가 연구 : 2013년 이후 증례보고를 중심으로

        Objectives A case report is a detailed medical description of previously unreported observations or complications of medical conditions, unique use cases of tests, or new side effects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of case reports published in the Journal of Korea CHUNA Manual Medicine for Spine & Nerves (JKCMSN). Methods Case reports published in the JKCMSN from January 2013 to December 2020 were selected using the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS). The quality of the reports was assessed based on the Consensusbased Clinical Case Reporting Guideline Development (CARE) guidelines. Results Sixty case reports that met the inclusion criteria were included in the assessment. Our analysis revealed that 71.42% of the case reports included all the necessary information and their level of reporting was good. However, their scores in the qualitative subdivisions of the reporting level parameters showed that the quality level was uneven. More than 65% of the papers did not report in the following categories: “Keywords,” “Patient information,” “Timeline,” “Diagnostic assessment,” “Therapeutic interventions,” “Follow-up and outcomes,” “Patient perspective,” and “Informed consent.” Conclusions Our analysis shows that CARE guidelines need to be followed more rigorously to improve the quality of reporting in the JKCMSN. Further efforts are necessary to develop reporting guidelines and evaluation tools relevant to the Korean clinical context.

        흡착제를 이용한 참기름의 벤조피렌 저감화

        Benzo(a)pyrene 함량이 4.1 ppb가 되도록 첨가한 참기름에 흡착제인 활성탄을 첨가하였을 때 첨가량, 교반시간, 교반온도가 증가함에 따라 benzo(a)pyrene 함량이 줄어들었다. 참기름에 활성탄을 0.5%(w/w) 투입하고, 30분간 70°C에서 교반하였을 때 볶은 참기름에 존재하고 있는 benzo(a)pyrene의 함량은 0.91 ppb까지 낮아져 식품공전규격인 2.0 ppb 이하의 적합 수준의 참기름을 얻을 수 있었다. 경기권 재래시장에서 판매되고 있는 재래식 압착 참기름 30건의 benzo(a)pyrene의 함량은 0.19 ppb부터 4.11 ppb로 나타났다. 경기권 재래시장에서 구입한 참기름 중 benzo(a)pyrene 함량이 가장 높은 3가지 시료(2.14~4.11 ppb)를 위와 같은 최적의 흡착조건으로 처리하였을 때 benzo(a)pyrene의 함량은 0.43~0.86 ppb로 매우 효과적으로 감소하였다. 본 연구는 활성탄 첨가 후 교반처리만으로 볶음공정을 반드시 거치는 참기름에서 규격 이상의 벤조피렌이 검출되는 것을 저감화 하는 방법을 제시함으로써 참기름이 안전하게 생산, 유통될 수 있는 데에 응용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted to reduce benzo(a)pyrene in sesame oil by addition of several kinds of absorbents (active carbon, diatomaceous earth, kaolin, acid clay, perlite, and silicate). Sesame oil containing 4.1 ppb benzo(a)pyrene was stirred with 0.2% (w/w) several kinds of adsorbents at 40°C for 30 min. Active carbon resulted in the highest reduction of benzo(a)pyrene in sesame oil among the investigated adsorbents, and decolorization was observed only by using silicate. Reduction of benzo(a)pyrene was optimized by controlling amount the of active carbon, stirring time, and stirring temperature. Futher, 4.1 ppb benzo(a)pyrene in sesame oil was reduced by up to 0.91 ppb by adding 0.5% (w/w) active carbon and stirring for 30 min at 70°C. Optimized conditions were applied to sesame oil (2.14~4.11 ppb) purchased from a Gyeonggi traditional market, and benzo(a)pyrene in sesame oil was reduced by up 0.43~0.86 ppb.

        3차원 공간 상에서 Space Syntax를 이용한 게임 객체 배치 연구

        본 논문에서는 게임 맵에 대한 공간 분석을 통하여 정량적인 공간 분석 수치를 제공함으로써기획자들로 하여금 게임 객체를 배치하는데 있어서의 합리성을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이 본 연구의 기본 목적이다. 본 연구의 의의로는 Space Syntax을 이용한 게임 플레이어들의 행태 분석에 국한된 기존 연구의 한계를 벗어나, 게임 개발 단계인 레벨 디자인에서 Space Syntax를 활용하여 효율적인 게임 객체의 배치가 가능할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 논문의 산업적인 가치로는 합리적인 게임 객체의 배치에 따라 기존의 레벨 디자인 단계에서 발생할 수 있는 반복적인 작업들을 줄여 게임 개발 기간 및 개발 기대 비용을 절감할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this research is to provide the rationality of placement of game objects using the space analysis for game map so that the game designers can find out the proper position for each object in the map. The significance of this research is beyond the limitations of the existing research using Space Syntax theory is confined to the analysis of the behavior of players in the map, this research suggest the method of the efficient placement of game objects in level design step. This paper as the worth of the industry is expected to be able to reduce the repetitive tasks that may occur during game level design steps. Through this, it is also expected by reducing game development period and development costs in accordance with the reasonable placement of game objects.

        골절에 침 치료를 적용한 2013년 이후 증례보고 문헌고찰

        Objectives This study aimed to investigate the trend in treating fracture with acupuncture and to evaluate the quality of case reports. Methods All case reports of fractures treated with acupuncture were extracted from four Korean web databases. We classified these studies by five fracture sites and investigated frequently used meridian and acupoint, outcome measurements, treatment period. And we assessed the quality of the case reports by the STandards for Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture (STRICTA) guidelines. Results A total of 33 case reports were included. The outcome measurements were divided into six categories, and the outcome measurements used in more than three studies showed improvement in patient symptoms. The mainly used meridians for each fracture site were as follows: chest and abdomen (GB, LR, CV), back (BL, GB), upper limb (LI, TE), lower Limb (GB, ST, BL, SP). The most commonly used acupoints for each fracture site were as follows: chest and abdomen (Ashi points, GB24, GB25, GB26, LR13, LR14, CV16, CV17, CV18, CV19), back (BL23, BL24, BL25, BL26, BL40, BL51, BL52, BL60, GB34), upper limb (LI4, LI10, LI11, TE3), lower limb (GB34, GB40). According to the STRICTA guidelines, more than 54.54% of the reports were found to be ‘not reported’ or ‘not sufficient’ in the following categories: ‘response sought’, ‘description of participating acupuncturist’, and ‘number of needle insertions per subject per session’. Conclusions The meridians and acupuncture points frequently used for acupuncture treatment of fractures were near the fracture site. Future clinical studies involving acupuncture must be reported in accordance with the STRICTA guidelines to improve transparency and uniformity. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2021;31(4):49-63)

        3차원 공간에서의 Space Syntax

        This paper proposes a methodology to analyze the connectivity(or integration) in three-dimensional space by developing Space Syntax which is the representative analyzing theory of spatial space. It is general that existing spatial analysis analyzes about large scale terrain with the Space Syntax of top-view form, but this paper proposes a methodology to analyze the space which is complicated, small-scale, and three-dimensional beyond two-dimensional. First, it examines the problems which could be caused from Space Syntax of the forms in two-dimensional space, then it presents the methodology which complements these problems in 3 dimensional space before analyzing the connectivity in the actual three-dimension space. It deal with the methodology to access in three-dimension space, and also develops the program which can actually embody this. In conclusion, the methodology which arranges the objects in space is mostly based on the designer-centered manner according to the use of objects, but this paper present how to obtain the objectivity about the methodology for arranging objects by analyzing the 3 dimensional space where the people normally walk around.

        In this paper, features and efficiencies of the 3D engine are described which has been developed through the research of 3D real time rendering techniques. And an on-line shooting game "3D Fortress" which has been developed using this 3D engine with server technologies is introduced for the techniques and methodology applied in the process of development of the game as well as the features and discussions of its implementation.
