중장년 직장인의 창업 개인역량 및 창업기회인식이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 창업기회평가의 매개효과를 중심으로

In this study, we analyzed the influence of middle-aged office workers' entrepreneurial competency and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition on entrepreneurial intention by mediating entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation. Sub-variables of entrepreneurial competency were classified into prior knowledge, positive attitude, and social network. For the empirical analysis of this study, an online survey using Naver Office was conducted for about 15 days (February 6, 2023 - February 20, 2023) targeting office workers across the country who are interested in starting a business, and a total of 262 copies were collected and missing values. For 250 copies excluding 12 copies, SPSS Ver.24.0 and PROCESS MACRO Model 4.0 were used for empirical analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, the higher the prior knowledge of the founder's individual competency, social network, and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, the higher the entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation and entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, it was found that the positive attitude among entrepreneurs' individual competencies did not affect entrepreneurship opportunity evaluation and entrepreneurial intention. In addition, the magnitude of the influence on entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation and entrepreneurial intention was in the order of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, prior knowledge, and social network. This is because the positive attitude of middle-aged office workers towards start-up has a negative image of start-up due to the shrinking start-up environment due to COVID-19, fear of failure due to lack of preparation for start-up, and successive cases of start-up failure due to cognitive bias errors due to overconfidence. implying that there is Second, it was found that the evaluation of entrepreneurship opportunities had a significant positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention in a situation where the entrepreneur's individual competency and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition were controlled. Third, the startup opportunity evaluation was shown to mediate between the prior knowledge of the entrepreneur's individual competency, social network and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and entrepreneurial intention, but it did not mediate between positive attitude and entrepreneurial intention. Fourth, among the factors influencing entrepreneurial opportunity evaluation and entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition was found to be larger than founder's individual competency, confirming the importance of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. Fifth, it was found that prior knowledge and network, which are individual capabilities of the founder, affect the evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial intention, so that strengthening entrepreneurship education to recognize the importance of cultivating prior entrepreneurial knowledge and experience can revitalize middle-aged office workers' entrepreneurship. confirmed.

The Varying Degrees of Distance and Misreading in Nabokov’s Pale Fire

Vladimir Nabokov’s Pale Fire is known for its unique structure which has multiple narrative levels and multiple writers within a single novel. The novel achieves coherence through the main narrator, Kinbote, who performs a series of misreadings on Shade’s 999 line poem which itself was inspired by misreadings. While Kinbote provides a detailed commentary on the poem almost line-by-line, his interpretations are irrelevant to the theme and subject matter of Shade’s poem. Kinbote reads it either too closely or distantly to the point that his far-fetched, willful misreadings eventually derail the primary text. This interplay of distant reading and close reading helps us to understand the inversion between reader and writer as Kinbote’s sub-text of commentary outshines the main one. Valorizing distance as “a condition of knowledge” in Franco Moretti’s concept of distant reading to elucidate Kinbote’s hermeneutics of distance which ascribes distances between reader and text, this paper demonstrates how the novel animates the various acts of misreadings to illustrate how they align with the novel’s thematic concerns: the inexorable contingency in human fate. In his act of misreading, Kinbote scripts his own life as the deposed king of a fictional country, Zembla, who is now exiled in America where he exists as a misfit among his colleagues at the university. This self-imposed exile into a fictional world in turn renders the boundary between reading and writing untenable as the interplay of the two divides the author into a reading self and a writing self. As a result, the narrative is imploded with the inverted order of writing and reading. In Pale Fire, it is not the writer but the reader who has the advantage and responsibility of synthesizing all the misreadings, thereby completing the dizzying hermeneutic circle.

Pixelated and Pulverized War and History in Don DeLillo’s Point Omega

This paper examines the thematic functions of Douglas Gordon’s 24-Hour Psycho and Alexander Sokurov’s Russian Ark in Don DeLillo’s Point Omega to highlight the ways in which they show the ubiquity and power of image in propagandizing the War on Terror. Gordon’s 24 Hour Psycho stretches Hitchcock’s Psycho from its original 2 hour running time to create a 1440-hour video installation. By radically slowing down time, Gordon’s 24-Hour Psycho recuperates the jarring noise between images which is imperceptible when played at normal speed, whereas Sokurov’s Russian Ark rejects the idea of editing altogether by making a film shot with one long take. DeLillo features these moving image art as a parable of American war and history. Together, the two films in the novel entail the self-critique of the post 9/11 American society by taking the manipulation of image to the extreme. The novel foregrounds a war documentary project of Jim Finley, a filmmaker, who envisions a kind of visual haiku, shot in one long take. The documentary features an interview with a retired political spy named Richard Elster who did propaganda and lobbying for the Pentagon during the Gulf War. As the interview frequently forestalls plot development, the novel illustrates how the teleological progress of American civilization is in fact regressing on itself, which is also reflected in the title of the novel which reverses the “omega point,” the zenith of human progress. I construe this paradoxical double movement of possessing history and becoming possessed by it as something akin to Derrida’s concept of “archive fever.” Conflating the murder plot of Psycho with the disappearance of Elster’s daughter Jessie, Point Omega eventually exposes the suturing process occurred in real life war propaganda. Coupled with DeLillo’s persistent themes of the clash between individual and history, the rise of mass and paranoid/conspiracy theory, Point Omega shows how DeLillo disrupts the smooth procession of everydayness in order to examine the lasting effects of war, be it personal or political, by delaying release of them.

Annexed by Technology: Nihilism and Heideggerian Gestell in Cronenberg’s Crash

This essay traces the shattering effects of Heideggerian Gestell shown in David Cronenberg’s 1996 film to investigate how the culture of nihilistic spectator can be fueled by human annexation to technology which is akin to the enlightenment impulse gone awry. By reading Crash with the current grappling with technology put forth by thinkers such as Paul Virilio, Fredric Jameson, and Friedrich Kittler, I construe the Cartesian subject as the source of such nihilism. In conclusion, I compare and contrast Deleuze’s conception of time-image with Crash to highlight how the liberating power of the false activated by time-image can serve as a vehicle to navigate the technological wasteland so viscerally visualized in Crash.

국가기록원 웹사이트 유입경로와 이용자 검색어 분석

As the users’ information use environment changes to the Web, the archives are providing more services on the Web than before. This study analyzes the users’ recent inflow route and the highly ranked 100 search terms of each month for 10 and half years in the Web site of National Archives of Korea, and suggests suitable information services. As a result of the analysis, it was found out that the inflow route could be divided into access from portal site, by country, from related institutions, and via mobile platform. As a result of analyzing the search terms of users for the last 10 and half years, the most frequently searched term turned out to be ‘Land Survey Register’, which was also the search term that was searched for with steady interests for 10 and half years. Also, other government documents or official gazettes were of great interests to users. As results of identifying the most frequently searched and steadily searched terms, we were able to categorize the search terms largely in terms of land, Japanese colonial period, the Korean war and relationship of North Korea and South Korea, and records management and use. Based on the results of the analysis, we suggested strengthening connection of the National Archives Web site with portal sites and mobile, and upgrading and improving search services of the National Archives. This study confirmed that the analysis of Web log and user search terms would yield meaningful results that could enhance the user services in archives. 이용자 정보이용환경이 웹으로 변화하면서, 기록관리기관들도 종전보다 더 많은 서비스를 웹을 통해 제공하고 있다. 이 연구는 국가기록원 웹사이트를 이용하는 이용자의 최근 유입경로와 10년 반 동안 매달 상위 100개의 검색어 데이터를 분석하고 그에 맞는 기록정보서비스방안을 제시한다. 분석 결과 유입경로는 크게 포털 사이트별 접속, 국가별 접속, 유사기관별 접속 및 모바일 접속으로 분류할 수 있었다. 이용자들의 검색어를 분석한 결과 이용자들이 10년 반 동안 가장 많이 검색한 검색어는 ‘토지조사부’였으며, 꾸준한 관심을 갖고 검색한 검색어 또한 ‘토지조사부’였다. 그 외에 정부 기관에서 생산한 문서 또는 관보에 대한 관심도 높음을 확인하였다. 그리고 이용자들이 가장 많이 검색한 검색어와 꾸준히 등장한 검색어를 파악한 결과, 검색어들을 크게 토지, 일제강점기, 6․25 전쟁과 남북관계, 기록관리 및 이용으로 묶어볼 수 있었다. 분석결과를 토대로 포털 사이트 및 모바일 등을 활용한 국가기록원 웹사이트의 연계성 강화와 검색 서비스의 고도화 방안을 제안하였다. 이 연구는 이렇게 웹로그나 이용자 검색어 등을 분석하면 기록관리기관 이용자들에게 제공하는 서비스를 고도화할 수 있는 의미 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다.

직장인의 개인특성과 성취동기가 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 창업기회인식과 창업가에 대한 사회적 인식의 병렬매개모형 중심으로

본 연구에서는 창업기회인식과 창업가에 대한 사회적인식을 매개하여 직장인의 개인특성과 성취동기가창업의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 개인특성의 하위변수로는 진취성과 위험감수성, 성취동기의하위변수는 자아성취와 경제적성취로 구분하였다. 수집된 설문지 253부와 SPSS v24.0과 Process macro 4.0을실증분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 진취성과 성취동기는 창업의도에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 위험감수성과 성취동기는 창업기회인식에 미치는 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아성취와 경제적성취만 창업가에 대한 사회적인식에 미치는 영향은 정(+)의 방향으로 유의한 것으로나타났다. 넷째, 창업기회인식과 창업가에 대한 사회적인식이 창업의도에 미치는 정(+)의 영향은 유의한것으로 확인되었다. 다섯째 위험감수성 및 성취동기와 창업의도 간의 창업기회인식의 매개효과는 유의적으로나타났으나 창업가에 대한 사회적인식은 자아성취 및 경제적성취와 창업의도 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 창업기회인식은 위험감수성과 성취동기가 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 설명할 수 있는 요인이며 창업가에대한 사회적인식은 자아성취와 경제적성취가 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 설명하는 요인임을 의미한다.
