The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between service quality and behavior persistence of professional baseball mobile application by using an extended expectation-confirmation model. The questionnaire consisted of 42 items. The survey was conducted on 422 mobile application users. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis were performed using 413 copies of collected data using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, information quality and accessibility had a significant influence on perceived usefulness among mobile service quality. Second, confirmation had a significant influence on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Third, perceived usefulness had a significant influence on satisfaction and continuance intention. Fourth, satisfaction had a significant effect on continuance intention. Fifth, continuance intention had an insignificant effect on intention to attend the professional baseball game.

사지마비 경수손상 장애인의 레질리언스 연구: 근거이론 접근

본 연구는 갑작스런 사고 등으로 경수가 손상됨에 따라 사고로 인해 충격을 받은 사지마비 경수손상 장애인의 레질리언스(resilience) 과정을 근거이론 연구방법을 통하여 심층적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 이 연구에는 사지마비 경수손상 장애인 12명이 참여하였고 연구 참여자의 인터뷰로 수집된 자료들을 분석한 결과 모두 111개의 개념과 29개의 하위범주 그리고 12개의 범주가 도출되었다. 인과적 조건은 `뒤바뀐 인생`과 `혼돈 속으로`, 맥락적 조건은 `악조건의 연속`, `분노의 시간`, `나그네 신세`, 중심현상은 `밑바닥까지 떨어짐`, 중재적 조건은 `만만치 않은 세상`과 `힘이 된 경험들`, 작용/상호작용 전략은 `도전의 연속`과 `사회 구성원 되기`, 결과는 `아직도 안개 속`과 `회복 또는 도약`으로 도출되었다. 핵심범주는 `죽음의 문턱에서 돌아와 일상의 삶 되찾아 가기`로 정했고 유형은 `부정ㆍ미귀형`, `긍정ㆍ미귀형`, `긍정ㆍ회복형`, `부정ㆍ회복형`, `순탄ㆍ회복형`의 다섯 가지로 나왔으며 레질리언스의 과정을 분석한 결과 `충격`, `부정`, `우울 반응`, `독립에 대한 저항`, `적응`, `대처`, `회복`, `도약`의 여덟단계 과정이 도출되었다. 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 경수손상 장애인을 위한 제도적 개선에 관한 제언들을 제시했다. This Study would like to understand, through the Grounded Theory method, the resilience of quadriplegia persons with cervical spinal cord injury whose cervical was impaired by an unexpected accident. In this Study, 12 quadriplegia persons with cervical spinal cord injury participated, selected by a theoretical sampling method. After analyzing the interview results of the participants, total 111 concepts, 29 sub-categories, and 12 categories were drawn. Accordingly, it was also decided to set a core category as "Back to the Normal Life from the Threshold of Death." According to the analysis, the participants have been classified into the following 5 types: ⅰ) “Negative and not Recovered”; ⅱ) “Positive and not Recovered”; ⅲ) “Positive and Recovered”; ⅳ) “Negative and Recovered”; and ⅴ) “Recovered without Barriers.” As a result of the resilience analysis, it is shown that the resilience process consists of the following 8 steps: ⅰ) “Shock”; ⅱ) “Denial”; ⅲ) “Depressive Reaction”; ⅳ) “Resistance against Independence”; ⅴ) “Adaption”; ⅵ) “Coping”; “ⅶ) “Recovery”; and ⅷ) “Leap.” Based on the results of this Study, I would like to suggest that: ⅰ) regional spinal cord injury centers be established for immediate and professional treatment to cervical spinal cord injury; ⅱ) the National Health Insurance improve its coverage and benefit system; ⅲ) institutional intervention be made toward the persons with cervical spinal cord injury facing psychological problems; ⅳ) various support services be provided for persons with cervical spinal cord injury; ⅴ) medical workers deliver correct information to patients with cervical spinal cord injury during their initial hospitalization; ⅵ) medical workers change their attitude into providing adequate medical services to the fullest; ⅶ) a national campaign pointing out the importance of taking a seat belt during driving be launched toward every citizen; ⅷ) the training on how to transfer a patient who got spinal cord injury be expanded; and ⅸ) disability rights awareness campaign also be expanded further.

신과학운동에 대한 기독교적 조망

New science means the science based on a new paradigm replacing the Newton-Descartes paradigm which is characterized by the dualistic epistemology, the reductionism as the scientific methodology, and the deterministic and technical world picture. The new science paradigm has been developed by reconstructing the modernity based on the Newton-Descartes paradigm in Post-modernism and reconstructing the basic concepts overcoming the limitations and the morbid by-products of the modern science enterprise in New Science Movement. The new scientists emphasize that this paradigm is fully based on the new scientific discoveries, i.e., the theory of relativity, quantum physics, the rise of cybernetics, systems theory, Holography theory, Holon concepts, self-organizing universe concepts, dissipative structure etc. However, the present scientific enterprise does not give a full support to this new paradigm, which is characterized by Holism, systems thinking, the self-organizing evolution, and the relative humanism decentering the firm rationality of human being, because this new paradigm has not produced any remarkable achievements until now. Thus, the new science movement has been oriented to the cultural movement through the change of worldview rather than the direct and whole change of scientific paradigm. The new science movement, however, has a strong sympathetic appeal to the public disappointed at the morbid side-effects of the modern scientific society. This article reviews the basic concepts or the rising paradigm of the new science and criticizes the key contributors of new science worldview, such as Holism, systems thinking, self-organizing evolution concept, and relative humanism, in view of the assessment criteria of worldview; practicality, consistency, openness to transcendency, and rationality based on the absolute epistemological basis. Finally, the christian perspective on the new science movement is suggested by criticizing the new science worldview through the comparison and discrimination with the christian worldview. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the spiritual and cultural challenge of the new science movement should be enlightened and corrected by the spiritual awakening of the christian and the christian intellectual response.

The application of constitutionalism(“Rule of law”) is not excluded even from the area of army, and the gist of that application to the army is the ruling of military service. On this issue, there has been “Special power relation theory” or “Revisionism”. But this theory has critical defect. Because this theory suggests that the constitutionalism is not applied to the army and, in addition, basic human rights are categorically excluded from the military personnel. That is why “Special administrative legal relationship theory” emerged. But this has also much problems. According to “Special administrative legal relationship theory”, the constitutionalism is also applied to the military personnel, but the depth and length of that application is(and should be) different from that in the realm of general administrative legal territory. Nevertheless, there has been no satisfactory answer on why(and to the what extent) that different application is valid. So, this thesis is, above all, mainly focused on investigation about the ground of such different application. To this purpose, we will also research the right and obligation of military personnel. I from the present paper first made clear the ground of the special rule about the military personnel, and explained the right and the duty of the military personnel. The ground of the special rule about the military personnel is the legal character of the military personnel. The military personnel has the character of the citizen, the government employee, the national defense obligatory accomplishment person, the warfare accomplishment person, the belligerent. The military personnel who is a citizen has the basic human rights. But these rights are restricted because of national defense duty and warfare accomplishment duty. The military personnel has the right and duty of government employee. These most part are Occupational right and duty. The military personnel is supported with the form which is various. It is compensation about national defense obligatory accomplishment and warfare accomplishment. The military personnel who is a belligerent has the right which will be able to attack the enemy. The belligerent is protected in terms of the international law, when he becomes a prisoner of war. According to many kinds character of the military personnel, we will be able to classify the right and the duty of the military personnel. Also we will be able to understand those contents and limit.
