재건축 평형 배정

재건축 아파트 시장에서는 재건축 이후 신축되는 아파트의 평형 배정과 관련한 법원 판결이 나와 눈길을 끌었다. 서울고등법원은 기존의 큰 평형을 가진 조합원이 재건축 이후 평형을 우선적으로 선택할 수 있는 권리를 갖도록 한 경기 과천시 주고 3단지 재건축 조합의 관리처분계획이 무효라고 판결해 파장이 일고 있다. 이미 평형 배정을 끝낸 재건축 단지의 줄소송이 예상된다.

경기도 극저신용대출 결정요인 분석

2020년 예기치 못한 코로나19로 인하여 서민경제가 위기에 처하면서 경기도는 금융복지의 일환으로 극저신용자와 저소득자를 위한 경기도 극저신용대출사업을 실시하였다. 3년 동안 110,217명에게 1,383억 1,850만 원의 대출이 집행될 동안 선행연구는 경기도 극저신용대출을 서민금융복지의 일환의 하나로 소개하거나 극저신용대출자의 특성을 파악 및 관리방안 체계 수립에 주안점을 둠에 따라 극저신용대출의 이용자들에 대한 심도있는 연구는 이루어지지 못하였다. 따라서 극저신용대출자를 대상으로 하여 빈도분석과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 결정요인을 분석한 결과 연령이 높을수록, 자가/(반)전세일수록, 경제활동을 할수록, 부채가 있을수록, 의료비에 대한 욕구가 클수록 극저신용대출을 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 기반하여 향후 복지지원체계를 구축함에 있어 단초를 제공한 것에 본 연구에 의의가 있다. Because the working class economy was in crisis due to the unexpected COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, the Gyeonggi-do Extreme Low Credit Loan Project was launched to address the financial welfare of people with an extremely low credit rating and low income. After loans totaling KRW 138.3185 billion were issued to 110,217 people over three years, studies focused on introducing extreme low credit loans in Gyeonggi-do as part of a microfinance welfare program, identifying the characteristics of extreme low credit loans or establishing a management plan. Accordingly, in-depth research on users of extreme low credit loans has not been conducted. Therefore, from identifying determinants through frequency analysis and logistic regression analysis targeting extreme low credit loan borrowers, older people with an owner-occupied/(half)lease had more economic activity, more debt, and more need for medical expenses. It was found that the larger the loan, the more those borrowers used extreme low credit loans. Based on the results, this study provides clues to establishing a welfare support system in the future.

The purpose of this study aimed to investigate writing activities in English textbooks, Highschool English I in terms of achievement criteria and topics presented in the Curriculum, and discuss emerging issues relating to students" practical English writing skills throughout this analysis. To achieve this purpose, it carried out a textbook analysis about the type and genre of the writing activities in English textbooks. The results of this study indicate that writing activities presented in Highschool English I meet the achievement criteria in the national curriculum except in some cases where textbooks do not reflect every item of the achievement criteria evenly. Second, the findings show that the topics comply with the curriculum topics in general. Lastly, although High School English I includes different genres of writing activities, there was a limit as to what the students could do when developing their writing skills for specific goals. Based on these results above, this study attempted to make suggestions and implications for the effective English writing instructions in the practical classroom.

퇴계의 심학을 토대로 한 한국상담학 연구

한국문화는 최근 100여 년간 서구와의 교류로 급격한 변동을 겪음으로써 현 생활 속에 동양적 전통적 요소와 서구적 요소가 혼재되어 있는 상태다. 더욱이 세계와의 교류가 실시간으로 진행되고 있는 정보의 홍수 시대 속에서 마음관리를 통한 채움이 매우 중대한 요청과제로 부각되고 있다. 또한 여러 심리치료이론의 장점을 결합하는 ‘심리치료 통합’의 시대로 심리치료의 패러다임이 바뀌는 시대다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 현시대 한국문화의 특징에 착안하여, 한국인의 정신적 뿌리를 이루고 있는 조선시대 500여 년간 유학사상의 최고봉인 퇴계심학을 연구하였다. 그리고 퇴계심학의 응축본인 성학십도와 가장 유사점이 많고 임상적으로 그 일반화가 증명된 서구의 대표적인 이론 중 엘리스의 인지적정서적행동치료기법을 선택하였다. 그리하여 이 둘을 비교분석하여 동서융합을 통한 장점을 극대화 할 수 있는 한국상담학을 모색해 보았다. 이렇게 연구된 한국상담학은 첫째, 퇴계가 “병을 치료하는 데 비유하자면 경이란 만병통치의 약이어서 한 증상에 대해서만 쓰는 한 가지 약에 비할 것이 아니다”라고 역설했듯이 서구문화의 유입으로 인한 여러 가지 불균형으로부터 인간 본연의 불행감 해소와 심신의 편안함까지 찾을 수 있는 자가치료제이며, 명약이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 둘째, 한국사회에서 상담에 대한 인식을 수양의 원리로 자연스럽게 받아들이도록 변화시키는 데 이바지할 수 있음을 시사한다. 셋째, 서구문화의 급격한 유입이 불러온 가치관의 혼란과 세대 간 갈등 그리고 잘못 전달된 정통성을 바로잡을 수 있음을 시사한다. As Korean culture has undergone rapid changes in exchanges with the West over the past 100 years, there is a mixture of oriental traditional elements and western elements in current life. Moreover, in the era of information flooding in which exchanges with the world are progressing in real time, filling through mind management is emerging as a very important task. So, the paradigm is changing into the era of ‘integrating psychotherapy’, which combines the merits of several psychotherapy theories. Therefore, in this study, focusing on the characteristics of contemporary Korean culture, Toegye"s sentiment, the highest peak of Confucianism for over 500 years during the Joseon Dynasty, which formed the spiritual roots of Koreans. In addition, Ellis" cognitive emotional behavior therapy technique was selected among the Western appropriate book theories that have the most similarity to the condensed version of Toegye"s psychology, and clinically proven to be generalized. Thus, by comparing the two, I tried to find a Korea counseling study that can maximize the strengths of East-West convergence. The study of Korea Counseling suggests that first, Toegye said, "In order to make it appear to cure the disease, Kyung is a panacea, so it cannot be compared with a single drug that uses only one symptom." It is a self-medicating agent that can relieve human misery and find comfort of the body and mind from the various imbalances caused by the influx of Western culture, suggesting that it can be a great medicine. second, It suggests that it can contribute to changing the perception of counseling in Korean society to naturally accept it as a principle of discipline. Third, it suggests that the sudden influx of Western culture can correct the confusion of values, the conflict between generations, and the misdirected legitimacy.

국민연금 수급액 차이에 따른 삶의 만족도와 성공적 노후의 차이 분석

본 연구는 60세 이상을 대상으로 하여 국민연금 수급액 차이에 따라 삶의 만족도와 성공적 노후가 어느 정도 차이가 있는지 분석하고, 그 후 삶의 만족도와 성공적 노후에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과 수급액의 차이에 따라 삶의 만족도와 성공적 노후에 차이가 나는 것으로 나타나 수급액이 많을수록 삶의 만족도가 향상되고, 성공적 노후를 보내고 있다는 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 한 결과, 수급액의 차이는 삶의 만족도에선 유의미하였으나, 성공적 노후에는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이로 볼 때, 국민연금 수급이 경제적 안정감을 주어 삶의 만족도를 증가시키는 기반이 될 수는 있으나 성공적 노후로 이어지려면 여가선용과 같은 사회적 지지도 필요하다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 현재 국민연금의 수급액의 만족도는 낮은 편이며, 수급액만으론 생활이 불안정하고 느끼고 있기 때문에 차후에 수급액의 만족도를 높이며, 여가선용 확대를 통해 안정적인 생활을 영위할수 있는 정책적 방안이 필요하다. This study analyzed difference in national pension receipt on life satisfaction and successful aging in people aged 60 or over, and then analyzed influence factors on them. As a result, The difference of receipt affected life satisfaction and successful aging. This means a large receipt is related to high life satisfaction and successful aging. The regression analysis result also showed the difference of receipt was significant in life satisfaction, but wasnt significant in successful aging. National pension receipt can increase life satisfaction by providing financial security, but for successful aging, social supports like good use of spare time are needed. Also, currently satisfaction with national pension receipt was low and receipt wasnt enough to stabilize their lives. Therefore, a political plan for improving receipt satisfaction and living a stable life through good use of spare time will be required in future.

한국어 교재의 어미 `-다니` 기술 양상 연구

The main purpose of this study was to make suggestions for describing Korean grammar more effectively, especially focusing on the final ending ‘-dani’. For this purpose, we first examined ways of explaining meanings of the ending and example sentences for the ending described in four Korean-teaching textbooks. For the examination, we established five categories: the way of addressing titles, the way of describing meanings, the way of explaining grammar rules relevant to the ending, the way of structural patterns of example sentences, and the appropriateness of example sentences for the explanation of grammar rules. It is interesting that all the selected textbooks explained meanings of the final ending ‘-dani’ as a surprise, a wonder, or a question regarding a certain fact; however, the titles were different from one another textbook. On the other hand, the primary concern of the textbooks in explaining grammar rules was about ways of combining verbs with adjectives or nouns, thereby making it difficult for learners to understand grammar rules. More interesting findings of and some suggestions for describing Korean grammar were discussed in this study.
