In a modern society, ‘gold kids’, a newly coined term for an only child who grows up to be as precious as a prince or princess, has been a common trend due to low fertility. Under these circumstances, kids makeup market has steadily grown. In particular, the age experiencing color makeup has kept falling from elementary school students to preschoolers. Therefore, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has distributed a guide to correct makeup to elementary schools across the country since 2018. However, it’s been hard to find a study on makeup use patterns and purchase orientation for preschoolers. Hence, this study investigated consumption and market trend and outlook through literature review on color cosmetics for children aged 4-13, and the results found the followings: First, Korean government has banned the use of salicylic acid & its salts and IPBC in the manufacture of kids makeup. In case such ingredients are used, a warning phrase should be labeled on the package. Second, as of 2016, domestic production amount for kids makeup is KRW 65.2 billion, increased by 13.4% from the previous year. In addition, kids beauty salons have gradually expanded their business. Third, as a demand for kids color makeup keeps rising, more professional and in-depth studies should follow.

플립러닝에 웹툰을 적용한 뷰티디자인 수업 사례연구-뷰티화장문화사 수업을 중심으로-

With the emergence of the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there has been a sign of rapid changes in education as well. Therefore, with a goal of developing creative convergence education contents which conform to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this study developed webtoon contents for the ‘History of Beauty & Makeup Culture’ course, using a smart device and applied them to flipped learning. Then, a questionnaire survey was conducted against 60 experts, and validity of the design was verified. The course was given to 22 students majoring in beauty design at ‘K’ University from 16 weeks in total, and feedback was received. At the 8th week, they were asked to freely describe the, learning effects webtoon-based flipped learning were investigated. positive results were observed in validity of the design of expert-verified courses. Considering smooth course design, it’s confirmed that they are applicable to the theory of the ‘History of Beauty & Makeup Culture’. webtoon feedback was obtained during the weekly discussion of courses as follows. webtoon satisfaction has gradually increased and improved, and positive feedback was received. When asked about the of webtoon-based flipped learning courses, they responded that they were able to have a better understanding of theory courses because they were exposed to webtoons before the class. to figure out how learning effects are The results found statistical significance factors. It is expected that this will lead to a case study of other fields that use smart learning. 오늘날 4차 산업혁명 사회의 도래로 시대가 요구하는 특성에 맞춰 교육 분야에서도 급격한 변화의 움직임이 일어나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 부합되는 창의융합 교육 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 뷰티디자인 이론과목인 뷰티화장문화사 수업에 스마트 디바이스를 활용한 웹툰 콘텐츠를 제작하고 이를 플립러닝에 결합하여 전문가 60명을 대상으로 설문을 하여 설계의 타당성을 검증하였다. 수업의 적용대상은 4년제 K대학교 뷰티디자인 전공학생 22명으로 16주 한 학기 동안 진행하여 매주 학습자 피드백을 받았으며, 8주차에 수업에 대한 자유기술 및 웹툰을 활용한 플립러닝의 학습효과에 대해 설문조사 하였다. 전문가의 수업설계의 타당성 평가 모두 전반적으로 긍정적인 결과가 나타났다. 이는 수업설계가 원만하게 이루어져 적합한 것으로 분석 되었다. 매주 학습자의 수업 토의 과정에서 웹툰 활용 수업에 대해 피드백을 도출한 내용은 웹툰에 대한 만족도가 점진적으로 꾸준히 향상되어 긍정적인 피드백을 받을 수 있었다. 학습자들은 웹툰 플립러닝으로 수업 전 미리 웹툰을 접하기 때문에 웹툰 속 그림과 내용이 함께 떠올라 이론 수업의 이해력을 높인다는 내용을 다수 서술했다. 학습자의 학습효과 설문결과 통계적으로 긍정적이며 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 학습자의 자기주도적인 학습 진행을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 효과적인 교육방법을 활용한 여러 전공분야의 적용 사례로 이어지길 기대한다.

천경자 작품의 색채를 활용한 추상적 네일 디자인 연구

본 연구에서는 천경자 그림에 표현된 색채를 응용하여 추상적 네일디자인을 작품제작으로 표현하고자 한다. 이를 통해 네일 디자인의 창의적인 아이디어 발상에 대한 기본 토대를 마련하고 네일디자인의 표현영역을 확대하는데 목적을 가진다. 실증적 연구로서 천경자의 미술적 특징이 잘 표현된 작품 5가지를 선정하여 NCS 자연색체계를 활용하여 색채 데이 터 분석을 하였으며, 색채 활용과 더불어 네일디자인을 표현하기 위해 천경자의 작품 속 대표되는 5가지의 모티프를 선정하 여 각 작품에 표현하였다. 본 연구의 작품 제작에 나타난 디자인은 네일디자인과 현대 한국회화의 융·복합이며, 이를 통하여 뷰티디자인의 예술성을 다양한 시각으로 재창조하여 네일 디자인을 개발하였다. This paper tried to produce the abstract nail designs using the colors expressed in the works by the artist Chun Kyung-ja. The approach in this paper aimed to prepare the basis for realizing the creative idea on the nail design and to help to expand the expression field of nail design. The works expressing the artistic features of the artist Chun Kyung-ja well were selected for the empirical research and color data was analyzed using NCS(Natural Color System). Finally, 5 kinds of representative works on the works by the artist Chun Kyung-ja were selected and applied to nail designs for creating nail designs as well as application of colors. In conclusion, the nail design of this research is convergence of nail design and the modern Korean painting. Based on such convergence, this paper expressed the nail design by recreating the of beauty design by various viewpoints.

국민안심병원에서 근무하는 간호사들의 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성이 소진에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 장기화된 팬데믹 상황에서 COVID-19관련 환자를 돌보는 간호사들의 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성이 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 간호사 162명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 배포하여 분석하였고, 직무스트레스의 보상부적절, 직무요구, 직장문화, 회복탄력성의 철학적 패턴, 관계적 패턴이 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 직무스트레스와 회복탄력성이 소진에 미치는 효과를 단계적 다중회귀분석방법으로 파악한 결과 최종적으로 유의한 변수는 직무스트레스였다. 간호사의 소진은 간호서비스 질 저하, 병원 경쟁력의 감소, 나아가 방역체제에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 간호사의 처우 및 근무환경 개선 등 적절한 보상의 정책적인 지원이 필요함을 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job stress and resilience on burnout of nurses who take care of patients with COVID-19 in prolonged pandemics. Structured questionnaires were distributed and analyzed for 162 nurses. Inadequate compensation of job stress, job demands, workplace culture, philosophical patterns of resilience, and relational patterns were statistically significant. As a result of determining the effect of job stress and resilience on burnout through the Stepwise multiple regression analysis, the final significant variable was job stress. The burnout of nurses can affect the quality of nursing services, reduced hospital competitiveness, and even quarantine systems. Therefore, this study suggests that proper compensation policy support, such as treatment of nurses and improvement of working conditions, is needed.

네일 미용업 공중위생교육을 위한 웹툰의 활용방안 연구

기존의 네일 미용업 위생교육의 내용이 딱딱한 이론적 설명으로 이루어져 좀 더 쉬운 교육으로 이해를 도모케 하고 흥미로움을 가져다주는 교육이 필요한 실정이다 현 시대는 웹툰을 활용한 학술도서들이 . 출판되어 대중들의 관심과 사랑을 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 네일 위생교육에 웹툰을 활용함으로써 사람들에게 흥미와 이해를 갖게 하고, 미용 분야에 웹툰 교육 활용의 기본적 토대를 마련하고 방향성을 모색하고자 하는 목적을 가진다. 기존의 위생교육의 위생교육방법과 교육시간 단축에 대한 개선이 필요하다는 선행연구에 대한 방향성 모색으로 위생교육 내용을 보다 현실감 있고, 알기 쉽게 학습되도록 제작 하였다. 포커스 그룹인터뷰 대상자는 15인의 네일 전문 미용업 종사자로서 3인의 연구자들과 3번의 만남으로 충분한 논의와 코딩 작업을 통해 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 기존 글의 딱딱하고 접근하기 어려운 위생법규의 내용이 웹툰을 통해 스토리텔링 방법과 그림으로 보다 쉽고 오래도록 기억에 남도록 메시지를 전달한다. 위생교육을 받는 대상자들에게 교육적 효용성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 영업시간에 지장을 주지 않고 편한 시간에 접할 수 있어 경제적이며 장소에 구애받지 않아 편리하다는 긍정적인 평가를 내렸다. 셋째, 웹툰의 장점을 살려 네일 미용업의 위생교육 교재개발 및 온라인 강의를 통한 교육 자료로 제작 발전시켜 적용하는 작업이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. At present, hygiene education in nail care industry is primarily based on dry and boring theory. Therefore, there has been a necessity for an educational program with fun and easy-to-understand curriculum. Recently, webtoon-based academic books have drawn a great attention from the public. This study attempted to make people more interested and have a better understanding of hygiene education in nail care industry using webtoon and establish basic grounds and search for a direction for the utilization webtoon-based education in cosmetology. According to analysis on previous studies, it is concluded that there should be improvement in current hygiene education methods, and the length of the education should be shortened. In this study, therefore, the hygiene education curriculum was developed in a more realistic and easier-to-understand manner. A total of 15 focus group interview candidates from nail care industry were interviewed with 3 researchers three times. After sufficient discussion and coding, this study derived the following conclusions: First, current stiff and hard-to-understand hygiene-related laws become easier to understand and memorize, using webtoon-based storytelling and images. In addition, educational utility has been confirmed among those who have received hygiene education. Second, the hygiene education is convenient without space restrictions and economical because employees are able to get the education when they are free having no influence on their work. Third, this study has confirmed that it is needed to develop hygiene education materials and online lecture curriculum by taking advantage of the strength of webtoon.
