        개발밀도에 따른 주거만족도 변화에 관한 연구

        The aim of this study is to identify the variation of residential satisfaction by development density considering both FAR (floor area ratio) and resident story. Now that determination of residential satisfaction is totally the matters dealing with subjective judgment depending on people's sense of values, the results could be changed by evaluation methods and different values of an era; furthermore, the factors which determine residential satisfaction are diverse and have different influences. Until now, however, existing studies have dealt with only the relationship between total residential satisfaction and residential satisfaction factors. Therefore, the basic concept of residential satisfaction employed in this study includes 5 factors namely ‘Safety,’ ‘Health,’ ‘Convenience,’ ‘Amenity,’ and ‘Sustainability.’ Within this definition, this study analyzed the variation of residential satisfaction by development density considering both floor area ratio and resident story. As a result, total residential satisfaction and satisfaction for each residential satisfaction factor appeared differently.         1·2인 가구의 소형주택 선택요인과 만족도 추천의도에 관한 연구

        서울시 1·2인 가구의 변화 양상은 최근 주택시장의 변화에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이에 정부는 2009년 도시형생활주택의 활성화 정책 실시와 2010년 준주택 개념 도입을 통해 소형주택 공급활성화를 위해 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 현행 제도는 1·2인 가구의 증가와 다변화된 유형별 특성을 반영하지 못하고, 전통적인 3·4인 가구 중심에서 벗어나지 못하였으며, 1·2인 가구를 위한 소형주택 수급의 불일치 심화, 삶의 질을 고려하지 않은 소형주택 공급의 문제를 보이고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 서울시 1·2인 가구 소형주택 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 분석과 연구가 필요하다고 판단되어, 소형주택 선택 시 우선적으로 중요하다고 판단되는 사항을 선행연구를 통해 항목 별 요인을 선정하여 서울시 1·2인 가구 소형주택에 거주하는 거주자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 요인을 분석하고 도출하여 그 요인의 중요도를 바탕으로 공급자는 그에 걸맞는 공급을 함으로써 경쟁력 제고와 그에 따른 해결방안을 모색하고자 한다. 구조방정식분석을 통한 결과에서 만족도 및 추천의도에 대한 측정변수와 만족도 간의 경로계수의 방향성과 유의성을 확인해 본 결과 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 입지 특성, 내부 특성, 외부 특성, 경제 특성은 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

        Comparison of surgical outcomes between lateral and posterior approaches for retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy: A single surgeon's experience

        Purpose: To compare surgical outcomes between the lateral and the posterior approach for retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy (RLA). Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of 130 patients who underwent RLA for adrenal tumors by a single surgeon between January 2015 and December 2018. Patient characteristics and perioperative outcomes were analyzed and compared between two surgical groups: lateral approach (n=56) and posterior approach (n=74). Results: There were no significant differences in perioperative outcomes between the two groups except for operative time (lateral approach, 105.4±41.21 minutes vs. posterior approach, 71.5±31.51 minutes; p=0.001). In the lateral approach group, two patients (3.6%) underwent open conversion, but there were no major complications in either group (Clavien-Dindo classification ≥3). Male sex was associated with an operative time of ≥90 minutes in the univariate analysis (p=0.019), but this effect did not remain significant in the multivariate analysis. In the multivariate analysis, large tumor size (>5 cm; p=0.020) and preoperative diagnosis of malignancy (p=0.043) were significantly associated with an operative time of ≥90 minutes. Conclusions: Both the lateral and posterior approaches for RLA were performed safely with similar operative outcomes and are therefore comparable options for the treatment of adrenal tumors. In addition, large tumor size and preoperative diagnosis of malignancy are associated with longer operative times.

        심리적 수용이 신체적 불안 반응에 대한 두려움에 미치는 영향

        his study focuses on the influence of psychological acceptance on fear of blushing, trembling, and sweating, all physical symptoms of social anxiety. Study 1 was performed to examine the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the Blushing, Trembling, and Sweating-Physical Symptoms (BTS-PS) and Fear of Blushing, Trembling, and Sweating (BTS-F) and to explore its psychological characteristics. Data were collected from 477 college students. BTS-F significantly explains anxiety about social performance and interaction when BTS-PS is controlled. This result reveals the necessity of therapeutic intervention in the fear of physical anxiety symptoms. The Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ) related negatively to all these anxiety scales. Study 2 was designed to determine the influence of psychological acceptance on fear of blushing, trembling, and sweating during a speech. For this purpose, both ‘high social anxiety’ (n=42) and ‘low social anxiety’ (n=42) groups were selected based on the scores of BTS-F and Social Phobia Scale. They were randomly allocated into two different experimental conditions, i.e., acceptance condition and inhibition condition. The speech was video recorded and two observers evaluated the anxiety symptoms shown on the video. After the speech, participants evaluated the degree of social phobia responses and psychological acceptance. The result of this experiment showed that psychological acceptance reduced the fear of BTS and behavioral anxiety responses in the high social anxiety group. However, BTS-physical responses and overall anxious feeling were not affected by the 10-minute education. In observer evaluations, behavioral anxiety response and overall anxious feeling in acceptance condition were significantly less than in inhibition condition, and there was no difference between high social anxiety group and low social anxiety group. The findings of this study suggest that psychological acceptance has a therapeutic effect on the reduction of fear of physical anxiety responses, and behavioral responses.

        한국어판 죽음태도 척도 개정판(DAP-R)의 타당화

        본 연구의 목적은 죽음에 대한 다양한 태도를 파악하고자 개발된 죽음태도 척도 개정판(Death Attitude Profile-Revised; DAP-R)을 한국어로 번안하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 20~70대의 일반인 609명을 대상으로 한국어로 번안한 DAP-R과 죽음불안, 특성불안, 자존감, 심리적 안녕감에 대한 설문지를 실시하여 한국어판 DAP-R의 요인구조, 신뢰도 및 타당도를 확인하였다. 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석 결과, DAP-R은 죽음공포, 죽음회피, 도피수용, 접근수용, 중립수용의 5요인 구조를 보였고, 대체로 양호한 수준의 신뢰도와 수렴 및 변별 타당도를 보였다. 죽음공포와 죽음회피는 서로 높은 정적 상관을 보였다. 중립수용은 이 두 요인과 부적 상관을 보였으나, 도피수용과 접근수용은 죽음공포와 부적인 상관을 보이지 않았다. 선행연구와 달리, 죽음공포와 중립수용에서 연령집단에 따른 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 여성에 비해 남성의 죽음공포가 높게 나타났다. 도피수용은 특성 불안과 정적 상관을, 자존감 및 심리적 안녕감과 부적 상관을 보인 바, ‘현재의 고통을 피하고자 죽음을 수용하는 태도’를 반영하고 있어 자살 위험과의 관련성이 시사되었다. 본 연구의 의의와 한계, 그리고 후속 연구 사항에 대해 논의하였다.

        초고층 공동주택의 바람직한 개발방향에 관한 연구

          Recently, high-rise apartments having more than 30 floors have been constructing in down town. Apartments in Korea is becoming high gradually, when thinking the limitation of the usable land of the hereafter down town, development of high-rise apartment is thought with the fact that it will be the current of event.<BR>  Also the development of high-rise apartment in down town is that house space introduces a house function in down town with to prevent a city center defunciness. in down town it will slice and it redevelopes the area where it is used back with it will be able to raise the efficient characteristic of land use. That only the development of high-rise apartment it will be able to expect the effect of the down town traffic difficulty relaxation back which prevention the induction of the horizontal spread.<BR>  For high-rise apartment does function well, there is to development of the hereafter high-rise apartment which must develop sustainable and future intention. Concretely it could harmonize from city space dimension and function of the city center part it will be able to accomplish in order, function diversification it means it will be desirable to do.

        소아 수모세포종 환자의 인지 기능

        Objectives:To investigate the cognitive functions of pediatric cancer patients and to test the hypotheses that the impairment of processing speed and working memory are more prevalent in children with medulloblastoma (MBL) compared to children with neuroblastoma (NBL). Methods:We gave the Korean version of the Wechsler Intelligent Scale for Children-III to 21 children with MBL and 24 children with NBL during outpatient follow-up after the treatment was completed. Results:Children with MBL showed below average performance across most of the sub-tests. The full scale IQ, verbal IQ, and performance IQ of children with MBL were significantly lower than those of children with NBL. There were significant differences between two groups in coding and Digit Span subtest scores. Children with MBL performed especially poorly in the coding subtest. Conclusion:These findings support previous reports of generally low IQ and the dysfunction of processing speed and working memory among children with MBL, a kind of central nervous system tumor. Further investigation is needed to determine how the deficit of processing speed and working memory affect neurocognitive development and general intelligent functions.

The government of the 1·2 compared to the demand of households in 2009, and Urban Residential Housing System in 2010 with the introduction of quasi-compact housing supply has been the effort to activate. However, the newly introduced system of 1·2 only in terms of supply for a household focal focusing, and a lack of consideration for the living area spots. Providers rather than the needs of the customer profitability across the board effective only interest lipyeon cloth studios focusing on the supply of small houses, but the prolongled real estate downturn, and the excess supply of income-type compact housing vacancy rate at the time of the tenant renewal rate increases have side effects, such as falls. 1·2 In this context collar household in a small house on the factors that influence the choice of analytical work and research is required specifically streets, public transportation, crime and security, and other amenities, such as location and neighborhood environment, factors based on the tenant`s landlord to recognize the importance of small houses to determine the priority when selecting locations to find out by looking at the first choice for landlords and tenants aware of factors that differ by factors derived importance of those factors and the resulting solution is to seek. In this study, the income-type compact housing supply and rental business to the provider and consumer awareness of the difference between living in this comprehensive and scientific analysis in order to identify one of the many mulit-criteria decision-making method is used layered by applying AP difference in the perception of consumers and providers would like to study. In conclusion, the provider of the future income renters and rental-type compact housing for those who are interested in the business of consumers believe that it is important from the perspective of tenants better understand the part in the competition with other providers and services by providing differentiated strategies improve operational efficiency and increase revenue model, and their use to benefit the consumer, renter households increased 1·2 revenue from the type of small houses by presenting important priorities when selecting a bust daily lives by giving time-consuming and inefficient aspects in to contribute to reducing.
