        CAPS 마커를 이용한 국내 개발 양송이 품종 구분

        The cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence (CAPS) marker uses a restriction enzyme recognition site resulting from single nucleotide polymorphisms and insertions and deletions on the DNA sequence. This technique does not require expensive equipment, the process is simple, and clear results can be obtained reliably. In this study, Agaricus bisporus cultivars SaeA, SaeDo, SaeHan, SaeYeon, SaeJeong, Dodam, Seolgang, Dahyang, Hogam, and Hadam developed in Korea were discriminated using four CAPS markers. Our results indicated that it is possible to distinguish the ten cultivars and determine the genetic diversity among them. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 개발된 국내에서 개발된 10개의 양송이 품종을 CAPS 마커를 이용하여 구분하였다. An 등(2021)이 개발한 CAPS 마커 AB-gCAPs-017, AB-gCAPs-047, AB-gCAPs-055, AB-gCAPs-071을 이용하여 새아, 새도, 새한, 새연, 새정, 도담, 설강, 다향, 호감, 하담을 구분할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 개발 양송이 품종에 대하여 품종간의 구별성과 유전적 다양성을 부여하여 품종보호에 대한 분자생물학적 근거를 마련하였다.

        Complete genome sequence of Bacillus thuringiensis C25, a potential biocontrol agent for sclerotia-forming fungal phytopathogens

        생물학적방제 효과가 뛰어난 Bacillus thuringiensis C25 균주의 유전체 분석을 수행하였다. 본 균주는 5,308,062 bp, G+C 비율 35.32%의 염색체와 308,946 bp, 32.23% G+C 함량이 포함된 plasmid를 지닌 것으로 확인되었다. 염색체와 plasmid DNA에 예측된 유전자의 총 수는 5,683개의 단백질 코딩유전자와 107개 tRNA 그리고 42개의 rRNA였다. We here provide the complete genome sequence of Bacillus thuringiensis C25, the strain showing antagonistic effects on fungal phytopathogens. The genome comprised of 5,308,062 bp with 35.32% G+C content of a circular chromosome and a plasmid containing 308,946 bp with 32.23% G+C content. The chromosome and plasmid genome included 5,683 protein coding DNA sequences, 107 tRNA and 42 rRNA genes.

        네일 살롱 종사자들의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 우울감에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The occupational stress levels experienced by South Korean service industry workers are known to be high. Mainly servicing young women with strong interest in their appearances and with strong self-expression, nail salon workers suffer from considerable emotional labor levels. However, studies on them have been insufficient. The present study therefore analyzed the effect of occupational stress levels and emotional labor on nail salon workers’ physical and mental health. Methods: The research data consisted of the results of surveys of 646 nail salon workers in Seoul recruited through proportional quota sampling. The dependent variable was the respondents’ depression, and the independent variable was their occupational stress and emotional labor. Logistic regression was conducted, with adjustments made for the respondents’ socioeconomic characteristics. Results: In comparison with the group without a high level of emotional labor, the one with a high level of emotional labor was 1.530 times more likely to have depression. Similarly, in comparison with the group without a strong intention to quit work, the one with a strong intention to quit work was 1.538 times more likely to have depression. On the other hand, in comparison with the group without a high level of occupational stress, the one with a high level of occupational stress was 12.074 times more likely to experience depression. Conclusions: The present study shows that nail salon workers’ occupational stress is related to their mental health and that their likelihood of experiencing depression increases as their level of emotional labor increases.

        국제개발협력과 개발도상국의 시민사회 : 공여국의 베트남 시민사회 지원을 중심으로

        1990년대 국가주도의 개발방식과 신자유주의 정책이 비판되면서, 개발영역에서 시민사회의 역할이 주목받았다. 2008년 아크라 행동강령을 통해 시민사회단체(CSO)는 `독립적인 개발행위자`로 인정되었다. 서구 공여국들은 개발도상국의 발전을 위해 자국 시민사회의 지원을 넘어, 민주주의와 굿거버넌스 확산, 빈곤감소, 책임과 주인의식 확산을 위해 개도국의 시민사회를 직접 지원했다. 본 논문은 공여국의 개도국 시민사회 지원에 초점을 맞추어, 지원 목적, 쟁점과 정책적 동향을 고찰한다. 나아가, 개도국의 시민사회 지원이 가지는 의미와 과제를 베트남 사례 분석을 통해 설명한다. 권위주의 정치체제를 가진 베트남에서 시민사회는 `사회우선` 전략을 채택하여 사회적 서비스를 제공하였다. 공여자들의 베트남CSO지원은 사회적 서비스 이외에도, 인권과 민주주의 분야로 확대되고 있다. 이는 향후 공여자 및 베트남 시민사회와 베트남 정부 간 긴장관계를 형성하는 도전과제로 작용할 수 있으며, 현지 시민사회를 지원하는 공여국의 정책에 중요한 시사점을 제시한다. As the state-dominated development and neo-liberal policies were criticized in 1990s, the role of civil society has been paid attention. Through the Accra Agenda for Action in 2008, international society has acknowledged civil society and civil society organizations (CSOs) as independent actors within the international development. Donor countries have supported local CSOs in developing countries for democracy and good governance, effective poverty eradication and accountability. Focusing on the support for local CSOs in developing countries, this article is concerned with examining theoretically aims, main issues and policy trends of the support for local CSOs. Furthermore, we analyze the case of local CSOs support in Vietnam. In Vietnam, which is under authoritarian regimes, local CSOs have served a social service provider by adopting `society first` strategically. But the donors` support for local CSOs has extended to include human rights and democracy. It may be a challenge to cause tension among donors, local CSOs and government in Vietnam. Explicating the significance and task of local CSO support in Vietnam, we intend to suggest the implications for donor countries` policy of local CSOs support.

        교회와 주권, 보편성(universitas): 마르실리우스의 공의회주의

        The conciliar movement in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries marked an assault on the papal claim of `plenitude of power` (`plenitudeo potestatis`) or papal monarchy. In order to settle the Great Western Schism, the movement adopted the idea of conciliarism, which had been suggested by Marsilius of Padua in the early fourteenth century. This paper aims to explore the theorization of conciliarism in Marsilius`s thought and its implicatons. According to Marsilius, the pope is the real disturber of peace and order in this world, because even though priests in general cannot have coercive jurisdiction, the pope claims to possess and exercise it. Marsilius`s assertion of the priest`s lack of jurisdictional power extends his denial of the hierarchical order in which the pope is the head of the church. Moreover, Marsilius maintains that historically speaking, papal authority was granted by the emperor. This argument is backed up by Marsilisu`s explanations about the `Donation of Constantine` and `Translatio Imperii`. In this way, Marsilius`s understanding of conciliarism is shown in his opposition to the exercise of the pope`s power within and outside the church. However, the core of Marsilius`s idea of conciliarism does not lie in restraining the pope`s power nor in enhancing the emperor`s authority but in edmonstrating that the sovereign power of the church is held by the whole body of the beliebers. It is further manifested in Marsilius`s idea of the general council, which is composed of all Christians and makes decisions with regard to church matters. In sum, Marsilius`s idea of conciliarism implies that the whole body of believers is right and therefore more powerful than any other persons in the ecclesiastical domain.

        This paper explores Mores" political thought with reference to his main work, Utopia. In particular, I examine it from a historical perspective focusing on the emergence of the modern age. I instigate More"s thought, which contributed to the expansion and development of ideas beyond his times. First, More displays religious tolerance, which was exceptional in the renaissance and the modern Ages as wee. Personally, More was a very faithful and devoted Catholic. However, he understood Christian belief in different ways from the orthodox. He argues that those who follow the teachings of Jesus in their life and practice are true Catholics, which reminds us of Erasmus"s Christian Humanism. Second, in the debate about the life of the philosopher or the wise, More shows the tension between otium, which is individual freedom from public duty, and negotium, which is participation in real politics. More asks Hytholodaeus, the main character in Utopia, to join political life, but Hythlodaeus says that politics is not a worthwhile and fair job. Third, More points out the harmful effects of the private property system. More implies that for the establishment of justice in society, the abolition of the capitalist system is required.

        서양 중세후기 세속화의 이해

        세속화에 관한 많은 연구는 세속화를 신학과 정치의 대치관계로 상정하며 근대적 의미의 세속화 개념과 그것의 등장을 해명하는데 주력해왔다. 그러나 세속화에 대한 이해는 신학과 세속 혹은 정치의 분리라는 단순한 명제만으로 설명할 수 없는 복합적이고 다양한 과정이다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제제기 속에 13세기 파리의 존의 사상에 나타난 세속화의 과정과 의미를 당시의 정치적, 문헌적 맥락(교권과 속권의 갈등/청빈담론) 속에서 분석한다. 존의 세속화는 종교적 영역과 정치적 영역, 경제적 영역에서 서로 얽혀 이루어진, 즉 교권과 속권의 구분, 교회 내의 교권 약화, 왕의 주권적 지위 나아가 개인의 재산권 정당화를 통해 전개된 통합적인 역사적 과정임을 보여준다. 존의 세속화의 또 다른 특성은 개인에게 경제적 주권을 부여하는, 중세시대로는 남다른 특성의 개인과 정치적 주권을 갖는 왕이 공존하는 데 있다. 결론에서는 존의 세속화 이해의 근대적 함의를 자유주의, 특히 개인의 재산과 국가의 유기적 관계와 관련하여 제시한다. 본 논문이 근대적 세속화의 이분법적 인식에서 자유로와질 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있기를 기대한다. Many studies of secularization, which stress the dichotomy of the secured and the secular, have concentrated on explaining the meaning of secularization and its emergence. However, secularization was a complicated process which followed a variety of routes, and cannot be explained simply in terms of a dichotomy between the secured and the secular or the separation of theology from the politics. With this in mind, I attempt in this paper to explore the meaning of secularization in John of Paris, a thirteenth-century medieval thinker, in its political and textual contexts. I am to show that the secularization in John was an historical process, which happened intricately in the church, the politics and the economics, that is, through the separation of the spiritual from the temporal, the weakness of papal power and the justifications of the king's power and of the individual's property. Another characteristics of secularization in John is coexistence of the individual, who possessed economic sovereignty, and the king, who had political sovereignty. Furthermore, I intend to suggest the implication which John's view of secularization for modem liberalism, in particular the relationship between the individual's property and the state, has. I hope to provide an opportunity to free from the dichotomous understanding of modem secularization.
