        일 군병원 중환자실 환자의 전실 스트레스와 전실 교육요구도

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify relocation stress and relocation needs among intensive care unit patients at an Armed Forces Hospital and to provide data for effective relocation nursing intervention. Methods: The data were collected from 80 patients who transferred from intensive care unit to general ward. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Results: Relocation stress was high in order of physical, health care provider, and emotional factors. Relocation educational needs was high in order of living after discharge, care plan, diet and exercise treatment, medical treatment, and relocation. It was statistically significant according to length of stay in hospital. Conclusion: This study contributes to understanding of Relocation stress of patients. Furthermore, based on the results of the study, Medical staffs will be able to develop effective Relocation teaching materials for patients.

        온경탕을 포함한 한방치료로 호전된 섬유근육통 환자의 치험 1례

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effects of Korean medicine treatment, including Onkyung-tang, on fibromyalgia. Methods: The patient was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, and chuna manual therapy for 13 days. To evaluate the improvements, we used a numeric rating scale (NRS), the American College of Rheumatology Preliminary Diagnostic Criteria (ACR), the neck disability index (NDI), and the Oswestry disability index (ODI). Results: After treatment, the scores for the NRS, ACR, NDI, and ODI all decreased compared with baseline. Conclusion: This study suggests that Korean medicine treatment that includes Onkyung-tang can be effective in reducing pain and increasing ability to function in patients with fibromyalgia.

        연구논문 : 초등 예비교사의 실험 기구 조작 능력에 대한 연구

        이 연구는 초등 예비교사들의 실험 수행 과정에서 나타나는 실험 기구 조작 능력을 알아보기 위해서 초등 예비교사의 실험 수행 과정을 관찰, 분석하였다. 연구를 위하여 중소도시 소재 H대학교 초등교육과 학생 24명을 연구 대상자로 선정하였으며 2007 개정과학과 교육과정에 근거하여 개발된 초등학교 3-6학년 과학 교과서를 분석하여 실험 도구를 선정하였다. 선정된 실험 기구는 현미경, 프레파라트 제작, 스포이트, 알코올램프이다. 또한 실제 실험 수행 과정에서 나타나는 실험 기구 조작 능력을 알아보기 위하여 실험 과제를 선정하였으며 실험 기구의 조작 능력을 평가하기 위한 평가 관점을 개발하였다. 3명의 연구 대상자가 각자 독립된 공간에서 동시에 실험 과제를 수행하였고 이 때 3명의 공동 연구자가 각 연구 대상자의 실험 과제 수행 과정을 관찰하고 실험 기구 조작 능력 평가 관점표에 제시된 각 관점의 조작 여부를 O, X로 기록하였다. 연구 결과, 초등 예비 교사들의 알코올램프, 스포이트, 현미경, 프레파라트 제작 능력이 낮다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 알코올램프는 스치듯 불 붙이기와 불꽃에 따라 삼발이의 높이를 조절하는 조작 기능이 매우 낮았으며 스포이트는 바르게 잡기를 제대로 수행하지 못하였다. 프레파라트는 제작 시 핀셋 등의 기구 대신 손을 많이 사용하였고 물방울 떨어뜨리기, 거름종이로 물기 닦아내기를 거의 수행하지 않았다. 또한 현미경은 각 과정의 사용법을 정확하게 알지 못했고 초점을 제대로 맞추지 못해 관찰 대상을 관찰하지 못하는 경우도 많이 있었다. 초등 예비교사들의 실험 기구 조작 능력 향상을 위해서 초등 교사 양성 과정에서 초등 예비교사들이 개별적으로 실험 기구를 조작해 볼 수 있는 기회를 충분히 가져야 하며, 이 과정에서 실험 기구의 명칭과 용도, 실험 기구를 올바르게 사용하는 방법, 사용할 때의 유의점, 실험에서 이 실험 기구를 사용하는 이유 등 실험 기구의 가장 기초적이고 기본적인 내용에 대한 지도가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate manual skills of experimental apparatuses of pre-service elementary school teachers by examining and analyzing the process of experiments conducted by pre-teachers. For this study, 24 pre-service elementary school teachers were selected as the subjects and 4 experimental apparatuses were chosen through analyzing science textbooks from 3rd grade to 6th grade in elementary school. The selected experimental apparatuses were alcohol burner, dropper, microscope, instruments for making a prepared specimen. In addition, a task was carefully chosen to conduct an investigation in real settings and a series of evaluation standards was developed. While 3 subjects conducted experiments in separated and independent space at the same time, 3 collaborators observed the experiment process and recorded whether the subject met the evaluation standards or not, using O, X. The study suggests that pre-service elementary school teachers` manual skills of experimental apparatuses were under far below our projections. Particularly, in case of alcohol burner, the subjects showed lower ability to properly light the burners-which is to brush through the lampwick with fire-and to adjust the height of tripods according to the flame. Also, when it comes to dropper, they were not held the way they were supposed to be. In addition, when designing prepared specimen, the subjects used their hands instead of tweezers and often skipped the process of dripping water drop and wiping water with an oilpaper. Moreover, they did not know how to use a microscope properly so there were many times that they could not focus a microscope, failing to observe the objects. Educational implications are discussed.

        VEGF/Laminin Co-Immobilized Membrane for Enhanced Differentiation of Muscle-derived Stem Cells into Smooth Muscle Cells

        본 연구에서는 생리활성인자[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) 및 laminin]가 탑재된, 비대칭구조를 가지는 다공성 polycaporlactone(PCL) 기반의 맴브레인을 제조하였으며, 맴브레인에 탑재된 생리활성인자에 의한 근육유래 줄기세포(muscle-derived stem cells, MDSCs)의 평활근세포(smooth muscle cells, SMCs)로의 분화거동을 연구하였다. PCL 기반 맴브레인에 탑재된 VEGF 및 laminin은 맴브레인으로부터 각각 28일과 14일 동안 지속적으로 방출되었다. 각 생리활성인자가 단독 혹은 공동으로 탑재된 PCL 기반 맴브레인에서 MDSCs의 SMCs로의 분화거동을 DNA 정량화, RT-PCR 및 면역염색을 통해 분석하였으며, 두 생리활성인자가 공동으로 탑재된 PCL 기반 맴브레인에서 가장 우수한 평활근으로의 분화거동을 보임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과로부터, VEGF/laminin이 탑재된, 비대칭구조를 가지는 다공성 PCL 기반의 맴브레인은 평활근 재생을 위한 재생막으로 사용이 가능할 것이라 판단되었다. It is important to control the stem cell differentiation into target cell types for clinical use of the stem cells. In this study, asymmetrically porous polycaprolactone (PCL)/Pluronic F127 membranes immobilized with bioactive molecules [vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and/or laminin] were prepared to investigate the effect of musclederived stem cells (MDSCs) on smooth muscle cell (SMC) differentiation. The VEGF and laminin immobilized on the PCL/F127 membrane surface were released with a sustained manner for 28 and 14 days from the membrane, respectively. The SMC differentiation behavior of MDSCs on the membranes immobilized with single or dual bioactive molecules was compared by DNA quantification, RT-PCR, and immunohistochemical analyses. The dual VEGF/laminin-immobilized membrane group showed higher cell growth and more effective SMC differentiation than the single VEGF- or lamininimmobilized group. From our findings, we suggest that the dual VEGF/laminin-immobilized membrane may be applicable to use as a guided smooth muscle regeneration membrane.

        A high efficiency soft switching boost converter is proposed in this paper. The conventional boost converter generates switching losses at turn on and off. Because of those, the whole system efficiency is reduced. The proposed converter utilizes soft switching method using resonant circuit with an auxiliary switch. Therefore, the proposed converter reduces switching losses lower than the hard switching. The proposed soft switching boost converter can be applied to photovoltaic system, power factor correction circuit and etc.

      • 스토리텔링 기법을 활용한 키덜트 패턴 개발과 적용

        The purpose of this study is to provide examples of design planning which can satisfy the various tastes and needs of consumers through developing fashion designs that combine storytelling and kidults, and that are easy to link in emotional terms. A literature study was conducted in relation to storytelling and kidult fashion, and analyzed the theoretical elements and types of storytelling, as well as looking at the definition of “kidult fashion” and cases thereof. Based on the theoretical analysis, the storytelling of “The town musician of Bremen” was analyzed, and five representative scenes were selected according to stages of plot, a component of storytelling. The design was developed to present lively, diverse kidult fashion designs, which were planned according to two contrasting concepts. Concept One, “A Dark Dream”, utilizes motifs developed in Scenes One and Three, and is a kidult-like pattern, but uses achromatic colors as its main color scheme, an expression found in modern everyday wear. Concept Two, Ride a Balloon , utilizes Scenes Two, Four and Five and uses pink, red and pastel shades as the main colors to emphasize humor and kidult fashion s vivacious and energetic side. Using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, two patterns were developed per scene, with motifs representing the main elements of that scene. Using the patterns thus developed, two color schemes were deployed and implemented in a virtual outfit with 3D mapping, which is presented as the final result.

        지진 하중을 받는 원통형 플랜트 탱크 구조물의 축방향 허용압축응력 설계기준 비교 연구

        건플랜트 내부의 주요 시설물인 원통형 액체저장탱크에 지진 하중이 작용하면 탱크 벽체에 좌굴이 발생하여 큰 손실을 초래할 수 있다. 탱크 구조물 설계시 좌굴에 대한 허용응력을 규정한 국내 기준은 일관성이 부족하고 근거가 미약하여 주로 국외의 API 650, BS EN 1998-4:2006, 뉴질랜드 기준 등을 차용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 형상 비를 갖는 탱크 구조물에 대해 응답스펙트럼해석을 수행하여 유체 동압력을 산정한 후 재료 및 기하비선형을 고려한 비선형 좌굴해석을 수행하여 축방향 허용좌굴응력을 산정하고 국외 기준과의 비교를 통해 적절한 국내 기준을 제안하였다. Stability of cylindrical liquid storage tanks under seismic excitation could prevent catastrophic disaster of human life and economic loss. Domestic provisions on allowable compressive stress in tank walls to prohibit buckling failure are either incomplete or inconsistent, so foreign specifications such as API 650, BS EN 1998-4:2006 or New Zealand Standards are employed in stability design. In this study, response spectrum analyses are performed for plant tanks having different ratios of height to diameter or diameter to thickness to calculate hydrodynamic pressure on tank walls. Then nonlinear buckling analyses are conducted to estimate magnitude of buckling stress. By comparing analysis results with those from foreign design specifications, appropriate domestic design provisions are suggested.

        녹용건비탕을 비롯한 한방치료로 호전된 허로 환자 1례

        Objective: This study investigated the efficacy of using Nokyonggunbi-tang and other Korean medical treatments for a patient with consumptive disease and chronic fatigue. Methods: A 59-year-old female patient with fatigue, headache, dizziness, and neck pain due to consumptive disease and chronic fatigue was treated with herbal medicine (Nokyonggunbi-tang), together with acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, cupping, and chuna manual therapy, for 22 days. The treatment effects on the pain were evaluated using the scores for the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), European Quality of Life Five Dimensions (EQ-5d) Scale, Neck Disability Index (NDI), and Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Results: Following treatment, the patient showed a decrease in the FSS, NDI, and NRS scores and an improvement in the EQ-5d score. Conclusions: Nokyonggunbi-tang and Korean medical treatment significantly improved fatigue symptoms in a patient with no substrate disease.
