        자폐성 장애학생을 위한 긍정적 행동지원과 관련된 국외 실험연구 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 자폐성 장애학생을 위한 긍정적 행동지원과 관련된 국외 실험연구를 분석하는 것이었다. 이를 위하여 2008년 1월부터 2017년 9월까지 발표된 자폐성 장애학생을 위한 긍정적 행동지원과 관련된 국외 실험연구 논문을 검색하고 선정기준에 따라 최종 14편을 선정하여 일반적 특성, 독립변인과 긍정적 행동지원의 주요 요소 및 중재 결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자폐성 장애학생을 위한 긍정적 행동지원과 관련된 국외 실험 연구의 일반적 특성을 살펴보면, 중재를 적용한 장소가 가정인 연구가 가장 많았고 자폐성 장애학생의 부모가 연구 중재자로 참여한 연구가 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자폐성 장애학생을 위한 긍정적 행동지원과 관련된 국외 실험 연구는 개별차원의 중재를 시행한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 독립변인에 배경/선행사건 중심의 중재, 기술습득 중심의 중재, 후속결과 중심의 중재 및 삶의 질/생활양식 중심의 중재가 모두 포함된 연구는 5편으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정적 행동지원의 주요 요소 중 예방 및 교육 중심 접근과 대상 존중접근은 분석 대상 논문 14편 모두 충족하였으나 삶의 질/생활양식을 향상시키기 위한 중재접근은 7편만 충족하였다. 넷째, 분석대상 연구가 보고한 긍정적 행동지원의 중재효과는 자폐성 장애학생의 문제행동이 감소하고 과제완수율과 상호작용이 증가하였으며, 부모의 행동지원이 향상된 것이다. 연구결과에 근거하여 자폐성 장애학생을 위한 긍정적 행동지원과 관련된 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of the study was to analyze experimental studies conducted in western countries on positive behavior support for students with autism spectrum disorders. The experimental studies published from 2008 to 2017 were analyzed by general characteristics, independent variables, major factors of positive behavior support, and intervention effects. The research findings were as follows. First, a student’s home was most widely used as a place for an intervention. The majority of the participants were parents of students with autism spectrum disorders. Second, the most widely used interventions were the individualized interventions of positive behavior support. Third, only five out of 14 studies included all four interventions: antecedent-based intervention, skill acquisition-based intervention, consequence-based intervention, and lifestyle-based intervention. Fourth, in most studies, the interventions were effective for decreasing problem behaviors, and improving task completion and social interactions of students with autism spectrum disorders. In addition, parents’ behavior supports for their children were improved.

        자폐성장애 학생의 교과학습 관련 국내외 단일대상 연구 분석

        연구목적: 본 연구는 자폐성장애 학생을 대상으로 국내외에서 시행된 교과학습에 대한 단일대상 연구를 분석하는 것이었다. 연구방법: 분석 대상 논문은 국내·외 학술지에 게재된 연구로 국내 12편, 국외 14편이었다. 선행연구를 참고하여 일반적인 연구 특성을 분석하고 CEC 질적지표를 사용하여 분석하였다. 국내외 연구가 질적으로 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 비모수 검정을 하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 국내외 연구 간 연구대상, 실험환경, 실험설계, 종속변인, 유지와 일반화에서 차이점이 있었다. 둘째, CEC 질적지표를 충족하는 비율에서 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 그러나 비모수 검정결과 국내외 연구가 질적으로 차이를 보인다고 할 수 없었다. 결론: 국내외 연구 간 실험환경과 연구 교과 등 특성에는 차이가 있었으나 연구의 질에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 교과학습의 이점을 고려하여 자폐성장애 학생을 대상으로 하는 교과학습에 대한 연구가 양적 및 질적으로 확장되어야 한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze single subject research on academic learning of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Korea and foreign countries. Method: The studies analyzed were 12 Korean research articles and 14 foreign research articles. The characteristics of research were analyzed on the basis of CEC qualitative indicators. Nonparametric tests were conducted to investigate whether there were quantitative differences in Korean research articles and foreign research articles. Results: First, there were differences in subjects, experimental environments, experimental designs, dependent variables, maintenance, and generalization between Korean research articles and foreign research articles. Secondly, there were differences in the ratios of satisfying the CEC quality indicators between Korean research articles and foreign research articles. Thirdly, according to the results of nonparametric tests, there was not a statistical difference in the ratios of satisfying the CEC quality indicators between Korean research articles and foreign research articles. Conclusion: While there were differences of research characteristics between Korean research articles and foreign research articles, there was no quality difference based on CEC quality indicators between Korean research articles and foreign research articles.

        언어,교육 : 한국어 학습자들의 관계절 사용 양상 연구

        This study is aimed to investigate the aspect of using relative clauses in Korean. The data used for this study were extracted from the Korean text books for the foreign students and from the Chinese students` Korean compositions. They are the learners of Korean language at the early intermediated stage. As the result of analyzing them, the followings were found I)the majority of relative clauses in Korean consists of left-branching sentences. ii)The number of the subject relative clauses was higher than object ones in both of them. Especially in the aspect of using relative clauses, subject ones were used even more frequently than objective ones. This result is corresponded to the previous thesis, "the subject relative clauses was acquired earlier than object ones". iii)The relative clauses that those with a head noun function as subject in the main sentence showed in higher proportion in comparison of those as object. That is, this study showed that subjects were used more frequently than objects in the relative clauses used in their compositions. Finally, this study analyzed the errors of adnominal ending usage occurring in their compositions. More errors occurred when adjective form ended with `-hada` are changed into adnominal ending one.

        아질산에 노출된 뱀장어( Anguilla japonica )의 혈액학적 반응과 항산화효소의 활성 변화

        The study was performed to investigate changes in hematological responses and antioxidative enzyme activities (superoxide dismutase, SOD; catalase, CAT) of Japanese eel Anguilla japonica following exposure to 0 (control), 2.33, 4.60, 6,64 and 8.78 mM nitrite-N in fresh water for 48 h. Hematological parameters such as plasma nitrite, electrolytes, cortisol, glucose, glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase (GOT), glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT), hemoglobin (Hb), methemoglobin (metHb) and NADH-methemoglobin reductase (NMR) were measured. Plasma nitrite, cortisol, metHb and NMR increased directly with increasing ambient nitrite concentration, while Hb content showed a progressive decline. Levels of plasma potassium, GOT and GPT of the eel exposed to 6.64 mM ambient nitrite were significantly higher than the control fish. The activity of SOD and CAT in plasma, gill and liver of the eel following exposure to nitrite were augmented by increasing ambient nitrite. Levels of plasma nitrite, metHb, NMR, cortisol, glucose and antioxidative enzyme activities of the eel exposed to 2.33 mM ambient nitrite were significantly higher than the control fish. This study suggested that the eel acutely exposed to elevated ambient nitrite causes nitrite-induced stress responses, changes in antioxidative enzyme activities and hematological parameters.

        We report a successful pregnancy in a woman who at the age of 31years received chemotherapy for mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of the right ovary. She was treated with multiple chemotherapy including cis-platinum, cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, and oral melphalan. She had microscopic residual cancer at the opposite ovary at second-look laparotomy. She developed secondary amenorrhea with symptoms of menopause after commencing treatment which persisted on its completion. Biochemical investigations were consistent with ovarian failure, which was assumed to be chemotherapy-induced. She was given hormonal replacement therapy with a conjugated equine estrogen/medroxyprogesterone acetate combination, resulting in regular withdrawal bleeding. The patient conceived 5 years after completing chemotherapy and gave birth a normal infant at term.

        초임부에서의 무통분만의 임상적 경과

        N/A Objective : Our purpose was to determine the effect of epidural analgesia on the first phase of labor and mode of delivery of nulliparous women. Methods : We studied 170 nulliparous women at near-term who underwent spontaneous and induced labor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hanyang University Hospital from January 1999 to May 2000 prospectively. Eighty women who were received epidural analgesia for pain relief were compared to ninety women as control group. Cesarean delivery was performed when indicated. Results : The demographic characteristics of the two groups were similar with respect to age, height, weight, gestational weeks, and gravida. The two groups had the same cervical dilatation at the time of analgesia. There were no statistically significant difference between two groups. The length of the first phase of labor was same between two groups(558.4±50.4 min. vs 452.1±46.7 min.). There were statistically significant differences in the instrument delivery and cesarean section rate between two groups(43 vs. 32, 8 vs. 16 respectively). Conclusion : Epidural analgesia provides safe and effective intrapartum pain control and may be administered without undesirable effects on the first phase of labor and delivery.

        환상그림책을 활용한 후속 활동이 유아의 언어표현력 및 정서지능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 환상그림책을 활용한 후속 활동이 유아의 언어표현력 및 정서지능에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G시 만 5세 유치원 유아 50명(실험집단 25명, 비교집단 25명)을 대상으로 하였으며 실험집단은 환상그림책을 활용한 등장인물에 대한 일기, 편지쓰기, 신문/광고 만들기, 자서전 꾸미기, 등장인물 단평, 가상하기의 후속 활동을 실시하였고, 비교집단은 환상그림책을 활용한 일반 이야기나누기활동을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 환상그림책을 활용한 후속활동 집단이 유아의 언어표현력 중 창의적 표현을 제외한 단어 수, 문장 수, 내용일치, 내용연계 능력 부분에서 유의하게 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 환상그림책을 활용한 후속활동 집단이 유아의 정서지능 부분에서 유의하게 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 환상그림책을 활용한 후속 활동은 유아의 언어표현력 및 정서지능에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of follow-up activities through fantasy picture books on young children’s language expression ability and emotional intelligence. The subjects of this study were 50 five-year-old children, specifically, 25 students at ‘J’ kindergarten (the experiment group) and 25 students at ‘B’ kindergarten (the comparison group) in G city. The result of this study showed that there were a significant difference in young children’s language expression ability and emotional intelligence between the experiment and the comparison groups. This findings suggest that the follow-up activities through fantasy picture books can improve young children’s language expression ability and emotional intelligence.
