Objectives : Ceramic based intra-red Therapy has been effective on dermatitis and immune system. The purpose of this study was to know the clinical effect of ceramic based infra-red therapy on Atopic Dermatitis(AD). Methods: For 3 months from Dec. 2003 to Feb. 2004, we treated ceramic based intra-red therapy to 21 outpatients with AD who visited Hana Oriental hospital. Ceramic based infra-red therapy using GI-2000 system was lighted to undressed outpatients for 15 minutes, three times a week. Results and Conclusions: Ceramic based intra-red therapy showed useful effect on AD, especially itching sign.
유기발광다이오드의 전기적 특성에 미치는 Teflon-AF의 영향

In this research, the electric characteristic of organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs) was studied depending on thickness of amorphous fluoropolymer(Teflon-AF) which is the material of hole injection layer to improve electric characteristic of OLEDs. Sample composition was fabricated in double layer. The basic structure was fabricated by ITO/tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3)/Al and the 2 layer was fabricated by ITO/2,2-Bistrifluoromethyl-4,5-Difluoro-1,3-Dioxole(Teflon-AF)/tris(8-hydro xyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3)/Al. The experiment was carried with variation of thickness of Teflon-AF at 1.0, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 nm. The result showed when Teflon-AF thickness was 2.5 nm, the electric and optical characteristic were well performed. Moreover, when it was compared with Teflon-AF without materials, it was improved 15.1 times more on luminance, 12.7 times more on luminous efficiency and 12.1 times more on external quantum efficiency. Therefore, OLEDs element with optimum hole injection layer reduced energy barrier and driving voltage, and confirmed that it improved efficiency widely.

This research dwells on digital method to augment and make Silla’s culture content to be more popular for world citizen and young generation in Korea. As a digital method, this study likes to design Internet Service Provider(ISP) representing the whole content of Silla culture heritage, culture and art, culture industry and tourism. The digital content platform, other concept of Internet Service Provider (ISP) of Silla culture would be consisted of 3 dimensions. The first one is digital collection like cyber museum. In this area, the digital content platform could show rich content of science and Buddhism out of Silla dynasty. Second dimension is smart platform using OTT(Over the Top) service, SNS communication tool and so on. The third one is creative multiplex which means some learning center, knowledge portal and R&D center. The digital content platform also could develop digital characters to help users to understand genuine attraction and value of Silla’s culture content. With this efforts for new design of the digital content platform, right institution of the platform could develop virtual reality of Silla’s capital, Kyung Ju city in the ancient age itself. Further the platform could provide educational video showing life of artists, scientists, leaders of Silla via commercial platform such as Youtube, Netflix, etc.
인문예술 분야 산학협력 활성화 방안에 관한 연구-영국 AHRC(예술인문연구회) 정책사례조사를 중심으로-

This research dwells on the case study of successful policy making to vitalize coalition of industry and academic field on the basis of liberal arts and humanities for the sake of more profitable cultural content business. UK`s AHRC(Arts and Humanities Research Council) case let us know the effective and sophisticated policy making program. AHRC has implemented a lot of successful cases by connect business unit just like BBC and universities to pursue creative idea out of arts and humanities knowledge. The sponsored project came to produce new item to protect thief in the bar, pub and street and also make new skill to catalyze creativity. With the favorable output, corporate and university could bring apparent social and cultural impact including some economic performance. Such advanced policy making program tell us important implications such as intimate process, strong motivation, matchmaking, guideline, policy. Similarly Korean government need to make new plan to launch such pragmatic program to create new horizon of cultural content business by vitalizing coalition of industry and academic field on the basis of liberal arts and humanities.

This research deals with the causes of providing local content and the competitive culture city development. Local content is based on localness (or regionalness), regionalism, community value, identity, and localization strategy. The concept of a culture city, originated from Europe, is connected to revitalization, the old town project, and the creative city. In terms of types, there are the type of culture and art, type of city management, type of content creation, and type of community. In Korea, the culture city project has been active since 1995. Gwangju`s Asian Culture City Project and Busan`s International Visual Content City Project, started in 2008, and the recent focus, Gangreung`s Culture Olympic Project, are big cases for this paper. All of these national projects have been poorly evaluated due to communication loss and an over dependency on external cultural resources. Regarding these problems, this paper analyzed two causes, the distorted mixed economy and the failure of operations. With this perspective, this research proposes a new innovative model of mixed economy emphasizing the value of localness and the identity of a certain region. The sharing and collaboration of business out of such brand new mixed economy could be a good solution for the sake of a successful culture city in Korea.
VLIW 컴파일과 시뮬레이션을 위한 SPARC 기반의 실험 환경

최근의 모든 상용 마이크로프로세서는 명령어 수준의 병렬처리 (ILP ; Instruction-Level Parallelism) 기법을 이용하여 성능 향상을 이루고 있다. 기존의 하드웨어 스케쥴링에 바탕을 둔 수퍼스칼라 방식이 그 복잡성으로 인하여 성능 향상의 한계에 도달함에 따라 컴파일러 스케쥴링에 바탕을 두 VLIW (Very Long Instruction Word) 방식이 최근에 많은 관심을 받으며 연구 개발되고 있다. 본 연구팀은 SPARC 명령어 세트를 기반으로 하여, 강력한 스케쥴링 기법을 사용하는 VLIW 컴파일러와 그것으로부터 생성된 VLIW 코드의 빠른 시뮬레이션을 지원하는 VLIW 실험 환경을 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 실험환경을 소개하고 SPEC 벤치마크의 일부를 포함하는 대형 벤치마크의 현재까지 실험된 VLIW 성능 결과를 보고한다.
