The purpose of this study is to find a transitional process of local indigenous meetings into a community of practice(CoP) that rural people formed voluntarily to change their own lives and community through case-study, and to suggest implications of successful operation of local indigenous communities. Jangheung School, began spontaneously in Jeollanamdo Jangheung, was selected as the case study object, and seven people who have participated in the symposiums, training, and presentations and debates at Jangheung School in the past 1995 to 2011 years were included as research participants. Data for the study was collected by analysis of document kept at Jangheung School and in-depth interview and participatory observation of research participants. Findings revealed the growing process of Jangheung School, which began as an personal leisure as a part of one retired and home-bound high-ranking government official’s life back hometown grew as local residents voluntarily participate to become a Jangheung School, indigenous communities of practice. The forming process of Jangheung School as an indigenous community of practice could be divided into four phases including the germination by a person based on the characteristics and background of the region, establishment as system, participatory growth, and sustainable maturity.

A Dream of Red Mansion is one of the four great masterpieces in China. and has a higher status in Chinese classical novels. It is also called the ‘encyclopedia of classical arts’ as a novel covering various social, cultural and historical knowledge. As a masterpiece, A Dream of Red Mansions has been translated into more than 20 languages and more than 100 versions have been translated. In this study, the characteristics of contemporary translations are compared by comparing the translations between Korea and Japan by limiting the age to modern times. In Korea, Yong Chul Choi⋅Ko Min-hee translations and Hong Sang-hun translations were selected. In the study of translation, we focused on cultural elements and analyzed them. Through the translation of cultural elements, we can understand the overall characteristics of translation. Cultural elements were analyzed according to Lee Keunhee’s classification according to five categories: herbal words, vocabulary related to specific cultures, vocabulary related to specific events or characters, idioms, metric words. I examined the interpretation and interpretation characteristics of each cultural center in Korea. Ultimately, this comparative analysis will reveal the similarities and differences in Korean and Japanese translation.

The preservation of environment is one of today's key issues, demanding international interest and cooperation. In this study, the amount of annual O₂ production and CO₂, SO₂, NO₂ uptake by landscaping trees are calculated in apartment complex.<br/> The volume of CO₂ production due to construction of apartment complex and human activity, is much larger than the capacity of atmospheric purification of landscaping trees. The apartment!: complex which has higher rate of green space and density of landscaping trees is more environmentally friendly. There is more annual O₂ production and CO₂, SO₂, NO₂ uptake by landscaping trees, in apartment complex, which the arbor rate is larger.<br/> In case of environmentally friendly estimation, the evaluation of metabolic quantity of landscaping trees is useful. It is more desirable that the apartment complex should be evaluated as a holistic manner, as an ecosystem.

사회복지사의 감성지능이 행복에 미치는 영향 : 고객지향성과 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 사회복지사의 행복에 영향을 미치는 감성지능과 이 관계를 매개하는 고객지향성과 직무만족에 대한 경로를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 사회복지관에 종사하는 사회복지사 541명을 대상으로 경로분석, 효과분해, Sobel test를 실시하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감성지능의 하위요인 중 자신의 감성이해, 감성 활용, 감성조절은 사회복지사의 행복에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성지능의 모든 하위요인과 사회복지사 행복의 관계에 고객지향성은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감성지능의 하위요인 중 타인의 감성이해, 감성 활용, 감성조절과 사회복지사 행복의 관계에 직무만족은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 살펴보았듯이 사회복지사의 감성지능이 행복에 미치는 영향과 고객지향성과 직무만족의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과가 가지는 의의와 함께 사회복지사의 행복을 증진시키기 위한 실천적 개입 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of emotional intelligence of social welfare workers on their happiness and to verify the path to the customer orientation and job satisfaction, which mediate this relationship. For this, I have conducted path analysis, effect decomposition effect decomposition, and the Sobel test on 541 social welfare workers working at social welfare centers and made analysis on the results. The research findings are as follows. First, self-emotional understanding, emotional utilization, and emotional control that serve as the sub factors of emotional intelligence have turned out to have effects on the happiness felt by social welfare workers. Second, customer orientation has been found to have the mediating effects on the relationship between all sub factors of emotional intelligence and the happiness of social welfare workers. Third, job satisfaction has been found to have the mediating effects on the relationship between understanding others' emotions, emotional utilization, and emotional control among the sub factors of emotional intelligence and the happiness of social welfare workers. As indicated by these results, the effects of emotional intelligence of social welfare workers on their happiness as well as the mediating effects of customer orientation and job satisfaction have been verified. I have presented the ways of practical intervention to promote the happiness of social welfare workers along with the implications of these study findings.

경기도 화성시 벼 재배지의 기후스마트 농업 기반의 평가

BACKGROUND: Climate-smart agriculture (CSA) has been proposed for sustainable agriculture and food se-curity in an agricultural ecosystem disturbed by climate change. However, scientific approaches to local agricul-tural ecosystems to realize CSA are rare. This study at-tempted to evaluate the weather condition, rice pro-duction, and greenhouse gas emissions from the rice culti-vation in Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do to fulfill CSA of the rice cultivation. METHODS AND RESULTS: Over the past 3 years (2017~2019), Chucheong rice cultivar yield and methane emissions were analyzed from the rice field plot (37°13′15″N, 127° 02′22″ E) in the Gyeonggi-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services located in Gisan-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do. Methane samples were col-lected from three automated closed chambers installed in the plot. The weather data measured through automatic weather station located in near the plot were analyzed. CONCLUSION(S): The rice productivity was found to vary with weather environment in the agricultural eco-system. Therefore, if the water management such as inter-mittent irrigation that reduces methane emission can help adapt to abnormal weather that has a negative impact on rice productivity, it can be expected that CSA can be real-ized in local rice cultivation. .
