한일 양국 직장인의 여가 활용에 대한 의식구조 비교 고찰

日·韓兩國の社會的構造はそれぞれの特徵を持ちながら發展しつつあって多樣なところにわたって兩國の文化の違いとしての社會的行動が見られる。得に組織內の人間關係をのぞいでみるとその國の文化の違いによる考え方の違いから産み出された社會的行動がところところに見られていると思われる。社會的行動の違いはその國の特徵として現れやすいことはもちろん、その影響は職場にも及ぼすことになっているとも言える。そこで文化の相違による意識はどう違っているのか。というところで職場を中心に意志調査を行って各項目別にアンケ-ト調査を行い、調査の內容は大きく分けでつぎの二つの項目である。 アンケ一ト調査の方法としては日本の職場にアンケ-トペ-パを依賴してチェックしていただいて韓國の調査でも韓國の職場にアンケ-トペ-パを廻してサラリ-マンは仕事と余暇の關係に關する意識の調査で日·韓國兩の余暇に關する意識をサラリ-マンを對象にして調査することにする。その結果、仕事と余暇に對しては日本の方が仕事優先で韓國の方は仕事と余暇の重さは兩方とも重要であることが明 らかになった。その次の一つである生き方を生活目標として理想的な職場人として基本になる價値觀の調査では未來の人生が中心になる傾向は韓國の方で現在の生活中心は日本の方が全般的に多かったことがわかった。 最後の宗敎の問題ですが韓國の方は傳統的な宗敎中心であるが日本の宗敎はとても複雜な問題の多いためアンケ-ト調査では結論が難しく今後の問題に殘しておきたいと思う。

학교장의 도덕적 지도성이 교사의 학교장 신뢰 및 교직헌신에 미치는 영향

This study aims to examine how principal's moral leadership influences on teachers' trust in him/her and their teaching commitment The study found that male teachers with longer career and higher status in elementary school rather than middle or high schools showed a high trust in principal's moral leadership, Teaching commitment showed a statistically significant difference in school levels. The elementary school teachers showed the highest teaching commitment, and then middle school teachers and high school teachers in the order of highest level of commitment. There is a statistically significant static correlation between principal's moral leadership and teachers' trust in principal and their teaching commitment, especially between a sense of educational profession, one of sub-variables of principal's moral leadership and teachers' sincerity, one of sub-variables of teachers' trust in principal, and between a sense of accountability, one of sub-variables of principal's moral leadership and teachers' love for teaching, one of sub-variables of teachers' teaching commitment. The study found that a sense of justice and accountability, two of sub-variables of principal's moral leadership have the highest influence on teachers' trust in principal and their teaching commitment, respectively. These findings suggest that high moral leadership of principal may enhance teachers' trust in principal and teaching commitment. 본 연구는 교사가 지각한 학교장의 도덕적 지도성이 교사의 학교장 신뢰 및 교사의 교직 헌신에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구의 결과 학교장의 도덕적 지도성과 교사의 학교장 신뢰에 대한 교사의 인식은 대체로 남교사, 교직 경력이 높은 교사가, 평교사보다는 부장교사가, 초등교사가 중등교사보다 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 교직헌신 수준은 학교급에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교 교사 순으로 교직헌신 수준이 높게 나타났다. 학교장의 도덕적 지도성과 교사의 학교장 신뢰, 교사의 교직헌신 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있으며 특히 학교장의 도덕적 지도성 하위변인 중 사명감과 교사의 학교장 신뢰 하위변인 중 성실성 간에, 학교장의 지도성 하위변인 중 책임감과 교직헌신 하위변인 중 교육애 간에 가장 높은 상관관계를 나타냈다. 학교장의 도덕적 지도성 하위변인 중 공정성 요인이 교사의 학교장 신뢰에 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 학교장의 책임감 요인이 교사의 교직헌신에 가장 큰 영향을 주고 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 학교 현장에서 학교장의 도덕적 지도성이 발휘될 때 교사의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있고 교사의 교직헌신을 제고시킬 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

한미 FTA를 중심으로 본 다국적 경제협력관계가 국내 염료산업에 미치는 영향

In keeping with the global trend, the Korean government is working strategically to expand its FTA network in an effort to gain access to global markets and enhance industrial competitiveness through trade liberalization. This study analyzes the economic impact of FTAs on the Korean dyestuff industry, an area where there have been relatively few studies to date. It is found that as Korea has FTAs with the EFTA, the ASEAN, the EU and other partners, exports of dyestuffs to Indonesia, Vietnam, Switzerland and India have surged dramatically. The Korea-U.S. FTA is expected to bring additional benefits to Korea``s dyestuff industry as well. In particular, as the textile industry (which consumes dyestuffs) exports more products to the U.S. market, the export of dyestuffs will increase significantly. For the domestic dyestuff industry to make the most of the FTA and increase its global market share, the industry should shift its focus from products intended for general use to high-tech and high-value-added products.

학교장의 도덕적 지도성과 교사의 동기부여적 자아개념 및 교직헌신 간의 관계

본 연구는 학교장의 도덕적 지도성과 교사의 동기부여적 자아개념 및 교직헌신 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 학교장의 도덕적 지도성이 교사의 교직헌신에 직접 미치는 영향과 교사의 동기부여적 자아개념을 통해서 간접적으로 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 학교장의 도덕적 지도성의 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 학교장의 도덕적 지도성과 교사의 동기부여적 자아개념 및 교직헌신 간의 상관관계를 분석하였고, 공분산구조분석을 통하여 가설적 경로모형의 적합도를 검증하였으며, 각 변인 간의 영향관계를 경로분석을 통하여 비교하였다. 연구의 결과, 학교장의 도덕적 지도성은 교사의 동기부여적 자아개념과 교직헌신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 교사의 동기부여적 자아개념은 학교장의 도덕적 지도성이 교직헌신에 미치는 영향에 긍정적인 매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 단위학교의 경영책임자인 학교장은 도덕적 품성과 능력을 바탕으로 동기부여의 중요성을 인식하고 교사의 동기부여적 자아개념을 증진시킬 수 있도록 학교조직을 효과적으로 관리함으로써 교사의 교직헌신을 높여 나아가야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among principal's moral leadership, teacher's motivational self-concept, and teacher's commitment to teaching. The correlations of these three variables and the effects of principal's moral leadership and teacher's motivational self-concept on teacher's commitment to teaching were also analyzed. The study verified the hypothetical path model, and examined the direct and indirect effects of principal's moral leadership on teacher's commitment to teaching. The results of the study show that there are significant positive correlations between principal's moral leadership, teacher's motivational self-concept, and teacher's commitment to teaching. It was found that principal's moral leadership affects teacher's motivational self-concept and commitment to teaching, and that teacher's motivational self-concept serves as a positive mediator to the effects of principal's moral leadership on teacher's commitment to teaching. Thus, the principal, as a leader of school organization, should recognize the importance of teacher's motivation and should encourage teacher's motivational self-concept to enhance teacher's commitment to teaching by managing school organization effectively.
