Graphene을 첨가하여 스크린 프린팅으로 제작한 ZnS:Cu,Al 무기 전계발광 소자의 광특성

본 연구에서는 스크린 인쇄 방법을 이용하여 무기 전계발광 소자를 제작하였다. 발광층은 녹색 형광체인 ZnS : Cu, Al을 사용하고, 전도성 재료로 잘 알려진 graphene를 첨가하여 EL 소자의 발광 휘도 및 효율을 향상시키고자 하였다. Graphene의 농도증가에 따라 PL 휘도는 다소 감소하였으나, EL 발광 효율의 증가를 확인하였으며, 0.6 wt% 첨가에서 가장 높은 휘도를 나타냈다. An inorganic electroluminescence device based on a green ZnS:(Cu,Al) phosphor was fabricated by a screen printing method. Graphene was added to the phosphor layer to increase the electroluminescence intensity. As the graphene concentration increased, the photoluminescence intensity decreased; on the other hand, the electroluminescence intensity increased, up to 0.6 wt%.

Purpose: To report the therapeutic efficacy of plasma exchange therapy on steroid-unresponsive neuromyelitisoptica (NMO) patients. Case summary: Three patients who had not achieved improvement of visual acuity and visual field after high steroid pulse therapy after optic neuritis visited our clinic with decreasing visual acuity combined with eye pain in the other eye. All patients were diagnosed as neuromyelitisoptica (NMO) based on the presence of NMO-IgG antibody and optic nerve enhancing in contrast-enhanced orbital magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Recurrent optic neuritis was observed. Steroid pulse retreatment was started but visual acuity was not improved in all patients. The patients received plasma exchange therapy, followed by immune suppression therapy. All patients showed improved visual acuity and restored visual field promptly without recurrence of neuromyelitisoptica. Conclusions: In case of steroid-unresponsive neuromyelitisoptica, plasma exchange should be promptly considered as the treatment of choice. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2014;55(3):465-472

The kinetics of the transesterification of dimethyl terephthalate(DMT) with ethylene glycol(EG) was kinetically investigated in the presence of various ceramics. The thermal and mechanical properties of PET filled with various ceramics were characterized by DSC, TGA and tensile testing. The conversion was calculated from the quantity of distilled methanol. The rate constants(K3) was calculated according to the theoretical equation of Tomita. Based on these results, value of ZnO was the highest and that of Al203 was the lowest. The activation energy of ZnO was calculated from a plot of Iogka vs. In as E. : 39.42k11mo1. This value was lower than that of Zn-acetate(42.19k11mo1). From these results, we demonstrated that the reactivity of ZnO is very high. The thermal property of PET Slled with various ceramics was not changed, but the mechanical property was decreased due to the lack of interfacial bonding between ceramics and PET.
