        광반응 HPLC를 이용한 시호 사포닌의 분석

        A high performance liquid chromatography using photoreduction fluorescence detection was described for the analysis of saikosaponins. Saikosaponins were separated on an NH2 column using acetonitrile and aqueous 2-tert-butylanthraquinone(t-BAQ) as mobile phase. Column effluent was passed through a 40cm PTFE capillary tube coiled around a 10W UV lamp to reduce t-BAQ to a highly fluorescent dihydroxyanthracene derivative which was detected by a fluorescence detector. The optimal concentration of t-BAQ was found to be 6X10-5M and the optimal reaction time to be 2 seconds. The detection limit for saikosaponin a and d by this method was found to be about 280ng and 80ng. The dynamic linear range was over two orders and the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve of them was 0.998.

        Demand forecasting for railroad traffic is fairly important to establish future policy and plan. The future demand of railroad traffic can be predicted by analyzing the demand of air, marine and bus traffic which influence the demand of railroad traffic. In this study, forecasting the demand of railroad traffic is implemented through neural network using the demand of air, marine and bus traffic. Estimate accuracy of the demand of railroad traffic was shown about 84% through neural net model proposed.

        생리학 기반 약물동태(PBPK, Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic) 모델링을 이용한 소아 약물 동태 예측 연구

        In recent years, physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling has been widely used in pharmaceutical industries as well as regulatory health authorities for drug discovery and development. Several application areas of PBPK have been introduced so far including drug-drug interaction prediction, transporter-mediated interaction prediction, and pediatric PK prediction. The purpose of this review is to introduce PBPK and illustrates one of its application areas, particularly pediatric PK prediction by utilizing existing adult PK data and in vitro data. The evaluation of the initial PBPK for adult was done by comparing with experimental PK profiles and the scaling from adult to pediatric was conducted using age-related changes in size such as tissue compartments, and protein binding etc. Sotalol and lorazepam were selected in this review as model drugs for this purpose and were re-evaluated using the PBPK models by GastroPlus??. The challenges and strategies of PBPK models using adult PK data as well as appropriate in vitro assay data for extrapolating pediatric PK at various ages were also discussed in this paper.

        산업이 고도화됨에 따라 빠르게 변하는 시장과 기술경쟁의 가속화는 사회 구성원의 경쟁을 심화시키고 있다. 이 같은 현실은 여러 경제주체들이 시장에서의 생존 및 우위선점을 위한 대응책을 찾게 하였고, 이러한 노력 중 하나가 미래 환경에 대한 예측이었다. 이에 다양한 분야에서 정확한 예측 결과를 얻기 위한 기법 연구가 선행되어 왔으며 본 논문에서는 예측기법에 대한 동향을 파악하기 위해 기존에 주로 사용되는 예측기법들을 제시하고 성능을 비교 분석한 뒤, 개선된 예측기법 개발을 위한 연구 방향을 제안한다. As more capital-intensive industry develops, the rapidly changing market and accelerating the technology race has caused intensified competition between members of society. In such a situation, most of economic participants can''t help finding countermeasures to survive and preoccupy in the market, and forecasting is one way to provide against a precarious situation. The various forecasting methods for obtaining precise results has been studied in various fields. This paper presents and compares the performance of the existing techniques in order to research the trend of forecasting methods, then suggest a desirable research direction for developing an advanced forecasting methods.

        항체-약물 중합체의 시장 개발 동향 및 신규 플랫폼

        The antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) is one of the most rapidly growing next generation antibody therapies used in oncology, autoimmunity and chronic inflammatory diseases. ADC is consisted of monoclonal antibody conjugated via chemical linker with highly cytotoxic small molecules, called payloads. Due to the rising prevalence of cancer and population aging, there is a consistent unmet needs on novel therapeutics for patients where the traditional antibody therapy does not work. With the successful market settlement of FDA-approved Adcetris?? and Kadcyla??, global pharmaceutical companies have put their resources for development of this innovative drug class. There are still some drawbacks in this class of drug including linker stability and heterogenous drug antibody ratio (DAR) profile. However new platform technologies are making progress to overcome these problems and further investment will drive growth in the next generation antibody therapies market. In this manuscript, we review the market drivers and restraints and introduce four approved ADCs. We then mainly discuss the important aspects considered while developing ADCs (cytotoxic drug, linker, DAR) and ADC platforms widely used in the industries.

        대출심사의 예측 정확도 향상을 위한 방법 제안

        외환위기 이후 본격적으로 시작된 외국계 대형 은행의 국내 진출 및 선진 금융상품의 수입은 국내 은행 산 업 구조와 환경을 변화시키고 경쟁을 가속화시켰다. 앞으로 일어날 변화 및 추세에 대한 정확한 예측은 경쟁이 치열 한 환경에서 국내의 은행이 생존하고 발전하기 위해 필수적인 요소이며 그 중에서도 대출 신청 고객에 대한 승인 여 부에 대한 예측은 대출 상품이 은행 경영에 있어 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 수익의 원천이자 신용 리스크 관리의 중 심이 된다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대출 심사 결과의 예측 정확성을 높이기 위한 방법을 제 시하고자 한다. 수행 단계로는 상관관계 분석과 특징선택 기법을 통해 대출승인 결과에 유의한 영향을 주는 예측변수 들을 선별하고 선별된 변수로 2-Step 군집화 기법을 통해 고객을 군집화 하였다. 이후 각 군집에 LR, NN, SVM 기법 을 활용하여 구축한 예측 모형을 적용하여 정확도가 가장 높은 모형을 찾아보았다. 최종적으로 기존 방식의 대출 심 사 모형에 LR, NN, SVM 예측 모형을 적용했을 때 산출된 결과와 제안한 모형의 결과를 비교하여 예측의 정확도를 평가하였다. Industry structure and environment of the domestic bank have been changed by an influx of large foreign-banks and advanced financial products when the currency crisis erupted in Korea. In a competitive environment, accurate forecasts of changes and tendencies are essential for the survival and development. Forecast of whether to approve loan applications for customer or not is an important matter because that is related to profit generation and risk management on the bank. Therefore, this paper proposes the method to improve forecast accuracy of loan underwriting. Processes in experiments are as follows. First, we select the predictor variables which affect significantly to the result of loan underwriting by correlation analysis and feature selection technique, and then cluster the customers by the 2-Step clustering technique based on selected variables. Second, we find the most accurate forecasting model for each clustering by applying LR, NN and SVM. Finally, we compare the forecasting accuracy of the proposed method with the forecasting accuracy of existing application way.

        수종 생약의 티로시나제 억제효과

        To isolate biologically active compounds which exhibit tyrosinase inhibition activity and ultimately express skin whitening effect, 14 oriental herbal drugs were screened in terms of tyrosinase inhibition. For this purpose, in vitro enzyme assay system for tyrosinase, so called Pomerantz method with some modifications has been established. Crude methanolic extracts from 14 herbal drugs were made and examined for their inhibitory activity against tyrosinase. Those extracts fromCnidii Rhizoma, Arecae Semen, Caryophylli Flos, and Ephedrae Herba showed strong inhibitory activities on mushroom tyrosinase. Therefore, crude methanolic extracts from those 4 herbal drugs were further fractionated using ether, butanol and water. respectively. The ether and n-butanol extracts from Arecae Semen and the n-butanol and water extracts from Caryophylli Flos, respectively, showed relatively strong tyrosinase inhibitory activity compared to arbutin.

        고속액체크로마토그래피에 의한 알로에 제제 중의 알로에신의 정량

        The contents of aloesin in aloe preparations were determined by HPLC. Aloesin was extracted 3 times with ethanol for 30 minutes. The ethanol extract was concentrated and suspend ed in saturated NaCl aqueous solution and successively partitioned with dichloromethane, n-butanol. Prepared samples were analyzed by HPLC on a reverse column(Inertsil ODS-2). In assay, internal standard was a puerarin and regression of calibration curve was 0.998. Recoveries of aloesin added to aloe preparation were 98~123(%).

        라이프스타일에 따른 소비자 그룹의 노트북컴퓨터 구매의도 비교연구

        본 연구는 노트북 구매에 대한 소비자들의 의도를 이해하기 위하여 연구되었다. 본 논문은 Ajzen(1991)의 계획된 행동이론(TPB : Theory of Planned Behavior)을 서로 다른 라이프스타일에 따라 군집화 된 소비자들의 노트북 구매에 대한 의도를 비교하는데 적용하였다. 먼저 요인분석과 군집분석을 실시하여 소비자들을 4개 특성 그룹으로 나눈 다음 4개 특성 그룹 각각의 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행위통제와 행동의도를 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 주변에 노트북 구매, 사용경험이 있는 참여자로부터 240부의 표본을 표집 하였으며, 이중 불성실한 응답을 한 17부를 제외한 223부의 자료를 연구에서 사용하였다. 회수된 자료는 SPSS 15.0과 AMOS 7.0 프로그램을 이용하여 요인분석, K-Means분석, 상관관계분석, 교차분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 소비자들의 노트북 구매의도를 알아보았다. The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship of laptop purchasing behaviors based of Theory of Planned Behavior. The data collected from the 240 experience to that who used laptop computer, but was analyzed. With the collected data, factor analysis, K-Means analysis, correlation analysis, crosstabs analysis, and structural equation model analysis was performed by SPSSWIN 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. Factor and cluster analyses were used to segment the sample into four clusters. After analyzing the results, various relationships between attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, behavioral intention were determined for the different groups.
