A bioequivalence study of $Gomcillin^{TM}$ capsules (DAEWOONG Pharmaceutical Co., Korea) to $Famoxin^{TM}$ capsules (Dong Wha Pharm. Ind. Co., Korea) was conducted according to the guideline of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty four healthy male Korean volunteers received each medicine at the amoxicillin dose of 500 mg in a $2{\times}2$ crossover study. There was a one-week wash out period between the doses. Plasma concentrations of amoxicillin were monitored by a high-performance liquid chromatography for over a period of 8 hours after the administration. $AUC_t$ (the area under the plasma concentration-time curve from time zero to 8 hr) was calculated by the linear trapezoidal rule method. $C_{max}$ (maximum plasma drug concentration) and $T_{max}$ (time to reach $C_{max}$) were compiled from the plasma concentration-time data. Analysis of variance was carried out using logarithmically transformed $AUC_t$ and $C_{max}$. No significant sequence effect was found for all of the bioavailability parameters indicating that the crossover design was properly performed. The 90% confidence intervals of the $AUC_t$ ratio and the $C_{max}$ ratio for $Gomcillin^{TM}/Famoxin^{TM}$ were $log0.91\;{\sim}\;log1.03$ and $;log0.93\;{\sim}\;log1.10$, respectively. These values were within the acceptable bioequivalence intervals of $log0.80\;{\sim}\;log1.25$. Thus, our study demonstrated the bioequivalence of $Gomcillin^{TM}$ and $Famoxin^{TM}$ with respect to the rate and extent of absorption.
Fips : 파일 접근 유형을 고려한 동적 파일 선반입 기법

병렬 파일시스템은 클러스터 시스템에서 과도한 입출력 요청을 원활하게 지원하기 위해 사용되며, 특히 파일 선반입은 병렬 파일시스템의 성능을 개선하는데 유용하게 사용된다. 본 논문은 과학계산용 병렬 응용과 멀티미디어 서버 응용에서 효과적인 파일 접근 유형을 고려한 새로운 동적 파일 선반입기법인 Fips를 제안한다. 본 논문이 제안하는 동적 파일 선반입 기법인 Fips는 파일의 접근 유형을 고려하여 동적으로 선반입 할 데이타 블록을 예측하고, 다양한 접근 유형에서도 데이타 블록의 선반입을 효율을 높였다. 그리고 현재의 가용 대역폭을 고려하여 선반입 시기를 결정하므로 선반입이 시스템에 과부하로 작용하는 것을 방지하도록 하였다. 병렬 파일시스템에 Fips를 적용하여 실험한 결과 다양한 작업부하에서 제안한 선반입 기법은 우수한 성능을 보여주었다. A Parallel file system is normally used to support excessive file requests from parallel applications in a cluster system, whereas prefetching is useful for improving the file system performance. This paper proposes a new prefetching method, Fips(dynamic File Prefetching Scheme based on file access patterms), that is particularly suitable for parallel scientific applications and multimedia web services in a parallel file system. The proposed prefetching method introduces a dynamic prefetching scheme to predict data blocks precisely in run-time although the file access patterns are irregular. In addition, it includes an algorithm to determine whether and when the prefetching is performed using the current available I/O bandwidth. Experimental results confirmed that the use of the proposed prefetching policy in a parallel file system produced a higher file system performance.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate whether Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture affects cerebral hemodynamics〔regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), mean arterial blood pressure(MABP)〕in normal rats, and to make manifest whether Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture is mediated by cyclooxygenase or guanylate cyclase. Methods : This experiments was to investigate at the other changes of rCBF and MABP at Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture in normal rats, pretreated rats with indomethacin(1 mg/kg, i.v.) and pretreated rats with methylene blue$(10\;{\,u}g/kg,\;i.v.)$. Results : 1. Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture was significantly increased rCBF during acupuncture and after withdrawing of the needle. 2. Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture was decreased MABP during acupuncture, but Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture was increased MABP in compared with normal condition. 3. Pretreatment with indomethacin(1 mg/kg, i.v.) was significantly inhibited Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF, but was increased Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of MABP. 4. Pretreatment with methylene blue$(10\;{\mu}g/kg,\;i.v.)$ was significantly decreased Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture induced increase of rCBF and MABP. This results suggest that Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture increased rCBF by dilating pial arterial diameter, and the mechanism of Haenggan(LR2) Reduction in Acupuncture is mediated by guanylate cyclase.
Cycloaddition of Homophthalic Anhydrides to Azodicarboxylate and Alkylidenecarbamates

호모프탈산 무수물(1또는 2)과 디에틸 아조디카르복시산 및 에틸 아릴메티리덴카르밤산과의 고리화첨가반응을 검토하였다. 전자의 반응에서는 2,3--디에톡시카르보닐-2,3-디히드로-1-히드록시프탈라진들(3 및 4)이 생성되었으며, 후자의 반응에서는 3-아릴-4카르복시-2-에톡시카르보닐-3,4-디히드로-1(2H)-이소퀴놀린온들(5~10)이 생성되었다. The cycloaddition between homophthalic anhydrides (1 or 2) and diethyl azodicarboxylate and ethyl arylmetbyldenecarbamates was investigated. The former led to 2,3-diethoxycarbonyl-2,3-dihydro-1-hydroxyphthalazines (3 and 4), while the latter gave 3-aryl-4-carboxy-2-ethoxycarbonyl-3,4-dihydro-1(2H) isoquinolinones (5∼10).

3-Phenyl-5-trichloromethyl-2-pyrazoline was synthesized from the reaction of trichloroethylideneacetophenone with hydrazine hydrate. Pyridazinone derivatives were synthesized from the reaction of trichloroethylideneacetophenone with phenylhydrazine or substituted phenylhydrazines. trichloroethylideneacetophenone과 hydrazine hydrate의 반응으로 3-phenyl-5-trichloromethyl-2-pyrazoline을 합성하였다. 또한 trichloroethylideneacetophenone과 phenylhydrazine 또는 치환된 phenylhydrazine의 반응으로 pyridazinone 유도체들을 합성하였다.
