        중왕산 지역 신갈나무림의 임분형 구분 및 육림작업에 적절한 미래목 본수의 결정

        The objectives of this study were 1) to classify the types of Quercus mongolica stands at Mt. Joongwang and compare their quality, and 2) to determine the proper future tree number of Q. mongolica per ha and the appropriate distance between the future trees. The results from this study were as follows : Q. mongolica stands at Mt. Joongwang was classified into four types, pure Q. mongolica stand as stand type Ⅰ, Q. mongolica - hardwood stand as stand type Ⅱ , Q. mongolica - Pines densiflora stand as stand type Ⅲ, Hardwood - Q. mongolica stand as stand type Ⅳaccording to mixture rate in stand volume. Stand type Ⅳ showed the best quality stem of Q. mongolica among the stand types, and the stem quality of Q. mongolica in Q. mongolica stand mixed with hardwood as stand types Ⅱ and Ⅳ was better than those in pure Q. mongolica stand as stand type Ⅰ and in Q. mongolica - P. densiflora stand as stand type Ⅲ. If the management goal for Q. mongolica stand is to produce its high quality-timber, it is desirable to sustain proper mixture rate of Q. mongolica with another hardwoods. The proper number of future trees in pure Q. mongolica stand as stand type Ⅰ was 122trees/㏊ and reasonable distance between the future trees was 9.15m. The distance between future trees in other stand types was 7.2m to 9.3m for stand types Ⅱ and Ⅳ, while 8.0m for stand type Ⅲ. Thus, the classification of Q. mongolica stand type based on stand character and maturity, and proper stem number of future tree and optimum distance between future trees would be a useful forest tending work.

        The purpose of this thesis is through analyzing the trend setting components of western cosmetic trends in the 1960's with main focus on make up and hair style, to observe that formation of cosmetic trend represent the reactions by social, cultural, and artistic components and for changes and developments in trends to occur, more than one of these components had to occur as well. The research method for this thesis was to firstly define the term "trend" and do theoretical study on the analyzing method of trends. It was followed by analysis of relationship between trend setting components and cosmetic cultures. Then trends were analyzed upon 4 criteria, society, culture, artistic trend, and fashion style. Finally, the trend setting components were analyzed in terms of impact fashion style, cultural artistic trends, and mass media have on makeup and hair style. 1960's is referred as "revolutionary 60's", and main events were creation of youth culture, election of John F. Kennedy, Human rights movement by blacks, and hippism. Two main trends in 60's were "Pop Art" which represents popular cultural image art, and "Op Art" which is abstractive and geometrical. Main themes of 1960's were Young Fashion, miniskirts, Space Age Look, and Hippie style. In 1960's, eye make up using contrast between black and white, that utilized geometric and abstractive side of Pop Art and Op Art, and asymmetric Hair style by Vidal Sassoon, that was influenced by Op Art, were introduced. Impact of fashion style in 60's was flower, bird shapes and Unisex hair accruing from Hippie culture. Mass media also had impact. During 60's, Brigitte Bardot's disobedience image, Jackie Kennedy's noble image, and Twiggy's dark colored eyes and pale lips were popular. From these results, we can conclude that trends in cosmetic cultures are formed when developments in one or more social cultural components have occurred, and that cosmetic trends deviate from these components.

        Natural Regeneration in the Plantations of Pinus koraiensis and Larix kaempferi in Yangyang-Gun, South Korea

        The forest of Korea had been severely degraded since early 1900s until 1950s. Korean Government has successfully accomplished the reforestation works since 1960s. However, some plantations showed poor survival and growth caused by ignoring site characteristics in selecting plantation species and lack of tending works such as thinning. The natural regeneration of indigenous species, such as Quercus species and Pinus densiflora Siebold & Zucc., were examined in the plantations of Pinus koraiensis Siebold & Zucc. and Larix kaempferi Fortune ex Gordon. Quercus species regenerated mainly by sprouting while P. densiflora regenerated naturally from a few mother trees that remained in the plantations. P. koraiensis showed poor survival (IVI ≤ 25%) and suppressed growth (height ≤ 3 m and DBH ≤ 3 cm at 20 year-old) by Quercus species or P. densiflora in the plantation areas, however had high survival (IVI ≥ 70%) and growth (8 m height and 14.1 cm DBH at 20 year-old) in areas where silvicultural practices were conducted. L. kaempferi showed good survival (IVI ≥ 40%) and growth (17.2 m height and 16.3 cm DBH at 30 year-old) mostly in valley areas, while it was nearly dead (IVI ≤ 10%) in ridge or ridge-slope areas and was replaced by indigenous species such as Quercus species (IVI ≥ 25∼55%) or P. densiflora (IVI ≥ 18∼50%).

        연잎, 상엽, 건조 무 혼합 추출물의 지표성분 wogonin, quercetin 및 quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 분석법 개발 및 검증

        본 연구는 연잎, 상엽, 건조 무 혼합 추출물의 wogonin, quercetin, quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 함량 분석 및 해당 표준물질들의 동시 분석법의 개발 및 검증을 실시하였다. 분석법은 특이성, 직선성, 정확성, 정밀성, 검출한계 및 정량한계를 통하여 분석법의 신뢰성을 검증했다. HPLC를 이용한 분석방법에서 표준용액의 머무름 시간과 연잎, 상엽, 건조 무 혼합 추출물 중 quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 머무름 시간이 일치하였으며 동일한 spectrum을 나타내는 것을 확인해 분석법의 특이성을 검증하였다. Wogonin, quercetin 및 quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 검량선은 상관계수 값이 wogonin, quercetin 및 quercetin-3-O-glucuronide 모두 0.9999로 우수한 직선성을 보여 분석에 적합함을 알 수 있었고 정밀성과 정확성은 농도를 아는 시료에 인위적으로 저농도, 중농도, 고농도의 표준물질을 첨가해 계산하였다. Wogonin, quercetin, quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 정밀성은 일간 정밀성, 일내 정밀성으로 확인했으며 세 가지 성분들의 일간 정밀성은 각각 0.76~1.24%, 0.90~1.40%, 0.74~1.87% 수준으로 확인되었고, 일내 정밀성은 0.12~1.06%, 0.28~1.12%, 0.52~0.92%로 5% 이하의 우수한 정밀성을 보였다. 정확성의 측정 결과 wogonin, quercetin 및 quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 일간 정확성은 99.99~107.97%, 99.96~115.88%, 99.73~111.91%를 나타냈고 일내 정확성은 100.36~108.88%, 99.77~114.81%, 99.91~112.44%로 우수한 수준의 정확성을 보였다. Wogonin, quercetin 및 quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 검출한계는 각각 0.16 μg/mL, 0.09 μg/mL, 0.15 μg/mL로 측정됐으며 정량한계는 각각 0.48 μg/mL, 0.26 μg/mL, 0.45 μg/mL로 나타나 저농도에서도 검출이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 분석법 검증결과, 확립된 분석법은 특이성, 직선성, 정밀성, 정확성, 검출한계 및 정량한계가 모두 우수한 분석법임이 검증됐으며, 검증된 분석법을 이용해 연잎, 상엽, 건조 무 혼합 추출물의 wogonin, quercein, quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 함량을 분석한 결과 wogonin과 quercetin은 검출이 되지 않았지만 quercetin-3-O-glucuronide는 함량을 가지고 있는 것으로 확인됐다. 본 연구 결과 에탄올로 추출한 11번(EM11) 샘플에서 quercetin-3-O-glucuronide의 함량이 가장 높게 나왔으며 열수와 에탄올로 추출한 샘플들이 함유하고 있는 quercetin-3-Oglucuronide의 함량은 불검출~50.95 mg/dry weight g 수준으로 함유되어 있는 결과를 보였다. The aim of this study was to develop and validate an analytical method for determining the presence of wogonin, quercetin, and quercetin-3-O-glucuronide in extracts of Nelumbo nucifera, Morus alba L., and Raphanus sativus mixtures We evaluated the specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD), and limit of quantification (LOQ) of analytical methods for wogonin, quercetin, and quercetin-3-O-glucuronide using high performance liquid chromatography. Our result showed that the correlation coefficients of the calibration curve for wogonin, quercetin, and quercetin-3-O-glucuronide were 0.9999. The LOD for wogonin, quercetin, and quercetin-3-O-glucuronide ranged from 0.09 to 0.16 and those for the LOQ ranged from 0.26 to 0.48 μg/mL. The inter-day and intra-day precision values of wogonin, quercetin, and quercetin-3-O-glucuronide ranged from 0.74 to 1.87 and from 0.28 to 1.12%, respectively. The inter-day and intra-day accuracies were 99.96~115.88% and 99.73~114.81%, respectively. Therefore, the analytical method was validated for the detection of wogonin, quercetin, and quercetin-3-O-glucuronide in extracts of Nelumbo nucifera, Morus alba L., and Raphanus sativus mixtures.

      • 산림노동자의 정기안전교육 만족도 및 안전의식 분석

        본 연구는 산림조합 영림단원들이 정기적으로 받고 있는 안전교육에 대한 만족도와 안전의식을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 정기안전교육 만족도와 영림단원의 안전의식은 산림조합 영림단원 362명을 대상으로 조사하였으며 조사항목은 리커트 5점 척도로 설문하였다. 우선 영림단원들이 정기적으로 받고 있는 안전교육에 대한 만족도 조사 결과, 안전교육 내용의 적절성은 리커트 5점 척도 평균 3.86, 안전의식 향상 도움 3.92, 교육방법 만족 3.72, 강사능력 만족 3.54, 실제 작업수행 도움 3.80으로 조사항목 모두 리커트 5점 척도 평균 3점대로 분석되어 보통 수준의 만족도인 것으로 분석되었으며 정기안전교육의 전반적인 만족도도 3.67로 분석되어 보통 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 영림단원의 안전의식 수준을 분석한 결과, 본인의 안전의식 수준은 리커트 5점 평균 3.77, 동료의 안전의식 수준 3.66, 안전실천 인지 3.70, 안전실천 의지 3.76, 안전실천 지식수준 3.72, 안전점검 필요성 3.84, 안전수칙 준수 3.90, 그리고 안전장비 착용준수가 4.28로 분석되었다. 영림단원들의 안전의식 수준 분석결과 안전장비 착용 준수 항목이 리커트 5점 평균 4점대 이상으로 분석되어 영림단의 안전장비착용 의식 수준은 높은 것으로 분석되었으나 다른 항목들은 리커트 5점 평균 3점대로 분석되어 보통 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 영림단의 안전의식 향상을 위해 정기안전교육에서 산림작업에 적합한 강의내용, 새로운 강의방식 도입 및 강사자질 향상 등이 요구되는 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to analyse satisfaction of regular safety education and safety consciousness for forest worker. Data had obtained through a questionnaire, in which 362 forest workers working in 142 forestry cooperatives. This study used 1 to 5 Likert-type scales for survey safety education satisfaction and safe consciousness. The results of this study reveal that Likert-5 scale mean of safety education contents propriety item 3.86, help with sense of safety improvement 3.92, satisfaction of teaching method 3.72, satisfaction of teacher ability 3.54, help with forest working 3.80 and satisfaction of regular safety education 3.67. The result show the satisfaction of regular safety education of forest workers is just neutral level. The result of safety consciousness of forest worker analysis reveal personally sense of safety 3.77, coworkers sense of safety 3.66, safety action awareness 3.70, safety action will 3.76, safety action knowledge level 3.72, necessity of safety inspection 3.84, following safety rules 3.90 and wearing safety equipment 4.28. Therefore regular safety education requires appropriate education content of forest work, new teaching method and improvement teacher ability for enhancement of safety consciousness of forest worker.

        열악한 환경에서의 자율주행을 위한 다중센서 데이터셋 구축

        Sensor dataset for autonomous driving is one of the essential components as the deep learning approaches are widely used. However, most driving datasets are focused on typical environments such as sunny or cloudy. In addition, most datasets deal with color images and lidar. In this paper, we propose a driving dataset with multi-spectral images and lidar in adverse weather conditions such as snowy, rainy, smoky, and dusty. The proposed data acquisition system has 4 types of cameras (color, near-infrared, shortwave, thermal), 1 lidar, 2 radars, and a navigation sensor. Our dataset is the first dataset that handles multi-spectral cameras in adverse weather conditions. The Proposed dataset is annotated as 2D semantic labels, 3D semantic labels, and 2D/3D bounding boxes. Many tasks are available on our dataset, for example, object detection and driveable region detection. We also present some experimental results on the adverse weather dataset.
