Recently pathotoxicological study of lymphoid organs by administration of some phthalate ester in rats, indicated marked effect of architechure of thymus, spleen, and lymphonodes. Dioctyl phthalate (DOP), one of the phthalate ester, caused statistically significant reduction in the weights of various lymphoid organs. This senstivity of the lymphoid organ to phthalate toxicity which could lead to adverse effects on the immune response and also suppression of immuno system. Therfore it is possible the presense of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), one of the phthalate ester as well as DOP, in spleen and other organs might have some moderately effect on the function of the immune system, So our present study was proceeded to assess the effect of DEHP on the immunotoxicity in mouse. In the immune response of DEHP administered mice, HA, HY, Arthus reaction and Rosette forming cell were decreased but DTH was increased. Furthermore, in the DEHP plus ethanol group, HA, HY, Arthus reaction and Rosette forming cell were remarkably decreased and elevation of DTH was inhibited.

Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP), one of plasticizers in plastic has recently been reported as a potential hepatotoxic agent. Liver enlargement associated with a decrease in the activity of mitochondrial enzyme and modification in biological response of xenobiotics after oral or intraperitoneal administration of DEHP has been observed in rodents. However, their subtle toxic effects have not been fully investiqated and thus more detailed studies are required. In this paper, we examined the toxic effect of DEHP on the liver and kidney function and biochemical parameters in rats. The biochemical parameters such as AST, ALT, ALP, LDH, BUN, albumin and total protein in serum were gradually increased by DEHP treatment. And more increasing tendency was observed by concomitant ethanol treatment. The contents of cytochrome P-450 and activity of NADPH-cytochrome c reductase in hepatic microsomal fraction were increased in initial period and then decreased, but those in renal microsomal fraction were little increased. However, toxic responses of DEHP in hepatic and renal cytochrome P-450 content and the activity of NADPH-cytochrome c reductase were a little suppressed by the administration of ethanol. The activity of Glucose-6-phosphatase in hepatic homogenate was decreased and MDA value in the serum and microsomal fraction of liver and kidney was significantly increased by the administration of DEHP but those of above biochemical function were keeping slowly by ethanol concomitant treatment.

백석 시에 나타난 "영혼"의 슬픔

‘슬픔’이 백석 시의 주조이자 그의 시세계에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다는 점에 대해서 많은 논자들이 주목한 바 있다. 본고에서는 그 슬픔의 의미와 가치를 새로이 규명해 보고자 백석 시에 나타난 ‘영혼’의 양상에 초점을 맞추어 보았다. 그 결과 ‘영혼의 슬픔’은, 척박한 현실과 인간 존재의 한계 상황에 대한 영혼의 인식에서 비롯한다는 것, 반면, 이러한 일상의 삶과 자아의 집착으로부터 벗어나는 데서 ‘영혼의 기쁨’이 발생하며, 이러한 벗어남을 가능케 하는 것은 시간과 공간을 초월한 영혼에 대한 자각과 영혼의 교류를 통해서라는 것 등을 밝혀내었다. 본고는 또한 백석의 시에서 ‘몽상’이나 ‘기억’, 그리고 ‘감각’, ‘직관’과 ‘감동’ 등이 이와 같은 ‘영혼의 삶’을 살찌우고 ‘영혼의 교류’를 가능케 하는 주요 방법으로 운용되고 있다는 점에도 주목하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 체계적인 설명을 위해 베르그손의 ‘기억’이론과 ‘열린사회’에 대한 논의 등을 참조해 보았다. 현실과 그 논리 아래 숨겨진 다양한 인간적 가치들을 몽상과 기억을 통해 환기해내고, 독특한 언어적 감각을 활용하여 언어 너머의 실재를 포착해 내려는 백석의 시도와 그의 작품들은 독자들에게 정서적 감동과 위안을 주고 있을 뿐만 아니라 종국적으로는 새로운 사회로의 이행을 위한 자극이 될 수 있을 것이다. Many researchers have paid attention to the ‘sorrow’ that is the main stream and has very important meaning in Baek-suk`s poetry. This study tried focusing on the aspect of the ‘soul’ which exists in the poems of Baek-suk with a view to make a close inquiry the meaning and value of the sorrow. As a result this paper found out that ‘the sorrow of the soul’ was originated from the recognition of the soul associating with a sterile world and a limit of human. On the other hand ‘the joy of the soul’ arises from the awakening of the soul which is transcendent of time and space and from the exchange of the soul which can get out of everyday life and an obsession with ego. In this paper I also paid attention to the fact that dream or memory, intuition and emotion in Baek-suk`s poetry play a major part which flatten the life of the soul and make the flow of the soul possible. I consulted the theory of memory and the explanation about ‘open society’ which Bergson had proposed. The attempt and works of Baek-suk who tried to catch the ‘real’ that is over the language and to awaken mankind`s various kinds of values hidden under the logic of actualities can give people the emotional movement and consolation. Then finally his poetry also can be an inspiration for the transition to a new society.

BIBFRAME 기반 복합문화기관 서지데이터 연계 구조 구축

본 연구에서는 복합문화기관의 정보서비스를 지원하기 위해 기존의 복합문화기관에서 사용되는 서지데이터를 상호 연계할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 MODS, EAD, CDWA 등 현재 복합문화기관에서 사용하고 있는 기존 메타데이터를 대상으로, 이들 표준을 FRBR 기반의 BIBFRAME 구조와 연계시킬 수 있는 연계 속성을 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 저작 계층, 인스턴스 계층, 개별자료 계층, 책임표시사항, 주제에 대한 기술요소를 BIBFRAME 기반으로 설정하였으며, 서지데이터의 연계를 위한 총 19개의 상위 요소, 18개의 하위 요소 및 12개의 연계 속성을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로, 자료 유형에 따라 적용된 이질적인 메타데이터를 상호 연계할 수 있는 서지적 환경을 구축하였다. 이를 통해 복합문화기관의 분산된 서지데이터를 통합적으로 연계함으로써 보다 효율적으로 복합적인 정보서비스를 제공하는데 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This research proposed an approach for interlinking bibliographic data used in the existing multicultural institutions in order to support information services of multicultural institutions. It constructed a set of linkage properties that can link the FRBR-based BIBFRAME structure with the existing metadata standards currently adopted in multicultural institutions, including MODS, EAD, and CDWA. As a result, the descriptive elements for the Work level, Instance level, Item level, statement of responsibility, subjects were established in the BIBFRAME syntax. A total of 19 upper level elements, 18 sub-elements, and 12 linkage properties were proposed for the linking of bibliographic data, so that a bibliographic environment was established that can interconnect heterogeneous metadata adopted depending on the types of collections. Through the proposed structure, it is expected that it can be applied to provide sufficient information services more efficiently by linking the dispersed bibliographic data of multicultural institutions in an integrated way.

본고에서는 김기림 문학의 저층에 놓인 ‘흥t수’에 주목하고 있다. 그런데 그의 이 러한 문학적 면모를 담아내기에는 기존의 ‘ 모던/전통’, ‘고전주의/낭만주의’와 같은 기존의 대립적 개념쌍들은 적절한 틀이 될 수 없다고 판단하여 필자는 ‘낭만적 이 데올로기’와 같은 관점을 새롭게 제시해 보았다- 즉, 그것은 낭만주의 이후의 또는 고전주의자로 알려진 인물들에게서 지속적으로 드러나는 낭만적 면모를 부각시키 기 위해 노리스C. Norris에 의해 사용된 용어로, “주체와 객체 , 정신과 자연 사이의 간극을 극복하는 창조적 상상의 행위에 의해, 상실의 감정이 회복될 수 있다는 밑 음”을 가리킨다 사실 김기림 스스로도 자신의 모순된 면모, 즉 자신의 ‘내면’에서 ‘고전주의 ’와 ‘로맨티시즘’이 “끊임없는 투쟁”을 하고 있다고 고백한 바도 있고, 동 앙은 덮어놓고 파기될 것도, 쉽게 귀의할 곳도 아니라 다시 ‘발견’되어야 한다고 주 장하기도 했다. 그가 거부한 것은 감상주의인 것이지 낭만주의 그 자체였던 것은 아니라는 점에서 필자가 제기한 ‘낭만적 이데올로기’라는 개념이 수용될 여지가 있 는 듯하다. 흔히 알려져 있등이 김기림의 주지적 문학관 즉 문학에서의 지성을 강 조한다는 것이 감정이나 정서를 결코 거부하는 것이 아니라 그것에 질서를 부여하 여 심리적 균형을 취하는 수단으로서 지성의 활동을 강조하는 것을 의미한다면, 김 기림에게 그러한 균형감각이 유기체론으로 드러나고 있다는 점을 모순이 아닌 정 합적인 것으로 이해할 수 있게 되는 것이다 폴 드 만Paul de Man이 제안하고 있듯이 낭만주의 이후의 비평적 사유의 역사 가 ‘지배적인 은유’의 체계에 의해 지배되었듯이, 이 체계는 낭만주의 시인들을 포 함할 뿐만 아니라 어쩌면 그 주장을 거절하는 낭만주의에 뒤이은 학파들과 운동들 을 포괄한다 필자는 이러한 견해가 김기림의 시와 시론 사이의 다소 모순적인 면 모를 새로운 각도에서 설명해 줄 수 있다고 판단하며, 소위 전통단절론에 대한 비 판적 입지점 또한 제공하리라 기대한다 In this article, I pay attention to the ‘ nostalgia‘ which was laid in underlying strata of Kim ki rim‘literature. Bur the preexisting concept of "modern/tradition", "cIassicism/romanticism" is unprofìt to include such fìgures. so 1 provide like as ” romantic ideologies", which was used by Christopher Norris to fìgure our romantic aspects from post -romantics or literary men known as cIassicist. The term indicate, "the faith that such communion can be restoted, if only momentarily, by acts of creative imagining that overcome the ontological and temporal void fixed between subject and object, mind and narure". To tell the truth, Kim ki rim confessed his contradictory appearances of his own accord that, in 비 inner spaces, incessant conflict was hap야s between ‘ classic잉‘ and ‘romanticism‘. And he insisted that the orient should be rediscovered. He did not deny romanticism but sentimentalism. Therefore I think, there is a possibility to admit the concept, ‘romantic ideologies‘relation to Kim ki rim‘s literature. Now to conclude, 1 think, such opinion can explain the contradictory as야다 of his literature. and 1 expect it can provide critical points to discussiion of ‘interruption of tradition‘
