        이어폰 및 헤드폰의 정자기장이 인공심장 박동기 및 이식형 제세동기에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we evaluated the effects of static magnetic fields of earphones and headphones on pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators(ICDs). Five pacemakers and three ICDs were subjected to in-vitro test with three headphones which were an in-ear earphone, clip-on headphone, and closed-back headphone. Each implantable device was placed in close proximity(within 3 mm) to the ear-pad of each of the earphone and headphones for 3 min. As a result, no effects were observed on the pacemakers for the earphone and headphones during the test, but an effect was observed on one ICD for the clip-on and closed-back headphone during the test. When the ICD was placed in close proximity to the headphones, the ICD temporarily suspended functions of tachyarrhythmia detection and therapy. The effect was not observed in this study when the headphones were at least 2 cm from the ICD. Based on these findings, patients with ICDs should be advised to keep earphones and headphones at least 2 cm apart from their ICDs.

        액상화 가능 지수를 활용한 확률적 액상화 재해도

        공학적 측면에서 확률론적 액상화 재해 작성법이 점차 요구됨에 따라, 본 연구에서는 실제 액상화 피해 현장의 액상화 가능 지수(Liquefaction Potential Index, LPI)를 이용한 로지스틱 회귀분석으로 액상화 피해 확률을 예측하였다. 또한 이 분석을 바탕으로 광역지역의 액상화 재해도 기법을 제시하였다. 사례 연구로서 미국 세인트루이스 지역 홍수평야의 표준관입시험(273 곳) 결과를 대상으로 LPI를 산정하였고 최대지반가속도를 코크리깅의 이차변수로 적용하여 보간하였다. 연구결과, 일부 구역에서 연약지반과 얕은 지하수위로 인해 LPI 값이 5이상으로 나타나, 액상화로 인한 지반 피해 확률이 0.5 이상으로 예측되었다. Probabilistic liquefaction hazard map is now widely needed for engineering practice. Based on the Liquefaction Potential Index (LPI) calculated from liquefied and non-liquefied cases, we attempted to estimate probabilities of liquefaction induced ground failures using logistic regression. We then applied this approach for the regional area. LPIs were calculated based on 273 Standard Penetration Tests in the floodplains in the St. Louis area, USA and then interpolated using cokriging with the covariable of peak ground acceleration. Our result shows that some areas of $LPI{\geq}5$, due to soft soil layers and shallow groundwater table, appear probabilities of ground $failure{\geq}0.5$.

        중앙아시아와 중국 신장, 그리고 위구르 문제

        Xinjiang Province in China is the most important region and the corridor to the West where the Chinese economy makes a new leap forward and the reservoir of energy, where clear the way for the prosperous future of China. In this respect Chinese government has pushed forward the ‘Great Development Strategy of Western China’ in order not only to develop the western part of China, especially Xinjiang, but also to weakened the independent movement of Uyghur people. 5 independent states came into being with the collapse of the Soviet Union in Central Asia. Some of the newly independent states share a border with Xinjiang and Growing economic ties have further developed relations and boosted trade and investment between Xinjiang and Central Asian Countries. However, it could be an risk rather than opportunity for China because most of the people of Central Asian countries are the Turkic-Muslims who share common history, language, and culture. The appearance of new independent brethren nation has a strong influence on Xinjiang where indigenous Uyghur people have been fighting Chinese rule for decades. The paper examine the current interchange between Xinjiang and Central Asian countries and the history and the present of migration, integration, and conflicts of Uyghur people who has played leading role in Eastern Central Asia together with neighbouring Turkic brethren nations.

        타지키스탄 내전과 그 이후: 민족주의, 이슬람 그리고 민주주의

        본 논문은 이데올로기와 이슬람, 지역주의, 족벌(clan), 우즈벡 민족 문제등 다양한 요인들 중에서도 체제전환 및 내전, 그리고 종전 이후 국민 국가건설 등 최근까지의 타지크 정치사회적 변화의 핵심으로 타지크 민족주의 적 요소가 있었음을 강조하고자 한다. 즉 체제전환기와 내전에 이르는 기간자유주의 정치세력에서 이슬람주의 정치세력에 이르기까지 다양한 저항 세력의 공통적 분모는 타지크 민족주의였으며, 내전 이후 옛 공산정권과는 달리, 라흐몬의 권위주의 정부가 민족주의의 의제들 중 상당부분을 수용하면서 저항 세력들의 입지가 크게 약화된 측면이 있는 것이다. 그러나 이제 소련 체제 붕괴 시기 반공산 민주화의 핵심 이데올로기였던 자유주의와 민족주의는 각각 제도적 민주주의의 외피와 시장경제 발전 과정 속에서 이후 그 급진성을 상실하거나 국민 국가 건설 과정에서 라흐몬 권위주의 정권의 지배 이데올로기의 일부가 됨으로써 그 진보적 성격이 사라지는 운명을 맞이하고 있다. 지역과 족벌, 종교 등에 기반한 정치가 아니라 이념과 정책에 기반한 정치로 전환할 때만이 민주주의가 정착될 수 있다고 할 때, 독특한 발전의 길을 걸어 왔던 타지크 이슬람 정치 세력의 부침과 새로운 정치 세력의 등장 등에 대한 연구를 통해 이슬람 지역에서의 민주주의의 발전 가능성에 대한 전망을 해 보고자 한다. This article aims shed light on the Tajik nationalism among the other factors, such as ideologies, Islam, religion, clan, and Uzbek minority problems that has had strong influences on the political and social changes in Tajikistan after the collapse of Soviet Union, the civil war and nation-building so far. Throughout the period of transition and civil war, liberal and Islamist opposition parties-resistances have shared Tajik nationalism with each other. Since the end of the civil war, the opposition parties, including Islamic political party(Islamic Renaissance Party), have been weakened, because, unlike the former Communist Party, Rakhmon’s authoritarian regime have accommodated and adopted Tajik nationalism. However, liberalism and nationalism have lost their radical and progressive nature in the process of development of institutional democracy and market economy system and have become a part of the ruling ideologies by the Rakhmon’s authoritarian regime. It is said that democratic system can be improved and developed when it is based not on regionalism, clan, and religion, but on the idea and policy. In this context, through the study on the fate of the existing liberal and Islamic political parties and the appearance of the new political actors, the article try to forecast the passibility of development of the democracy in the Muslim countries.

        디지털 시학 관점으로 본 뉴미디어 시대 매체공간의 특성 연구

        The purpose of this study had started from trying to look for a new standard in new media era and sounding out possibility of perspective of digital poetry, and had been extracting interpretational elements based on characteristics of otology in digital poetics research in technical method. Through examination of many documentary records, we suggested interpretive elements of medial space based on meaning and the theory of digital poetics. We deduced three perspectives based on relationship between the basic thesis in poetics and interpretive elements of medial space. We used them as tool for analysis of example. We chose as an example that change of program in space is clear through connection of media and space in where new form of creation happens through digital instruments and chose article as subject to which digital technology is applied and had been since 2000, The result of this study is as following: First, epistemological analysis about a space of digital media in new media era requires poetical approach unlike aesthetic approach. We can endow creative action and creation process with significance and pay attention to technical method of manufacturing, stating appropriateness of perspective in digital poetics. Second, the justice of digital poetics and its basic thesis help derive analytic elements from medial space and study purpose of production, technical method, ontological characteristics, which are three perspectives of digital poetics. Third, it analyzed characteristics of example according to three perspectives above and we can analyze characteristics of spacial expression in space of digital media into potential, trans-active, and semiosis space. It would be possible through analyzing examples in digital poetic perspective to overlook new methods of design in 21th and various perspectives and possibilities of medial space design.

      • 시뮬레이션을 활용한 분만간호 실습교육의 효과

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of simulation-based education on knowledge about and self-confidence in maternity nursing care in senior students. Methods: One group, pre-post design, was utilized with 28 students. The simulation-based maternity nursing education that consisted of two sessions each 2 hours long for intrapartum and postpartum care was provided to 4 small groups. An expert panel of 3 maternity clinical instructors developed the module with a high-fidelity maternal simulator. Core items of knowledge about and self-confidence in maternity nursing care were measured with 13 items before and after the sessions. Results: The knowledge score did not increase significantly (z=-1.95, p=.05); however, self-confidence in maternity nursing care showed a significant change in the posttest (z=-2.82, p<.001). The subjective evaluation of the students indicated that the simulation-based education was helpful in preparing for clinical practicum as far as interaction with clients, psychological readiness to practice, and learning efficiencies. Conclusion: The simulation-based nursing education was useful in improving self-confidence in clinical performance for childbirth and postpartum care in nursing students. Along with the application of diverse scenarios in simulations, modules with standard patients and role-plays are also recommended for maternity nursing practicum to empower the competency of the students.

        유방암 여성이 인식한 배우자와의 친밀감과 삶의 질

        Purpose: The study was aimed to investigate the levels of marital intimacy and quality of life (QOL) among women with breast cancer. Methods: As a descriptive study, a total of 67 married women with breast cancer was recruited via convenient sampling from a breast clinic in an university hospital. A structured, self-reported questionnaire was administered to the participants. Results: The most participants were housewives in their 40s and 50s, and were in high socioeconomic status. Two thirds of women perceived the marital intimacy with their spouse were increased after the diagnosis of breast cancer. Women’s marital intimacy significantly differed by their levels of education. The level of cognitive intimacy was the highest among the subscales, whereas, sexual intimacy was the lowest. The family factor of QOL showed the highest score, and there were differences in QOL by employment status and cancer stage. The QOL and marital intimacy were not correlated significantly. Conclusion: Further research on the couples with breast cancer and intervention for increasing their marital intimacy are needed in the future.

        oneM2M 및 OCF 표준은 같은 표준 안에서만 IoT 기기들의 상호운용성을 보장한다는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 oneM2M 및 OCF 표준의 IoT 기기들을 통합 제어하는 이종 커넥티비티 기반의 IoT 허브 시스템을 제안한다. IoT 허브 시스템을 구현하고자 총 4가지 장비(IoT 허브, oneM2M 조도센서 모듈, oneM2M 릴레이 모듈, OCF 문열림 감지센서)를 사용했다. oneM2M 및 OCF IoT 기기 연결 및 제어 기능과, 웹서버를 통한 모니터링 및 룰(rule) 기반 서비스 기능은 오픈 IoT 플랫폼인 Mobius 및 ThingsBoard를 활용해 구현했다. IoT 허브 시스템을 동작 시켜 구현한 기능들이 정상적으로 동작함을 확인했으며, oneM2M 및 OCF IoT 기기간의 상호운용이 가능함을 확인했다.

        러시아 시민사회의 변화: 신자유주의 세계 경제와 권위주의 국가와의 관계

        In general, civil society is defined as the sphere situated between the state and the market which can serve as a promoter of democratic values, provide models of active participation of citizen and temper the power of the state. And after the fall of socialist system, some scholars of democratic transitions became to regard civil society as an important factor of democratization. In the 1990s, however, the concept of civil society became central to a new vision of development that was driven by beliefs organized around the twin poles of neoliberal economics and liberal democratic theory. The goals, agendas, and projects of NGOs that had received assistance from Western organizations had shifted over time to reflect the interests of the West and (neo)liberal values rather than domestic needs. The neoliberal ideology, driven by the West, on the one hand, have made Russian civil society to be subordinated to it, and on the other hand, have given Russian authoritarian state the pretext to surpass on civil society. Russian authorities were constructing hybrid system of state-civil society relations in which independent civic organizations have been allowed to exist, but where they compete with state-sponsored groups on a highly unequal basis. Nevertheless, despite the Kremlin`s encroachments upon the existing domains of civil society, independent grassroots movements that have been formed and financed domestically rapidly multiply in numbers and entrench their positions across the country. These organizations are prepared to face the state in defense of their interests.

        온습도에 따른 핀 포토다이오드 라돈 카운터의 민감도에 관한 연구

        주로 밀폐된 실내에서 생활하는 현대인들은 실내 라돈에 의해 방사선 노출이라는 위험에 직면했으며, 이로 인해 실내 라돈을 검출할 수 있는 장비에 대한 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 실내 라돈 검출 시 많이 사용되고 있는 핀 포토다이오드 라돈 카운터는 습도 및 온도에 영향을 받으나, 실내에서 상대습도 및 온도 변화가 핀 포토다이오드 라돈 카운터의 민감도에 미치는 영향을 알아본 연구는 거의 없었다. 본 논문에서는 실내 상대습도 및 온도를 변화시키며 각각의 조건에서 핀 포토다이오드 라돈 카운터의 민감도를 계산하였고, 전체적으로 실내 상대습도와 온도가 증가할수록 핀 포토다이오드 라돈 카운터의 민감도는 줄어드는 것을 확인하였다. Modern people who live mainly in enclosed rooms faced the danger of radiation exposure by indoor radon, which has led to the increasing importance of indoor radon detection equipment. The PIN photodiode radon counter, which is often used for indoor radon detection, is influenced by humidity and temperature, but few studies have looked at the effects of relative humidity and temperature changes indoors on the sensitivity of the PIN photodiode radon counter. In this paper, we calculated the sensitivity of the PIN photodiode radon counter under each condition by varying the relative humidity and temperature of the room, and we found that the sensitivity of the PIN photodiode radon counter decreases as the overall relative humidity and temperature increase.
