이 논문에서는, 약한 신호를 검파하는 데에 알맞도록 1부에서 얻은 순차 검파 방식의 성능을 고정 표본 검파방식, 순차 확률비 검파 방식, 끝을 자른 순차 확률비 검파 방식의 성능과 견주어 본다. 제안한 순차 검파 방식은 순차 확률비 검파 방식과 견주어 볼 때, 얼개가 같거나 덜 복잡하고 신호를 더 빠르게 검파할 때가 많다. 아울러, 제안한 순차 검파 방식은 고정 표본 검파 방식과 끝을 자른 순차 확률비 검파 방식과 견주어 얼개가 덜 복잡하거나 같고 필요한 관측수가 늘 적다. In this paper, the performance of the sequential detection scheme proposed in Part 1 is compared with that of the fixed sample size (FSS) test, sequential probability ratio test (SPRT), and truncated sequential probability ratio test (TSPRT). The proposed sequential detection scheme requires less complexity and, in most cases, smaller sample size than the SPRT. It is also observed that the proposed sequential detection scheme has always lower complexity and smaller sample size than the FSS test and TSPRT.

In this paper, a sequential detection scheme is proposed as a combination of a novel weak-signal and a locally optimum(LO) detection schemes. In Part 1, we propose a novel sequential detection scheme for weak signals and show some interesting threshold properties and examples. In Part 2, the performance of the proposed sequential detection scheme is compared with that of the fixed sample size(FSS) test, sequential probability ratio test (SPRT), and truncated sequential probability ratio test(TSPRT). 이 논문에서는 새로운 약신호 검파 기법을 얻어, 그 기법과 국소 최적 검파 기법을 바탕으로 순차 검파 방식을 이끌어낸다. 먼저, 1부에서는 새로운 약신호 검파 기법을 제안하고, 흥미로운 문턱값 성질을 몇가지 밝히며, 여러 가지 잡음 분포에서 문턱값 보기를 다룬다. 한편, 2부에서는 제안한 순차 검파 방식의 성능을 고정 표본 검파 방식, 순차 확률비 검파 방식, 끝을 자른 순차 확률비 검파 방식의 성능과 견주어 본다.

This paper compared and demonstrated the performance of the earth plate for conventional type and early streamer discharging type developed a new plate in order to improve the performance of the ground plate for use in grounding. The results obtained are shown below; early streamer discharge earth plate was high 5 kV on DC flashover voltage and corona discharge current was higher than about 2 times under the same test conditions compared to the conventional earth plate. From the experiential result, streamer discharge earth plate had a function of rapid inflow/out flow than the general ground plane because of by corona discharge current to be generated in the sharp serrated in formed the ground plane when strike current occurred. In the future, the newly developed early streamer discharge ground plate would be beneficial for grounding work to be widely used to promote the convenience and economy of construction.

The live line working is inherently dangerous as the workers have to work under the risk of electrical shock and most of worksare carried out at height. The live line working need the some specific techniques and higher level safety measures such as a riskassessment to carry out works safely, but the electrical construction companies performed live-line working are usually small-sizedcompanies. They have less capacity to have own safety management system. This study intended to conduct an in-depth analysis on thecause of electric shock accidents to provide basic data for policy proposing taking into considering the past eleven years for a long-termplan. And the aim of this study is to propose the policy about the equipment performance standards and/or worker``s safety standards torevise the standards for preventing electric shock accidents, moreover, co-relation of the electrical work order form and on safetyworkings, especially electrical construction company/work.

This study was to examine the influence of communication satisfaction on sports satisfaction and exercise effectiveness on ball game athletes of university students. And the method of the statistical analysis used in this study, were exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and reliability analysis using SPSS 15.0 and confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 7.0 program. the results of this study were as followings: first, this study categorized communication satisfaction into three basic factor by factor analysis: the satisfaction of communication with coaches, feedback with athletes, information. And this study categorized exercise effectiveness into three basic factor: exercise effectiveness of athletes, teamwork, exercise performance. second, the satisfaction of communication and information with coaches had positive influence on sports satisfaction and exercise effectiveness. third, sports satisfaction had positive influence on exercise effectiveness and teamwork.

The effects of volatile flavor extracts of eight different herbal medicines, Juniperus rigida (JR), Saussurea lappa SL), Cnidium officinale (CO), Angelica gigas (AG), Eugenia caryophyllata (EC), Angelica tenuissima (AT), Mentha arvense (MA), and Artemisiae argyi (AA), were investigated on LPS-stimulated inflammation using Raw 264.7 cells. The volatile flavor extracts of CO and AG considerably inhibited LPS-stimulated NO, PGE2, IL-6, and TNF-α (except AG) production, as well as iNOS expression. Major volatile components of CO were identified as ligustilide and of β-eudesmol as AG by GC-MS analysis. Thus, these results suggest that the volatile extracts of CO and AG may be useful as potential therapeutic agents for inflammation-associated disorders.
