이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 야래자 설화가 생산형태 내지는 경제생활, 사회조직에 따라 조금씩 다르게 구연 된다. 장자못 전설은 표현에 따라서, 불교신앙에 대한 인식의 변화에 따라서, 옥녀당 전설은 화자의 사회적 지위와 신분에 따라 서로 상이하게 구연 된다.

The immune thrombocytopenia(ITP) is defined as a platelet count of less than 100,000/ L. It is generally known as characterized by the bleeding manifestations of skin and/or mucosa like ecchymosis due to low platelet count, but reports of the related intraosseous lesions are not common. The idiopathic bone cavity(IBC) is an empty space of the bone, which occurs mainly in the long bones. It is found predominantly in the mandible in case of the maxillofacial area. In general, it appears as an isolated unilocular lesion without the correlation of the teeth. Although the cause of the IBC is supposed to be associated with hemostatic problems, the etiology is unclear and it was not disclosed the relevance of specific systemic disease. In this present case, IBCs that occurred in mandible of patient who has IPT was treated by curettage with platelet transfusion.

Patients who have a moderate periodontitis with pathologic tooth migration of maxillary incisors, it is necessary not only periodontal treatment for reduce periodontal inflammation, but also orthodontic treatment to teeth repositioning. For orthodontic treatment, it is necessary to apply less force and careful considerations of the center of resistance of the tooth and optimal force of tooth movement. At this time, the segmental arch applied only to the target teeth, is more effective and predictable, because applied force and direction can be controlled. In addition, to design the orthodontic appliance that can prevent the unwanted tooth movement that used as an anchorage is important. In recent years, various types of skeletal anchorage system have been used for preventing loss of the anchorage. We reported the patient who had extruded maxillary central incisor due to pathologic tooth migration, treated by a successful periodontal-orthodontic multidisciplinary treatment using an orthodontic appliance designed to apply less traumatic force and reduce an anchorage loss.
고출력 레이저 다이오드 광원의 열저항 개선을 위한 하부층 두께 의존성 수정 모델

The design and control of thermal flow is important for the operation of high-power laser diodes (LDs). It is necessary to analyze and improve the thermal bottleneck near the active layer of an LD. As the error in prediction of the thermal resistance of an LD is large, typically due to the hyperbolic increase and saturation to linear increase of the thermal resistance as a function of thickness, it is helpful to use a simple, modified divergence model for the improvement and optimization of thermal resistance. The characteristics of LDs are described quite well, in that the values for simulated thermal resistance curves and the thermal cross section followed are almost the same as the values from the model function. Also, the thermal-cross-section curve obtained by differentiating the thermal resistance is good for identifying thermal bottlenecks intuitively, and is also fitted quite well by the model proposed for both a typical LD structure and an improved LD with thin capping and high thermal conductivity. 고출력 레이저 다이오드 광원의 안정적 구동을 위한 방열 관리는 필수적이며, 발열부인 활성층 근처의 열흐름에 있어 병목이 심하므로 그 부분의 열저항을 분석하고 설계에 적용하여 개선하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 띠형 발열구조를 갖는 레이저 다이오드 광원은 열전달층 두께에 따라 열저항이 지수함수적으로 급격하게 증가하다가 점점 선형적으로 포화되므로 열저항을 분석함에 있어서 오차가 큰 어려움이 있으며, 보다 정확한 열저항 모델링이 필요하여 수정된 두께의존성 모델함수를 제안하고 그 정확성을 검증하였다. 또한, 전산모사로 얻어낸 열저항의 변화경향성을 미분하여 열전달-단면적의 변화를 구하여 열병목 부위가 직관적으로 파악되게 하였고, 제안하는 모델함수의 열전달-단면적 결과와도 비교하여 분석모델의 예측 정확성을 부연 확인하였다. 고열전도 보조층을 활용하여 열저항이 개선된 구조에 대하여도 그 열전달-단면적 변화경향과 열저항 개선효과를 높은 정확도로 분석한 결과를 소개한다.

Normally, a corner cube retroreflector (CCRR) sheet is used as a Retroreflective mirror array (RRMA) in a volumetric display. Each CCRR unit reflects light in the retroreflective direction, which is parallel to the incident light, and it makes a blurred image, as it shifts the position of light within its dimensions. Adopting a “curved planar wall” and “parabolic focusing” (x-axis), a hybrid-t(transverse direction)-RRMA is proposed, to improve the image quality and brightness. The improvement of image contrast is achieved by tuning a “linear v-shaped groove” structure to a “parabolic v-shaped groove”. Also, the system has been simplified and the brightness enhanced 4 times by removing the half mirror.
골격성 III급 부정교합 환자에서 하악골의 이동량과 교합평면의 변화에 따른 술 후 안정성

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate postsurgical facial hard tissue stability after orthognathic surgery with/without posterior impaction in skeletal class III malocclusion patients, and to evaluate the horizontal relapse tendency, according to changes in anteroposterior discrepancy and occlusal planes. Methods: Ninety patients, who had undergone orthognathic surgery in Pusan National University Dental Hospital, were enrolled in this study. Three main groups were classified as follows: Thirty patients underwent mandibular setback bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy (BSSRO) only (BSSRO group, BG); another thirty patients underwent mandibular setback BSSRO and Le Fort I osteotomy with posterior impaction (posterior impaction group, PG); and another thirty patients underwent mandibular setback BSSRO and Le Fort I osteotomy without posterior impaction (non-posterior impaction group, NPG). Preoperative (T0), immediate postoperative (T1) and six-month follow-up period (T2) lateral cephalograms were taken, and various parameters were measured. The analyses were done by linear and angular measurements between T0-T1 and T1-T2, to evaluate postsurgical facial hard tissue stability. Results: Mean horizontal relapse rates were distributed from 11.81% to 19.08%, and there were significant postsurgical changes (0.52 mm~2.44 mm) at the B point in all 3 groups. But, there were no statistical differences on relapse rate among BG, PG and NPG patients. Conclusion: In this study, the postsurgical stabilities of BSSRO and Le Fort I osteotomy with/without posterior impaction in skeletal class III malocclusion patients were acceptable. There were no significant statistical differences in mandibular stability according to changes in anteroposterior discrepancy and occlusal planes.
