      • Treadmill을 이용한 점증적 최대운동이 적혈구에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of all-out running with the treadmill on the haematological parameters. And then, the results of analyzing the red blood cell before and after in all-out running with the treadmill based on the university students of 7 males, are as follows: maximun oxygen uptake(1/min or ml/ kg/min) is found have to a significant increase pre and post graded maximal exercise. After the exercise, the red blood cell showed a significant increase. After the treadmill running, Hb. Ht, MCV, MCH and MCHC were found to be within the expected normal range for all subjects. As the above results, the severe exercise of short time is found to increase the red blood cell.

        인수방식이 인수기업의 공시효과에 미친 영향

        The acquisition of one firm by another is an investment made under uncertainty and the basic principles of valuation apply. Many literatures support the evidence that the benefits from acquisitions can depend on such things as strategic fits. One firm can acquire another in several ways and there are also different market reactions between a various merger type surrounding merger announcement. The three legal forms of acquisitions are merger or consolidation, acquisition of stock, and acquisitions of assets. In this paper, we examine whether stock market reactions are affected by the announcement of mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and these announcement effects are affected by the acquisition method such as acquisition of stock and asset, merger or consolidation. To investigate the goal of the paper, we consider macroeconomic factors as well as financial character such as financial crisis, business group, firm size and leverage which influence firm value changes following mergers and acquisitions. We classify mergers into three groups depending upon acquisition method and business group to determine which category is better to increase firm value for the shareholder’s wealth maximization after the mergers and acquisitions. Also, we include financial crisis period and firm characteristics to see how these factors affect firm value changes. In this regard, our research suggests additional important evidence about the effect of mergers on firm value with a case of an acquisition method in Emerging market. M&A in Korean financial market has good characteristics that are suitable to examine the value of equity of the firms following financial strategy change. In order to test the hypothesis, we use normal standard event study methodology with market-adjust model. The time horizon sets the announcement date as an event date and observes the performance of 20 days prior and after the disclosure date. Our sample consisted of 239 mergers of the firms announced from 2006 to 2011 and publicly listed and traded institutions reported by the KSE. The empirical results are summarized as follows: First, we find that the performances, measured in the rate of return, of M&A over-perform the market especially in the mergers. Second, the cumulative abnormal returns show positive relations with the size and profitability of the company but exhibit negative relations with the level of debt. Third, value of the firms with acquisition of stock (mergers) that are belong to business group has larger (smaller) return than the market before and after the announcement date. These results are consistent with the view that the increase in the expected rate of return due to mergers and acquisitions is more pronounced as the acquisition method fits. Our results suggest that the appreciation of financial share prices is attributable for the factors around mergers and acquisitions. 본 연구는 기업전략의 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있는 인수・합병(M&A)의 경제적 효과를 기존의 연구와 다르게 인수방식으로 분류하여 조사하였다. 이를 위해 표본을 영업양수, 주식취득, 합병 등 세 가지 인수방식로 나누어 조사한 다음 이들 인수방식을 선택할 가능성 및 선택방법에 따라 성과가 다른지를 기업집단 등의 기업구조특성 및 글로벌 금융위기와 같은 경제상황이 변화하는 관점을 고려하여 살펴보았다. 인수 공시일 전후를 대상으로 한 사건연구를 활용한 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공시 전후 기간에 인수방식 별로 비정상초과수익률로 측정한 기업의 성과에 차이가 발견되었는데 합병의 경우가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 기업집단에 소속된 기업은 영업양수나 주식취득보다는 합병을 이용하여 인수활동을 수행할 유인이 높고 글로벌 금융위기 이후에는 영업양수에 의한 인수가 늘고 주식취득에 의한 인수 가능성이 낮아진 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 인수방식에 따른 기업가치 변화에 영향을 주는 요인에는 인수방식과 기업집단 소속여부, 기업규모나 부채비율, 대주주지분율 등의 기업특성변수에 따라 다양한 결과가 도출되었다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 인수전략 수행시 인수방식이나 경기상황 및 해당 기업의 특성을 고려함으로써 보다 효율적인 결과를 유도할 수 있는 좋은 기준이 될 것이며, 부실한 인수・합병을 통해 유발되는 사회적 비용을 줄이는데 기여할 수 있다. 또한 경영활동 및 신규시장 진출을 위한 효과적인 기업전략을 발굴하고 관련정책의 효율성을 높이는 방안으로 인수전략을 활용하려는 학계, 실무자 및 재무적 투자자에게 실무적인 자료로 유용할 것이며, 투자정책 입안자들에게도 좋은 참고자료가 될 것이다.

        고강도와 중강도 운동이 혈장 글루타민 농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of high - vs moderate - intensity exercise on plasma glutamine concentrations in 6 male high school students. The study showed three main differences (1) plasma glutamine concentrations were increased in gradual maximal exercise and 80% VVO_2max exercise to compare with resting levels. (2) this amino acids concentrations were decreased in 60% VO_2max exercise. (3) plasma glutamine concentrations were returned to the rest levels in recovery 30 min after 60% or 80% VO_2max exercise. These results suggested that plasma glutamine concentrations after high - vs moderate - intensity exercise were different changes.

        비만 여대생의 트레드밀 걷기 운동이 혈청 지질 지단백 대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of acute hypobaric hypoxia on exercise performance and blood lactate concentration. Seven healthy young volunteers recruited to perform exhaustive graded exercise at a ground level of 258ft and at a simulated altitude of 14,000ft by turns. Each experiment was separated by 11 days. Heart rate, blood lactate concintration, OBLA, and the time spent on Performance were observed. The results are as follows ; 1. Rest heart rate in acute hypoxia was significantly higher than in normoxia. However, maximal heart rate in acute hypoxia indicated no significant difference. 2. There were significant differences in heart rate between altitudes. 3. OBLA in hypoxia was significantly faster than in normoxia. 4. The time spent on performance decreased significantly in hypoxia. In summary, rest heart rate increased in hypoxia due to decreased partial pressure of oxygen. But increased anaerobic metabolism by maximal graded exercise in hypoxia reduced time spent on performance and OBLA.

        트레드밀 걷기운동시 갑상선호르몬(T4)의 대사와 대사기질의 상관

        The purpose of this paper was to evaluated a effect of treadmill walking exercise on thyroid hormone metabolism and correlation of substrates, Seven obese female collegians pated as a subjects of this experiments. The results obtained in this study are summarized as followed. 1. Obese Group had 31.76% and Control Group 21.16% in %fat. 2. During 2-hour walking on the treadmill, the former recorded a mean HR of 145beats/min and the latter 131beats/min. 3. V˙O_2max/wt turned out 34.94ml/kg·min in the former and 44.76ml/kg·min in the later. 4. After exercise, the former group showed an increased in Thyroxine(T4) 1%, the later group decreased 5%. 5. After the walking exercise, the former group showed %fat(r=0.65) correlated with T4. 6. Obese Group revealed V˙O_2max/wt(r=0.70, p<.05), HRmax(r=0.92, p<.01) correlated significantly with T4. 7. After the treadmill walking, the former group showed PTH-C(r=0.74, p<.05), Norepinephrine(r=0.59) and the latter group showed HGH(r=0.85, p<.01) correlated significantly with T4. 8. Before and After the walking exercise, the former group revealed HDL-C(r=0.81, p<.01), the latter group revealed FFA(r=-0.81, p<.01) correlated significantly with T4.

      • 비만 여대생의 장시간 걷기 운동이 지질 및 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to investigate the effect of long-term treadmill walking exercise on plasma lipids and hormones in the case of obese female collegians. With 14(obese group : 7, control group : 7) female collegians who had turned 18 years old, the 120-minute treadmill walking exercise was administrated for the purposes of gaining some data for lipid parameters an lipolysis hormone-related parameters and of helping obese female students to maintain their physical fitness. It was concluded as following results : During the 2-hour walking on the treadmill, the obese group recorded a mean HR of 145 beats/min and the control group 131 beats/min. VO₂max/㎏ turned out 34.94 ㎖/㎏/min in the former and 44.76㎖/㎏/min in the latter. After the treadmill walking exercise, obese group showed on increase in growth hormone (113%), cortisol(94%), norepinephrine(66%), and FFA(263%). In contrast, control group's cortisol and FFA increased by 50%, 207%, respectively. After all, the results indicate that obese female students can improve their ability to exercise for a long time in the workout required endurance, by accelerating the lypolysis through the endocrine system and by facilitation energy metabolism through the mobilization and oxidation of FFA as the source of energy.

      • 서킷웨이트 트레이닝이 중년여성의 면역반응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study was to examine effect of circuit weight training on immune response in middle-aged women. Circuit weight training(9 items) are practiced for 12 weeks (4 times a week) based on exercise group : 7 and control group : 7, with 3 sets exercised during 50 minutes a s 1/2 of the maximum repetitions of 1 minute for each item in 9 items. WBC and CBC diff count were determined by cell counter. The results of this study can be summarised as follows : 1. The number of leukocyte, the percentage and absolute number of neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, eosinophil and basophil are found to have a significantly increase, respectively after 12 weeks circuit weight training in exercise group(p<.05, p<.0l). 2. However, the above 6 items are found to have no change after weeks in control group without exercise. 3. After 12 weeks circuit weight training. exercise group's neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio decreased by 15% while that of control group decresed by 2%. In the above results, the groups participated in 12 weeks circuit weight training is found to have a positive influence on immune response.

      • 12주간 유산소운동과 저항성트레이닝 복합운동이 중년여성의 혈중 지질·지단백 및 아포지단백 대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of lipid, lipoprotein and apolipoprotein concentration after 12-week combined aerobic exercise and resistance training. Subjects were composed of 8 middle-aged women. The training program was separated indoor running and muscular resistance training. The indoor running was composed of 60% HRmax, 20 minutes per day, 4 days per week, and the method of muscular resistance training during 12 weeks was established to practice the training of 3 sets through repeated frequency of 30-35 times with the loading of the load was gradually increased by measuring 1RM every 2 weeks. In the changes of serum lipid, lipoprotein and apolipoprotein concentration, T-C, TG, LDL-C, VLDL-C, T-C/HDL, LDL/HDL, Apo-B, Apo-B/Apo A-Ⅰ, AI, and Lipase showed significantly decrease as a result of 12-week combined exercise training, whereas FFA. HDL-C, Apo A-Ⅰ and A-Ⅱ revealed significantly increase after combined exercise training. In this result, it could be suggested that 12-week combined aerobic exercise and resistance training demonstrated positive effects to the changes of serum lipid, lipoprotein and apolipoprotein metabolism. Therefore, it is maybe thought that combined training program was ideal exercise type for the middle-aged women.

      • 서킷트레이닝이 중년여성의 호흡순환기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effect on cardiorespiratory function through circuit training based on middle-aged women. Circuit training(9 itemas) are practiced for 12 weeks(4times a week) based on exercise group : 7 and control group : 7, with 3set exercised during 50 minutges as 1/2 of the maximum repetitions of 1 minute for each item in 9 items. And then, the results of this study are as follows : V_(Emax)(p<.05), VO_(2max)(p<.01), VO_(2max) per weight(p<.05), and HR_(max)(p<.05) are found to have a significant increase respectively after 12 weeks circuit training in exercise group, but the above 4 items are found to have a decrease after 12 weeks in control group without exercise(p<.05). Through this study, the groups participated in circuit training are found to have a great effectiveness on the improvement of cardiorespiratory function.
