        This study aims to apprehend the cosmetic images of the elderly women due to the personality and makeup behavior in Korean society. The objects of this study are 651 elderly women in Korean society. The consequence of the cosmetic images of the elderly women due to the personality and makeup behavior in Korean society is as in the following. The result of favorable cosmetic image is that higher sociability in personality is more favorable preference. In cosmetic behavior, higher subjectivity prefers to more elderly women’s cosmetic image for favorableness. The result of refined cosmetic image is that higher conscientiousness in personality prefers to refinement of elderly women cosmetic image. In cosmetic behavior, higher realization about conscientiousness, personal aim and self-respect prefers to refinement of elderly women cosmetic image. The result of characteristic cosmetic image is that higher openness and extroversion in personality prefer to characteristic cosmetic image. The higher self-respect and fashionableness in cosmetic behavior prefers to characteristic cosmetic image. The result of dignity cosmetic image is that higher openness and sincerity in personality prefer to dignity in elderly cosmetic images. In cosmetic behavior, higher self-respect and subjectivity are higher dignity in elderly cosmetic images.rehend the cosmetic images of the elderly women due to the personality and makeup behavior in Korean society.       • 중년여성의 성격유형이 화장추구혜택 및 의복추구혜택에 미치는 영향

        This study recognizes that modern middle-aged women have expressed self-dramatization which generates valuable consuming consciousness in terms of their social positions. Therefore this study tried to analyze relativeness of 40-54 years old women in middle age in terms of characteristic types, cosmetic attribute and apparel benefits and to examine demographic characteristic factors by cosmetics attribute and apparel benefits. The method of analysis about this study is frequency, percentage and mean to examine demographic characteristic factors. And it used correlation to analyze relationship among characteristic types, cosmetic attribute and apparel benefits. Lastly regression analysis is examined to recognize cause-effect relationship of demographic characteristic factors, characteristic types, cosmetic attribute and apparel benefits. According to the result of this study, relational analysis of cosmetic attribute and apparel benefits by characteristic types should be factors to increase purchasing power so that it would be used in design and marketing fields. For the efforts, characteristic analysis should be departmentalized which is not divided by extrovert and introvert characters, but by a variety of characteristics in middle-aged women for an in-depth study.

        In this study, we will look for the probability of fashion and nail art, which is usually one of the decorative elements in fashion, to develop an original design by combining it with fashion, and the style shown in the 2015-2018 collection of the FENDY Brand, a highly preferred brand in 2017 that was ranked in the top 10 in the number of Google searches. Limit the scope of research to developing a nail design. The research method used the gel mainly based on the initial manufactured illustration, but the striping tape and hand-painting were constructed to reflect the characteristics of the costumes and to present the shapes, colors, techniques, materials, and representative works, suggesting the potential for various design development.

      • 현 헤어미용 서비스 근무자들의 임파워먼트와 조직유효성 및 이직의도간의 상관관계에 관한 실증연구

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of empowerment of hair beauty service workers on organizational effectiveness and to provide basic data to help improve the organizational performance of hair beauty service workers. The survey was conducted on 321 people from March 10 to March 26, 2016, targeting hair beauty service workers working in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. First, in the analysis of differences among groups of empowerment, organizational effectiveness, and turnover intention according to socio-demographic characteristics, empowerment according to age, position, working years, and monthly income showed differences in job importance among groups. , Working years, and monthly income showed statistically significant differences among the groups in job satisfaction. In addition, the difference in turnover intention was statistically significant according to age, position, working years, and monthly income. Second, as a result of analyzing the correlation between empowerment, organizational effectiveness, and turnover intention, there was a statistically significant positive (+) correlation in empowerment, organizational effectiveness, and negative correlation between empowerment, organizational effectiveness, and turnover intention.         The Cosmetics Act was newly enacted and promulgated in 1999, and regulates all matters related to cosmetics, such as manufacturing, importing, and selling cosmetics, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of cosmetics. It has contributed to improving national health and industrial development. By analyzing the legislation and revisions of major cosmetic laws, we will study the changes in policy in the cosmetic industry. Analyzing the law is very helpful in understanding the flow of government policy. More than 20 years after the Pharmacy Law was established separately from the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, it is necessary to study the overall flow. The main issue in the revision of the cosmetics law for 20 years is the best expression of what is in the purpose of the cosmetics law. In addition to improving regulations, administration, and industrial development, the government has made it possible for autonomous manufacturers and responsible sellers to protect themselves in comparison to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act. After deregulation, the administrative rules helped to ensure the effectiveness of the administration. After grasping the overall revision of the law, the natural cosmetics, organic cosmetics, and customized cosmetics, which have increased interest and demand due to the recent development of the cosmetic industry

      • 국내 어린이용 색조화장품 시장현황 조사

        In a modern society, ‘gold kids’, a newly coined term for an only child who grows up to be as precious as a prince or princess, has been a common trend due to low fertility. Under these circumstances, kids makeup market has steadily grown. In particular, the age experiencing color makeup has kept falling from elementary school students to preschoolers. Therefore, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety has distributed a guide to correct makeup to elementary schools across the country since 2018. However, it’s been hard to find a study on makeup use patterns and purchase orientation for preschoolers. Hence, this study investigated consumption and market trend and outlook through literature review on color cosmetics for children aged 4-13, and the results found the followings: First, Korean government has banned the use of salicylic acid & its salts and IPBC in the manufacture of kids makeup. In case such ingredients are used, a warning phrase should be labeled on the package. Second, as of 2016, domestic production amount for kids makeup is KRW 65.2 billion, increased by 13.4% from the previous year. In addition, kids beauty salons have gradually expanded their business. Third, as a demand for kids color makeup keeps rising, more professional and in-depth studies should follow.

        Today 's art is being expressed in various forms overcoming limitations of areas that could not be expressed in the past due to fusion of various fields. The development of science and the discovery of new materials have greatly influenced all the categories that can be expressed visually and contribute to the development of another area by subdividing aspects of single and uniform things. It also serves to add and elevate the value of art. The film is an integrated result of knowledge of all fields such as science, art, industry, and medicine, and is recognized as an art. However, the special makeup, which is one of the important factors in the production of the film, is a single field, which is limited to the technical field and is not recognized as an art. The film is composed of three dimensional expressions such as space, three - dimensional, and activity. The three real sculptors were selected and examined. As a result of selecting three sculptors of extreme realism, intentionality was derived by using identity, extensibility due to size change, deformation, distortion and mixing of objects. The characteristics derived from the film were assigned to the special makeup appearing in the movie. The purpose of this study is to study the special makeup based on the characteristic of extreme realism in the present era in order to raise the artistic value of special makeup and to find the development direction. Through this study, it is aimed to enhance the academic value and artistic status of special makeup and to help development as various application scope.

        The object of study is to analyze the preference difference between general makeup images and the makeup images of funeral portraits in elderly women. The subject of the study is 651 elderly women from sixties to eighties years old. And the result of the study is as in the following. The favorableness in the general makeup images is positive relationship with the favorableness in the makeup images of funeral portraits. The refinement in the general makeup images is positive relationship with the refinement in the makeup images of funeral portraits. The personality in the general makeup images is positive relationship with the personality in the makeup images of funeral portraits. And the dignity in the general makeup images is positive relationship with the dignity in the makeup images of funeral portraits. With regard to mean difference for the preference of general makeup images and the preference of makeup images in funeral portraits, the people do not prefer the makeup images in funeral portraits to general makeup images. The ease is the highest level in the entire items of general makeup images and the decency is the highest level in the entire items of makeup images in funeral portraits. The dignity of makeup images in funeral portraits means ‘neat’, ‘gorgeous’ and ‘polished.’ and the favorableness means ‘lively’, ‘tidy’, ‘feminine’, ‘young.’ For the individuality, the general makeup images are equal to makeup images in funeral portraits. The word - ‘serious’ has a discrimination against images of individuality. The image of dignity means the words- ‘classic’, ‘atmospheric.’ and the word- ‘lovely’ is similar to the image of refinement. method and creation subject have changed significantly these days by combining with digital media. Especially, trans-genre of art and change of receiver's paradigm are outstanding. Art escapes from the frame of traditional art and time and space are expanded so art shows opening type that is completed with audience's participation. The purpose of this study is to propose the direction of art and design by selecting 'expandibility' as a key word to represent the change of art and grasping the flows of various changes in entire art field, which are caused by introduction of digital media. The study suggested 4 factors such as perception expandibility, time expandibility, space expandibility and communication expandibility for representative expandibility shown in digital art and verified its validity through case study. Today, digital art should escape from the concept that audience 'appreciates' the work completed by artist. It should have an open structure where uncompleted work is completed through audience's experience.

        This study is to characterize cosmetic brand image through fragrance using the sense of smell connected with the brain and to show how the fragrance is related to the image perceived by the consumer and the degree of matching between the fragrance and cosmetic brand image, I would like to study how this changes. The purpose of this study is to make consumers feel emotions by using other senses such as olfactory, rather than staying in a single sense of sight, and to make brand image and to have expectation and trust of the brand. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the theoretical background of the brand image through the literature study and the theoretical background of the process of recognizing the image will be investigated. The purpose of this study is to investigate the unique characteristics of each brand and then we will conduct surveys to investigate how consumers' ultimate consumer preferences and preferences affect consumers' perceptions of flavors, along with the brand image they perceive. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of fragrance on purchasing basic cosmetics. We also investigated the relationship between the image price and the image that the real brand pursued. Participants in the study were female and male in their twenties in university students and 100 students in total. The main survey also included 30 female university students and 10 male university students, for a total of 40 students. Consumers were paying attention to the fragrance when purchasing the basic product, and it was found that the product had a big influence on the product re-purchase. In addition, it was possible to express the brand image with fragrance only, and to judge to price range, the fragrance showed a strong presence. It was able to know how closely to influence the impression given to consumers. Proper use of a unique fragrance that fits the brand image or an incentive to stimulate the consumer's desire will not only increase brand awareness, but will also be effective in turing the image of the company into positive and further induce consumption. Many brands are boldly investing in developing their own signature fragrances.
