The number of modernized green houses have been increased to produce high quality and high-payoff farm products. The unit investment costs per pyeong($3.3058m^2$) for building a glass house was estimated at 449 thousand won. On the other hand, the unit prices for the PC house with iron frame and the vynil house with automatic control system were revealed 365 thousand won and 93 thousand won respectively. The main objective of the study was to identify the financial feasibility of the green house investment prevailed in rural area. At present, some farmers have selected the green house without any consideration of profitability of crops and accessiblity of their fanning practices and technology. For the soundness of green house cultivation and management, the indices of finacial efficiency for the modernized green houses were necessary. The decesion making criteria such as NPV(Net Present Value), IRR(Internal Rate of Return), B/C Ratio and Payback Period were analyzed for the individual high investment facilities considering the present farmer's technology and on-farm benefits and costs. The results of the feasibility analysis of green houses were as follows: 1. In case of 100% private burden of the investment costs, NPV revealed only positive value for the vinyl house with automatic system and IRR for the house was also estimated at more than 10% and B/C Ratio was amounted to more than 1.0. On the other hand, the other glass and PC houses showed negative NPV and unacceptable B/C ratio and IRR. 2. In case of the following terms and conditions as 50% Government subsidy, 20% loans and 30% farmers burden of the total investment cost, all the green houses showed acceptable IRR, B/C Ratio and NPV. 3. The financial feasibility of the glass house was acceptable in tomato cultivation rather than in cucumber cultivation. The payback periods of cucumber were represented as 8.9 years for glass house, 8.5 years for PC house and 4.1 years for vinyl house with automatic system respectively. In conclution, the glass and PC house cultivation of high value vegetables were only acceptable under the Goverment subsidy and loan systems from the view point of farmer's financial situations. On account of the unacceptable economic rate of return, the government subsidy and loan policy for glass house cultivation should be transfered to the vinyl and pc houses in the future.

the number of foreign residents staying in Korea has been increasing since 2000. However, the nation's public perception continues to debate whether foreigners should be granted the same rights as Koreans, and how many rights if they do. Looking at the cases of granting immigration rights in countries around the world, I think that Korea should also be given the right to vote for long-term resident foreigners. Therefore, this study aims to examine ways to guarantee political rights for foreigners staying in settlement and increase the turnout of local elections granted in Korea. In Korea, with the revision of the Public Official Election Act in 2005, foreign residents were given the right to vote from the 2006 local elections. Until now, the number of electors of permanent foreign residents in previous local elections has steadily increased, but the turnout is gradually decreasing. In order to increase the turnout of permanent foreigners in local elections, regulations should be prepared within the Public Official Election Act to provide foreign language translation services for voting notices, ballot papers, and public information in local and by-elections. In addition, the National Election Commission currently believes that services that translate into four languages, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese, need to be differentiated at the regional level. In particular, it is necessary to understand the current status of resident foreigners residing in the region and translate them into various languages, including Russian, so that the turnout can be increased.
THP-1 Cell과 HUVEC을 이용한 Co-Culture Model System에서 최종당화산물에 의한 Cytokines와 RAGE 발현

Glyceraldehyde를 이용하여 제조된 AGEs 화합물(glycer-AGEs)을 단구세포인 THP-1, 혈관내피세포인 HUVEC 및 이 두 세포가 동시에 배양된 system에서 100 ㎍/mL로 처리후 24시간까지 처리시간을 달리하여 처리하였다. 배양시간동안 각 세포와 배양액을 회수하여 TNF-α와 IL-1β의 발현을 mRNA 수준에서 조사하였다. 그 결과, THP-1의 경우 배양 2시간에서 TNF-α나 IL-1β의 mRNA 발현이 대조구에 비해 증가되었으나 혈관내피세포인 HUVEC의 경우에는 24시간 배양하는 동안 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 그러나 두세포를 동시에 배양한 system에서 혈관내피세포인 HUVEC의 경우에는 배양 4시간에서 대조구보다 TNF-α의 발현은 4.4배, IL-1β의 경우 5.5배 정도 증가되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. TNF-α와 IL-1β의 배지 내에서의 농도를 측정해 본 결과, THP-1만 배양한 경우 대조구의 배지 내 TNF-α 함량이 배양 6시간에 98.2 pg/mL로 대조구 53.8 pg/mL보다 증가하였으며 HUVEC의 경우 배양 8시간에 93.3 pg/mL로 증가하였다. 그러나 co-culture의 경우 배양 4시간부터 증가하여 배양 8시간에 199.2 pg/mL로 증가하였다. RAGE는 TNF-α와 IL-1β의 발현 pattern과 다르게 단독 및 coculture에서 배양 16시간에 대조구에 비해 각각 1.6배, 24시간에 1.9배 증가하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과 최종당화산물에 의해 혈관내피세포의 기능상실의 연구에 있어 coculture 조건이 유용하며, 특히 mRNA 수준에서는 4시간에, protein 수준에서는 8시간에 효능을 측정하면 유효성 있는 연구 성과를 얻을 있을 것으로 예측할 수 있었다. Although monoculture methods have been remarkably useful due to their simplicity, they have serious limitation because of the different types of cells communication with each other in many physiological situations. We demonstrated levels of markers of endothelial dysfunction such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) as well as stimulation of receptor of advanced glycation endproducts (AGEs) on monoand co-culture system such as only monocyte (THP-1) cultivation system, only endothelial cell (HUVEC) cultivation system, and co-cultivation system of THP-1 and HUVEC. The mRNA levels of TNF-α and IL-1β on HUVEC increased by the co-culture with monocyte after 4 hr at 100 ㎍/mL glyceraldehyde-AGE. The secreted protein contents into medium of TNF-α and IL-1β increased after 8 hr approximately 2~2.5 times compared to mono-cultivation. In contrast, the mRNA level of receptor of AGE (RAGE) was relatively insensitive on the co-culture system. The mediators by which monocytes activate endothelial cell have not been fully elucidated. In this study we confirmed production of soluble cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-1β by monocytes. Use of monocyte conditioned medium, which contains both cytokines, can activate endothelial cell.

The purpose of this study was to examine childbirth and child-rearing support policies for multicultural families as a measure to reduce population, and foreign manpower policies as a means of resolving the shortage of labor supply due to The Low Fertility and Aging Society. Specifically, we will examine the changes and contents of major policies related to foreign manpower policies in major multicultural countries around the world, including Korea, and propose major directions for effective multicultural policies to address the issues of low birth rate and aging in the future. As a result of the analysis of this study, the following suggestions can be made. First, it can be said that it is recruiting new immigrants and supplementing our country's insufficient labor force. However, from a long-term perspective, the most fundamental solution is to increase our country's birth rate, which is the cause of the population problem. Second, the proportion of population policy among multicultural policies is increasing. Accordingly, there is a need to further strengthen the social safety net and national competitiveness, including expanding the foreign workforce. Third, due to the Low Fertility and Aging Society, major developed countries are pursuing immigration policies as part of their human resources policy to resolve the labor shortage. However, rather than bringing in simple skilled foreign workers, they are recruiting excellent foreign talent with a high level of professional qualifications. There is a tendency to actively attract them. Therefore, Korea also needs to strengthen differentiated incentives, such as allowing excellent foreigners to bring their families and easing permanent residency requirements.
클러스터 기반 WSN에서 캐시 필터링을 이용한 에너지 효율적인 질의처리 기법

As following the development of the USN technology, sensor node used in sensor network has capability of quick data process and storage to support efficient network configuration is enabled. In addition, tree-based structure was transformed to cluster in the construction of sensor network. However, query processing based on existing tree structure could be inefficient under the cluster-based network. In this paper, we suggest energy efficient query processing mechanism using filtering through data attribute classification in cluster-based sensor network. The suggestion mechanism use advantage of cluster-based network so reduce energy of query processing and designed more intelligent query dissemination. And, we prove excellence of energy efficient side with MATLab.
