서해근,이상우,나재철,강신범,김준모 대한스포츠의학회 1999 대한스포츠의학회지 Vol.17 No.2
The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of phsical fitness, blood lipid, and lipoprotein before & after muscle endurance weight training of 12 weeks on the 8 middle-aged women of 39-51 years old. The method of muscle endurance weight training during 12 weeks was established to practice the training of 3 sets through repeated frequency of 30-35 times with the loading of the above subjects who retained 30-40 percentage of 1 RM. The results are as follows; 1. Weight, body fat, %fat, LBM, and BMI are founded to have a significant decrease. respectively, in the change of body composition(P<0.01). 2. Grip strength, back strength, trunk flexion, trunk extension, and vital capacity are founded to have a significant increase, respectively, in the change of physical fitness, while light reaction is founded to have a significant decrease(P<0.01). 3. HDL-C, APO-AI, APO-AII, AND FFA are founded to have a significant increase, while T-C, TG, LDL-C, APO-B, T-C/HDL, LDL-C/HDL-C, and AI are founded to have a significant decrease, respectively, in change blood lipid and lipoprotein(P<0.01). As the above results, muscle endurance weight training like aerobic exercise, especially, in middle-aged women, is demonstrated to have a positive effect in the improvement of body composition, the enhancement of physical fitness, and the metabolism of blood lipid lipoprotein.
써킷 트레이닝이 중년여성의 신체조성과 혈청 지질 및 지단백에 미치는 영향
서해근,이상우,나재철,강신범,김상권,김준모 대한스포츠의학회 2000 대한스포츠의학회지 Vol.18 No.1
The purpose of this study is to examine the changes of body composition, serum lipids and lipoproteins before & after circuit training of 12 weeks on the 7 middle-aged women 40-51 years old. The circuit training during 12 weeks was established to be 9 items, and then the training loading was practied to have 1/2 of maximum repeated frequency during 1 minute The results are as follows: 1. Weight, % fat, and BMI are found to have a significant decreased(p<0.05) of 3.0%, (p<0.01) of 4.30%, and(p<0.01) of 2.99%, in the change of body composition, respectively. LBM is found to have a significant increase(p<0.05) of 2.75% in the change of body composition. 2. TC and TG are found to have the decrease of 2.68% and 4.94% after training respectively in the change of serum lipids, but not to have a significance. And then also LDL-C is found to have the decrease of 10.54%, but not to have a significance. And then HDL-C and FFA are found to have a significant increase of 27.83% and 10.30%, respectively(p<0.01) 3. TC/HDL, LDL/HDL, and AI are founded to have a significant decrease of 25.08%, 31.25%, and 32.30%, respectively, in the change of arteriosclerosis index(P<0.01). As the above results, the circuit training like aerobic exercise, especially, in middle-aged women, is demonstrated to have a positive effect in the improvement of the beauty, body composition, arteriosclerosis, and the metabolism of serum lipid-lipoprotein.
지속적 런닝과 간헐적 런닝이 중년여성이 신체 구성과 혈청지질 및 지단백에 미치는 영향
서해근 대한스포츠의학회 2003 대한스포츠의학회지 Vol.21 No.1
The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of body composition, serum lipids and lipoproteins before & after continuous running(n=7) and intermittent running(n=7) training for 12 weeks on the middle-aged woman. The training based on all the subjects was practiced with the exercise intensity of 70% HRmax, and then, with 5 times a week, on running was also practiced without the rest during 30 minutes in the CRT group while the other was practiced with the repetitions of 3 times, during a continuous 10 minutes especially with the resting time of 10 minutes in the IRT group. The results are as follows: 1) Weight and BMI in the CRT and IRT groups were found to have the significant decrease of similar levels after training as the change of body composition, and then %fat and body fat were also found to have a very significant decrease, but to be more effective in the CRT group than in the IRT group. 2) TC and LDL-C in the CRT and IRT groups were found to have the significant decrease of similar levels. and then HDL-C was found to have the significant increase of similar levels after training as the change of serum lipid and lipoprotein. 3) Apo A-I in the CRT and IRT groups was found to have a significant increase after training as the change of apolipoprotein, and then Apo B was found to have a significant decrease but to be more effective in the CRT group than in the IRT group. As the above results, the continuous and intermittent running training in middle-aged woman, is found to have a positive effect in the improvement of the body composition and the metabolism of serum lipid and lipoprotein.
