본 연구는 정보제시유형에 따라 나타나는 개인투자자들의 반응을 살펴보기 위해 개인투자자들의 투자성향과 주식투자의도와의 관계를 검증하였다. 개인투자 자유형은 Goldberg and Nitzsch (2001)의 의해 논의되어지고 이재은 (2015)에 의해 본능적/감정적/이성적 투자자집단으로 분류되어 사용되었던 변수를 이용하였 다. 연구결과 ‘메시지정보제시형태에 따라 개인투자자들의 주식투자의도는 다르게 나타날 것이다’라는 가설은 모두 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다(F=5.12, p= .00, F=20.63, p= .00). 그러나 개인투자자유형과 정보제시유형 간의 상호작용은 발생되지 않았다(F= .63, p= .54). 이러한 결과는 소비를 목적으로 하는 소비재와는 달리 재무적 위험을 수반하는 주식은 이익을 통해 부를 증가시키기 위한 수단으로 위험부담을 줄여 손실을 최소화하는데 목적을 두기 때문인 것으로 해석된다. 또한 주식투자의도에 관한 개인투자자들의 유형별 차이를 살펴보면, 감정적 투자자들은 부정적(손실) 정보보다는 긍정적(이익) 정보에 더 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다(M= .05<M= .43). 본능적 투자자는 부정적(손실) 정보보다 긍정적(이익) 정보에 매우 민감하게 반응(M=- .37< .34)하였으며, 이성적 투자자들 또한 부정적(손 실) 정보보다 긍정적(이익) 정보에 긍정적인 반응을 나타냈으나(M=- .49< .04) 이익에 대한 기대감을 크게 나타내지는 않았다. 투자의도에 관한 투자자유형간의 차이는 전반적으로 유의미하였으나 큰 차이를 보이지 않은 것으로 연구결과 나타났다. 본 연구는 개인투자자들의 인지 행위적 측면을 실증적으로 검증해 보았다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. This article verified the differences in the relationship between investment propensity and stock investment intention of private investors based on stock items according to the method of information presentation. Private investor types were divided into gut, emotional and rational investor groups, as discussed by Goldberg and Nitzsch (2001) and classified by Jae-eun Lee (2015). The results positively supported the hypothesis that ‘Stock investment intention of private investors varies with the method of message information presentation’ (F=5.12, p= .00, F=20.63, p= .00). However, there was no interaction between the private investor type and the method of information presentation (F= .63, p= .54). This is because stocks are financial instruments that accompany financial risks and the purpose is to minimize loss by reducing risk factors, unlike ordinary consumption goods that are intended to be consumed. Looking at the average difference in stock investment intention among private investor types, emotional investors were found to be more positive toward positive (profit) information than negative (loss) information (M= .05<M= .43). Gut investors reacted more sensitively to positive (profit) information than negative (loss) information (M=- .37 < .34). Rational investors also showed more positive response to positive (profit) information than negative (loss) information (M=- .49< .04), but they did not show great expectation of profit. Based on the results of this study, the differences in investment intention among different investor types were generally insignificant. A study is meaningful in that it examines the cognitive behavioral aspect of individual investors.

조위승청탕(調胃升淸湯)의 알코올 및 열수(熱水) 추출물이 지방세포 대사에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Chowiseungcheng-tang extracts on the preadipocytes proliferation in 3T3-L1 cell line, lipolysis of adipocytes in rat's epididymal adipocytes and localized fat accumulation of porcine by extraction methods(alcohol and water). Methods : Diminish preadipocytes proliferation and promote lipolysis of adipocytes do primary role to reduce obesity. So, we used 3T3-L1 mouse embryo fibroblasts(preadipocytes) and rat epididymal adipocytes from Sprague-Dawley rats to investigate the effects of Chowiseungcheng-tang extracts on the preadipocytes proliferation, lipolysis of adipocytes. They were treated with 0.01, 0.1, $1.0mg/m{\ell}$ Chowiseungcheng-tang alcohol and water extracts. And for the purpose of investigating the effects of Chowiseungcheng-tang alcohol and water extracts on the localized fat accumulation, we injected 0.1, 1.0, $10.0mg/m{\ell}$ Chowiseungcheng-tang extracts to porcine fat tissues and observed histological changes of them. Results : Following results were obtained from the preadipocytes proliferation and lipolysis of adipocytes and histological investigation of fat tissues. 1. Chowiseungcheng-tang extracts suppressed preadipocytes proliferation on the high dosage(especially $1.0mg/m{\ell}$), and especially alcohol extracts had better effects. 2. The alcohol extracts of Chowiseungcheng-tang decreased the activity of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) on the concentrations of 0.1, $1.0mg/m{\ell}$. Alcohol extracts had better effects than water extracts. 3. Chowiseungcheng-tang extracts increased lipolysis of adipocytes on the concentrations of 0.1, $1.0mg/m{\ell}$, and especially on the concentration of $1.0mg/m{\ell}$ alcohol extract of Chowiseungcheng-tang had better effect. 4. The water extract of Chowiseungcheng-tang had significant activity to the destruction of porcine fat cell membranes only on the concentration of $10.0mg/m{\ell}$, but alcohol extracts of Chowiseungcheng-tang had it on all concentrations. Conclusions : The alcohol extracts of Chowiseungcheng-tang had much better effects on the preadipoeytes proliferaton, lipolysis of adipocytes and localized fat accumulation than water extracts.
합성곱 신경망에서 이미지 분류를 위한 하이퍼파라미터 최적화

In order to obtain high accuracy with an convolutional neural network(CNN), it is necessary to set the optimal hyperparameters. However, the exact value of the hyperparameter that can make high performance is not known, and the optimal hyperparameter value is different based on the type of the dataset, therefore, it is necessary to find it through various experiments. In addition, since the range of hyperparameter values is wide and the number of combinations is large, it is necessary to find the optimal values of the hyperparameters after the experimental design in order to save time and computational costs. In this paper, we suggest an algorithm that use the design of experiments and grid search algorithm to determine the optimal hyperparameters for a classification problem. This algorithm determines the optima values of the hyperparameters that yields high performance using the factorial design of experiments. It is shown that the amount of computational time can be efficiently reduced and the accuracy can be improved by performing a grid search after reducing the search range of each hyperparameter through the experimental design. Moreover, Based on the experimental results, it was shown that the learning rate is the only hyperparameter that has the greatest effect on the performance of the model.

The development of LBS(location-based services) due to the widespread mobile environment highlights the importance of POI(point of interest) information. The accurate and up-to-date POI has to be ensured to reflect the information of rapidly changing places. For the efficient construction of POI, here we propose the novel construction system for t he place information. This system is based on crowd-sourcing in which a great number of users participate. In addition, we utilize the graph data model to build the new concept of the place information covering the wide areas extending from the specific point. Moreover, the implementation of the new system applying the graph data model and crowd-sourcing is realized in this paper. That is, this study suggests the whole new concept of the place information and shows the clustering and the renewal of the place information through crowd-sourcing.

영상의 군집 속에서 특정 영상을 분류하기 위해서는 주로 목표 영상과 배경의 명암 차이를 구하는데 만약 특정 영상의 윤곽선이 흐리고 선명도가 낮다면 이를 분류하기가 쉽지 않다. 하지만 이러한 영상을 분류하기 위한 연구들이 많지 않으며, 지금까지 발표된 방법들을 적용하더라도 제대로 구분하지 못한다는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 3차원 필름 영상들의 히스토그램을 구한 후, 히스토그램의 최고 빈도를 기준으로 특정 빈도에서의 폭을 구하여 윤곽선이 흐린 불량패턴의 영상을 분류하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험을 통하여 정품 패턴과 불량 패턴 영상의 히스토그램 분포의 차이가 뚜렷하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이러한 히스토그램의 특성을 반영한 제안 알고리즘을 통하여 모든 영상들을 정확하게 분류할 수 있다는 것을 보였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 이진화, 히스토그램, 가장자리 검출을 이용한 각각의 유사도 검정들과 퓨샷 러닝의 분석 결과를 비교분석 하였으며, 실험을 통하여 제안한 알고리즘은 앞선 네 가지 방법들보다 복잡한 계산 없이 높은 성능을 낼 수 있다는 것을 검증하였다.
사청환(瀉靑丸)과 그 구성약물군(構成藥物群)이 acetaminophen으로 유도된 백서의 간독성에 미치는 영향(影響)

Liver is an important target of the toxicity of drugs, xenobiotics and oxidative stress. Acetaminophen pverdose causes acute liver injury in both humans and animals. This study was performed to observe the effect of sachunwhan and its component groups on recovery of hepatoxicity in acetaminophen treated rats. The experimental group was divided into 4 groups: sachungwhan(SC), samultang group(SC-1: 當歸, 川芎), chungyul group(SC-2: 龍膽草, 大黃, 梔子), and haepyo group(SC-3:羌活, 防風). Under the same condition Normal group was fed basal diet and water; Control group was injected acetaminophen and fed basal diet for 2 weeks; Experimental groups were injected acetaminophen and fed each extracts for 2 weeks respectively. The results were obtained as follows: 1. In the study on antioxidative defense system in vivo, SC reduced the amount of lipid peroxide in both serum and liver and showed activity on antioxidative enzymes such as catalase, glutathion. Other groups had effect only on glutathion. 2. In the study on hepatotoxicity(GOT, GPT, ${\gamma}$-GTP, ALP, LDH, Bilirubin), SC had a significant effect on recovery of hepatoxicity in acetaminophen treated rats. Other groups had no effect except SC-1 having effect on ${\gamma}$-GTP. As results shown, only Sachungwhan(SC) has significant effects on recovery of hepatoxicity and antioxidative defense system in vivo. These results suggest that Sachungwhan(SC) made antioxidative defense system active and it seemed to be very important to its effect on recovery of hepatoxicity. In the other hand, Component groups had no effect on recoverv of hepatoxicity and antioxidative defense system in vivo. This was thought that component drugs' cooperative synergy effect would be important to Sachungwhan(SC)'s effects mentioned in this paper.

Various data visualization methods are utilized to analyze a huge amount of data. Among various methods, a three-dimensional image requires the rotation of the image to show a stereo image on a two-dimensional screen. This study discusses two methods of batch method and real-time method, which make it possible to construct of stereo images to improve the restriction of the three-dimensional image display with virtual reality. This investigation can be useful to better explore a three-dimensional data structure.
한국 경제의 세계화가 벤처기업들에 미치는 영향에 관한 탐색적 연구: 1997년 외환위기 이후와 2008년 금융위기 이전의 기간을 중심으로

This research examines the effect of globalization of Korean economy on small and medium-sized entrepreneurial firms. When Korea underwent the Asian economic crisis in 1997, it reconstructed Korean venture industry and had helped fuel venture firms' rapid growth. Therefore, this study shows the changed structure of Korean economy and the change of venture ecosystem due to the Asian financial crisis. In spite of a favorable turn of the industrial structure toward venture firms, their globalization level is reported still being low. In this study, we also examine how the Korean economy's globalization affects to the venture environments, focusing on the degree of Korea venture's globalization and role of venture capital. This study indicates that the globalization of Korean economy has played a positive role in the growth of the venture firms. However, with the growth of venture firms, small and medium venture companies have received relatively little focuses in Korean economy because the government policy of economic development has been oriented to large companies for several decades.

초임계 유체 추출법을 이용한 용담사간탕(龍膽瀉肝湯) 약침액(藥鍼液)의 정유(精油)성분에 대한 연구(硏究)

Objectives : This study was performed to analyze the effective components of essential oil obtained from Yongdamsagantang, which has been efficacious against leukorrhea in gynecologic diseases. Methods : I obtained the essential oils of Yongdamsagan-tang by hydrodistillation extraction method and supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) method, and then I analyzed those by GC/MS(Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrum). Results : 1. The optimum SFE(Supercritical Fluid Extraction) condition was obtained in the following experiment conditions: pressure 200atm, temperature $45^{\circ}C$, duration of extraction 25minutes. 2. With GC(Gas Chromatography) and GC/MS(Gas Chromato- graphy/Mass Spectrum) analysis, I identified 37 compounds in the Yongdamsagan-tang's essential oil obtained through the SFE method. The main compounds were as follows : 3-Methyl-but-2-enoic acid,2,2-dimethyl-8-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H,8H -pyrano[3,2-g]chromen-3-yl ester(49.81%), (Z)-6-Pentadecen-1 -ol(3.19%), (-)-Spathulenol(2.40%). 3. I identified 4 compounds in the Yongdamsagan-tang's essential oil obtained through the hydrodistillation method. The main compounds were as follows : 3-Methyl-but-2-enoic acid, 2,2-dimethyl-8-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H,8H-pyrano [3,2-g]chromen-3-yl ester(2.61%). 4. 3-Methy I-but-2-enoic acid, 2,2-dimethyl-8-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H,8H-pyrano[3,2-g] chromen-3-yl ester, all were identified in both the SFE method and the hydrodistillation method, but the others were not identified in common. 5. I also conducted an additional test in order to examine the essential oil's antimicrobial action against bacteria. Both MIC(Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations) and MBC(Minimum Bactericidal Concentrations) were $0.125mg/m{\ell}$ against N. meningitidis, however MIC and MBC were $1.0mg/m{\ell}$ in antimicrobial action against 12 different genera of bacteria.
백화점 내의 휴식공간의 공간구성 계획의 특성에 관한 연구

With the enhancement of the standard of living for modern people, consumers are shifting higher needs to realization and personality is becoming more diverse. By offering products as well as a variety of service functions to meet consumer needs, the current department store has become a new place for not only sales but also for leisure, leisure and leisure. A department store can be said to have a significant impact on consumers` needs and purchases of goods as it is free to use the rest area in convenience facilities and provides quality service in auxiliary service facilities. Therefore, in this study, we are going to analyze the environmental characteristics of the rest areas in the department store. This study has specified three department stores that opened and redecorated within 10 years of their space in Busan, and the concept and characteristics of resting areas of department stores are identified through a prior study. First, a resting space within a department store can be categorized as an escalator, elevator hall, and a lounge in which users can make their movements. Second, department store resting areas are mostly open in conjunction with other areas. Third, the overall finish, color, and furniture of each floor in the department store were not revealed. Fourth, there were spaces in which adequate furniture was placed for each resting area to function properly, but there were spaces that tended to be somewhat lacking. Fifth, it was found that only a portion of the space under the case study was planned to cover the disabled.
