The purpose of this study is to develop socks to check the range of ankle movement during squats for men in their late 20s. Sensors of 6, 8, and 12 mm were selected, and each sample was impregnated 1 to 3 times. It was prepared using a CNT dispersion, and the GF value was measured using UTM. Among them, the sample with 2 impregnation showed the best GF value. As a result of applying each sample to the socks, the 12 mm sensor was wider than the area of the Achilles tendon, resulting in noise, and the 8 mm sensor was higher than the tensile strength of the socks, resulting in a decrease in the graph. Therefore, testing was performed using a 6 mm sensor. In order to determine the effectiveness of the sensor, the normal operating range was checked through squats, and significant changes were confirmed when the operating range was checked again through squats by performing operations that can increase the operating range through Gastrocnemius, Soleus stretching, and low lunge. Using the results of this study, it is expected that the average value of the ankle movement range of the user is checked prevent injury, to be provided as basic data for the production of shoe products and the promotion of physical health.
홈트레이닝 시 발목 부상 예방을 위한 EMS 양말 효과 - 20대 후반 남성을 중심으로 –

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of using socks combined with EMS on ankle pain reduction and ankle function improvement in home training participants. In this study, the conductive fabric was combined using socks that can properly compress the ankle. First, VAS was measured during EMS training after fatigue was induced and compared with fatigue during rest. It was confirmed that the level of VAS after EMS training was lower than after rest and fatigue. It was also confirmed that EMS training, which combines EMS with socks, was effective in reducing pain. The experimental action is a measurement action of WBLT and lying posture, and the situation before and after EMS training was compared by performing 30 minutes on the treadmill to cause delayed muscle pain during exercise. As a result of this study, it was found that pain reduction and ROM function were improved when electrical stimulation was performed using EMS socks. It was also confirmed that the application of electrical stimulation to EMS socks effected on ankle fatigue and function improvement. From the study results, it is expected that wearing socks equipped with EMS significantly reduces ankle injuries and improves functional recovery for home training participants.

본 논문에서는 네트워크 모델 병렬 컴퓨터상에서 NC 최적인 알고리즘을 제시한다. 입력의 크기가 n 인 어떤 문제가 주어졌을 때, 그 문제를 해결하는 가장 좋은 순차 알고리즘의 수행시간을 Ta(n) 이라 하자 이 문제를 해결하는 병렬 알고리즘이 상수 k 에 대하여 O(log^kn) 개의 프로세서를 사용하여 O(T_s(n)/log^kn) 시간에 수행될 때 NC 최적이라고 한다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 모든 알고리즘은 p-프로세서 파이프라인 하이퍼큐브에서 O(n/p + log³p (loglogp)²) 시간에 수행되며, 약 하이퍼큐브 및 Shuffle exchange, Cube-connected cycles, Butterfly 모델상에서는 O(nlogp/p + log³p (loglogp)²) 시간에 수행된다. 또한 본 논문에선 고려한 문제들의 약 하이퍼큐브 및 bounded-degree 네트워크 상에서의 하한계를 보인다.

Electrical breakdowns of multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) manifest an increase in leakage current and are charac- terized as a function of atmospheric reoxidation. The atmospheric reoxidation is controlled with respect to the theoretical oxygen partial pressure for the oxidation of Ni internal electrodes. The breakdowns are characterized by a Maxwell–Wagner polarization technique, which dominantly exhibits space-charge-limited and Poole–Frenkel currents for all measured samples. The threshold voltage for the transition between these two conduction modes is suggested as an index for the robustness of the grain boundary resistance of BaTiO 3 ; therefore, the breakdown voltage. The reoxidation atmosphere, which prevents the Ni oxidation, increases the threshold voltage, dramatically enhancing the breakdown voltage and insulation resistance. Impedance spectroscopy and scanning transmission electron microscopy–energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy reveal that the cation distribution throughout BaTiO 3 grains and grain boundaries changes during the reoxidation, including Ni cations from the internal electrodes, which aff ects the grain boundary resistance and determines the breakdown voltage of MLCCs with Ni internal electrodes. These observations emphasize that the reoxidation should be concurrently optimized in terms of the cation redistribution and elimination of oxygen vacancies.
Loading and Routing Problems for Schedulability in a Flexible Manufacturing Environment

With the advances in concurrent engineering, schedulability has become an important design issue in machine loading and routing procedure. In this paper, four rules to improve schedulated as loading and routing are formulated as a mixed-integer programming model based on machine, routing and tool flexibilities. In this model, these rules are represented as an impact of rules on the quality of schedules for the result of loading and routing is measured with makespan. throughgput and average machine utilization.
