Ultra thin films of Tetra-3-hexadecylsulphamoylcopperphthalocyanine(HDSM-CuPc) were formed on various substrates by Langmuir-Blodgett method, where HDSM-CuPc was synthesized by attaching long-chain alkylamine(hexa-decylamine) to CuPc. The reaction product was identified with FT-IR, UV-visible absorption spectroscopies, elemental analysis and thin layer chromatography. The formation of Ultrathin Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) films of HDSM-CuPc was confirmed by FT-IR and UV-visible spectroscopies. A quartz piezoelectric crystal coated with LB films of HDSM-CuPc was examined as a gas sensor for NO₂ gas. HDSM-CuPc LB films were transferred to a quartz crystal microbalance(QCM) in the form of Z-type multilayers. Response characteristics of film-coated QCM to NO₂ gas concentrations over a range of l00~600ppm have been tested with a thickness of 5~20 layers of HDSM-CuPc. Changes in frequency by adsorption of NO₂ were increased with the number of LB layers and NO₂ concentration, but the response time was slow.
Dy<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>-TiO<sub>2</sub> 산화물의 소결성 및 소결체 특성에 관한 연구

산화물 제어봉 물질로서 $Dy_xTi_yO_z$ 소결체를 powder process에 의해 제조하였다. $Dy_2O_3+TiO_2$ 혼합분말의 소결성과 고용체의 상을 TMA와 XRD로써 각각 분석하였으며, 소결체의 비열과 열확산계수를 측정하여 열전도도를 구하였다. $Dy_xTi_yO_z$에서 Dy의 함량에 따라 소결성과 밀도가 변하였고 $3\;g\;Dy/cm^3\;Dy_xTi_yO_z$의 경우 $1580{\circ}C$의 소결온도에서 용융이 일어났다. $4.00\;g\;Dy/cm^3$ 소결체에는 $Dy_2TiO_5+Dy_2Ti_2O_7$의 두 상이 존재하며 $4.54\;g\;Dy/cm^3$의 경우 $Dy_2TiO_5$의 단일 상만이 존재하는 결과를 보였다. $Dy_xTi_yO_z$의 열전도도는 $25~600{\circ}C$ 범위에서 온도에 따라 큰 변화가 없으며 $1600{\circ}C$ 소결체가 1.69∼1.78 W/mK, 1550$^{\circ}C$ 소결체의 경우에는 1.49~1.55 W/mK이었다. .$Dy_xTi_yO_z$ pellets were fabricated as a reactor control material by the powder process. Sinterability of $Dy_2O_3+TiO_2$ mixtures and phases of solid solutions were analyzed by using TMA and XRD, respectively. The thermal conductivity of .$Dy_xTi_yO_z$ pellet was determined from the measurement data of the specific heat and the thermal diffusivity of the pellet. The sinterability and the sintered density varied as a function of Dy content in $Dy_xTi_yO_z$. The pellet of $3\;g\;Dy/cm^3\;Dy_xTi_yO_z$ melted in the sintering temperature of $1580{\circ}C$. There were two phases of $Dy_2TiO_5+Dy_2Ti_2O_7$ and a single phase of $Dy_2TiO_5$ for the pellet that has the Dy content of .$4.00\;g\;Dy/cm^3$ and .$4.54\;g\;Dy/cm^3$, respectively. The thermal conductivity of $Dy_xTi_yO_z$ was nearly constant in the temperature range of $25~600{\circ}$. It was 1.69~1.78 W/mK for the pellet sintered in .$1600{\circ}$ and 1.49~1.55 W/mK for the pellet sintered in $1550{\circ}$.

본 연구에서는 2종류의 피라미드형 패조류용 인공어초의 안정성 평가를 위해 Froude 상사법칙을 적용한 고정상 및 이동상 수리모형실험을 수행하였으며, 현장 설계외력(파랑, 흐름 등) 조건에 따라 이론적/실험적 검토를 하였다. 실험 결과는 파랑-흐름 공존장에서 어초의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 무차원영향인자(설계파라메타)인 쇄파상사지수, 수립자속도, 파압 등을 사용하여 상호관련성을 검토하였다. 그 실험결과, 어초의 활동을 일으키는 한계조건은 고정상 실험에서는 쇄파상사지수에 따라서 무차원 최대수립자속도가 약 0.4 이상일 때, 이동상 실험에서는 무차원 파압에 따라서 상대수심이 약 0.11 이하일 때 나타났다. 또한 상대수심에 따른 수평 및 연직 파압은 상대수심이 증감함에 따라서 선형적으로 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. This study conducted hydraulic testing to assess the stability of two types of pyramid-shaped artificial reefs (ARs) constructed to promote the growth of shellfish and seaweed. Previous theoretical and hydraulic experimental studies have clearly demonstrated Froude similitude. The results of this study revealed that some dimensionless design parameters affected the stability of both types of artificial reefs under various wave and current field conditions (e.g., surf similarity parameters, water particle velocity, wave pressure). In the fixed bed condition, the dimensionless water particle velocity based on the surf similarity parameter was large (about 0.4), and in the moveable bed condition, the relative water depth based on the dimensionless wave pressure was low (about 0.11). In addition, horizontal wave pressure and uplift pressure varied by relative water depth, demonstrating the tendency for wave pressure to decrease linearly with increased relative depth. These findings indicate that the development of more stable design technology forartificial reefs should be based on long-term data and additional study of sliding due to wave action. The findings also highlight the importance of hydraulic experiments in solving problems that have emerged in the design and construction of artificial reefs.
