This paper focuses on possibility to design and fabrication new combination of bullet core to substitute current toxic material of heavy metal such as lead by environment-friendly ones. The core is designed as dual structure to manipulate the core center of gravity easily by combining materials, which of basis is tungsten of low cost and easily acquired. Those combinations are W-M series such as W-Cu, W-Sn, W-Cu-Sn, and W-Cu-Ni to target the density of lead, $11.34g/cm^3$ through powder-metallurgy. Out of four, combination of W-Cu-Ni shows the highest compression density of 96% and is confirmed as the most suitable substitution for lead due to the excellent property of matter and sintering. All combination samples is simulated on the PRODAS software for designing and structure analysis by adjusting the center of gravity of dual core samples forward and backward. The simulations confirm the similarity of current bullet core with respect to properties of mass, aero dynamics, and flying stability.

HALS (Hypermidia Aided Learning System) is very useful computer networking educational system in knowledge-driven society, and has been developed by Kyungwon University. This system has three characteristics; 1) face-to-face learning, 2) ultra high-speed information networking, 3) web-based hypermedia courseware. So, the purpose of this paper is to introduce the application to engineering educational program (electrical engineering: electric power system, control system). For this purpose it is described the definition and characteristics of HALS. Next, it is represented the model of electrical engineering educational program applied to HALS and the developed courseware.

2중 코어 구조의 소화기용 친환경 탄자 제조 및 특성 분석

This paper focuses on the properties analysis of 9mm bullet dual structure core to substitute current lead core by environment-friendly combination of W-Cu-Ni system high density composite materials. So the four combination samples were made of dual core with the different center of gravity location backward or forward compare to that of lead type bullet, and we experimented about the performance of 9mm bullet dual structure core. In the experimental results, the outer shape of core of four environment friendly samples on the target maintain marginally, while the current lead core bullets are completely crushed after hitting the target. The penetration depth of environment friendly samples excel seven times to lead type bullet and the three out of four samples with forward adjusted center of gravity penetrate deep as twice as ones backward. The impact tolerance of all four samples satisfies military specification, however, more firing tests are required to improve reliability of scattering distribution.

One of the most important constraints in Yakut is connected with syllabic structure. Its syllabic structure is based on CV. So the constraint of "NoGeminates" is strictly applied. And the harmony between features is also considered important. Yakut has the strict constraint on the phonotactical relations. In Yakut a feature [constricted glottis] works more vigorously than [voiced]. This feature is combined with a feature [+back] or [+lab], making new constraints on the initial place: *#[+back, -CG], *# [+lab,+CG]. Finally, consonantal assimilation in obstruents of Yakut is dominated by 2 lows of constraints. This paper is focused on practical applicability of the optical fiber sensor considering the machine center which is going to use them. Optical fibers may be fluctuated because the machine center operates as column moving type. This causes distortion of the sensor output signal. To reduce this problem, we have improved the sensor structure and its bracket. And we evaluated performances of the sensor.

고전력수용가포털(Consumer Portal)은 소비자의 다양한 장치들과 광역 네트워크, 그리고 에너지서비스사업자 (ESP: 한전 등)의 서비스 애플리케이션 플랫폼을 연결하는 물리적 링크이자 논리적 결합으로, 전력서비스 체계에서 소비자-공급자 간 정보교환과 서비스 거래를 담당하는 양방향 통신의 핵심 인프라로서 포털이다. 전력수용가포털(Consumrr Portal)의 성공적인 설계와 개발을 위해서는 효율성, 경제성, 확장성을 고려한 서비스 중심적 표준화 전략이 중요하게 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전력수용가포털 설계에 필요한 XML기반의 표준화 안을 psXML(Power System XML)로 제안하고 이를 설계, 구현하여 실제 구축 중인 시스템에 적용하였다. 이는 네트워크 및 프로세서 부담을 최소화할 수 있는 수용가포털을 위한 개방형 표준을 구현한 것이다. RConsumer Portal is defined as a combination of hardware and software that enables two-way communication between energy service providers(ESP, like KEPCO) and equipment within the consumer's premises. The portal provides both a physical link (between wires, radio waves, and other media) and a logical link (translating among language-like codes and etiquette-like protocols) between in-building and wide-area access networks. Thus, the consumer portal is an important, open public shared infrastructure in the future vision of energy services. This paper presents an XML based standard specification of service-oriented, open protocol for consumer portal system architecture. In the framework level, the XML protocol provides a useful bridge between services and platforms. The proposed standard protocol has been implemented into our developing consumer portal pilot system. The results imply the potential of global standards for consumer portal system by its minimum overhead in network and processor. The proposed XML is designated psXML in this paper.
