자주식 휠체어 접근성 실태에 기반한 대학 건물 3차원 접근성맵 제작 - 충북대학교 사례를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to evaluate accessibility condition of buildings in a college from manual wheel chair users' perspective in order to suggest improvements, and to develop 3D accessibility maps in order to assist manual wheelchair users' prior planning for the building use. In May 2020, on-site investigation was held to three buildings in Chungbuk National University. Major findings were as follows. (1) There were some building entrances that showed level difference over 2cm without proper ramp with slow slope 1/8 or less. (2) Some rooms were found to have accessibility issues to have floors with height more than 2cm, and/or to have no height-adjustable desks. (3) Although accessible restrooms were in good condition for manual wheelchair users' access and use, it is suggested to install accessible restroom for each gender in each floor for better access. Using the study results, 2-dimensional accessibility maps for each floor were developed in color and grayscale, which were further developed into 3-dimensional accessibility maps for each building.

We investigated the growth feasibility of polycrystalline Si film on mica substrate for the transfer of the layer to a plastic substrate. The annealing temperature was limited up to $600^{\circ}C$ because of crack development in the mica substrate. Amorphous Si film was deposited on mica substrate by PECVD and was crystallized by furnace annealing. During the annealing, bubbles were formed at the Si/mica interface. The bubble formation was avoided by the Ar-plasma treatment before amorphous Si deposition. A uniform and clean polycrystalline Si film was obtained by coating $NiCl_2$ on the amorphous Si film and annealing at $500^{\circ}C$ for 10 h. The conventional Si lithography was possible on the mica substrate and the devices fabricated on the substrate could be transferred to a plastic substrate.

In this paper, we proposed a Ku-band antenna that can be mounted on UAV. A proposed antenna structure has small size and light weight. It is considered long distance communication environment(LOS) and equipped UAV. Proposed antenna is designed $16{\times}2$ aperture coupled microstrip patch array antenna for high gain characteristics. In the measurement results, VSWR is less than 1.5 and the gain is over 21dBi in the bandwidth. Mechanical specifications of antenna assembly are ${\phi}250{\times}200mm$ of size and 3kg of weight.
레이저 치료 이후 3차 의료기관에 내원한 환자의 조직검사를 통해 진단된 병변 518예에 대한 고찰

Background: As the use of laser therapy for skin lesions has increased significantly, laser treatment is performed in many cases without an accurate diagnosis. Objective: This study aimed to analyze cases in which skin lesions recurred or remained after laser treatment by investigating the clinicopathological diagnosis. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the patients who visited the Seoul Saint Mary’s hospital from January 2011 to December 2020, the clinical records of 518 cases of patient who had a history of laser treatment and underwent histopathological examination. Results: The number and proportion of patients who visited the hospital showed a steadily increasing trend for 10 years. In 187 patients, the time between laser treatment and hospital visits was >1 year. The most common site of lesions was the face (66.2%), especially the cheek (29.3%) and nose (12.2%). Final diagnosis of the lesion yielded 59 cases (11.4%) of premalignant diseases and 55 cases (10.6%) of malignant tumors, and the rate increased with increasing age. The most common malignant tumor was basal cell carcinoma (69.1%), followed by squamous cell carcinoma (14.5%) and malignant melanoma (12.7%). Conclusion: In this study, we found that laser treatment for premalignant and malignant tumors is not rare. This study emphasizes that indiscriminate laser treatment should be avoided, and an accurate diagnosis and proper medical treatment by an experienced dermatologist are needed.
