        비도시지역 개별입지 분포 특성분석

        The independently-located factories(ILFs) have been recognized as serious problems from the urban planning point of view in non-urbanized area. The problem has been rooted from the fact that the factories have caused environmental pollution, destroyed landscape, and affected human health. To solve these problems, it is necessary to find the distributional characteristics of ILFs. This study has intended to analyze the distributional characteristics of ILFs in non-urbanized area in Gimpo city, where ILFs have been heavily agglomerated, and serious environmental and human health-related problems have been shown. To reach this goal, we collected data related to ILFs located in Gimpo city from the ‘Factory Establishment Management Information System(FEMIS)’ (www.femis.go.kr). The collected data were displayed on a map. Finally, this study has tried to find the distribution patterns of ILFs from 2000 to 2013 using quadrat analysis. As a result, this study has found the following results: 1) concentric distributions appeared at the center and north-east of Daegot-myeon, south-west of Haseong-myeon and east and south of Yangchon-eup; 2) wide distributions appeared in Tongjin-eup.

        경관영역 및 공간유형별 대표 경관형용사 선정

        본 연구의 목적은 농촌경관의 주관적 평가를 위해 경관영역 및 공간유형별 대표경관형용사를 선정하는 것이다. 이 연구는 다음과 같이 3단계로 구성된다. 첫째, 농촌경관과 경관 형용사의 개념에 대한 정의를 위해 관련 문헌을 고찰하고, 그 정의에 기초하여 경관형용사를 선정하였다. 둘째, 농촌 경관 평가에 적합한 경관형용사 선정을 위해 1차 설문조사를 실시하였다. 셋째, 각각의 공간 유형에 적합한 대표 경관형용사 선정을 위해 2차 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과로, 본 연구는 경관영역 및 공간유형별로 12개의 대표 경관형용사를 선정하였다. This study has intented to select representative landscape adjectives in accordance with both landscape units and space types for subjective evaluation of rural landscape. This study was composed of the following stages: 1) to define the concept of the rural landscape and landscape adjectives through reviewing related literatures, and to list the landscape adjectives based on the definitions, 2) to execute primary survey to select landscape adjectives, best fit to evaluate the rural landscape, 3) to execute subsequent survey to select representative landscape adjectives, adequate to each space type. As a result, this study has selected a total of 12 representative landscape adjectives according to both landscape units and space types.

        전문가 설문조사를 통한 탄소중립도시 조성 단계별 이해관계자 역할 설정-충북 혁신도시를 중심으로-

        This study has intended to allot roles of stakeholders in accordance with development phases of a carbon-neutral innovation city, being constructed in Chungbuk-do. To reach this goal, this study has been composed of three steps. First, this study has described the development phases of carbon-neutral new city, set stakeholders of urban governance, and major governance activities according to development phases. Second, this study has performed a survey targeting twenty one professionals related to the topic based on several premises already set. Third, this study has employed an AHP (Analytical Hierarchic Process) to draw relative importance of stakeholders participants and to set priorities of roles of stakeholders by development phases. Based on the analysis, this study has shown the following results. First, the highest relative weights have been assigned to the public participants, especially central government. Second, as for roles of public participants, both central and metropolitan governments provide administrative and financial supports for participants, Third, companies to move-in draw up guidelines in planning phase, apply carbon-neutral techniques to their buildings in project promotion phase, and make operations and management policies in operations and management phase. Fourth, residents to move-in promote awareness of carbon neutrality in planning phase, monitor the promotion process in project promotion phase and the operations and management policies in operations and management phase. Finally, academias and experts advise techniques both in planning and project promotion phases and provide administrative and financial supports in operations and management phase.

        GIS를 활용한 청주시 생활권 생태네트워크 구축 방안

        This study has intended to build ecological networks in consideration of life-zones inside Cheongju city through biotope grade, GIS network analysis etc. This study consisted of following three steps. First, we selected core districts and core spot districts using land use patten and biotope grade. The core district included the first grade of biotope and forest land. The core district consisted of two sectors: east axis core, Uam mountain; west axis core, Bumo mountain. The core spot district included the first grade of biotope. The core spot districts consisted of two sectors: north axis base core, Myongshim park; south axis base core, Guryong park. Second, the base district included the second grade of biotope and park and school. We used buffering analysis within 500m of the base district and selected the new base district. Third, we connected core districts and base core districts using least cost analysis of GIS. Thus we built comprehensive ecological networks in consideration of life-zones through GIS.

        중복 구간 폐쇄 전, 후 서비스 수준 비교 분석

        The riverbed road of Musimcheon has been playing a role to spread urban arterial traffic flow from North to South or vice versa. But it has been argued that it is enough for the whole riverbed road without the duplicated section to satisfy the real traffic volume. It is necessary to compare the low service level between before and after duplicated section. The purpose of this study is to analyze the traffic patterns of Musimcheon riverbed road and to perform comparative analysis of the road service level before and after closing the duplicated section. To reach this goal, this study has analyzed the structure of the riverbed road by survey including traffic patterns. After that, this study has evaluated the service level using the collected data based on KHCS standard, and compared the results of service level before and after closing the duplicated section. Finally, this study has found the results as follows: The road service level evaluated before and after closing the duplicated section was same as B with no change, meaning that while traffic volume was concentrated due to closing the duplicated section. As a further study, it necessary to include neighbor roads to evaluate the road service level so that it is possible to analyze the impact as a whole.

        가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 이용한 농촌지역의 객관적 경관 평가 - 전북 고창선동권역을 대상으로 -

        This study was intended to evaluate the objective landscape of rural region using an additive integration index method in the Seondong region of Gochang-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Korea. This study consisted of the following three steps. First, this study developed an additive integration index calculation model for landscape assessment based on indicators and weight to each space type in accordance with three landscape fields which were developed by the expert Delphi method. Second, this study used NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and permeable area rate, which were available from high resolution satellite image, to calculate the green naturality degree, area rate, and building coverage respectively. Third, this study has calculated the landscape assessment index of rural regions using an additive integration index method made of assessment data and weight for each indicator. This study has found the following results: 1) landscape level was very poor in all 6 types of space, marking grade five; 2) while the highest level of natural landscape and mixed landscape was grade two, that of artificial landscape was grade five; 3) based on objective landscape, grade five showed the highest frequency, and grade one, two, three, and four followed in that order. 본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 고창군의 선동권역을 대상으로 가법형 통합 지수를 사용하여 농촌지역의 객관적 경관을 평가하는 것이다. 연구는 다음의 세 단계로 구성된다. 1) 농촌경관의 개념 및 평가방법을 살펴보고, 경관 평가지표와 가중치를 바탕으로 객관적 경관 평가를 위한 가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 개발하였다. 2) 경관 평가지표 즉, 녹지자연도, 면적률, 건폐율에 대한 주제도 구축을 위해 고해상도 인공위성 영상을 이용한 식생지수 및 투수면적률을 산정하여 GIS DB를 구축하였다. 3) 평가데이터 및 각 지표에 의한 가중치를 통해 작성된 가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 사용하여 공간유형별, 경관영역별, 객관적 경관 평가를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 공간유형별 양호한 경관으로 판단되는 2등급 이상의 비율은 경작지, 수공간, 산림, 시가화 지역, 주거지, 건물 순으로 나타났으며, 개발지가 포함된 시가화 지역, 주거지, 건물 등에서 객관적 경관은 열악하게 평가되었다. 2) 경관영역별 2등급 이상의 비율은 혼합경관, 자연경관, 인공경관 순으로 나타났으며, 개발지로 이루어진 인공경관의 객관적 경관은 열악한 상태를 보였다. 3) 객관적 통합 농촌 경관 지수의 범위는 4등급이 가장 높게 나타났고, 1등급, 2등급, 3등급, 5등급 순으로 나타났으며, 객관적 경관이 보통 이하인 3등급 이하가 약 56.5%로 통합 농촌경관은 열악하게 평가되었다.

        통합적 기후변화 대응 도시 조성 전략 우선순위 선정

        본 연구의 목적은 통합적 기후변화 대응을 위한 도시 조성 전략의 우선순위를 선정하는데 있다. 전략의 우선순위 결정을 위하여 도시계획, 생태도시계획, 기후변화 대응 도시계획 등의 연구를 실시한 25명의 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP 설문을 실시하였다. AHP 설문 조사 결과, 최종적으로 1)완화(탄소저감) 부문에서는 재생에너지, 자원순환체계확립, 대중교통활성화, 패시브디자인 등의 전략, 2)완화(탄소흡착) 부문에서는 도시림 조성, 도시 농업도입 등이 우선 순위 도시조성 전략으로 도출되었고, 3)적응 부문에서는 도시 수 공간 확보, 대기오염 관리, 우수 및 중수의 활용, 비점오염원 관리 등이 도출되었으며, 4)어울림 부문에서는 대중교통 네트워크 구축 프로그램, 에너지 저소비 도시공간 구조화 프로그램, 도시녹지 확보 프로그램, 지역사회 협력 프로그램, 주민교육, 탄소중립 생태 공동체 형성 등이 우선순위 도시조성 전략으로 도출되었다. This study intended to set priorities for urban planning strategies in integrated response to climate change. The expert AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey method was employed to verify the consistency, to calculate the importance, and to set priorities of strategies by 30 experts majoring urban planning, environmental planning, climate change, and so on. As a result of AHP survey, urban planning strategies with top priorities in integrated response to climate change are selected as follows: 1) Mitigation(carbon-reduction) : renewable energies, establishing the system of resource recycling and passive design 2) Mitigation(carbon-sequestration) : construction of urban greens, adoption of the urban agriculture 3) Adaptation : securing the water spaces, management of air pollution, using the rainwater and the heavy water, management of the nonpoint pollution source 4) Cultivation : programs about the establishment of public transportation network; the construction of low energy urban space; securing the urban green areas; the collaboration of communities, building the carbon neutral eco-communities.

        청주시 그린웨이 통합평가

        The purpose of this study is to conduct an integrated evaluation of the greenways in Cheongju City in terms of its visual landscape, ecological landscape, and physical connection. For this purpose, the study was conducted in the following four stages. First, evaluation indicators for greenway evaluation were selected based on reviewing previous studies, and field surveys were conducted. Second, findings from the field survey by each evaluation indicator were classified into 5 scales according to a statistical classification system. Third, an expert AHP survey on the evaluation indicators was carried out to calculate the weight of the indicators. Fourth, a greenway integrated-evaluation index was assessed using the findings from the field survey and the weight of indicators. The index was classified into 8 types. The results from the study were as follows. Among the greenways in Cheongju City, two locations (Toad ecological wetland section 2·3) were categorized as visual landscape superiority (type1); three locations (Toad ecological wetland section 1, Uam-mountain section 3, Sangdang Park section 2) as visual & ecological landscape superiority (type2); five locations (Uan-mountain section 1·2, Sangdang Park section 1) as visual & ecological landscape-physical connection inferiority (type3); one location (Jungang Park section 3) as ecological landscape superiority (type4); six locations (Uncheon Park section 2, Janggubong Park section 2, Geumcheon Sports Park section 1·2·3, Jungang Park section 2) as visual landscape-physical connection superiority (type5); two locations (Uncheon Park section 1, Jungang Park section 1) as physical connection superiority (type6) three locations (Janggubong Park section 3, Jungheung Park section 2, Sangdang Park section 3) as visual & ecological landscapephysical connection superiority (type7); and two locations (Uncheon Park section 3, Janggubong Park section 1) as ecological landscape-physical connection superiority (type8). The study result indicate that systematic planning is required for the rest of the greenways except of those categorized as type 7 having superior visual and ecological landscape and physical connectivity.
