        중소기업의 산・연 기술협력 성과 영향 요인

        This study aims at examining the relationship among entrepreneurial orientation, absorption capability, alliance capability and cooperation performance in technological cooperation between SMEs and government-funded R&D Institutes. For empirical analysis, the study conducted a survey on total 2,895 SMEs participating in the technological cooperation programs operated by government-funded R&D Institutes, and collected 332 survey responses. Data were analysed using a structural equation model. Empirical results show that entrepreneurial orientation, absorption capability, and alliance capability influenced the performance of technological cooperation. In addition, alliance capability has a significant effect on absorptive capacity. In order for the technology cooperation between SMEs and government-funded research institutes being successful, efforts are needed to secure companies’ entrepreneurial orientation, absorption capability and alliance capability that has the capabilities that SMEs needs for technological cooperation. 본 연구는 중소기업과 출연(연) 간 기술협력과 성과 영향요인을 중소기업 관점에서 전략적 지향성 (기업가지향성), 역량(협력역량, 흡수역량)을 중심으로 분석한다. 기업가지향성의 기술협력성과에 대한 직접효과 및 간접효과, 협력역량과 흡수역량의 매개효과, 협력역량과 흡수역량과의 관계를 규명한다. 실증분석을 위해 출연(연)에서 운영하고 있는 기술협력 프로그램에 참여 중인 2,895개 중소기업을 대 상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며 332개의 응답 자료를 수집하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 분석 한 결과, 기업가지향성, 협력역량, 흡수역량 모두 기술협력을 통한 기술혁신성과에 긍정적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 협력역량은 흡수역량에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나 타났다. 중소기업과 출연(연)의 기술협력이 성공하기 위해서는 내부자원의 한계를 극복하기 위한 조직 차원의 기업가지향성과 협력과정을 관리하기 위한 역량, 협력을 통해 생산된 지식을 획득 및 활용하여 성과를 창출할 수 있는 역량을 확보하기 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

        안정화 열처리에 의한 Al-4.8Zn-1.3Mg계 합금 압출재 특성 평가

        In this study, the effect of pre-aging treatment for inhibition of natural aging of Al-4.8Zn-1.3Mg alloy by extrusion process was investigated. Firstly, the as-cast microstructure of Al-4.8Zn-1.3Mg alloy billet and its evolution during homogenization(460℃, 4h + 510℃, 5h) were investigated by means of optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), hardness analysis. The as-cast microstructures of Al-4.8Zn-1.3Mg alloy reveal Mg2Zn, Al5Cu, Al3Cu formed between dendrities. After homogenization, MgZn, Al4Cu, Al13Cu phases precipitated into the matrix. In addition, standard deviation of homogenized billet was improved than as-cast billet from 2.62 to 0.99. According to pre-aging(100℃, 1h) Al-4.8Zn-1.3Mg alloy by extrusion process, yield strength and tensile strength deviation improved more thancondition by natural aging.

      • 동국대학 의과대학 포항병원에 1년동안(1989.3.1~1990.2.28)입원한 환자에 관한 조사 연구

        We observed patients admitted to Dong Guk University Pohang Hospital from March 1, 1989 to February 28, 1990 and classified them by month, season, department, visited, and by disease according to the International classification of Disease by W.H.O. The results were as follows ; 1) Male to female ratio of in-patients was 1.2 : 1 2) The Internal Medicine department has the largest number of in-patients followed by Obstetrics & Gynecology, General surgery, Orthopaedic surgery, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, Otolaryngology, Ophthalmology, Urology, Dentistry. 3) The number of in-patients for each staff member per year was 813 patients for Orthopaedic surgery, 454 patients for Internal medicine, 440 patients at obstetrics & Gynecology, 338 patients at Pediatrics, 296 patients at neurosurgery, 274 patients at General surgery, 197 patients at Otolaryngology, 154 patients at Ophthalomlogy, 75 patients at Urology, 12 patients at Dentistry. 4) The average duration of hospitalization was 14.12 days, longest at Orthopaedic surgery, 37.1 days, followed by Neurosurgery, 25.4 days, General surgery, 13.4 days, Urology, 12.1 days, Internal medicine, 10.8 days, Dentistry, 9.2 days, Ophthalmology, 7.9 days, Otolaryngology, 5.7 days, Obstetrics & Gynecology, 5.3 days, Pediatrics, 5.3 days. 5) According to classification of in-patients by area, the number of in-patients from Pohang Si was 3,546, Youngil gun 1,845, Youngduk gun 335, Kyoungju Gun, Uljin Gun 229, Kyoungju Si 213, Ullung Gun 33, and Others 231. 6) Following the International Classification of Disease, the number of in-patients suffering from injury and poisoning is largest, followed by diseases of the digestive system, complications of pregnancy, child-birth, and the puerperium, disease of the respiratory system, infectious and parasitic diseases, diseases of the circulatory system, diseases of the nervous system and sense organs, diseases of the genitourinary system, endocrine nutritional metabolic disease and immunity disorders, mental disorders, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, symptoms signs and ill-defined conditions, diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs, diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, congenital anomalies congenital heart disease and others, certain conditions originating in the perinatal period, neoplasma.

      • High-performance all-polymer solar cells via side-chain engineering of the polymer acceptor: the importance of the polymer packing structure and the nanoscale blend morphology

        Despite the attractive features of all-polymer solar cells (all-PSCs), i.e., enhanced absorption coefficients, the tunability of their energetic and chemical properties and their thermal and mechanical stabilities, they still face the great challenge of having significantly low power convertsion efficiency (PCE) values of only 3-5%. The prominent origins of the poor efficiency of all-PSCs are the undesirable features of the bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) blend morphology including the phase-separated large-scale domain size, reduced ordering of the polymer chains. Tuning side alkyl chains of conjugated polymers is an effective route for manipulating the blend morphology in BHJ type solar cells. However, the role of side chains in all-PSCs is poorly understood. Herein, we report high-performing all-PSCs with 5.96% efficiency by developing a series of naphthalenediimide (NDI)-based polymer acceptors with different alkyl side chains. We demonstrated that the use of the PNDIT with hexyldecyl side chains produced highly-ordered polymer stackings with strong face-on geometry and at the same time, forming the optimal BHJ morphology with finely separated phase domains, all of which contributed together to induce well-balanced μe/μh ratio and generate efficient all-PSCs with PCEs near 6%.

        페경기 여성에서 호르몬 대체요법의 지질대사 및 골밀도에 대한 효과: 지속적 요법과 순차적 요법의 비교

        Menopausal women experience urogenitory and vasomotor symptoms with increased risk of osteoporosis and cardiovascular diseases, which can be reduced by hormone replacement therapy. However unopposed estrogen therapy has been associated with an increased risk of endometrial hypeiplasia or cancer. The objectives of this study were to compare effects of continuous vs. sequential hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on lipid profile, bone mineral density and menopausal symptoms of postmenopausal women and to assess how they perceive the menopause and HRT culturally. In this retrospective study, women in menopause longer than 6 months, normal in the mam-mogram and Papanicolaou smear, cholesterol level lower than 190 mg/dL or triglyceride level lower 4han 500 mg/dL were treated with Srogen (conjugated equine estrogen 0.625 mg tablet) and Provera (medroxyprogesterone acetate 2.5 mg tablet) for continuous treatment(CT) or Cycloprogynova (Estradiol valerate 2 mg and Norgestrel 0.5 mg complex tablet) for sequential treatment(ST). They were evaluated for lipid profile, bone mineral density, menopausal symptoms, side effects and their perception of menopause and HRT. As results, total sixty-seven patients out of ninety-four enrollees were included in final analysis (33 in continuous therapy, 34 in sequential therapy). There were significant decrease in total cholesterol ($15.04\pm3.17$, p=0.0001), LDL ($19.72\pm3.27$, p=0.0001), and increase in HDL ($5.89\pm1.63$, p=0.0001). Bone minora) density increased significantly with HRT ($0.02\pm0.11$, p=0.0001). But, there were no significant differences in change of lipid profile between continuous and sequential therapy: Total cholesterol, $13.12\pm4.7\;vs.\;16.91\pm4.3;\;LDL\;20.53\pm4.1\;vs.\;18.93\pm5.12:HDL\;7.15\pm2.3\;vs.\;4.67\pm2.2,\;p>0.05$. Incidences of flush reduced from $75\%\;(CT)\;to\;3.13\%\;and\;71.88\%\;(ST)\;to\;9.35\%$. The change of endometrium and breast were found 3 (CT) and 5 (ST) women, respectively. Most of women recognized that HRT is necessary $(70\%)$ for postmenopausal period but did not understand well the cardiovascular protective effect. In conclusion, hormone replacement therapy was effective in improving lipid profile, bone mineral density and menopausal symptoms in both continuous and sequential treatments with similar efficacy.

As a result, the mixed wooden construction candy understood as an expression from how an architects things about relationship between parts and parts, parts and whole, and the character of materials that consist it, and such relationship is determined by the requirement of space.
