Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical features of neonatal seizures and to identify prognostic factors of neurodevelopmental outcome in term infants who experienced clinical seizures. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 153full term and preterm infants with seizures from January 2008 to December 2013. Binary logistic regression analysis was applied to assess risk factors associated with neurological adverse outcomes using variables that were found to be significant on univariate analysis. Results: During the study period, 102 (66.7%) term and 51 (33.3%) preterminfants were enrolled. The main cause of neonatal seizures was hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (24.5%) in term infants and intracranial hemorrhage (74.5%) in preterm infants. The most common type of seizure was focal clonic seizure. Generalized tonic seizure was more commonly observed in preterm than in term infants. 39 out of 56 term infants with at least 12 months of neurologic followup showed normal outcomes while only one preterm infant showed normal development.Prognostic factors related to adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes in term infants were perinatal history of fetal distress, etiology of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, severity of EEG(Electroencephalogram) abnormality, evidence of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy on brain magnetic resonance imaging, and the need for multiple antiepileptic drugs for seizure control. Conclusion: Preterm infants showed poorer neurodevelopmental outcomes compared to term infants. The etiology of seizures, treatment response, neuroimaging and electroencephalographic findings were important in predicting the developmental outcome in term infants with seizures.

This study was designed to compare the effects of treatment using chitosan membrane $(Nanogide-C^{(R)})$ resorbable barrier with control treated by polylactic acid/polylacticglycolic acid membrane(PLA/PLGA membrane, $Biomesh^{(R)}$). 44 furcation defecs from 44 patients with class 2 furcation degree were used for this study, 22 sites of them were treated by chitosan membrane as experimental group and 22 site were treated by PLA/PLGA membrane as control group. Clinical parameters including probing depth, gingival recession, attachment level and radiographic examination were evlauated at base line, 1 month, 2 month and 3 month. after surgery. Statistical test used to analyze these data included paired t-test, one way ANOVA. The results are as follows : 1. Probing depth was significanlly decreased in the two group and there were significant differences between groups(p<0.05). 2. Gingival recession was not significanlly increased in the two group and there were no significant differences between groups(p<0.05). 3. Loss of attachment was statistically decreased in the two group and there were no significant differences between groups(p<0.05). 4. Horizontal bone level was significanlly increased in the two group and there were significant differences between groups(p<0.05). On the basis of these results, chitoans resorbable membrane has similar potential to PLA/PLGA membrane in GTR for furcation defect.

본 연구에서는 증강현실 기술을 인쇄 매체 중의 한 분야인 제품 광고에 접목을 하여, 광고를 보는 이가 단순히 광고주의 일방적인 정보를 전달받는 것으로 그치는 것이 아닌 3D로 구현된 제품을 보며 제품의 외형 및 작동 모습까지 확인할 수 있게 하였다. 마커만을 사용하여 만들어진 광고는 인쇄의 낭비를 줄일 수 있기 때문에 제품 데이터베이스 관리 시스템을 모듈화 시켜 다른 제품광고에 사용할 경우 시간과 비용을 단축할 수 있을 것이다.

LED조명의 수명은 전원모듈과 LED모듈의 성능에 의하여 결정된다. 일부 전동차에 5만 CD급 전조등이 국내 및 외국에도 적용된 바 있으나 일반 철도차량에 필요한 15만 CD급 고휘도 전조등은 고휘도 LED소자의 개발 및 발열특성 개선이 필요하였다. 이에 기존 철도차량의 전조등 구조에 설치 가능한 15만 CD급 고휘도 LED 전조등을 상용화하기 위하여 효율적인 발열시스템을 설계하고 발열특성을 분석하였으며 개선 방향을 연구하여 일반 철도차량에 적용이 가능한 15만CD급 LED전조등을 구현하였다. LED조명이 철도차량용 전조등으로 상용화되기 위해서는 기존의 등구류 형 전조등의 구조와 호환이 가능해야 하며 좁은 공간에서 LED에서 발생하는 열을 충분히 발산시킬 수 있는 구조여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 15만CD급 LED전조등의 발열구조와 그 발열특성을 논하였으며, 효율적인 발열 구조를 연구한 결과를 논하였다. The life span of LED lights is determined by the performance of power supply and LED modules. 50,000 CD headlights had been applied to some domestic and foreign trains. But 150,000 CD high brightness headlight for regular rail vehicles requires the development of high-brightness LED devices and the improvement of thermal characteristics. 50,000 CD-quality LED headlamp can be installed on the structure of the existing rail vehicles and designed for the commercialization of highbrightness LED headlight. As for this high-brightness headlight, the heat-sink design was improved to get high performance of cooling system and we analyzed efficient cooling system and the thermal characteristics. Also, we improved the LED headlight applicable to regular railroad cars. In this paper, heat-sink structure of the 150,000 CD LED headlights and thermal cooling characteristics have been studied.

This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) by reviewing various literatures in which PRP was used. Some studies reported that PRP is effective to bone formation, others reported that there was a little but some effect. And several studies reported that there were no significance between bone formation and PRP. There were no evidence showing positive effect of PRP on bone formation when used in various oral regions. To confirm whether PRP is effective to bone formation in various oral regions or not, more experiments and researches are considered to be necessary.
