        스마트 가로등 시스템을 적용한 수익형 도시공원모델에 관한 연구

        최근 지속 가능한 도시시스템 구축을 위해 신, 재생에너지 시스템에 대한 사회적 관심이 집중되고 있으며, 이에 따른 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 전체 에너지 소비의 40% 이상을 차지하고 있는 건설부문 또한 이러한 경향이 두드러지고 있다. 조경부문도 재생에너지설비가 적용된 다양한 조경시설물이 제작, 설치되고 있으나, 계획, 설계단계에서 활용 가능한 체계적인 연구가 아직 국내에 보고되고 있지 않다. 본 연구는 조경시설물에 재생에너지 시스템을 적용하면서 발생되는 에너지, 경제적 효과를 정량적으로 도출하여 조경계획 및 설계에 활용하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울, 인천, 대구의 도시공원 내 가로등 전력을 계통연계형 태양광시스템으로 대체하는 스마트 가로등 적용 시나리오를 적용하여 에너지, 경제적 해석을 수행하였다. 전산모의는 NASA Satellite Meteorological Data를 이용한 청정에너지 전산모의 프로그램인 RETScreen$^{(R)}$을 적용하였다. 결과적으로 해당 도시의 기후적 특성에 따라 발전량 및 경제성의 차이를 보였으며, 본 연구결과는 향후 조경계획 및 설계에 건전한 재생에너지 시스템 적용을 위한 의사결정에 활용될 것으로 사료된다. Recently, as the social interest increase has been focused on new renewable energy system to build-up sustainable urban planning system, the related studies have been actively conducting. As well as in other areas, the construction area, which accounts for over 40% of the total energy consumption, clearly showed this tendency. Whereas, various landscape facilities applying renewable energy equipments have been manufactured and installed, systematic study available for planning and designing is rarely found in Korea. This study is expected to contribute to the landscape planning and designing by quantifying the energy-efficient and economic advantages of the renewable energy system for landscape facilities. For this purpose, the analysis on the energy-efficiency and economic values under the scenario that the current fossil power supply for the streetlights in urban parks in Seoul, Daegu, and Incheon were replaced by photovoltaic power generation were performed through RETScreen$^{(R)}$ a clean energy simulation program based on the NASA Satellite Meteorological Data. As a result, the generated power and the economic values vary depending on the climatic features of the appointed cities. This study will be used to build up the effective decision-making in applying the clean renewable system to the plan and design of landscaping.

        Complete genome sequence of Flavivirga eckloniae ECD14<sup>T</sup> isolated from a seaweed Ecklonia cava

        대한민국 남해에서 채집한 해조류 감태(Ecklonia cava)로부터 분리한 Flavivirga eckloniae $ECD14^T$ 균주의 유전체서열을 분석하였다. 균주 $ECD14^T$의 유전체는 G + C 비율이 33.9%이며, 4,647개의 유전자와 4,595개의 단백질 코딩 유전자, 44개의 위유전자, 52개의 RNA 유전자를 포함한 단일 원형 염색체로 구성되었으며 그 크기는 2,371,912 bp였다. 파아지와 트랜스포존 유전자가 존재하며, CISPR array 관련 유전자 및 서열은 발견되지 않았다. 균주 $ECD14^T$는 해조 다당의 분해에 관여하는 alginate lyase와 ${\beta}$-glucosidase 유전자를 가지고 있었다. The genome of Flavivirga eckloniae $ECD14^T$ isolated from a seaweed Ecklonia cava was sequenced. The genome comprises a single circular 5,665,358 bp chromosome with a G + C content of 33.9%, 4,647 total genes, 4,595 protein-coding genes, 44 pseudo genes, and 52 RNA genes. CRISPER genes and sequences were not found and there were some phage remnants and transposons. This strain contains alginate lyase and ${\beta}$-glucosidase genes responsible for the degradation of seaweed polysaccharides.

        설계프로젝트 참여자간 협업지원을 위한 설계협업관리 시스템 개발

        건축프로젝트는 다수의 참여자가 공동의 목표 실현을 위해 다양하고 복합적인 형태로 상호협력 구조를 형성하게 된다. 그 중에서도 프로젝트의 초기단계에 속하는 설계프로젝트는 프로젝트 전체의 품질을 결정하는 중요한 단계라 할 수 있으며 참 여주체간의 밀접하고 지속적인 협력체계를 필요로 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 설계프로젝트단계의 원활한 협업구조를 통한 프로젝트의 성공적 수행 지원을 목표로 프로젝트 참여주체 간 이동 정보 및 협의를 지원하는 설계협업관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 연구 수행을 위해 설계관련 실무전문가들과의 면담을 실시하여 국내 설계협업관리 현황 및 협업 저해 요인들을 파악하였고, 요인분석을 통해 발주자 협업관리 요소와 엔지니어 협업관리 요소를 도출하였다. 또한, 도출된 관리요소를 바탕으로 설계협업관리 프로세스를 제안함으로써 시스템적 관리 방안의 틀을 정립하였고, 이를 통해 발주자/설계자/엔지니어의 협력지원 시스템인 설계협업관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 설계협업관리 시스템은 효율적인 설계프로젝트 수행을 위한 지원수단으로써, 프로젝트 참여자의 협업을 최대화시킬 수 있는 관리방안을 제시할 수 있다. 향후 이와같은 설계관리 기술분야의 지속적인 연구개발을 통해 설계품질의 향상 및 설계프로젝트의 경쟁력 제고를 기대해본다. Construction Projects have mutual collaborative structures among various participants for common objectives. Most of all the design project which is the initial phase in the project is crucial for determining project overall quality and requires intimate and continuous relations between project participants. Thus, this study suggests Design Collaboration Management System for successful performing projects through cooperation among participants in the initial stage of projects. First, expert interviews were performed to figure out present conditions of design collaboration management and problems. The factor analysis was applied to draw owner's collaboration factors and engineer's collaboration factors. Based on those factors, this study suggests design cooperation management process which gives a framework for systematic management method. Through the process the design collaboration management system was developed which helps owner/designers/engineer's co-work. The System suggested from this study realizes systematic information management tool and through that it is expected to improve design product;'s quality, and further contribute the advancement of project.

        역사적 건조물의 화재안전을 위한 기초연구

        Fire was and remains a great threat to historic buildings of wood. This threat is omnipresent and often results to irreparable property losses especially cultural heritages. Fire of historic buildings continues to increase every year. The purpose of this study is to preserve a life safety, historical heritage and architectural & cultural values by pursuing for fire safety in the historical buildings. This study shall employ two research methods: a literature review and field survey methods. The literature review shall focus on the observations of characteristics noted in fire codes. The field survey shall cover a heat analysis and fire protection equipment. A method is proposed to investigate fire codes related historical building, reported fire history Fire Codes and Regulations for modern buildings are not always applicable on the historic buildings. Old buildings, and some new buildings with architectural, historical or cultural importance may have values which cannot be measured on a monetary scale. Their protection against the damage caused by fire is considered to be one of the basic moral duties of society. It is strongly recommended, therefore, legislation for fire safety in historical buildings must be extended to a complementary relationship with 'active' fire protection measures, to provide safety in real historical building in real fire situations. The development and application of performance based Codes and the Fire Safety Engineering approach seems to be a rather reasonable and effective way to deal with this historical buildings.

        최성기 구획 화재의 온도예측에 관한 문헌연구

        One of the challenges in planning fire-safety structures is predicting fire temperature. This takes top priority to fire safety engineers since it helps figure out moments that put human lives at risk, identify flashover and when a structure will collapse. Fire engineers around the world have conducted numerous tests to predict fire temperature. Formula for predicting fire before and after flashover is one of the test outputs. Pre-flashover helps identify time allowed for evacuation, which protects human lives, and post-flashover helps identify time in which structures are at risk of collapse i.e. structural stability. This research studied fire temperature predicting formula by limiting compartment fire at its peak from the 1950s and post-flashover. It conducted literature research on characteristics of compartment fires.

        전시공간의 화재안전을 위한 통합적 방재 가이드라인

        Fire is the most serious single threat to all museum collections. It might lead to loss of life, loss of collections, and loss of building structural integrity-causing great physical damage to the unburned collections. Fire can destroy a museum's collection in a matter of minutes. Fire protection is as important to the long-term survival of a collection as proper curation, storage, and conservation. The major purpose of this study is to protect cultural resources from fire damage. Therefore it needs a comprehensive fire safety system in exhibition areas. It can help to limit losses from unexpected causes, such as fire, accidental damage. But few studies on fire safety in exhibition area found in the literature in Korea. For these purposes, fire vulnerability in exhibition area has been investigated using fire incident in Museum (domestic, foreign), referred to Museum Emergency Program, Museum Management Program and New Zealand fire safety plan. As a result, comprehensive guidelines for preventing fire risks to exhibition areas are proposed. They combine the architectural fire safety design, personnel maintenance and fire equipment. It is allowed to identifying and evaluating fire risks through assessment to minimize this collection deterioration and life loss.

        조선시대의 재난 데이타베이스 구축 및 대응에 관한 연구

        Cultural heritage passing down to posterity is a global concern. But there are many culture heritage that not remained to now disappeared by various disasters. It is told that disaster is learnt from disaster. The most fundamental task in disaster prevention is to collect and analyze cases of accidents so as not to repeat a disaster. In other words, an analysis of various disaster-related materials and their countermeasures in the Joseon period is an actual condition-based phenomenological methodology used to prevent disasters at cultural properties today. In this context, it is important to collect histories of disasters in the Joseon period, to extract disaster-related historical data and to categorize the data to build a disaster literature database. This study has produced Database of Disasters in the Joseon Era], a collection of articles on fire outbreaks based on The Annals and The Daily Records belonging to the Memory of the World. On the basis of this chronology, human and property damages caused by fires in Joseon have been examined, identified by districts, as well as disaster technologies, have been analyzed. It has also built disaster vulnerability maps in the Joseon Dynasty Era.
