        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the perceived image of nurses on major and non-major students. Methods: The subjects were 120 nursing school students and 120 other university students in J province. The data was collected by using structured questionnaire. T-test, ANOVA were performed by SPSS/PC 20.0. Results: The score for image of nurses was as follows. special image($3.86{\pm}0.51$), traditional image($3.71{\pm}0.53$), individual image($3.53{\pm}0.85$), social image($3.43{\pm}0.58$), and grand mean($3.66{\pm}0.48$). Perceived image of nurses was significant difference between students of a major and non-major(t=6.390, p<.001). Conclusion: It is needed to monitoring of media for the improvement the perceived image of nurses and also nurses have to try to make an individual role model.

        Hemangioma of the larynx is generally classified into adult and infantile form. More common infantile form usually arises on subglottic portiion and may cause respiratory distress. Adult form is rare and arises on vocal cord or above. Vocal cord hemangioma was rarely reported in the medical literature. Since Kimmelman et al reported vocal hemangioma in 1979 first, there are four cases of vocal hemangioma reported in medical literature. Recently, we experienced a case of vocal cord hemangioma and successfully removed it with micro-laryngeal surgery. Hence we report this case with review of literatures.

        부산지역 강우의 화학적 특성 I. pH 및 주요이온의 시ㆍ공간적 변화

        The chemical characteristics of precipitation was investigated in Pusan area. Samples were collected from January to November in 1996 at 4 sites, and analyzed pH, major soluble ionic components(C $l^{[-10]}$ , N $O_3$$^{[-10]}$ , S $O_4$$^{2-}$, N $a^{+}$, $K^{+}$, N $H_4$$^{+}$, $Mg^{2+}$, $Ca^{2+}$). The order of anion and cation concentrations for the initial precipitation were C $l^{[-10]}$ > S $O_4$$^{2-}$ > N $O_3$$^{[-10]}$ , and $Ca^{2+}$ > N $a^{+}$ > N $H_4$$^{+}$ > $Mg^{2+}$ > $K^{+}$, respectively. At coastal sites(P1 and P2) C $l^{[-10]}$ and N $a^{+}$ of maritime sources (seasalt) were high, but at inland sites(P3 and P4) nss-C $a^{2+}$ and nss-S $O_4$$^{2-}$ were high. Calcium ion for the initial precipitation showed high value of enrichement factor(EF) relative to seawater composition. The contribution of seasalt to the composition of precipitation was higher at bite P1 (53.5%) than those of the other sites. Throughout the year the concentrations of major ions for the initial precipitation were low in the heavy rain season. The mean pH for the initial precipitation was 5.4 and showed the negative relationship with the precipitaion amount. The S $O_4$$^{2-}$ and N $O_3$$^{[-10]}$ do not play an important role in rain acidification due to the high(97%) neutralizing effect of amonia and calcium species.and calcium species.

        스마트 교육 시대의 화법 교육

        The present study evaluated the characteristics of teaching-learning systems requested by the smart educational environment and explored the future direction for the change of educational contents and methods in the field of Korean listening and speaking. Smart education environment has a positive aspect by expanding the contents of speech communication education and supporting the diversification of the ways of speech communication teaching-learning. In order to realize the smart education, the educational contents needs to be extended into such fields as the education in mass communication capacity, production and acceptance of verbal multi-discourse and multi-text, and education on the strategy for using communication media. Besides, a smart educational environment helps to realize various methods in the speech communication education, by enabling the video-clipping of speech performance, communication between learners, application of the audience-driven or mutual assessment, employment of video-recording, and material collection for a speech. However, in a smart education system, learners should to be reminded of the importance of face-to-face communication and be educated on which media channel to be selected, depending on a specific speech situation, participants, and contents.

        어머니의 부부갈등과 양육스트레스, 유아의 공격성 간의 구조적 관계와 유아의 기질에 따른 잠재평균분석

        본 연구는 어머니들의 부부갈등과 양육스트레스, 유아의 공격성 사이의 관계를 살펴보고, 기질에 따른 잠재평균분석의 차이를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 육아정책연구소(PSKC) 패널 자료중 1,597명의 어 머니를 대상으로 부부갈등, 양육스트레스, 공격성, 기질 척도를 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니가 지각한 부부갈등과 양육스트레스는 유아의 공격성에 유의 한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 어머니가 지각한 부부갈등은 양육스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 잠재 평균을 살펴보기 전 형태 및 측정, 절편동일성을 검증한 결과 모든 요인에서 기질에 따른 동일성이 입증 되었다. 잠재평균분석을 실시한 결과, 활동성 기질 집단은 정서성 기질 집단보다 공격성에서 효과 크기가 높게 나타났다. 반면, 양육스트레스의 경우 정서성 기질 집단이 활동성 기질 집단보다 더 높은 평균효과 크기가 나타났다. 그러나 부부갈등은 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론적으로, 유아의 공격성을 감소시 키기 위해서는 어머니의 부부갈등과 양육스트레스 감소가 선행되어야 함을 알 수 있다. 또한, 유아의 기 질에 따라 양육스트레스와 부부갈등을 감소시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사할 수 있다. The purpose of this study in investigate the relationship among marital conflict, rearing stress and child's aggression toward mothers. In addition, the study was to analyze latent mean analysis of the variables of the child's temperament. The subjects were 1,597 mothers who responded to the questionnaires from Korea Institute of Child and Education(Panel Study on Korean Children). The results of study are as follows. First, marital conflict and rearing stress perceived by mothers directly affected child's aggression. Second, marital conflict of perceived by mothers that was perceived inherently was related to depression. Thirdly, there was no configural invariance, metric invariance, and scalar invariance between emotional temperament and activity temperament. Given the three types of invariance satisfied, latent mean analysis was performed to test mean differences on marital conflict, rearing stress and aggression. According to the latent mean analysis where emotional temperament group was used as the reference group, activity temperament group had a higher latent mean value in aggression. In addition, the average effect size of rearing stress in activity temperament was lower than the emotional temperament. But, marital conflict did not show a significant difference. Consequently, mother's rearing stress and maternal conflict should be reduced in order to lower the level of children's aggressiveness. Also, development of a program that can reduce rearing stress and marital conflict based on the infant temperament is needed.

        제1차 국제학술대회 ; 다문화 배경 학습자를 위한 한국어 교육과정의 내용 체계

        This study investigated the characteristics and aims of Korean (KSL) education curriculum for students with a multi-cultural background and tried to constitute an education contents system. The contents for Korean education curriculum can be systemized by analyzing its goal, dividing, categorizing, and structuring, in relation to the categories defined, the contents domain for education. Thus, by composing the contents system of Korean education curriculum for students with a multi-cultural background, one can not only provide education contents systematically, but clearly show the characteristics and emphasis of the curriculum, as well. We categorized the educational contents required for a multi-cultural student to achieve the goals of such Korean curriculum and suggested a `contents system`. The contents of Korean curriculum for multi-cultural students are made up of `living Korean` and `academic purpose Korean` domains.Both of the two domains above are composed of the categories such as `language skill`, `language material`, `attitude`, and `cultural consciousness`. Between the two domains, one can find differences in the category of `language material`. The language material for the `living Korean` domain is made up of topics, vocabulary, grammar, text pattern, communication function and communication strategy, while language material for the domain of `academic purpose Korean` is composed of key vocabulary for the subject topic, learning communication skill and learning communication strategy.

        대학 교양 화법 교육의 발전 방안

        이 연구에서는 교양 화법 교육의 위상과 목표를 살펴보고, 현재 국내 여러 대학에서 실시되고 있는 교양 화법 교육 현황과 특징을 분석한 뒤 미국 대학의 교양 교육 상황과 비교를 통하여 예비 사회인 교육을 위한 대학 교양 화법 교육의 개선 방향을 제안하였다. 교양 화법 교육은 대학 교양 교육의 한 부분이므로 교양 교육의 전체 목적과 목표를 추구하면서도 강좌의 특성을 담은 구체적 목표인 구두 의사소통 역량 신장을 목표로 하여야 한다. 일부 대학을 제외하고 우리나라 대학에서는 글쓰기 교육은 교양 필수 과목으로 개설하는 반면 교양 화법 교육은 선택 과목으로 개설하여 제한된 소수의 학생만이 선택적으로 이수할 수 있게 하고 있다. 이는 구두 의사소통 교육과 문어 의사소통 교육이 균형적으로 이루어지지 않고 있다는 점에서 문제가 있다. 미국 대학 교양 교육에서 구두의사소통 능력의 신장을 강조하고 있는 경우, 화법 교육을 별도로 하는 것이 아니라 인문 교양 교육을 하면서 동시에 발표, 토의 등의 구두 의사소통 기회를 부여하고 학생들의 구두 의사소통에 대하여 피드백을 주는 등 화법 교육에 대한 통합 교육적 접근을 하고 있다. 우리나라 대학 교양 화법 교육이 개선되기 위해서는 대학 교양 화법 교육을 필수과목화 하고, 구두 의사소통 역량을 통합적으로 기를 수 있도록 교양 화법 교육과 일반 교양 교육, 전공 교육이 통합적 관점으로 지도할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 또 학생 수, 교육 지원 체제, 강의 담당 교수의 질등 구두 의사소통 교육을 위한 기본 여건이 개선될 수 있도록 해야 한다. The present research overviews the aims and features of speech education as a general education. It evaluates the features and characteristics of the speech communication and provides a suggestion for its improvement as a general education for collegians as the preliminary member of the community. Speech education is part of general education in the university. Therefore, it must seek the overall objectives and aims of the general education and, at the same time, seek to improve the ability of verbal communication, which is the specific purpose of the class. Except for a few universities in Korea, most universities opened the speech education as an optional subject, while writing education is a must for general education. Therefore, only a limited number of students attend the speech education class. Hence, it matters because the balance between verbal and written communication is not reached. General education in the American universities has an integrative approach-it emphasizes the verbal communication proficiency and provides opportunities for verbal communication such as speech, presentation, and discussion with a feedback. To improve the speech education as a general education, it must become a compulsory subject. We need an integrated approach in speech communication, other general education and major education. Besides, we need an improvement in the fundamentals such as teacher : student ratio, education supporting system, and the quality of the professors.

        형제자매관계특성이 아동 및 청소년의 자아개념에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 형제자매관계특성이 아동 및 청소년의 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 부산광역시에 위치한 C 초등학생 366명, J 중학생 184명을 대상으로 형제자매관계특성과 자아개념검사를 실시하였다. 자료 처리는 SPSS 10.1 통계 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 형제자매관계 구조적 특정이 자아개념에 미치는 영향은 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA) , 심리적 특성이 자아개념에 미치는 영향은 상위 25%, 하위 25% 분할점을 설정하여 반복측정 t검증(paried t-test)을 실시하였다. 형제자매관계의 구조적특성과 심리적 특성이 자아개념에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 이원변량분석(Two-Way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 연령이 어릴수록, 출생순위는 첫째집단일 경우, 성구성은 이성형제자매일 경우 자아개념이 더 높았다. 형제자매관계의 심리적 특성은 온화감, 상대지위, 경쟁이 높을수록, 갈등이 낮을수록 자아개념이 높았다. 형제자매관계특성이 자아개념을 형성하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 연구결과에 대한 논의를 기술하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the self-conception of children and teenagers through sibling relationships. The objects were 366 students of 6th grade of C elementary school and 184 students of 2nd grade of J middle school in Busan. As for the treatment of the data, in order to investigate the effect of self conception according to the structural character, we operated the One-way ANOVA analysis. To know the difference of the self conception according to the psychological character, t-test is accomplished. In order to know about the difference of the self conception according to the structural character of the relationship of the brother and sister and the psychological character, we operated the Two-way ANOVA analysis. The results of the study are as follows. The structural character of sibling relationships effected to the self conception according to the age, birth order and the composition of the sex distinction. Concerning about the psychological. character, the higher the mildness is, the lower the conflicts is, the larger the degree of the competition is, the self concept affected. The study shows the self-conception of children and teenagers were effected by the structural character and the psychological quality of sibling relationships. Discussion of this study result, implication and limitations were described.
