        미용전공자의 인구통계학적 특성별 전공만족도가 근무만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study is based on receiving degrees in the beauty and art industry and if customers are satisfied with the jobs they land based on the major impact of demographic characteristics. Beauty, has been carried out to be targeted to a vicinity of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. 307 members were surveyed and the data collected through this questionnaire method of SPSS 20.0 was analyzed using the analysis method and was applied using the frequency analysis, reliability, credibility analysis and multiple methods of analysis in this session. The study findings are as follows. First, as a result of examining the demographic characteristics, it was the highest in the 30s unmarried female university graduate / graduate, monthly average income of over 2 million won to less than 3 million won. Second, as a result of factor analysis of majors` major satisfaction, two factors were derived and four factors of job satisfaction were derived. Third, the effects of major satisfaction on job satisfaction by age group were found to be significant. Fourth, it was found that there was a significant effect on the job satisfaction by the satisfaction of major by educational background. Fifth, the effect of major satisfaction on monthly job satisfaction on job satisfaction was found to be significant

        입체그림과 의문사를 이용한 중재가 언어발달지체유아의 기능적 어휘표현에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 언어발달지체 유아를 대상으로 한 입체그림과 의문사를 이용한 활동이 기능적 어휘 표현에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구대상은 언어발달이 1년 이상 지체된 만 3세 남자아동으로 선정하였다. 본 연구의 설계는 A-B-A, 단일대상연구로 진행되었다. 사전평가는 40분의 놀이상황에서 아동의 산출 어휘를 기록하여 표현 어휘 빈도수를 측정하였으며, 사후평가는 사전평가와 동일하게 진행되었다. 입체그림과 의문사 무엇, 누구, 어디 질문을 통하여 아동이 표현할 수 있는 기회를 제공하여 중재를 진행하였다. 중재결과, 입체그림과 의문사를 이용한 중재가 언어발달지체 유아의 기능적 어휘 표현에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of activities using stereoscopic drawings and interrogative words on functional vocabulary of Child with Language Delay. The Subject was selected as a 3-year-old boy whose language development was delayed for more than a year. The design of this study was conducted as A-B-A, single subject research. The pre-assessment measured the frequency of the expression vocabulary by recording the children's vocabulary in a 40-minute play situation. The post-assessment was carried out in the same way as the pre-assessment. The arbitration was carried out stereoscopic drawings and a question of 'what, who, where', children were presented with an chance to express. The results showed that Intervention using stereoscopic pictures and interrogative words have a positive effect on the functional vocabulary expression of Child with Language Delay.

        상사의 성격특성과 조직애착의 관계에서 LMX의 매개효과

        Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study organizational attachment and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) according to the personality traits of leaders in the beauty salon industry in order to provide basic data for providing better working environment and maintaining stabilized employment. This study studied the impact of the personality traits of superiors in the beauty salon industry on LMX through surveys for beauty salon industry workers residing in Seoul Metropolitan City and Gyeonggi Province, and found that diligence, extroversion, stability, friendliness, and openness had a significant positive effect (+); diligence, stability, friendliness, and openness of superiors in the beauty salon industry had significant positive impact (+) on organizational attachment; and mediation effect was found for LMX in the correlation of personality traits of superiors in beauty salon industry and organizational attachment. This shows that superiors who are diligent and adhere to organizational rules may extend to organizational attachment, and that good Leader- Member Exchange (LMX) may lead to help in many aspects in work. Carrying out job-training through individual personality tests and having a horizontal communication system will be able to provide emotional stability and sense of belonging to employees, boosting work efficiency. This paper hopes that based on the results of this study, continuous study will be carried out to complement results, ultimately being utilized in stable state of employment and long service with the organizational attachment of beauty salon industry employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study organizational attachment and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) according to the personality traits of leaders in the beauty salon industry in order to provide basic data for providing better working environment and maintaining stabilized employment.

        기혼자의 미용서비스 이용실태 비교

        As the beauty service industry becomes segmented and specialized into the hair, makeup, skin care, and nail art fields, it is poised to become a main area in the service industry; however, despite its consistent increase in size, there is a need for reasonable marketing strategies with the ensuring of talented persons and a reduction of service fees. Consequently, this study aimed to conduct comparative research into the current use of beauty services aimed at the spouses and children of customers who use beauty services. First, as a result of carrying out a cross analysis of a comparison in the current use of research subjects, their spouses, and children regarding the most used treatment and the most desired to use treatment among the three groups, it was discovered that they were in the order of a perm and coloring. For spouses, the order was coloring and cut, while for children it was cut. Concerning the average treatment cost per treatment of the three groups, the research subjects were found to spend 40,000 won or over, their spouse over 10,000 won to less than 20,000 won, and their children less than 10,000 won. In case of the average cost per treatment of a general perm, the research subjects were discovered to spend over 60,000 won to less than 80,000 won, their spouses over 20,000 won to less than 40,000 won, and their children less than 20,000 won. Regarding the payer for the treatment cost of the three groups, the payer for the research subjects was discovered to be their parents and the research subjects, for the spouses it was themselves, and for their children it was themselves. From this, it was shown that the use pattern of beauty services among the research subjects, their spouses, and their children was different. In reviewing the above results, in the beauty service industry, it is necessary to identify the characteristics of family customers accurately; thus, a suitable service may be offered to their satisfaction. In addition, if beauty service managers utilize technical service and management marketing suited to family customers, this will be a foundation for an increase in sales from long-term customers.
