The refractive index of the laser interferometer is compensated using the simultaneously measured variations of room temperature and humidity in the method. In order to investigate the limit of compensation, the stationary test against two fixed reflectors mounted on the zerodur plate is performed firstly. From the experiment, it is confirmed that the measuring error of the laser interferometer can be improved from 0.12㎛ to 0.17㎛ by the application of the method. Secondly, for the verification of the compensating effect, it is applied to estimate the positioning accuracy of an ultra precision aerostatic stage. Two times of the refractive index compensation are performed to acquire the positioning error of the stage from the initially measured data, that is, to the initially measured positioning error and to the measured positioning error profile after the NC compensation. Although the positioning error of anaerostatic stage cannot be clarified perfectly, it is known that by the compensation method, the measuring error by the laser interferometer can be improved to within 0.15μm. Purpose: As a complication of atopic dermatitis (AD), the incidence of hypoproteinemia is increasing among infants with severe AD. It can be a life-threatening condition owing to hypovolemic shock as a result of hypoproteinemia. The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical feature and laboratory findings in pediatric AD patients with hypoproteinemia. Methods: Seventy-five patients who visited pediatric allergy clinic and diagnosed as AD by a physician from January 2005 to January 2012. Patients with low serum protein level were classified as group A (n=27) and those with normal serum protein level were classified as group B (n=48). Age, sex, and parental allergic history were studied. We examined serum protein and albumin, eosinophil count, C-reactive protein (CRP), serum eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), total IgE, specific IgE, skin culture and SCORing Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD) score. Results: In group A, serum protein and albumin were lower and eosinophil count, CRP, ECP, total IgE and SCORAD score were higher than group B. Group A was sensitized more number of allergens than group B. In parental allergic history, allergic rhinitis was prominent in both group. In skin culture, other species than Staphylococcus aureus were prominent in group A. Egg sensitization was the most common in both group. Serum protein level was positively correlated with serum albumin and negatively correlated with eosinophil count, total IgE, SCORAD score and number of sensitized allergen. Conclusion: Risk factors for hypoproteinemia in pediatric atopic dermatitis are considered infants, severe atopic dermatitis, increased number of sensitized allergens. 본 논문은 고속 위상 고정이 가능한 새로운 듀얼 슬로프 위상고정루프를 제안한다. 기존의 듀얼 슬로프 위상고정루프는 각각 2개의 전하펌프와 위상 주파수 검출기로 구성되었다. 본 논문에서는 위상차에 따라 전하펌프의 전류를 조절해 하나의 전하펌프와 위상 주파수 검출기만으로 듀얼 슬로프 위상고정루프를 구현하였다. 제안된 회로는 0.35㎛ CMOS 공정 파라미터 값으로 HSPICE 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 회로의 동작을 검증하였다. 제안된 듀얼 슬로프 위상고정루프의 위상 고정 시간은 2.2㎲로 단일 슬로프 위상고정루프의 위상 고정 시간인 7㎲보다 개선된 결과를 얻었다. This paper presents a new fast locking dual-slope phase-locked loop. The conventional dual-slope phase-locked loop consists of two charge pumps and two phase-frequency detectors. In this paper, the dual-slope phase-locked loop was achieved with a charge pump and a phase-frequency detector as adjusting a current of the charge pump according to the phase difference. The proposed circuit was verified by HSPICE simulation with a 0.35㎛ CMOS standard process parameter. The phase locking time of the proposed dual-slope phase-locked loop was 2.2㎲ and that of the single-slope phase-locke loop was 7㎲.

This paper presents a new fast locking phase-locked loop. Although the conventional fast phase-locked loop has two tuning loops, a proposed phase-locked loop was realized using just one tuning loop. The proposed circuit was simulated by HSPICE with a standard CMOS 0.25㎛ process parameter.

The legitimacy of all beings becomes the essence of its vitality not only as an idealistic value but it existentially becomes the essence of its vitality as well. The discussion on orthodoxy and heresy in the theory of Confucian orthodoxy is about legitimacy that comes from nature as a basis of existence for the ought (das Sollen) and the is (das Sein). Western political and sociological legitimacy is more concerned with the social and political needs of the group than the individual morality and therefore is linked to the need for voluntary subordination of internal members for the maintenance and solidarity of the group. Discussions on the legitimacy of Confucianism place more emphasis on the essence of human beings for individual moral completion than on the need to maintain the dynastic state and social system. Therefore, the discussion on the Confucian legitimacy does not remain only at the idealistic value, nor does it not merely focus on the effectiveness of maintaining and bounding political and social groups. In the end, the discussion on the legitimacy of Confucianism is a prerequisite required for achieving the ideal goal that human beings, who are realistic subjects, should realize, and a discussion on the indispensable elements of moral practice. The discussion on establishing the meaning of legitimacy may vary depending on time and place, but the essential contents are ultimately concluded with the origin of the existential inception of human beings and all things and the practical method of maintaining and inheriting it. The basis of universality for the moral norms of human society is expressed as the reason or the justice and the like in both East and West, and the subjective subservience of the inner side based on this ultimately comes to conscience. Therefore, universal values based on human conscience are indicators of orthodoxy and heresy. The universal norm of “Zhong(moderation)” as Confucian legitimacy is to indicate that the legitimacy of the Confucianism becomes the essence of its vitality not only as an idealistic value but it existentially becomes the essence of its vitality as well. In the end, the legitimacy of Confucianism is the concept of “orthodoxy” that maintains and inherits the inceptional value or thinking of “moderation” that derives from Emperors Yao and Shun, and the orthodoxy of Confucianism is the maintenance of academic legitimacy through the succession of “moderation” and the preservation of the vitality of the ontological order. Therefore, the focus of criticism on Taoism and Buddhism in the theory of Confucian orthodoxy is that the statements of Taoism and Buddhism are weak as the basis of “moderation” which is the substantive standard of Confucian norms, and that the statements cannot achieve the goal of Confucianism ultimately. Therefore, as the “moderation” as the legitimacy in Confucian orthodoxy theory is the academic basis and prerequisite and at the same time is the vitality as the kernel, the discussion on “moderation” continue without interruption and is bound to be fierce. In the end, the essential purpose of the Confucian orthodoxy theory is to realize the moral completion of the world and human beings and the Confucian goal of making people become saints through the proper understanding and succession of “Moderation.”

To fabricate microsized poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) beads of uniform size and density on poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) fis, we introduce an electrospraying technique that uses a target electrode applied with an ac electric fid. Using the apparatus and various material properties, we could obtain uniform size PMMA beads which were deposited on the thin PET film. The optical properties, transmittance and light diffusivity of the fis electrosprayed with the PMMA were characterized. The results show that the sprayed beads appear to act as a good optical diffuser, like microlenses. To understand the effect of process variables, applied field conditions and rheological properties, the morphological pictures of the deposited particles were investigated through the optical and scanning electron microscope.
