        대학생의 전공선택동기가 전공만족도 및 전공 관련 자격증취득의향에 미치는 영향: 대구지역 보건의료경영 관련학과 대학생들의 보건의료정보관리사 자격증 취득 의향을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of college students in the department related to healthcare management on their motivation to choose a major and their intention to obtain a health care information manager's certificate. A survey was conducted by establishing three hypotheses based on previous studies. As a result of hypothesis verification, first, the higher the personal motivation, the higher the general satisfaction with the department and the higher the social motivation, the higher the satisfaction with the subject. Second, the higher the social motivation when choosing a major, the higher the willingness to obtain a healthcare information manager certificate. Third, the higher the subject satisfaction, the higher the willingness to acquire a health care information manager. Based on these research results, career-related activities such as satisfaction with the department and intention to obtain a certificate vary depending on the motivation of students to choose a major, so it is necessary to provide appropriate career guidance through counseling to understand students' trends.

        라이프스타일 유형에 따라 스트레스 대처방식이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 연구

        This study aims at offering rudimentary materials in an attempt to effectively manage the human resources and build organizational culture on its organizational dimension, enhancing quality of every individual life by letting anyone cope with stress posing as a threat to personal health protection and corporate management. In order to handle this, this study has been conducted to examine the causal relationship between stress coping style and psychological burnout and control effect of lifestyles which can play important roles as individual external factors. First as an analysis result, it turned out that problem-focused coping which was proactive coping and wishful thinking which was passive coping had the significant impacts on lack of personal achievement, while problem-focused coping which was proactive coping and emotion-focused coping which was passive coping had signigicant impacts on emotional exhaustion. Second from analysis of control effect on lifestyles between the relationship of two factors as above, it also turned out that it decreased psychological burnout when people with lifestyles of trend following and aesthetics-oriented made problem-focused coping, and when people with lifestyle of health following or economy-practicality made emotion-focused coping or wishful thinking. A summarized implication from the study shows that every individual needs to set up its own coping strategy, dividing its ways of stress copings which impact on prevention of psychological burnout into two, proactive and passive coping. The most important element at organizational dimension constitutes the efforts to solve the problems. On the organizational dimension, the human resource management in the organization should be focused on enhancing job satisfaction through adequate compensation for the effort striven from every member of employee, aggressive enforcement of work-family reconciliation policy, and psychotherapy program rather than negative incentive methods because every individual member of organization has suffered with lots of stress resulting from putting efforts on adapting to the ever-changing circumstances.

        간호대학생의 스트레스 대처와 갈등관리 프로그램이 임상실습 문제해결능력과 간호역량에 미치는 효과

        This study was to find out the effects of SCCM Program on the ways of problem solving ability and nursing cometency of nursing student`s. Surveys were conducted for current nursing student`s in one colleges located in J-city. Total of 260(130 experimental group, 130 control group) survey copies were distributed and 280 copies were analyzed after excluding surveys with insincere responses. SCCM program after having been modified during the period August 2016. Data collection and program implementation were conducted between August and November, 2016. The questions of this study were as follow. First, the differences in problem solving ability based on the SCCM Program. Second, the differences in nursing competency based on the SCCM Program. With the collected data, frequency analysis, χ2-test, t-test, F-test, repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS 18.0 program was used. Followings are the results:1. Hypothesis 1, `After implementing the SCCM program, problem solving ability score of the experimental group will be significantly higher than that of the control group` was accepted by statistically significant differences between the experimental and control group( t= 4.20, p < .001). Among the three components were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group. 2. Hypothesis 2, `After implementing the SCCM program, nursing cometency score of the experimental group will be significantly higher than that of the control group` was accepted by statistically significant differences between the experimental and control group( t= 6.32, p < .005). Among the three components were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group. Considering the above results, the SCCM program was verified to be an effective educational program for improving the problem solving ability and nursing cometency of nursing students. Results of this study confirm that SCCM program can help individuals generating ideas and recommendations for further study to generalize this study are firstly, this study was limited to the college student inone colleges located in J-city and its environs so more students from other regions are to be studied. Secondly, variations on the age of the nursing student`s are also recommended. Therefore, the SCCM program needs to be incorporated into the curriculum for nursing students.

        중학생의 건강행위와 정신건강상태 요인이 아토피피부염에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study establish the basic evidence for effective health services and programs of schools, hospitals, regional communities by stating the influence of middle school students` health behavior and mental health state in Atopic dermatitis. For this purpose, chi-squared test was conducted to find out the relations between middle school students` health behavioral factors, mental health state factors and Atopic dermatitis. Also, logistic regression analysis was carried out to discover factors that affect Atopic dermatitis. As a result, in health behavioral aspect, drinking, passive smoking, physical activity, regular meal and fatigue recovery were the factors that affect Atopic dermatitis. Also, in the mental health state aspect, mental stress, depression, suicidal ideation were the factors of Atopic dermatitis. This study is significant in the sense that it provide preliminary data that can help planning various alternatives to decrease prevalence rate of Atopic dermatitis through health services of hospitals and regional communities and school health education.

        로하스(LOHAS) 생활을 위한 영향 요인에 관한 연구 : 생활적, 경제적, 사회적 요인이 건강한 삶(well-being)에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study intended to investigate factors to affect consumer’s LOHAS life. Methods: The daily life, economic condition, and social factors are tested in terms of determinant factors on well-being life. The daily life factor includes such variables chronic disease, smoking, drinking liquor, disability of ordinary life activities and physical activities. The economic factor consist of household income, participation of economic activity, enrollment of national pension plan as well as personal insurance. Education level, accessibility of medical service, and marital status belong to social factor. The empirical test was conducted with data from 2015 Korean Healthcare Panel Survey. Results: The statistical analysis results show that chronic disease, smoking, disability of ordinary life activities as well as physical activities have negative impact on the well-being life. However, drinking liquor has a positive impact on quality of life in terms of physical wellness and psychological wellness. Also household income, enrollment of national pension plan have positive impact on well-being life. The education level which belongs to social factor only significant variables affects well-being life. The higher the education level shows the better quality of life. Conclusion: In order to pursuing LOHAS, basically they need to keep not only their body but also their mind healthy. Also they need to prepare financial income and establish a financial future plan for old age.

        종합병원과 요양병원 간호조무사의 업무현황 및 직무만족도 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study is to compare job performance and job satisfaction of nurse assistants in general hospitals and long-term care hospitals. The sample consisted of 179 nursing assistants, who were working in 5 general hospitals and 5 long-term care hospitals, located in Gwangju city and the Chonnam area. Data were collected by structured questionnaires, from July to August, 2011, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, Fisher Exact test, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA, using a SPSS/Win 17.0 program. There was no significant difference in job satisfaction between general hospital and long-term care hospital nurse assistants. Significant differences in job satisfaction of nurse assistants in general hospitals were observed according to age, marital status, education level, Duration of working as a nurse assistant, and turnover intention. There were significant differences in job satisfaction of nurse assistants in long-term care hospitals according to age, gender, education level, and turnover intention. Nurse assistants in long-term care hospitals seem to conduct the work of nurses. However, in order to improve the quality of nursing care, the work of nurse assistants needs to be distinguished from that of nurses. Programs need to be developed that will help to improve job satisfaction among nurse assistants.

        수도권 지역거점 지방의료원 종사자의 이직의도 영향요인

        This study aims to investigate factors associated with turnover intention among public medical centers employees in capital areas. We surveyed employees who are working in public medical centers in capital areas, and 756 employees responded. Turnover intention was measured using a Lawler`s 4-item scale and multiple regression model was used. The results showed that the factors affecting turnover intention were age, education, occupational category, year of career, size of organization, and job stress. This study is meaningful in that it is the first to date which explores the turnover intention among public medical centers employees. Given that the Korean government is implementing various policies to strengthen roll of the public medical centers, these results can be used to make policies and strategies of human resources management in the public medical centers.

        Due to the development of medical technology, people`s average life expectancy is lengthening. As a result, chronic diseases are increasing. Methods for the management of chronic diseases, U-Healthcare is expected. But health care providers awareness about U-Healthcare is low. This study attempts to address this issue through Technology Acceptance Model by taking into consideration U-Health care and investigates the causal relationship among 8 factors. The result indicated that Output quality, Subjective norm and provider`s attitude had a direct effect on perceived ease of use. And perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a significant effect on behavioral intention. But perceived ease of use had a significant effect on perceived usefulness. The proposed model provides a means to understand which factors determine behavioral intention of healthcare providers to use U-Healthcare and how this may affect future use.

        환자의 특성에 따른 공공병원과 민간병원 차이 분석

        This study was designed to compare of the private and public hospital sectors according to the characteristic of patients as a proxy for efficiency. We used the patient survey in 2010, Measured by average length of stay, private hospitals appear to be more efficient than public hospitals across the medical departments, disease-specific and chronic diseases-specific. In the logistic regression results, all variables in the model 1, included population and social characteristics, were statistically significant and the classification accuracy was 70%. Model 2 was included the model 1 and diseases. In the model 2 cases, some variables were statistically excluded but the model 2, the classification accuracy 80.5%, was more accurate than the model 1. We conclude that private hospitals are more efficient than public hospitals in providing the range of care provided by private hospitals. These results suggest that the characteristics of the public and private hospitals had impacts on the length of stay. Therefore LOS must be taken into account by health managers when considering hospital costs.

        The purpose of this study is to find that Hospital Information System positive influence on Hospital Strategy, Work Process, and Employee Satisfaction based on nine Korean Hospitals using causal effect relationship. The result of this study are as follows; first Hospital information system influence on all factors second Hospital Strategy influence all internal factors. finally internal factors influence on Business Results as well. This study suggest not only Hospital Information System has became one of important factor in hospitals in Korea but also it indirect influence on hospital performance.
