        This research is to present a systemic method for improving the current housing policy. Along the growth of national income, there has been a great demand for larger and better and apartments. In doing so, it will be possible to propose a more effective plan for apartment supply and stabilization of the housing prices. It is said that the home ownership rate of the Seoul Metropolitan Area is 90%. However, when the FLC which is more accurate is applied, the real rate turns out to be only 40%. Thus, it becomes clear hat most of mid and large size apartments (30 to 50 pyung) are in great demand. According to the data of the Bureau of Statistics, the number of those who want to buy mid and large size apartments (the group of the 40 to 64 years old) will gradually increase by 2022. The public policy for housing supply, therefore, should be re-formulated based on the pressing demand of the mid and large size apartments. Considering the real market situation today, it is logical to provide more long-term mid and large apartments to the public. I proposed a plan for stabilizing housing prices with 16 suggestions, I sincerely hope that the Seoul Metropolitan and the Central Government seriously consider my suggestions to work out the abnormality of the housing market of today.

        코로나바이러스감염증-19 격리경험자의 우울에 미치는 영향요인

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the influencing of quarantine experience on depression of subjective health status, fear of COVID-19 (coronavirus disease-19), and belief in COVID-19 response ability. Methods : This study was conducted with 204,424 people with quarantine experience who participated in the 2020 CHS (Community Health Survey). Data were analyzed with the x² test, t-test and multiple logistic regression using the SAS 9.4. Results : The factors associated with depression were age(CI=1.72-2.37), Social support during quarantine(CI=1.13-1.93), Subjective health status(CI=1.74-5.33). As for sociodemographic characteristics, age, social support during quarantine and subjective health status were factors influencing depression. As for COVID-19 characteristics, fear of COVID-19 and belief in ability to respond to COVID-19 were identified as factors affecting depression. Conclusion : It is necessary to prepare a system for screening people who are vulnerable to mental health and a system for tracking and managing mental health after quarantine.

        Distribution of Aquaporins (Water Channels) in the Rat Salivary Glands

        침샘은 하루 1.5 l의 침을 분비하며, 일반적으로 침샘에서 수분이동은 능동적 염분 이동에 따른 삼투현상에 의해 일어난다. 따라서 침샘에서 높은 수분투과성으로 인해 수분통로 단백인 aquaporin (AQP)들이 풍부하게 존재할 수 있다. 지금까지침샘에 4가지 형태의 AQP이 존재한다고 알려져 있지만 침샘에서 정확한 위치와 수분 이동에 대한 각 AQP들의 역할은 아직 확실치 않다. 본 연구는 300 g 정도의 흰쥐를 pentobarbital sodium (50 mg/kg, IP) 마취하에서 carbarchol (10 μg/kg)을 복강 내 투여한 후 AQP들의 역할과 분포를 면역조직화학방법으로 조사하였다. AQP1은 침샘의 미세혈관의 내피세포와 샘세포와 샘관 주위에 존재하는 근육상피세포에 존재하였다. AQP4는 침샘관의 마지막 부위인 배출관에 존재하였다. AQP5는 주로 장액세포의 바닥가쪽과 세포사이 분비소관을 포함한 세포꼭대기쪽막 에 존재하였으며 콜린성 분비 자극으로 세포꼭대기쪽막으로 이동되어 밀집되었다. AQP5는 모든 침샘의 사이관과 줄무늬 관에도 존재하였으며 점액세포는 약하게 존재하였다. AQP8은 AQP5처럼 장액세포의 바닥쪽막과 세포사이 분비소관을 포함한 세포꼭대기쪽막에 존재하였으며 콜린성 침분비 자극으로 세포꼭대기쪽막쪽으로 이동되어 밀집되었다. 이상의 실험결과는 AQP5와 AQP8이 장액세포에서 일차 침 형성시 일어나는 수분이동의 주된 통로임을 시사하였다. The salivary glands produce 1.5 l of fluid per day. As in other organs, the general paradigm in the salivary glands is that water movement occurs secondary to osmotic driving forces created by active salt transport. Therefore, high water permeability in salivary glands is expected to need a variety of aquaporin (AQP), a water channel. Although four AQPs have been known to reside in salivary glands, the precise location and roles of AQPs have been not well examined. This study is aimed to investigate the distribution of AQPs in 3 major salivary glands and their changes after cholinergic stimulation using immunohistochemical study in Sprague Dawley rats weighing 300 g under pentobarbital sodium anesthesia. AQP1 was localized in the endothelial cells of all salivary capillary vessels and the myoepithelial cells. AQP4 was demonstrated in the epithelium of the excretory ductal cells of all salivary glands. AQP5 and 8 were abundantly present in the basolateral membrane and apical membranes of the serous acini including intercellular secretory canaliculi, whereas AQP5 was weakly present in mucous acini. In addition, AQP5 was found in the epithelium of the intercalated and striated ducts. Upon stimulation of carbachol (10 μg/kg, I.P). AQP5 and 8 tended to translocate from basolateral membrane to the apical membrane, appearing as clusters of dots. These results suggest that AQP5 and 8 are the candidate molecules responsible for the water movement in salivary acinar cells.

        집중치료 후 증후군 경험에 관한 질적 통합 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to integrate the results of qualitative studies to understand critical care survivors' experience of the post-intensive care syndrome (PICS). Methods: This was a meta-synthesis of primary studies that used qualitative methods. We reviewed 26 qualitative studies on PICS selected from 8 international and Korean databases and from a manual search. Thomas and Harden's 3 stages (free coding, development of descriptive themes, generation of analytical themes) for thematic synthesis were utilized to analyze the collected qualitative data. Results: Four descriptive themes emerged from the thematic synthesis: weak physical conditions, psycho-emotional changes, the painful-memory of intensive care units, and social vulnerability. The analytical theme for the current study was "unfamiliarity with the vulnerable self." Critical care survivors had to confront entirely different "selves" after discharge from intensive care units. They had become physically weak, psychologically unstable, and the critical memories continued to create distress. These changes increased their social vulnerability by making them dependent on others, causing family conflicts, and changing interpersonal relationships. Conclusions: Finding from this qualitative synthesis and other related literature highlight the severity of PICS and the importance of rehabilitative intervention for critical care survivors.

        Nociceptive and Trigeminal Cardiovascular Reflex Mechanisms after Noxious Intrapulpal Stimulation of the Rat Incisors

        c-fos는 신경의 흥분성이 증가되면 신경 세포체에 c-Fos 단백질이 발현된다. c-Fos 단백질은 다른 형태의 oncogene인 jun 유전자에서 발현된 Jun 단백질과 결합하여 이중 결합체를 형성하며 이것은 다시 핵으로 이동하여 DNA의 activator protein one site (AP-1)에 결합한다. 이러한 결합은 핵에서 다른 유전자 전사를 조절하여 다양한 세포기능을 조절하기 때문에 c-Fos 단백질은 일명 전사인자 (transcription factor) 또는 제3의 전사인자라 불리운다. 이러한 이유로 현재 신경 활동성의 지표로 c-Fos 단백질이 사용되고 있으며 중추신경계에서 신호 전달 경로를 추적하는데 중요한 방법으로 쓰고 있다. 본 연구는 첫째 치수 동통의 중추성 경로를 밝히고 둘째 치수동통이 심혈관계 중추등 다른 뇌영역에 미치는 영향을 조 사하고자 흰쥐 상하악 중절치를 절단하여 치수를 노출시키고 치수에 2M KCl의 유해한 자극을 준 후 뇌에서 c-Fos 발현 양상을 관찰하였다. c-Fos 단백질이 발현된 신경은 뇌간 삼차신경 척수 감각핵층 미측소핵과 극간소핵이 전환되는 지점에서 다량 관찰되었 고 사상의 복후내측핵과 중심측방핵에서 관찰되었다. 또한 c-Fos는 사지 및 뇌와 연수를 연결하는 하감람핵과 의식 조절 에 관여하는 연수 중간 방상체에서 발현되었다. 유해한 치수 자극은 전신 혈압 및 심박동수를 증가시켰다. c-Fos는 심혈관계를 조절하는 부위들인 시상하부의 supraoptic nucleus (SON)과 paraventricular nucleus (PVN), 고속핵, 문측 복외측 연수에서 발현되었다. 이상의 실험결과는 치수동통신호가 삼차신경을 통해 뇌간의 삼차신경 척수 미측소핵에 전달되고 2차 구심성 신경이 시상의 복후내측핵과 중심측방핵에서 신경을 교대함을 시사하였다. 또한 치수동통은 시상하부의 SON, PVN, 고속핵 및 복수외측 연수를 통해 심혈관계 반사를 일으킬 가능성을 시사하였다. Expression of c-Fos, an immediate early gene, has accepted to be a marker of functional activity in neurons. This study was aimed to investigate the dental pain pathway and the affection of dental pain on other brain regions such as the cardiovascular regulation center using c-Fos immunohistochemistry. Expression of c-Fos in Sprague Dawley rats weighting 300~350 gm was examined 1.5 hr after dental pain elicited by intrapulpal injecton of 2M KCl into upper and lower incisor pulps exposed by bone cutter. c-Fos positive neurons were demonstrated in the trigeminal nucleus caudalis and the ventroposterior medial nucleus of thalamus known to be a sharp pathway. Dental pain enhanced mean arterial pressure and heart rate. In addition, c-Fos expression was induced in the rostral ventrolateral nucleus of medulla oblongata, nucleus tractus solitarius, paraventricular nucleus and supraoptic nucleus of hypothalamus, central presser areas of systemic blood pressure. These results suggest that trigeminal nucleus caudalis and ventroposterior medial nucleus of thalamus plays vital roles in the transmission of dental pain besides, dental pain affected the central cardiovescular regulation centers, resulting to the elevation of systemic blood pressure.

        과학기술혁신정책 기획의 추진 현황과 실효성 제고 방안 -과학기술기본계획과 중장기계획을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 과학기술기본계획, 과학기술 중장기계획 수립과정을 중심으로 과학기술혁신정책 장기 기획과정의 진화 및 현황을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 추격에서 탈추격으로, 모방에서 창조로 국가발전 기조 및 혁신활동 내용이 변화하면서 과학기술 중장기 비전 및 계획이 강조되고 있으나 그 실효성은 낮은 것으로 드러났다. 계획 간 연계·조정부족, 정부주도의 폐쇄적인 단기 기획, 상위 기획 및 조정기구의 역량 부족, 기획의 실효성 미흡, 기술 중심의 기획과 사회적 수용도 측면 등이 한계로 작용한 것이다. 이는 과거 추격 시기를 거치면서 형성된 정부 주도의 하향식 정책기획과 부처 간 경쟁으로 인한 각개약진식의 파편화된 기획 방식이 여전히 유효하게 작동되기 때문이다. 이러한 문제 개선을 위한 방안으로 정책 설계에서부터 집행에까지 이어지는 실질적인 정책통합과 기획 공유, 공동의 정책 비전을 향한 사회적 합의, 국가 계획의 연계·통합을 기반으로 한 구체적인 실천성 확보를 제시하였다. This study analyzes the progress and status of science & technology(S&T) innovation policy planning, the focusing on S&T Basic Plan, Mid and Long Range Plan. In this process, national development keynote and innovation activities have changed from catch-up to post catch-up, from imitative performance to creative performance. Mid and long range S&T plans are highlighted by this diversion, but effectiveness of plans is low. These results are caused by technology-oriented tendency and the lack of linkage, coordination in planning process. The catch-up experiences have enhanced top-down policy planning and competition between the departments, and these tendency still exert influence on the fragmentation of planning process. To solve these problems and secure the practice of plans, this paper suggests the policy integration, planning share, plan linkage intention and the vision consensus.

        Objectives : Aims of this study is to investigate the effects of $LU8{\cdot}KI7$ in rat induced by experimental focal ischemia. Materials and methods : The focal ischemia was induced by intraluminal filament insertion into middle cerebral artery. The groups divided into 6groups, control; no therapy group after ischemia-induced, AT1; acupuncture therapy group at $LU8{\cdot}KI7$ after ischemia-induced, AT2; acupuncture therapy at $LU8{\cdot}KI7$ bilaterally and the needle was twirled and rotated forward with the thumb of the right hand 9times, AT3; acupuncture therapy at $LU8{\cdot}KI7$ bilaterally and the needle was twirled and rotated forward with the forefinger of the right hand 9times, AT4; acupuncture therapy at$LU8{\cdot}KI7$ bilaterally and the needle was inserted to the direction following the flowing route of the meridian(digital direction), AT5; acupuncture therapy at $LU8{\cdot}KI7$ bilaterally, the needle was inserted to the direction following the flowing route of the meridian(digital direction) and the needle was twirled and rotated forward with the thumb of the right hand 9times. Acupuncture therapy was carried out 7times during 2weeks after focal ischemia-induced. The anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective effects of acupuncture are observed by Bax, Bcl-2, mGluR5, cytochrome c, Cresyl violet and ChAT-stain. Results : The intensity of Bax was decreased in AC1, AC4, AC5 group, was increased in AC2, AC3 group. The intensity of Bcl-2 was increased in AC2, AC3, AC4, AC5 group. The intensity of mGluR5 was decreased in AC1 group, was increased in AC4, AC5 group. The intensity of Cytochrome c was increased in ACI, AC2 group, was decreased in AC4, AC5 group. The density of neurons stained by Cresyl violet was increased in all group without control group. The density of ChAT was increased in AC2, ACS group. Conclusions : Our study suggests that AC5 group show anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective effects on cholinergic neuron in focal cerebral ischemia of the stroke in rats.

        Objectives: Acupuncture using a tonification or sedation techniques method is used as a controlling the medication for an early stroke in the Korean medicine. LR3 has indicatons of headache, vertigo, facial paralysis, apoplexy, epiepsy as the source acupoint of a Liver meridian. So this study is aims to investigate the anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective effects of acupuncture on the focal ischemia induced by intraluminal filament insertion in rats. Methods: The focal ischemia was induced by intraluminal filament insertion into middle cerebral artery. The animals were divided into seven groups (n=8 in each group): Normal, intactness group; Conrol group, no therapy group after being ischemia induced; MA-1, acupuncture perpendicularly without Tonification or Sedation techniques at LR3 after being ischemia induced; MA-2, acupuncture obliquely towards the knee at LR3 after being ischemia induced; MA-3, acupuncture obliquely towards the toe at LR3 after being ischemia induced; MA-4, acupuncture obliquely towards the knee and rotate 9 times in a clockwise direction at LR3 after being ischemia induced; MA-5, acupuncture obliquely towards the toe and rotate 6 times in a counterclockwise direction at LR3 after being ischemia induced. The anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective effects of Acupuncture techniques of tonification or sedation at LR3 are observed by mGluR5, Bax, Cresyl violet, ChAT-stain and NGF. Results: The intensity of mGluR5 and the density of ChAT was increased in MA-1 group. The intensity of Bax was decreased in MA-3, MA-4 group. The density of neurons stained by Cresyl violet and ChAT was increased in MA-2, MA-3, MA-4, MA-5 group. The density of neurons stained by NGF was only increased in MA-4 group. Conclusions: Our study suggests that acupuncture perpendicularly without Tonification or Sedation techniques and obliquely towards the knee and rotate 9 times in a clockwise direction(Tonifying technique) at LR3 after being ischemia induced at LR3 shows anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective effects on cholinergic neuron in focal cerebral ischemia of the stroke in rats.
