자율주행차 보안 위협 대응을 위한 보안 수준 점검 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석

To strengthen the security of autonomous vehicles, this study derived checklists through the analysis of the status of autonomous vehicle security. The analyzed statuses include autonomous vehicle characteristics, security threats, and domestic and foreign security standards. The derived checklists are then applied to the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) model to find their relative importance. Relative importance was ranked as one of cyber security management system establishment and implementation, encryption, risk assessment, etc. The significance of this study is to reduce cyber security incidents that cause human casualties as well improve the level of security management of autonomous vehicles in related companies by deriving the autonomous vehicle security level checklists and demonstrating the model. If the inspection is performed considering the relative importance of the checklists, the security level can be identified early. 본 연구는 자율주행차 보안 강화를 목적으로 자율주행차 특징, 보안 위협, 국내외 컴플라이언스 등 자율주행차 보안 관련 현황 분석을 통해 보안 수준 점검 항목을 도출하였고 이를 토대로 AHP 모형에 적용하여 상대적 중요도를 확인하였다. 실증 분석 결과 사이버보안 관리체계 수립·이행, 암호화, 위험평가 등의 순으로 중요도 우선 순위가 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는자율주행차관련 보안 수준 점검 항목을 도출하고 연구 모형을 실증함으로써 인명 피해까지 초래할 수 있는 사이버 보안 사고 감소 및 관련 기업들의 자율주행차 보안 관리 수준을 향상시킬수 있다. 그리고 자율주행차 점검 항목의 상대적 중요도를 고려하여 점검을 수행한다면 보안수준을 조기에 식별할 수 있을 것이다.

수탁사 개인정보 관리 수준 점검 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석

Recently ICT, new technologies such as IoT, Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence are changing the information society explosively. But personal information leakage incidents of consignee’s company are increasing more and more because of the expansion of consignment business and the latest threats such as Ransomware and APT. Therefore, in order to strengthen the security of consignee’s company, this study derived the checklists through the analysis of the status such as the feature of consignment and the security standard management system and precedent research. It also analyzed laws related to consignment. Finally we found out the relative importance of checklists after it was applied to proposed AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Model. Relative importance was ranked as establishment of an internal administration plan, privacy cryptography, life cycle, access authority management and so on. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of leakage of customer information and improve the level of personal information protection management of the consignee by deriving the check items required in handling personal information of consignee and demonstrating the model. If the inspection activities are performed considering the relative importance of the checklist items, the effectiveness of the input time and cost will be enhanced. 최근 ICT와 함께 IoT, 클라우드, 인공지능 등의 신기술들이 정보화 사회를 폭발적으로 변화 시키고 있다. 그러나 APT(Advanced Persistent Threat), 악성 코드, 랜섬웨어 등 최신 위협과 개인정보 처리 위탁 업무 확대로 수탁사 관련 개인정보 유출 사고도 더욱 더 증가하고 있다. 따라서 수탁사 보안 강화를 위해 본 연구는 위수탁 개요 및 특징 ,보안 표준 관리 체계, 선행 연구들을 현황 분석하여 점검 항목을 도출하였다. 그리고 수탁관련 정보통신망법, 개인정보보호법 등의 법률들을 분석 매핑한 후 최종 수탁사 개인정보 보호 관리 수준 점검 항목들을 도출하고 이를 토대로 AHP 모형에 적용하여, 점검 항목간 상대적 중요도를 확인하였다. 실증 분석 결과 내부관리체계 수립, 개인정보 암호화, 생명 주기, 접근 권한 관리 등의 순으로 중요도 우선 순위가 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 수탁사 개인정보 취급시 요구되는 점검 항목을 도출하고 연구 모형을 실증함으로써 고객 정보 유출 위험 감소 및 수탁사의 개인정보 보호 관리 수준을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 점검 항목의 상대적 중요도를 고려하여 점검 활동을 수행한다면 투입 시간 및 비용에 대한 효과성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

수변환경 생태를 중심으로 한 압록강하구 물류중심도시 건설방안

본 연구에서는 동북아시아의 주요 물류 중심지로 성장이 기대되는 압록강 하구의 수자원과 생태환경을 조사하여, 그 지역에서의 향후 물류중심도시 건설방안의 타당성을 분석하고, 건설을 위한 기본구도를 제시하고자 한다. 압록강은 북한과 중국의 물과 에너지 공급원으로서의 역할을 해왔으나, 현재는 폐수로 인한 부영양화와 중금속 성분 증가로 하구 수질오염이 지속되는 환경에 처하여 있다. 이번 연구에서는 국내 수생태 연구 결과와 유사한 해외 사례를 또한 분석 한다. 물류와 관련된 환경 이슈를 검토한 후 수변 물류센터 건설 시 주요 고려사항을 파악하고 유망한 건설 지역을 검토 한다. 앞으로 압록강 하구는 한반도와 중국이 상호 협력하는 친환경 수변물류센터로 발전해 나갈수 있다. 이를 위하여 ICT 기반의 트윈 스마트시티 개발을 고려할 수 있으며, 저영향개발(LID) 등 스마트워터 기술을 활용하여 녹색물류 개념을 또한 고려해야 한다. 물류센터의 지역적 입지로는 현재 물류가 운영 중이거나 계획 중인 단동신구와 황금평 지역을 우선 건설지역으로 고려할 수 있다. This study analyzes the water resources and ecological environment of the Yalu River estuary, which is expected to grow as a major logistics center in Northeast Asia. The Yalu River has supplied water and energy to North Korea and China, however it continues to cause water pollution in the estuary due to the eutrophication and the increasing heavy metal elements caused by waste water. The results of local water ecology studies and the similar overseas cases were analyzed in the study. After examining the environmental issues related to logistics, it identifies the main considerations for the construction of waterfront logistics centers and examines promising construction area. In the future, the Yalu River estuary should continue to grow into an environmentally friendly waterfront logistics center where the two countries cooperate each other. To this end, ICT-based twin smart city development can be considered, and the green logistics concept should be reflected by utilizing smart water technologies such as low-impact development (LID). As for the regional location of the logistics center, Dandong New District and Hwanggumpyong area, where the logistics is currently in operation or planned, can be considered as priority construction areas.

NFT 서비스 제공자 보안 수준 점검 항목 중요도 분석을 통한 보안 위협 대응

블록체인과 함께 NFT(Non-Fungible Token) 수요가 확대됨에 따라 사이버상의 보안 위협도증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 NFT 보안 강화를 목적으로 NFT 특징, 보안 위협, 컴플라이언스 등 NFT 보안 관련 현황 분석을 통해서 보안 점검 항목을 도출하였고 이를바탕으로 AHP 모형에 적용, 상대적 중요도를 확인하였다. 실증 분석 결과 관리체계 수립 및운영, 암호화, 위험관리 등으로 중요도 우선 순위가 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 NFT 관련보안 수준 점검 항목을 도출하고 모형을 실증함으로써 NFT 보안 사고 감소 및 관련 회사들의보안 관리 수준을 보다 더 향상시킬 수 있다. 그리고 NFT 점검 항목의 상대적인 중요도를고려하여 보안 점검을 수행한다면 조기에 보안 수준을 식별할 수 있을 것이다. Demand for NFT is expanding along with Blockchain. And cyber security threats are also increasing. Therefore, this study derives security level inspection items by analyzing status related to NFT security such as NFT features, security threats, and compliance for the purpose of strengthening NFT security. Based on this, the relative importance was confirmed by applying it to the AHP model. As a result of the empirical analysis, the priority order of importance was found in the order of Security management system establishment and operation, encryption, and risk management, etc. The significance of this study is to reduce NFT security incidents and improve the NFT security management level of related companies by deriving NFT-related security level check items and demonstrating the research model. And If you perform considering relative importance of the NFT check items, the security level can be identified early.

환황해권 스마트리전 구축방안 연구

Smart cities are expanding their spatial scope to urban areas and regions. Linking regional economic development strategies beyond the borders with smart city planning can lead to cooperation and economic development between regions and countries as well. The purpose of this study is to suggest cooperation and regional development of the three nations - Korea, North Korea and China - through the Yellow Sea Rim Smart Region. To this end, smart city strategies and economic development plan with implementation status in the three countries including special economic zones have analyzed that could be the spatial basis of the smart region. On the west coast of Korea facing the Yellow Sea, lots of projects related to smart cities are actively underway in Saemangeum, Yellow Sea Free Economic Zone(YESFEZ), and Incheon Free Economic Zone(IFEZ). Although the political situation is still uncertain, North Korea is analyzed to have economic and technical potential in the west coast connecting Haeju, Nampo, and Sinuiju. In Liaoning and Shandong provinces of China, smart city projects have been actively promoted in recent years especially in the state-supporting industrial cities. Restoration of economic cooperation between South Korea and China, linkage of transportation networks, vitalization of cross-border cooperation projects between China and North Korea centered on Dandong and Sinuiju, and the connecting of smart city infrastructure and services for China and South Korea's economic cooperation process will make the Yellow Sea Rim as a world prosperous economic region. However, it is necessary to establish and operate a governance system through long-term planning for transnational consultation and establishment of a promotion organization. 스마트도시는 공간적 범위를 도시권 및 지역 단위로 확장해 가고 있다. 최근 추진되고 있는 국경을 초월한 지역경제권 발전전략과 스마트도시 계획을 연계하면 국가 간 협력과 경제적 발전방안을 꾀할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국-북한-중국을 잇는 환황해권 스마트리전을 통해 한국-북한-중국 3국의 협력 및 지역적 발전방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 지금까지 한국과 중국의 스마트도시 전략과 함께 스마트리전의 공간적 기반이 될 수 있는 3국의 대규모 경제특구 개발계획과 추진현황을 분석하였다. 황해에 접하고 있는 한국의 서해안에는 새만금, 황해경제자유구역, 인천경제자유구역 등에서 스마트도시 관련 계획 및 사업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 북한은 아직 정치적인 상황이 불확실하지만 해주와 남포, 신의주를 연결하는서해안 지역에 경제적, 기술적 잠재력이 확보되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 중국의 요녕성과 산동성의 경우, 산업이 발달한 대도시들을 중심으로 스마트도시 사업과 이들을 연계한 경제벨트화 전략이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 한국과 중국의 경제적 협력의 복원 및 교통망의 연계, 단동과 신의주를 중심으로 한 중국과 북한의 초국경 협력사업의 활성화 그리고 중국과 한국의 경제협력 과정에 스마트도시 인프라와 서비스가 적절히 제공된다면 황해를 중심으로 국경을 초월한 지역적 발전을 선도할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 다만, 이를 위하여 장기적인 계획과 초국가적 협의 및 추진기구의 설립을 통한 거버넌스 체계 구축 및 운영이 필요한 것으로 판단된다

압록강접경 스마트리전 장기 발전에 관한 연구

Cross-border regional economic cooperation is increasing while smart cities are expanding into smart regions. Further research on the establishment of the Dandong-Sinuiju cross-border smart region could emerge as a key logistics area in Northeast Asia. Since the late 70s, China’s economic and social infrastructure rapidly developed; Dandong is one of the areas that developed in the process. In contrast, North Korea is still entrenched in a lot of uncertainty. If North Korea were to start opening up to the world in the near future, Sinuiju has the potential to develop like Dandong. The Amnok River estuary consisting of two cities eventually could develop into a logistics specialized smart region connected to the Korean Peninsula, Northern China, and even Europe. In the long run, this smart region could substantially grow into an eco-friendly, waterfront smart region.

압록강하구 수변 생태환경 친화형 스마트리전 건설방안 연구

While cross-border regional economic cooperation is increasing and smart cities are expanding into smart regions, a research on the establishment of the cross-border smart region at the estuary of the Yalu River is meaningful. The region has beautiful landscape in excellent ecological environment close to the sea. The environment management issues continue to emerge. In such a situation, the smart region can be developed as a combination of waterfront environment-friendly cities in the region. Currently, U.N. economic sanctions and political uncertainties against North Korea continue, but cross-border cooperation in an economic sense can be implemented by connecting the two cities on the IT infrastructure of smart region.

In China, economy and social infrastructure developed rapidly since the late 70’s. Dandong is one of the areas that developed in the process. In contrast, North Korea still has a lot of uncertainty. However, if North Korea starts opening to the world in the near future, Sinuiju will also begin the development. Yalu River estuary which has two cities, can be developed as a logistics specialized smart region which will be connected to Korean Peninsula, Northern China, and even Europe. Then the twin cities will grow as waterfront eco-friendly smart region with larger scale in the long run.
