        양식산 굴(Crassostrea gigas)의 생굴 및 가공소재용으로서 화학적 및 생물학적 위생 특성

        Oysters Crassostrea gigas are a globally popular shellfish for human consumption. As filter-feeding bivalve mollusks, oysters may harbor many microorganisms and chemicals that could pose potential human health risks. The objective of this study was to investigate the suitability of cultured oysters for raw consumption or use in seafood products by measuring concentrations of harmful microorganisms and chemicals in their flesh. Microbial concentrations in cultured oysters were found to be: $1.0{\times}10^2-6.0{\times}10^4CFU/g$ (viable cell counts), not detected $(ND)-5.4{\times}10^3CFU/g$ (coliform bacteria), $ND-1.3{\times}10^2CFU/g$ (E. coli), and $ND-4.6{\times}10^3CFU/g$ (Vibrio parahaemolyticus). Other pathogenic bacteria, including Enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC), Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella spp., were not detected in any samples. Heavy metal concentrations of cultured oysters were ND-0.239 mg/kg (total mercury), ND-1.091 mg/kg (lead), ND-0.968 mg/kg (cadmium). The concentrations of benzo(a)pyrene ranged from $0.280-0.880{\mu}g/kg$. Paralytic shellfish poison ranged from ND-0.58 mg/kg, while diarrhetic shellfish poison was not detected. No radioactivity was detected. These results suggest that oysters intended for raw consumption or use in seafood products should be subjected to chemical and biological controls.

        A novel hub integrated brake disc is developed aiming reduction of its manufacturing cost and weight. This hub integrated disc is made of two different ferrous casting material of gray iron and ductile iron by specific dualcasting process and pattern design. As the friction part of the disc is closely related to performance and NVH in braking, it is normally made of gray iron. In the other hand, the hub integrated hat part is closely related to braking torque and the toughness. it is normally made of ductile iron. Specific time duration is required when pouring ductile iron after gray iron melt is poured into the mold to form stable interface between gray iron and ductile iron parts. In the green sand mold, two inlets are embodied to take two different types of casting melts into the mold. More accurate casting interface can be achieved by imparting melt reservoir(overflow) in the pattern design which is used for taking gray iron melt overflowing over the level of casting interface. Hub integrated brake discs had fulfilled mechanical strength test of the interface, brake torque test, and metallurgical analysis was done with the samples taken from the discs. As a result, this paper suggests novel concept of hub integrated brake disc manufactured by dualcasting process, and which is suitable for cost effective light weight brake system.

        해수순치산 및 담수양식산 철갑상어(Acipenser oxyrinchus)의 관능 및 영양 특성 비교

        본 연구는 대표적인 내수면 어류인 철갑상어과 어류의 효율적 이용을 위하여 해수순치산 철갑상어의 식품성분 특성에 대하여 살펴보았고, 아울러 담수양식산 철갑상어의 식품성분 특성과도 비교 검토하였다. 해수순치산 철갑상어의 일반성분 함량은 수분이 78.0%, 조단백질이 19.1%, 조지방이 1.5%, 회분이 1.1%였고, 이는 담수양식산 철갑상어에 비하여 수분의 경우 낮았으나, 조단백질, 조지방, 회분의 경우 높았다. 해수순치산 및 담수양식산 철갑상어 근육의 에너지는 2종이 모두 100 ㎉/100 g 이하였다. 해수순치산 철갑상어의 헌터색조는 명도가 64.2, 적색도가 4.4, 황색도가 14.1이었고, 이는 담수양식산 철갑상어에 비하여 명도와 황색도의 경우 낮았고, 적색도의 경우 높았다. 해수순치산과 담수양식산 간에 경도는 유의적인 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 해수순치산 철갑상어의 냄새 강도와 총 아미노산 함량은 각각 436.0 level 및 19.0 g/100 g이었고, 이는 담수양식산 철갑상어에 비하여 두 성분이 모두 높았다. 해수순치산 및 담수양식산 철갑상어 모두 주요 아미노산은 aspartic acid, glutamic acid, leucine 및 lysine이었다. 해수순치산 및 담수양식산 철갑상어 간에 무기질 함량과 지방산 조성은 유사하였다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아 해수순치산 및 담수양식산 철갑상어 간의 관능적 및 영양적 특성은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to compare the sensory and nutritional characteristics between sea-reared and freshwater sturgeons Acipenser oxyrinchus. The proximate composition of sea-reared sturgeon was 78.0% moisture, 19.1% crude protein, 1.5% crude lipid, and 1.1% ash. Thus, moisture content was lower while crude protein, crude lipid, and ash contents were higher than those of freshwater sturgeon. Regardless of culture methods, energy content of sturgeon muscle was 88.5∼95.9 ㎉/100 g. The Hunter color values of sea-reared sturgeon were 64.2 for lightness, 4.4 for redness, and 14.1 for yellowness. Thus, lightness and yellowness were lower while redness was higher than those of freshwater sturgeon. The hardness of sea-reared sturgeon was 4.1 ㎏/㎠, which was not significantly different (P<0.05) than that of freshwater sturgeon. The odor intensity of sea-reared sturgeon was 436.0 level, which was higher than that of freshwater sturgeon. The total amino acid content of sea-reared sturgeon was 19.0 g/100 g, which was higher than that of freshwater sturgeon. The major amino acids of the sturgeons were aspartic acid, glutamic acid, leucine, and lysine. The mineral contents and fatty acid composition of sea-reared sturgeon were similar to those of freshwater sturgeon. The results suggest that there were slight differences in sensory and nutritional characteristics between sea-reared and freshwater sturgeons.

        식품가공소재용 꽃게의 화학적 및 미생물학적 위생 특성

        Crabs are a popular seafood item. However, they can harbor many microorganisms, heavy metals, radioactivity, and benzo(a)pyrene, which are potential health risks to humans. The objective of this study was to assess the potential of swimming crabs for use in foods such as Ganjang-gejang, by measuring their sanitary biological and chemical properties. Viable microbial cell counts in swimming crab samples were 3.4×10<sup>2</sup>-6.7×10<sup>4</sup> CFU/g, but no coliform, Escherichia coli, or pathogenic bacteria, such as Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Enterohemorrhagic E. coli, Listeria mono-cytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, or Salmonella spp., were detected. Heavy metal concentrations in swimming crab samples were non-detectable to 0.112 mg/kg for total mercury, non-detectable to 0.435 mg/kg for lead, and 0.115- 0.836 mg/kg for cadmium. Benzo(a)pyrene concentrations ranged from 0.025-0.060 μg/kg, and the volatile basic nitrogen content ranged from 8.7-15.6 mg/100 g. No radioactivity was detected in samples. These results suggest that swimming crabs are viable for use in seafood products.

        In order to develop an active suspension for 6-wheeled vehicle, control simulations are carried out in this paper. The vehicle has 6 wheels with type of trailing arm suspension. Vehicle model is built using a multi-body dynamics simulation software. Based on this model, we connect Matlab/Simulink - a computer-aided control system design tool - to this model, making a co-simulation system. Sky-hook damping control and near constant force suspension control are used as main control strategies. Under single bump road profile, we compare the performances of these two algorithms. Furthermore, required maximum torque, rpm, and power under the road profiles are calculated using control simulation results.

        정밀 가공 장비를 위한 방진 시스템 설계 사례

        In this study a vibration isolation system with the cradle-type support was designed so as to reduce the transient vibration due to positioning motion of the moving mass on worktable as well as to achieve the desired isolation efficiency on the floor vibration. The design procedure was performed in the two steps. The first step to select appropriate isolators to meet the isolation efficiency, and the second step is to reduce the transient vibration of the worktable by adopting the cradle-type support. After the application of the selected isolators with the cradle-type support to the system it was shown that the required vibration criterion(VC-D) was easily satisfied and that the undesirable transient vibration was reduced remarkably.

        근대문학의 이념과 문학의 관습 : 「文學이란 何오」와 『朝鮮의 文學』을 중심으로

        이광수의 「문학이란 하오」이래 문학은 'Literature'의 번역어에 한정되었다. 전대의 문학적 유산과의 전면적 단절을 요구한 이광수의 '문학'은, 새로운 어의의 창출이었고 과거의 민족사적 경험을 통해서는 증명할 수 없었던 이념이었다. 이광수의 '문학'은 과거의 경험과 단절함으로써 문학사의 구성에 난감할 수밖에 없었다. 이광수가 상상한 '문학'이라는 이념은 역사를 갖지 못하고 다만 근대에의 희구와 함께 자가 증식하며 저변을 확보했던 것이다. 그러나 같은 시기 문학을 상상하는 다른 방법이 공존하고 있었다. 안확의 『조선의 문학』, 『조선문학사』가 그것이다. 안확도 이광수와 유사한 근대문학의 개념을 제시했지만, 그 범주는 시대구분론, 순/잡문학 이분론 등을 통해 문학의 변천과 차이를 포괄할 수 있었다. 안확의 문학 개념은 문학사를 서술하기 위한, 즉 근대문학의 이념을 더욱 확장하기 위한 것이었지만, 결과적으로 근대문학의 형성기 전혀 다른 문학을 상상하는 방법이 있었음을 드러내는 증좌라 할 수 있다. 근대문학에 대한 다양한 상상이 가능했음을 염두에 둘 때, '문학'이 'Literature'로 확정되면서 잃어버렸던 다양한 '문학' 외(外) 문학, '문학' 전(前) 문학도 다시 생명을 얻게 된다. 이들은 'Literature'가 아닌 문학이며, 문학의 관습을 이어온 또 하나의 문학인 것이다. Formation of our modern Literature was the progress of excluding and abolishing not a little heritages which had much literary possibilities. Literature had much changes and thus did away with traditional literature. Also according to applying to modern literature looked coldly upon new coming possibilities. To Lee Kwang-su and Bak dae-jin in the 1910s who studied abroad, literature meaned only literature which came through Japan and already conceptualized in western countries. So they had exclusive features. But An Hwak remade history of literature and included literary extension. Like this there were many ways to imagine literature in the modern period of enlightenment. It seemed to coexist concept of extensive literature including essays and mean works. Traditional literature was pushed out of the literary range. That is one of the possibility and custom of korean literature.

      • CO₂레이저빔에 의한 이종재질 및 이종두께의 Tailored Blank 용접에 관한 연구

        This research was conducted as a fundamental study to apply tailored blank welding technique into automotive production process. The materials used in this study were 2.0mm thickness low carbon steel sheets and 1.2mm Zn-coated low carbon steel sheets. To ensure the reproducibility and to consider various factors, experiments were conducted by applying Taguchi experimental method with 6 factors. Every welding process was repeated 3 times to offset the effect of uncontrolled factors. Elongation and LDH(Limited Dome Height) were measured to evaluate formability of specimens and Optical microscopy, XRD, SEM, and EDS analysis were performed to observe the microstructures and to determine the solidification mode in the weld. The elongation of specimen welded with optimum condition was 83% of base metal, and LDH was 84% of base metal. In case of laser treated specimen where Zn coating was removed, elongation was 85% of base metal, and LDH was 85% of base metal. In fusion zone, phases were consisted of quasi-polygonal ferrite, banitic ferrite, and martensite.
