        윤리적 리더십이 직원들의 업무 열의에 미치는 영향: 심리적 자본의 매개효과, 조직 동일시의 조절효과

        최근 기업윤리 중요성이 점차 부각되고 있는 상황에서, 본 논문은 직속상사의 윤리적 리더십이 부하직원의 윤리적 기준과 원칙뿐 아니라, 직무열의에 영향을 끼치는지에 대한 연구가 목적이었다. 그리고, 윤리적 리더십이 직원 직무열의에 영향을 주게 된다면, 어떤 메커니즘을 통해 영향을 주는지 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 윤리적 리더십, 직무열의, 심리적 자본, 조직동일시 등과 관련된 기존 연구를 기반으로 아래와 같은 주요 가설을 수립하였고, 한국소재 국내기업과 외국계기업 직원 345명을 대상으로 연구조사 하였다. 위계적 다중 회귀분석을 통해 상기 가설을 검증하여 대부분 가설이 채택되었다. 첫째, 상사의 윤리적 리더십은 부하직원 직무열의에 긍정적 영향을 끼친다. 둘째, 이 과정에서 부하직원의 심리적 자본은 윤리적 리더십과 직원 직무열의 사이에서 매개역할을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 셋째, 부하직원 조직동일시의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구를 통해 윤리적 리더십이 직원의 윤리 기준뿐 아니라, 긍정적 태도(직무열의)를 형성하며 이 과정에서 심리적 자본이 중요한 역할을 수행한다는 사실을 밝혀, 기존 유사연구 결과를 지지하였다. 향후, 리더와 직원간 가치조화 (Value Congruence) 등을 활용한 연구 모델을 통해 윤리적 리더십과 직원의 태도, 행동, 성과 등에 대한 연구도 진행될 수 있을 것이다. This study has investigated into the relationship between ethical leadership and work engagement by examining psychological capital as mediator and organizational identification as moderator. A total of 345 employees from a major Korean domestic companies as well as multinational companies located in Korea have participated in this research. The findings of this study indicated that ethical leadership effectively fosters follower’s work engagement. In addition, psychological capital mediating the influence of ethical leadership on work engagement. In sum, this study has expanded the positive effects of ethical leadership on employee positive outcomes, and the meaningfulness of psychological capital could be re-illuminated by this study. However, organizational identification did not act as a moderating role. Implications from both theoretical and practical standpoints were discussed and several recommendations for future research were presented as well.

        '장(場)'과 '대속(代贖)' 행위의 관계 양상 연구

        손창섭의 1960년대 신문연재소설에 나타난 가부장제에 대한 비판과 양처 이데올로기의 균열 양상

        1960년대는 ‘현모양처’ 개념을 견고화하고 여성의 종속을 더욱 강화하여 가부장적 질서를 유지한 시기라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 손창섭의 신문연재소설인 『부부』(1962), 『인간교실』(1963), 『이성연구』(1965)를 대상으로 작가가 당대 가부장제의 위선을 폭로하고 허상으로서의 ‘스위트 홈’을 비판하고 있음을 분석하였다. 더 나아가 작가가 가장의 권위를 갖지 못한 남편들을 통해 가부장제를 균열시키는 담론을 구성하고 있음을 살펴보았다. 손창섭은 당대 가부장제를 ‘외도’가 ‘기부’라는 선행으로 위장되고, ‘폭력’을 합법화하는 사회사업의 이중성을 통해 설명한다. 가부장제는 가족(아내)에 대한 폭력을 동반하고 있으나 경제적 주체자인 가장은 개인의 성공과 국가의 발전이라는 명목으로 합리화하고 있는 것이다. 작가는 가부장제에 정당성을 부여할 수 있는 ‘헤게모니적 남성성’이 부재한 남성들을 중심 화자로 내세워 표리가 다른 가부장들의 위선을 들추기도 한다. 그리고 사회적으로 통념화된 부부 관계와 도리를 따르지 않게 함으로써 가부장제를 균열시킨다. 부부가 성적으로 동등한 지위를 가져야 한다고 주장하고, 담론화하기 어려운 남성의 성적 판타지와 가장의 무책임한 측면까지 언급한다. 그럼으로써 기존의 부부 관계를 재구성하는 측면을 보여준다. 또한 손창섭은 아내에게 요구하는 양처의 조건이 주부나 가족의 행복과 연결되기보다는 남편에 종속되는 이데올로기에 불과함을 보여준다. ‘스위트 홈’의 표상으로서 문화주택은 남편의 외도를 수용하면서 가사에 몰두하는 주부의 위치를 반영하는 장소로 나타나는 것이다. 작가는 1960년대 경제 부흥기에 저임금 산업 역군으로서 경제 발전에 기여하고 안락한 가정을 꾸리는 내조자의 역할에서 벗어난 아내들을 무조건 비판적인 시선에서만 그리지 않고, 부부의 상황에 맞는 아내의 역할을 부각시킴으로써 양처상의 다변화를 추구한다. 그리고 일반적인 양처상에서 벗어난 여성들을 나락으로 빠뜨리거나 계도하는 서사를 구성하지 않는 점도 주목된다. 물론, 손창섭이 이러한 비판을 하는 과정에서 대안을 뚜렷하게 제시했다고 보기는 어렵다. 그러나 ‘국가와 민족에 대한 헌신’ 등 가부장제에 권위를 부여하는 ‘헤게모니적 남성성’ 을 비판하고 사회의 모순과 위선을 들춰냈다는 점은 큰 의미가 있다. 또한 가부장적인 부부 관계를 해체하고 양처의 의미를 다변화하는 면모에 대해서도 긍정적인 평가를 할 수 있을 것이다. In the 1960's, patriarchal order was maintained as women were subordinated to the men by strengthening the concept of ‘a good wife and wise mother’. The study analyzed that Son Changseop exposed the hypocrisy and violence of patriarchal system during his time and criticized the ‘sweet home' as an false image through the novels such as 『Married couple』(1962), 『Human classroom』(1963), and 『Research on oppose sex』(1965)I that were serialized in a newspaper. Furthermore, the study examined the author dealt with discourse that patriarchal system is cracked and broken by husbands who have no authority in his home. Son Changseop describes the patriarchal social order at the time as the social work mechanisms that cover ‘injustice’ using good conduct such as ‘donation’ and ‘legalize’ ‘violence’ in league with privileged forces. The patriarchal system accompanies family ( wife ) violence under the mask of moral and a head of household as a main body of economic activity legalizes violence like this in the name of the nation’s development and personal success. The author makes males who have no the ‘hegemonic masculinity’ that gives validity to the patriarchy as a main speaker and a rift has started in the patriarchal system as they reject conjugal relations and duty accepted as social convention. He insists a married couple needs to have equal status in the sexual aspect and does not criticize or edify a woman for leading a loose life or having an affair. Moreover, he shows that existing conjugal relations are broken up and recomposed by mentioning males' sexual fantasy that avoids discussing and irresponsibility as a breadwinner that avoid discussing. Son Changseop shows that requirements for a good wife are just an ideology that a wife is subordinate to her husband rather than happiness related to a housewife or members of a family. A modern house, a symbol of ‘sweet home’, is a place that reflects only a meaningless position of the ‘good wife’ who accepts her husband's affair and buries herself in housework. The author does not unconditionally criticize wives who take off from the role of a supportive wife who has a loving family and contributes to the economic growth as a low-wage industrial player in the period of economic revival in 1960's and he pursues diversification of notions of the good wife by marking the role of a wife for a married couple's situation. Through this study, Son Changseop’s serial novels, which have gone unheeded during that time, are expected to be recounted in Korea's literary history.

        ‘몰아보기(binge viewing)’를 위한 OTT드라마의 스토리텔링 전략 연구 : 〈킹덤〉1,2를 중심으로

        본 연구는 ‘몰아보기’를 추동하는 OTT드라마 스토리텔링의 한 사례를 〈킹덤〉1,2를 통해 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 다음의 세 가지 전략을 제시한다. 첫째, 〈킹덤〉은 수용자가 전 시즌을 매끄럽게 감상할 수 있게 서사가 구조화되었기 때문에 TV드라마처럼 ‘화’로 구성되어 있더라도 영화에서처럼 이야기의 ‘분절’ 지점을 파악하는 것이 더 중요하다. <킹덤>은 총 6개의 분절로 구성되며, 각 분절에서 이 창의 적·주조력자·보조적 조력자가 바뀌면서 새로운 사건이 발생하고 수용자의 흥미는 고조된다. 둘째, 하나의 주제를 다룬 사건이 두세 개의 일화로 나뉘어 전략적으로 교차 편집되면서 이야기가 속도감 있게 전개되고 수용자의 추리 욕구와 긴장감이 충족될 수 있다. 이 기법은 영화 등에서 부분적으로 나타나는 전략이나, 〈킹덤〉에서는 작품 전체에 광범위하게 적용되었다는 차별성이 있다. 셋째, 기존 TV드라마의 플래시백 기법 중 ‘정보 제공’의 기능이 강화되고 있으며, 이를 통한 이야기의 신속한 전개는 몰아보기의 동기로 작용한다. 또한 몰아보기를 통해 수용자의 몰입이 극대화되는 가운데 플래시백은 보다 효과적으로 추리 요소 등을 강화시키는 수단이 된다. 무엇보다 〈킹덤〉이 작품성과 대중성 측면에서 모두 극찬을 받은 이유는 몰아보기를 위해 주조된 스토리텔링 방식이 현재를 살아가는 현대인이 공감할 수 있는 윤리적 주제를 부각하기 때문이다. 앞으로 OTT드라마의 수가 더 늘어나면, OTT드라마의 장르를 세부적으로 구분하고 기존 매체와 차별화된 스토리텔링 문법을 구축하는 데까지 나아갈 수 있을 것으로 여겨진다. 그러한 연구는 차후 과제로 남기도록 하겠다. This study aims to clarify an example of OTT drama storytelling that makes it possible to “binge viewing” through 〈Kingdom〉 and proposes the following three strategies. First, since the narration of 〈Kingdom is structured so that a viewer can enjoy the entire season smoothly, it is more important to grasp the "segmentation" point of the story like in a movie even if it is composed of "episodes" like a TV drama. 〈Kingdom〉 is composed of a total of 6 segments, and in each segment, Lee Chang"s enemies, main assistants, and auxiliary assistants change, creating new events and increasing the viewer"s interest. Second, by dividing an event dealing with a subject into two or three episodes, the drama strategically cross-edits the story, unfolding the story at a speedy pace, and satisfying the viewer’s reasoning desire and tension. This technique is a strategy that appears partially in movies, but in Kingdom, there is a difference that it has been widely applied to the entire work. Third, among the flashback techniques of existing TV dramas, the function of "providing information" is being reinforced, and the rapid development of the story through it acts as a motive for binge viewing. In addition, while immersion of the viewer is maximized through binge viewing, flashbacks are a means to reinforce reasoning elements more effectively. Above all, the reason why 〈Kingdom〉 has been highly praised in terms of both quality of work and popularity is because its storytelling method, designed to watch the drama all at once, highlights an ethical theme that can be shared by modern people living in the present. In the future, as the number of OTT dramas increases further, it is believed that the genre of OTT dramas can be classified and, accordingly, a storytelling grammar that is differentiated from the existing media will be established. Such research will remain as a future task.

        김원일의『슬픈 시간의 기억』에 나타난 죄의식의 표출과 과거 기억의 재현 양상

        『The Memory of Sad Times』 (2001) by Kim Won-il is a chain novel which deals with four elderly men who live in a nursing home and are awaiting their deaths after reminiscing on their painful past. This study focused on the expressive aspect of 'sense of guilt' of the four elderly men and observed the reappearance of past memories displayed in the work. The comfort woman who is the protagonist, foreigners' whore, a woman confined in patriarchal ideology, a teacher with cleft lip, and a weak intellectual are portrayed as historical marginal figures as well as the victims. However, through the. sense of guilt' and compulsive acts which bothered the protagonists, this work displays individual story excluded in public history as well as showed a mechanism where the representation of inflictor/victim was surpassed and the past became reconstructed Madame Han and Maam Cho Jung distort their past through self-focused confession and do not consider others such as their son or husband. In contrast to this, Scholar Yew of "I am afraid, and Jeong Ho Kim of 「I do not exist」. utilize the strained relations displayed in public history and in between the memories of others to break away from self-justification and view the past in an introspective manner. The past cannot be help but become reconstructed from the current time according to the external and internal perspectives However, in this work, the elderly-men stutter or speak in an illogical way due to their old age and a moment is suggested when they face their original sin in a paradoxical manner. Additionally, the return of the past is experienced through non-verbal phenomenon of 'physical My where original sin is imprinted' such as the My diagnosed with dementia, abnormalities in tones of lower My and stuttering symptoms, My fighting against disease, and loss of eyesight. Here, the reader is able to encounter the history of individuals who were excluded from the public discussion as well as the pain in the past history of Korea.

        김원일의 초기 단편소설에 나타난 애정 장애 양상과 자기파괴적 사랑의 의미

        본고는 김원일의 초기소설에 나타난 극단적인 폭력성이 남녀의 애정 양상에서 가장 잘 드러난다고 보고, 애정 서사 안에서 남녀의 관계성과 폭력성이 어떻게 나타나는지 분석하였다. Ⅱ장에서는 남성의 시선이 전환하면서 비슷한 성격을 지닌 여성이 다르게 이미지화 되고, 애정에도 문제가 생기는 양상을 살펴보았다. 여성의 이미지가 숭고화되면 남녀의 사랑은 낭만성을 가지게 된다. 남성 주인공도 건전한 청년이 되는 것을 지향하며 표면적으로 여성을 진심으로 사랑하는 것으로 나타난다. 죽은 아내에 대한 애도가 성공적으로 이루어지거나 순결한 여성의 면모를 죽음을 통해 극대화하고 있어서 애정에 장애가 생기지 않는다. 반면 <나쁜 피>, <절망의 뿌리>, <굶주림의 행복>, <오늘 부는 바람>, <마음의 죽음> 등에 이르면 여성의 숭고화는 중단되고 현실을 자각하지 못하는 ``순진무구한`` 소녀로 위치가 전락한다. 남성도 여성에게 강간 살인을 저지르는 반사회적인 모습으로 변모한다. 여성의 숭고화 유무가 ``애정 장애``와 깊게 연관되고 있는 것이다. Ⅲ장에서는 남성의 우울한 감정과 그로 인한 ``애정 장애``가 결여된 아버지와 공포스러운 어머니의 존재성에서 기인된 것임을 알아보았다. 문제적인 것은 여성에 대한 숭고화를 중단하고 고향의 실재와 대면하면서 애정장애가 시작되었다는 점이다. 60년대 소설과는 다르게 70년대 이후 김원일의 단편소설에서 순진무구한 여성은 남성에게 고통스런 고향을 불러내고 가장의 의무를 지우는 존재로 전환한다. 이러한 여성에 대한 남성의 폭력성은 고통스런 고향의 실체를 표면화한 것이자, 아버지의 빈 자리를 들추는 모성적 초자에 대한 거부를 나타낸다. 그러나 남성 주인공의 자기파괴적인 사랑은 역설적으로 귀향을 소망하는 몸짓이었다고 할 수 있다. 여성에 대한 숭고화를 중단하고 ``전면적인 사랑의 소멸``과 ``공백으로서의 고향``을 대면했기 때문에, 후에 어머니에 대한 이해를 보여주는 작품을 발표하고 아버지를 본격적으로 이야기하는 장편소설로 나아갈 수 있게 된다. It has been considered that the extreme violence displayed in Kim Won Il``s initial short story was revealed well in the affection between male and female, and analysis was conducted on how male and female relationship and violence was revealed within the narrative story on love. In chapter II, a female with similar personality revealed by the male``s gaze was imaged, and an examination took place on the aspect of how problems formed within the affection. As the woman`s image become sublimed, the affection between the male and the female gains romanticism. In terms of the male character, he is oriented as a healthy young man ad his grief for his dead was took place successfully as well as maximizing aspects regarding pure women through death, preventing him from gaining an affection disorder. On the other hand, according to works such as <Immoral Blood>, <Root of Despair>, <Happiness of Starvation>, <Wind that blows today>, <Death of the Heart>, the sublimity of women are cased and the position degenerates into young ``naive`` girls that are not awaken to reality. Also, the society turns into a antisocial society as males committed rapes and murders against women. The reason why males exercise violence on females is because they recall memories of their hometown, which they want to erase from their minds. Another reason is because they want to get rid of their duties as a patriarch. Due to the memories of their unfortunate hometown, males lose the base of their existence, and affection disorder forms. In chapter III, ``melancholy`` emotions within the male forms due to the trauma of losing his hometown, As a result, the cause of the ``affection disorder`` was attributed to the absence of his father and tough mother. He loves his mother, but in order to escape from the fear of the maternal superego that fills the empty space at the same time, the females in the work died from diseases or suffered from violence or were even killed. In addition, the ``melancholy`` male proceeds by signifying violence as self-hatred and even suicide. Thus, he ceases subliming his horrific mother, and the male character going back to his hometown and the place of his Father`s absence can be seen as a hopeful action to returning back to his home. He no longer fantasized his horrific mother as a sublimity of a female and faced the reality by describing her as an ``overall loss in affection``. From then on, he was able to sincerely understand his mother. Moreover, based on these strengths, he was able to open doors towards writing a novel about his ``father``.

        최인호의 1960~1970년대 중단편 소설에 나타난 도시 재현 양상과 사랑의 윤리학

        In studies about modern novels, it is important to examine life in the city and ponder upon the roles of literature. The purpose of this study was to target on short novels by Choi In Ho written between the 1960`s to 1970`s and analyze how urbanization is isolating individuals through drastic developments led by the nation. Additionally, the ethics of love was looked into in order to dismantle the barriers between individuals or within communities (neighbor). The city (Seoul) in South Korea back in those days, portrayed in the novel by Choi In Ho, were developed splendidly on the surface. However, the isolated phenomenon of human beings was hidden within. Spaces like the ancient palace and Myeongdong were full of hatred and mistrust about others, and people set their neighbors living in the same apartment as the targets of curiosity and jealousy merely due to the reason that they do not know them well. The author points out how urban development and civilization mechanism are identical to the process of continuously setting others as strangers. In order to become a healthy member of the community, one must overwork oneself like an ergate, and all the regulations of the community must be obeyed to become a considerate neighbor. Moreover, city dwellers aim for a happy marriage by meeting a lover, but ‘romantic’ love was discouraged. In a city which only promotes growth, love is not considered a natural emotion, but it becomes corrupted to ‘conspicuous’ love in which economic abilities and outward appearance become prioritized. Sexual pleasure based on the Principle of Equivalent Change was to be enjoyed in order to make up for the sense of loss, but they could not break away from the alienation phenomenon. Sexual love can be recognized as another face hidden behind the ideology which claims to aim for romantic love. Amongst these situations, Choi In Ho considers the construction of ethics where individuals and neighbors can lead on a public life by exceeding the love between opposite genders. The ethics of love needed to construct an urban community for coexistence can be thought of by making connections to the concept of ‘thankfulness’ by Simmel that can lead to whole personal relations as well as the love which goes ‘beyond law’ as claimed by Lacan. These analyses will stand as evidence to re-evaluate Choi In Ho`s literature during those time periods.

        최인호 소설에 나타난 보행자의 존재성과 도시 공간의 재장소화 양상

        The study aims to demonstrate the changes of the author``s literary world by analyzing aspects of the recreated urban spaces through the existence of pedestrians in novels by Choe Inho in the 1970’s. In the works of the years, which had been published since his debut, protagonists rather wander under unhappy situations like a disconnect between enthusiasm for others and unsatisfactory reality or get out of fatigue in daily life through spare time than raise the issue of a structural contradiction in society. They walk like a prisoner or meander in his novels. The walk shows the protagonists are petty bourgeois who go through many trials and such characters maintain and strengthen repressive and routine space. However, there are two aspects of change in the late 1970``s. First, while pictures in the newspapers or images on the TV that can distort the original are political power mediums, a pedestrian appears as an existence that faces reality in the novel “Mask Ball”. The pedestrian, who is awakened, is able to find out a mechanism that media outlets control the public like a puppet. Furthermore, in the novel “Ant and Tower”, the author perceives the public as not only an existence that is captivated by sadism and sexuality but an agent of resistance by comparing them to “a worker ant which regains its wild nature”. He shows a way to resist discipline through the public who monopolize the media mechanism based on power such as mass media and daily life system in their own way. At this point, apartments symbolizing economic development and wealth become a ‘festival’venue where the public, who recover their wild nature, celebrate themselves. Second, a man is self-reflexive in his works in the late 1970``s. In his novel “Raise a Well Bucket”, reality and unreality meet at the street and the city is turned into metaphorical space to rebirth as reflective image through a pedestrian , who roams the streets of a city at prohibited night time. The pedestrian``s step indicates criticism of the frivolous city and men in the novel. The pedestrian is at his wife``s side for the delivery and becomes a man who is able to love his child and to make others welcome. In the work “Organ in My Mind”, something similar appears. The brothers, who are self protective, repeatedly go out into the streets and try to love themselves and to renew relations with others. The city where stealing and prostitution thrive is changed into space to shape the future at the same time. Analysis of the works shows that novels by Choe Inho in the late 1970``s embody rebellious people through literary devices and contain aspects to taking some time for introspection and making others welcome by throwing off isolation.

        지하련의 작품에 나타난 신여성의 연애 양상과 여성성 : 「가을」, 「산길」, 「결별」을 중심으로

        본고는 1940년대 여성작가 지하련의『결별』,『산길』,『가을』에 나타난 사랑의 서사를 여성주체를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 또한 ‘신여성(애인)-기혼남성-신여성(아내)’을 축으로 애정 관계를 분석하는 과정에서 그들의 여성성이 어떻게 드러나고 있는지 고찰하였다. 2장에서는 기혼남성과 신여성에게 ‘연애’가 어떤 의미를 지니고 있는지 알아보았다. 기혼남성은 자신의 불륜을 도덕성으로 승화시키면서 어렵지 않게 가장의 권위를 회복할 수 있었던 반면, 그를 사랑했던 여성은 방탕한 존재로 이미지화된다. 그런데 지하련은 이러한 남성 주체의 도덕적 가면까지 들추고 있다는 측면에서 문제적이다. 지하련의 소설에서 여성에게 ‘연애’는 가부장적 질서로 대변되는 기존의 인습과 ‘결별’ 하는 수단인 동시에 근대적 주체로 설 수 있는 통로가 된다. 3장에서는 지하련의 작품에 나타난 신여성을 ‘아내’형과 ‘탈주’형으로 나누고 그들의 욕망과 여성성을 살펴보았다. ‘아내’형 여성은 자신의 위치를 지키려 하지만 동시에 남편의 부도덕함을 논리적으로 파악하는 이중적 성격을 보여준다. ‘탈주’형 신여성은 가부장적인 남편으로 인해 여성의 존재에 대해 자각하고 연애를 시도한다. 그러나 그녀들이 사랑하는 사람이 가부장적인 기혼남성이기 때문에 근대적 의미의 사랑을 추구하려는 욕망은 실패할 수밖에 없다. 한편 이러한 ‘탈주’형 여성은 감성을 동반한 이성·독립성·논리의 영역에 있다는 측면에서 의의가 있다. 그 동안 남성작가에 의해 왜곡되어 온 신여성의 연애와 여성성이 남성성과 여성성의 이항대립적 이해에서 벗어나 그 진정한 의미가 드러나고 있다는 측면에서 지하련의 작품에 의의가 있다고 여겨진다. This paper focusing on woman's identity, discusses a description of love shown in Separation, Mountain Road and Autumn of 'Ji Ha-Ryun' works, a female writer in the 1940s. It also discusses how femininity is revealed through analysis of the love relation with the axis of new woman(sweetheart)-married man-new woman(wife). Chapter 2 examines the meaning of 'love' for a married man and a new woman. While the married man could nearly recover the power of head of family by subliming his immorality with morality in Autumn, Mountain Road, a woman becomes an image of a dissipated person. Ji Ha-Ryun has a significant meaning at the aspect of exposing even the moral disguise of the man's identity. In 'Ji Ha-Ryun''s novel, 'love' is not only a means by which a woman separates from existing tradition that represents patriarch order, but also a pathway that can be a modern identity. Chapter 3 discusses the new woman depicted in Ji Ha-Ryun's work into type 'Wife' and type 'Escape' and examines their desire and femininity. In Mountain Road, a wife tries to keep the position of a wife and at the same time, shows dual aspect that tries to expose the immorality of a husband. However it mainly shows dual aspect that logically grasps the hypocrisy of a husband rather than of a maternity a type 'Wife' of woman. On one hand, type 'Escape' of new woman perceives the existence of a woman by patriarch husband(Separation) and tries a love(Autumn, Mountain Road). But, the desire that tries to escape from the patriarch order and to pursue a true love can't but always face because the person they love is a married man. But this type 'escape' of woman has a meaning at the aspect of being not in a category of emotion, darkness, and maternity like a new woman of an image in the work of male writer, but being in reason with emotion, independence and logic. 'Ji Ha-Ryun's work' is significant in presenting the true meaning of a love of new woman that has been distorted by male writers and its femininity is exposed by the views of female writer.
